We been using Powerhouse Pressure Wash and Maintenance (PPW&M) for over seven years. Ralph did a fantastic job power washing our house. He is very detail oriented and thorough. He even saw that our downspouts were clogged while washing the house, and went out of his way to clear the blockage. Ralph of Powerhouse Pressure Washing did the most amazing job on our home! We are surrounded by trees (lots of shade) and as a result our walkways and patio get an enormous amount of pollen and green mold that really digs in. When Ralph was finished power-washing, everything looked brand new. It was absolutely beautiful. We have several stone paths as well and I couldn’t believe how clean they were when he was done. He even did all of our wrought iron patio furniture. I’m so glad that we discovered Powerhouse Pressure Washing. I will only use them going forward. A top notch, friendly and professional company. Powerhouse is the best power washing company I have used. I have over 1400 feet of pavers and have used several different companies. Ralph and his crew are professional, efficient, economical, and polite. They moved everything, out of the way, put everything back in its proper place, and cleaned up before they left. My wife was happy because she was worried her flowers would be damaged, but Ralph, true to his word, took extra special care. Ralph, with a small brush in his hand, walked through the entire job touching up every spot as if he were working on his own home.

I found Powerhouse from Google and was very satisfied. Ralph is great. He power washed my concrete plant stands that were green molded and black. I never thought they would come clean. We were very impressed by the way Ralph explained how he was going to power wash our deck, pavers and driveway and clean the gutters. He gave us a fair estimate and wrote everything done In detail.He scheduled the job in a timely fashion and stayed on the job the whole time.The finished job was beautiful. Ralph and his assistant, Ryan, do a fantastic job! They just finished pressure washing, scraping and resealing my deck, stairs, railing and fence, all for a very reasonable price. Ralph is extremely thorough and conscientious, communicates clearly and went above and beyond by replacing and re-attaching my rain gutters and even securing new brackets on one of the deck posts. Ralph the owner and his worker of powerhouse pressure washing did a great job on removing years of algae that had accumulated on the aluminum railings going up the side of the house as well as cleaning the stairs, leaving them all in pristine, like new condition. Powerhouse did a great job on my house and pavers. My vinyl siding was green with mold and dirt as well as my pavers. My house looks new again and the pavers where sanded and sealed with a high gloss finish. Looks great, Ill never use anyone else.
I called Ralph on Saturday to get a quote for power washing our home, deck, patio, driveway, front steps, and front sidewalk. He said he would be over later that day, but if he couldnt make it that he would see us on Sunday. Sunday came and went without even a phone call. Tuesday I called again and he said he was really busy on Sunday but he would be at our house in an hour. Over two hours later I called to find out what was going on and he wont answer his phone.It doesnt matter how busy you get, be professional, show some courtesy and return a phone call. I am a potential customer that has had to contact you twice about trying to hire you.

They gave me a 2-hour call before they arrived to let me know where theyre at on their schedule. Thats very considerate.Two guys arrived on time, with 2- amazing heavy duty power washer machines. Not typical what Ive seen before (I power wash about every 3 years). All was finished perfect - and to my delight - plus a bunch of extras were done - not because I asked - but workers wanted me happy. I noticed he even hit a bunch of small areas on my property hat were not part of the deal, (I guess) they want to do the right thing, and even if not on the checklist of TO DO, they did it anyway. I guess the POWER of their heavy-duty equipment can undo any ugly spot in a few seconds, so what-the-heck, they just do more than obligated. 2022-05-07Ralph is the man. I did not expect the result, and the attentions to detail from a pressure washing job. He pressure washed my entire home, and a lot of surrounding areas I didn’t expect. A true professional. He deserved every penny. Great job Ralph.And btw - we asked him about pressure washing pavers. He’ll re-sand or “regrout”, and reseal the pavers too. Not what you’d expect from a power washing job. Again, Ralph is a true professional.

2019-11-05Ralph is an absolute professional. His work ethic is outstanding and his attention to detail is unbelievable. His prices were fair. I appreciate the care and respect he showed for my house and property. I will definitely use him again. Once the job was completed he called to follow up and see if we were happy with the work. They arrived on time Wednesday and immediately began to work.Curiosity got the best of me, so I popped my head out to see how things were going. Ralph was pleasant and answered my questions and addressed any concerns. I must add that my house was extremely dirty and I myself was concerned about them being able to get all the dirt off. 2020-06-27Ralph and his team did an amazing job. I selected him because of all of positive reviews on line, and I am glad I did. He quoted a fair price and a date he would come on the phone for a pressure washing my house. He came on time, and did even more than he agreed to. I have a half stucco front that was in dire need of cleaning. Discolored from years of moisture that I wasnt sure could get cleaned. You can see from the picture, he did an amazing job. Also, there was rust stains on the rear of my house on the vinyl siding. He came with a special product, and the siding looks new. He is my go-to guy from now on whenever I have power washing needs.

2021-02-10I have Called a few power washing company’s to get quotes to power wash a stucco house , Powerhouse Pressure Washing was by far the best one to deal with. The owner called me back in a timely manner and kept in contact with me to when he would arrive. Ralph and crew went above and beyond what was discussed. Him and his crew are so professional and courteous. Got the whole house , fence and stairs cleaned like new. I would highly recommend them. Prices are reasonable and work is great.

2019-02-02As a detail-oriented homeowner, I’m EXTREMELY critical of anyone working on my house, which usually means that I have to make the time to do it myself to get it done right. Since the weather was changing rapidly, I asked for a recommendation from a relative who is equally critical who quickly recommended Ralph. I can’t say enough about him, his attention to detail and overall quality of service is superb. He cleaned the front driveway, steps and backyard pavers that haven’t been pressure washed in over six years. Ralph took the time to run out and pick up better equipment because of trouble areas where he didn’t like the initial results. Others would’ve left it as “good enough” or would’ve tried to upsell me – he did neither!!! He worked into the late evening hours and, something that anyone who has ever tried power washing could appreciate, he cleaned up every drop of displaced dirt. The area was immaculate and looked like a brand-new driveway and backyard!Moreover, living in an area where one house is in close proximity of the next, my neighbor hired someone to pressure wash about a month earlier leaving my property with all their dirt and debris. Ralph went above and beyond even cleaning the areas of my neighbor’s property where you can’t avoid collateral damage without any prompting.I regret hesitating on scheduling the job and Ralph now has a regular seasonal client. He said he got his work ethic from his grandmother and I’m beyond impressed. His work ethic is beyond compare and we’d like to thank him for a job WELL DONE!

2021-06-05Ralph and his guys were amazing they did an outstanding job -- very professional. I was so happy with the outcome. They treated my yard as if it were their own. I have used another pressure washing company in the past but these guys were by far the best. I have very old pavers in my yard. They power washed them, resanded and sealed them. They look great!
