Pour House Inc in Bayside
Wow!!! Stoped by this place by a recommendation of a friend. We came for the music & atmosphere. This place had great drinks, awesome bartenders & staff. Security was on top of everything. Great to see for a packed Friday night. This place attracts a younger crowd that made me feel a little old but really enjoyed the music & energy in this place. I will definitely be back soon 👍
Had a blast, owner is super friendly and energetic. The place is spacious and overall it was a great experience. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that I didn’t care for the food. But otherwise I highly recommend it and will probably just order something different the next time I go.
@Andrew KoI’m awfully sorry for the misunderstanding. The way that we name our tickets reflects where the customers are sitting so we know where to bring the food/drinks. The Local Pour House used to be smaller until we expanded into the business next door, which used to be a nail salon. So whenever we have customers on that side of the bar, that’s what we name the tickets. We never meant any harm and sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding.
Nice place as far as live music and drinks. Was in there with my girl St Patricks night after dinner. I dont know what new thing the owner is trying do do but this is Bayside not the Village. And I assume this is a coed bar. Dont need to look at a little Spanish guy that just started working out flexing and serving me. They need to put their shirts back on. Is this a gay bar?
Decent food, friendly staff. Some items are priced very well, example being the mussels, its $9 and you can add pasta for $2 more. I got the French dip sandwich and the Cubano. French dip came with fries even though it was not stated on the menu, yay. Sadly it was underseasoned and only okay. The Cubano was way better and I would totally get it again. Overall visit was good, would come back.
Went there one night when it was empty and the bartender overcharged almost double for my for my first beer, then poured me some other sour/skunked beer the second time and tried to say it was the same (even though the first tasted perfect), and that shell run the line, even though apparently she doesnt do that because she just served me a beer where she hadnt. Watch if they run it a second, because of youre not ordering like Coors or Bud that first gulp could make your toes curl.
I love this place! The bartenders are friendly and the atmosphere gives off a good vibe. There is usually a dj on Saturdays but sometimes they have bands. I recommend following @UveEventPromotions on Instagram to stay updated with the dj schedule. Djs play a mix of top 40, dance and hip-hop music.
BE CAREFUL!!This bar runs a scam operation. They “sell” their fake ids back to the kids who lost theirs. Turns out the guy, named Kylex516 on Instagram only has a picture of the id, and does not have the ids. He plans to meet up with you and steal your money. The bar is behind this scam as well. You’ve been warned, this place is a scam and the bouncers are completely part of it.
A security bouncer from American Security Services, a large white Male about 250+ lbs pushed down a female 120- lbs for touching the speaker. First she said you can get kicked out for touching that and then proceeded to push her down to the ground while also breaking her new smartphone. This is unacceptable especially in our sensitive political state
The security people are completely abusive I went the other night with some friends we are not from this city we presented our license from the State that we came from and the Security Manager told us that it was fake for the reason he didn’t want to return us and we had to pay $ 100 to give us back what kind of security is this we will definitely never come back and we will never recommend anyone

2022-06-10The staff is very friendly n welcoming. The food is good and the vibe is relaxed. Outside seating on a sunny day surrounded by palm trees, under the umbrellas makes me feel like Im at a Cafe on vacation.

2022-07-09I used to love coming here but somewhere along the way this spot lost its soul. The bartenders gone. The cool environment gone. They got rid of all the great bartenders and it’s very sad. This was the coolest place on bell Blvd and now it’s shadow of its former self.

2020-07-06A fantastic super generous food contribution was provided to the Salvation Army during this extremely challenging time. COVID-19 has limited how we operate and care for our Community. However, we still wanted to have an End Of School Year celebration. The food was definitely the highlight. It lifted our spirits. We are beyond grateful for the amazing delicious food! Thank you so much Javier, from us all at Springfield Family Residence.

2018-05-14Nice place, best for beers not food. Not a great variety of choices for food but what we got was good wings and burgers. Small portions. AWESOME waitress Jessica, who looked like she was the only waitress in the whole place. Live band was playing so that was pretty cool. They played great songs too.

2021-10-25A sports bar with $10 pints… A SPORTS BAR WITH $10 PINTS (incl. domestic)!! Outrageous. They also don’t show the beer prices until your bill arrives.Cannot recommend on price alone, but TV and waitress scene is great. Food is small portions but good

2021-06-14Nice bar with many TVs making it excellent for watching sports. This is a locals hangout. Music is good. But be very careful if you drink other-than-bottled-beer. My wife and I havent been to Pour House in a few months and the prices have gone through the roof. The prices were more in line with being in a nice Manhattan bar or lounge. Mixed drinks were $14 each. Draft beer (Shock Top) was approx $10. A Cosmo was $18. Other nearby bars appear to be more reasonably priced.

2021-11-25A group of friends and I went here to enjoy some quality brews and catch up from some time apart. The bouncer was awesome and let us in with no issues. He was very polite and respectful. I want to make clear that he is NOT the reason for this bad review. When we got in, we searched for a place to sit/stand to enjoy our time seeing some old friends. A waitress came up to us and said “we have nothing here” and KICKED US OUT! The bar was pretty much empty and not closing anytime soon. The rudeness was egregious. She didn’t even let us use the restroom when we asked politely. The only word I can use to describe our brief experience is bananas. We then went down the block to Monahan & Fitzgerald and had a great experience. Great staff with a great atmosphere. The exact opposite of our experience at Pour House, which will be my standard for quality going forward. The more opposite a place is from Pour House, the better of an experience I will have. I would like to know which business school the owner of this business went to, so I can make absolute sure that my children do not go any school in the same state. They made it clear that their main goal is to get as little business as possible. I am eager to see the free market do it’s work and see what quality business will take its place. I do not come to Queens often, but I will make sure to take the long trek here to witness the shutdown of this business.
