These people are EXCELLENT! I brought my car in for tire rotation, to change two tires, alignment, and an oil change. They found a part that was bent that effected the alignment and ordered and had it fixed within one day. Everything was done quickly and done well for a very reasonable price! I will never take my vehicles to another garage if I can help it!

Ive read some other solid reviews and they are spot on! The Precision experience began late afternoon on a Friday (of all days) with an issue that was worrisome to us as out-of-towners critter sitting for the family farm in Belmont. You see, we had ourselves a five-hour drive to execute two days later. Im actually grateful for the timing of being out west when the car started vibrating. Not certain it could have gone so smoothly had I been in the Hudson Valley, where we live.There was no coldness, grumbling, eye rolling, or huffing and puffing about coming on a Friday 30 minutes before closing. AND, Steve and Jeff assured us theyd stay late to at least diagnose the problem (ended up being a universal joint/drive shaft). To be both professional and thoughtful...... they knew we were attempting to drive home that Sunday so they went pretty dgone far out of their way to make calls, get the part, and came in on that Sunday to change out the drive shaft on my Subaru. WOW! I almost hate to advertise that they worked on a weekend, because I am a fan of work-life balance. I was willing to wait till the following business day, BUT they really wanted to help us out since they knew we were about to buy a train ticket, splitting up for a few days, etc.Friendly. Personable. Accommodating. Thorough communication. Quick to diagnose. Fair pricing. What more can you possibly want from your auto mechanic shop?!Thanks so much again, Jeff & Steve!

I became a minor maintenance DIY guy over the years with all the how-to videos in circulation. Alas I couldnt find a suitable video for one small job involving an HID headlamp. That plus I didnt have enough room inside the engine to fidget around with, meaning I needed to hire somebody who knows what theyre doing. Bought the part on Amazon, called Ruben at Precision and he offered to do it for cheap. Brought it in and he took care of it in under 10 minutes and the cost was VERY reasonable. I now have a go-to mechanic in SW Broward. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was on my way back to Kentucky with fully loaded car and my a/c pump failed which then ripped my serpentine belt up and radiator fan. I was working on side of the road for awhile and didn’t have the tool I needed. So I called precision auto and even though they don’t do service calls they sent guy to help me. We ended up bringing the car to the shop and they called around to there buddies and got the parts I needed and replaced them in a timely manner so I could make back to Base within my deadline. Would highly recommend these guys,treated me right and didn’t destroy my bank account.

You will be hard pressed to find friendlier or more accommodating service. This little shop is busy, but will work hard to fit you in and make sure the job gets done right.
