Place is outta control. Spoke to nick came down here twice and drove an hour to get here. The store does not allow shoppers to go in store at all. There are 10 workers or more and shoppers are unable to get in due to Covid guidelines but appears the store does not allow ppl to shop. The store employee are t doing their jobs here very bad management
I bought shoes. The waitress who treated me was very kind, but she was upset at the counter. She acts like shes angry, but she treats all Asians like that. She didnt even see my passport properly and hit the shopping bag to take it with her after the check is completed.It looks like service education is really necessary.Its the first time Ive ever bought anything I want to buy and Ive never If youre going to buy something from Prada, be sure to refer to it.
Marvin was amazing! He helped my wife with a jacket and vest, then went above and beyond to get us everything in the right size. The jacket is great and the service was exactly what we were hoping for! Great experience and even got a discount on something we both liked.
Great prices but unacceptable garments. Bought Art. SGY 293 jacket on final sale. But only when I got home, discovered this jacket was worn, probably for some time. Couldnt see that due the lighting in the store. When you look at the collar, you can see that darker shade from someone elses neck sweat. Prada, shame on you. Too bad I cant afford to loose 4 hours round trip. Advise you to label your products as damaged next time, so the customers can be treated fairly.

2022-06-20We drove 3 hours to buy a gift for our daughter but we were met with unpleasant service. I have a 6 month old baby and due to the heat had to keep him in the shade with my husband. So after waiting on line, my daughter and I got into the store. My husband and baby tried to enter after us, but the manager at the door said that because they were not present on line they cannot come in. I tried to explain to the manager that I had to keep my son in the shade, to no avail. I came to the store ready to spend thousands of dollars and once I informed the manager of that, he told me he hears that all the time!!!I took my service elsewhere, but remain disturbed by the manager’s response. Prada is a worldwide fashion icon and this kind of behavior does match their standards. Too bad that this manager was a door man as well ?

2021-10-01Nice store with a great variety of sensible, wearable merchandise. As to the pricing, I wouldnt speak of any bargains really, but still more attractive than high-street Prada stores.

2021-05-04Sales people gather and chat instead of working. They dont allow many people in. If you go in, you will see more sales people than customers. Waited 1 hour to get in only 2 teams could go in but there were 5 or more people stand behind shelves without helping customers.

2021-12-19Decent selection of items for reasonable prices-1 because the lines are always long and they dont do the best job of optimizing entry. I get it that its COVID, but that doesnt mean you let only 10 people in such a massive store at once.-1 because I ordered an item through the phone and had it shipped to me and they sent it with the security sensor attached! I called in and the sales associate who answered was very rude. She told me that I would have to pay return shipping back to the store for them to remove the sensor. How does that make sense when it was your stores fault and I already paid $20 to have it shipped to me? After arguing with her for a bit, she said the manager agreed to reimburse me for my return shipping cost as long as I sent back the shipping receipt with the item.-1 its been months and Ive called at least 5 times about my shipping reimbursement and they leave me on hold for 30-60 mins at a time and never return. To date, the manager has refused to return my call.You might score a deal here, but expect to be treated like garbage in the process. :)

2018-11-25Incredibly helpful staff especially Danny/Julia she was amazing. She took so much time with me and helped me get the very best price. It’s a busy time of year and yet so was so courteous professional and so darn nice! Go you won’t regret it!

2021-06-07No value for the customer had a very bad experience, one associate at billing informed me return window is 14 days and the associate who billed me was beside her and never corrected it and just finished my filling and later when I went to return the associate who has billed me said it’s final sale when I asked you guys informed me return window is 14 days then she said I was listing to the before your billing but I didn’t said you it was a final sale and asked me talk to her manager.Manager was so rude she just said go and give it to someone else.
