Dr. Priya has opened up a beautiful, efficient office that makes everyone feel welcome.The office has parking which is a huge plus also! The office is so child friendly with all of the decor and toys. There are two different entrances, one for well visits and one for sick children so they dont mix and infect each other which is a great idea. The entire practice is well kept and clean (like what a doctors office should be like) Dr. Priya is so patient, understanding, knowledgable and just a sincere and warm person. She always makes herlsef available if you have any questions or concerns and follows up to see how my children are doing. She is so cautious and thorough with her patient care. She always makes sure that she is doing whats right for her patient by leaving no stone unturned. We feel so comfortable when we take our children to her. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a Pediatrician.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars !Our kids are very lucky to have Dr. Priya as their doctor. She has been the best paediatric doctor who always does justice to her profession, she puts her heart and soul in doing so.Giving full attention, and then discussing the in depth details of the problem, plus, following up to make sure that the child is ok, are just a few qualities to mention.I strongly recommend Dr. Priya for any children concerns, based on my experience for past several years.Great Doctor.
Dr. Priya has been my sons pediatrician for a long time at Best Medical Care, when she left, i was so upset, im happy that i found her again. She is a kind, caring pediatrician and person. She always try to help the best way she can. She deserve 5 stars.
I was looking for a doctors office closer to home and was told about this gem through a friend of mine. The first time I went to Precious Smiles I fell in love. Dr. Priya is very knowledgeable , professional, and has such a kindred spirit. Her staff reflects that as well. I recommend this spot to any parent looking for a reliable, trustworthy pediatrician. My son had been a patient of Dr. Priya’s office for about 1 1/2 because of it being right in the neighborhood. Unfortunately we’ve been “removed” as her patient because his shots weren’t up to date due to him coming from a clinic that didn’t push vaccines as well as him being sick when he was scheduled for his appointments.Unknown to me while I was calling to ask for a refill on a prescription I was told that he’s no longer a patient here. The front desk receptionist as always been rude, but this conversation definitely took the cake. He called me a liar because apparently I was told kiyan was no longer a patient, which wasn’t true.They definitely treat certain ethnicities better than others and I’ve always been aware of that since the beginning. It’s unfortunate but it is the world we live in.The doctor also chooses to push antibiotics early for every single infection which isn’t the best practice.All in all, find another doctor office that had a better front desk staff. Dr. Priya herself has great bedside manner as well as her intern. But the front desk man is disrespectful and a terrible addition to that office.
Dr priya is a life saver. If i could give her 10 stars i would. As a first time mom she has helped me so much. Everytime i have a question she answers them and does not make me feel silly for asking simply questions. Also she takes the time to get to know your family wish i think its important. And her staff is always super nice and friendly. also the office is always very clean, and gas two sides in the waiting area. A sick viside or wellness side not a lit of places gave this. I am so grateful and fortunate to have her as my daughter doctor.
Dr Priya is everything my husband and I have been looking for in a pediatrician for our kids, they only had one pediatrician since birth and since she retired last year we have been searching for a replacement and we can say we have found her Dr Priya from the first call, paperwork and office visit everything was easy. Very Professional And Makes You Feel Extremely Comortable
Dr. Priya is a great and thorough physician, BUT she is over shadowed by her unprofessional and rude front desk receptionist. Always visibly upset and in a bad mood at every interaction. We tried looking past his sourpuss demeanor, but poor communication with us and insurance company, and preventing communication/care has forced us to look elsewhere for care.They refused service because one bill was pending with insurance, even after providing insurance reference number that bill was pending and being processed they would not allow us to speak to or schedule an appointment for my 2 year old and 2 month old. Told us our only option was to go to Emergency room for alternative care. They even told the insurance company there was no pending balance....Definitely in the wrong field/career, and should not be managing his wifes practice.
Best doctor ever. If you are looking for somone who provides genuine care to kids then she is the one. She is kind, caring and most knowledgeable doctor.

2020-09-05I could not be happier with Dr. Priya! She is a phenomenal Pediatrician! The level of care and service she provides is unparalleled! Her office is decorated beautifully and its immaculate! My son has been a patient for a year now and many more years to come! If you are looking for a great Pediatrician, I strongly suggest Dr Priya. You will be happy you did!

2022-08-16I took my parents to Dr Saniya Ahmed last week for the first time and they were very happy with how Dr Saniya listened to all their issues patiently. She is very detail oriented and is not at all in a rush . She understood their concerns and was very considerate. Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable.

2022-01-12Updating my review: There were some misunderstandings developed with the clinic but Dr. Priya was nice enough to take out her time to clear them up. I guess with having the ability to speak out our frustrations at the tip of our fingers, we tend to loose the patience of talking TO the person directly and run to go out and start speaking ABOUT the person. Similar thing had happened with me where I couldnt wait and spoke out too quickly.Like I had mentioned in my previous review, there is no question about the extent of care that Dr. Priya provides. Even when I was in the midst of the misunderstanding, I couldnt deny how amazing of a doctor she has been to our child throughout the 2.5 years. My entire family looks up to her and my mom and dad, who are hard to impress, are thoroughly impressed with the care provided by Dr. Priya. Every time Dr. Priya responds to our concerns so eloquently, my dad is like May God bless her! Because she beings our hearts and mind to ease.Also, I do want to mention that there is one amazing quality that Dr. Priya practices which I did not see other care providers offer in my hunt for other pediatricians is that she will always have the door open for you for any questions you might have to be asked via a phone call or an Email and you can expect a response normally within the same day. You dont have to wait for the next visit or schedule an appointment with her for any questions or concerns you might want to discuss.I would definitely recommend anyone with children to see her. You will not be disappointed!

2022-01-12She is absolutely the best. Always taking her time to evaluate the situation and ends up always giving the best medical advice. Never a long wait or hard to get an appointment. Her office is very clean with a well and even sick side so healthy children wont get sick ;)

2022-01-10We loved Dr. Priya very much she has always been very kind and attentive to my daughter and our needs but her receptionists especially the male one is the most nasty and miserable person you will ever deal with and shouldn’t be working in healthcare especially the pediatric field. First when I got discharged from the hospital last week with my newborn he did not want to give us an appointment due to insurance issues which I was willing to pay out of pocket until her insurance became active. He never wants to give appointments. Finally we got an appointment a week after she was born because I Insisted I was fine with paying out of pocket since they did not want to see her with straight Medicaid until her insurance became active. Every other clinic will see the babies days after they are born and they accept the Medicaid in the meantime but not with this guy. I moved 40 minutes away from Dr. Priya’s office but wanted to keep going there because we liked her so much. I left my house an hour before the appointment but there was an accident and traffic on the southern state which I had no control of. I called the office to be courteous and say I was going to be late. The young lady and him again were very nasty and said they were canceling my newborn’s appointment and that I should know better with a newborn and know where I was coming from. No respect or thought for a person that just gave birth and a newborn so upsetting. Then when I call back to get my other daughter’s records the young lady is still trying to go back and forth with me about being late. At this point I am pushed to the edge and got very upset I am one week postpartum and very emotional I just wanted my daughter’s records and to go elsewhere we don’t deserve this treatment. They refuse to put the doctor on the phone also I believe they are probably relatives of the doctor because I have worked in healthcare myself for 6 years and I know no doctors would accept that their staff treat patients like this. There are other bad reviews about HIM and now the office in general. Luckily I found a more professional office that was able to get my newborn in the same day thank God. I’m sure I’ll be getting one of those letters I see other people are talking about that they no longer want us to be their patients which is fine because I can’t take my daughters there. I don’t recommend this office look elsewhere PLEASE!!!

Its fine if you dont want to give an appointment but at least be more human when saying no for people coming to you worried.You say you care about your patients but honestly it seems like all you care about is your name and making sure to cover up your behind. Another patient here noted how they were turned away when she was late for an appointment with her newborn daughter, and you had the time to sit and write her a lengthy reply right away trying to make sure you dont come off as the bad person but you didnt had time to attend her daughter - that is very telling whats more important to you.Elders say that everyone faces karma. And with how rude and disrespectful you have been, it will all come back to you one day for sure.

2019-07-17Dr Priya is such a beautiful doctor!! She is very knowledgeable and will give you an answer to any question you may have. She truly cares for her patients. She always follows up on my boys after they’ve been ill. I absolutely love her ! She knows her stuff, very educated and efficient. The staff members are very pleasant and quick while remaining thorough. Dr Priya is my go to person when it comes to my boys I always seek her opinion when it comes to them. I recommend her to every parent I know.

2018-05-15On April 19, 2018 was our first visit here and I have to say we fell in love with Dr. Priya and her gentle, sweet and caring personality makes her a great pediatrician for the kids. I was really impressed how comfortable she made my sick son felt and how attentive she was with him (just like a mother or father). Shes very informative and knows what shes doing, which makes me even more comfortable to trust her treatment. Weve been going to our old pediatrician for 5 yrs now and never felt the way we did. It is definitely a place I want to bring my son. The environment itself is SUPER clean, kids friendly and I love the separate sections for the sick visit and normal visit. I am very happy my friends recommend this office to me.
