I sent an email to the company and Lisa responded right away. They came to house gave a quote and time frame. Everything was communicated up front. They picked up the couch and delivered it back, the whole time wearing a mask and very polite. We were in touch through email the whole time. I wasn’t sure they could repair my couch as it was in sad shape. Look at the before and after pictures. It’s on LI Business review page. You have to check them out, very professional and a job well done. I have told many to give them a call. I’m happy with the work they did.
My wife and I bought a leather couch and chair set from Maurice Villency 22 years ago. The chair cushion had become worn and torn. I contacted MV and was told to try Precision Furniture Crafters for a fix. I did. I sent them the cushion cover and asked to just replace the top (seat) panel. I cant believe how fantastic the job is. Its flawless. Down to the very grain. The color is identical. This company is amazing. What wonderful work they do. Thanks to Jim, Jerry and Lisa for their customer service. Id recommend Precision Furniture Crafters in a heartbeat.
I needed our kitchen booth repaired. There were tears in the cushions and they were no longer firm, after many years of use. I heard about Jerry and his team from a friend. I sent him pics and he promptly sent me a very reasonable quote. I was only going by my friends recommendation and crossed my fingers that she was right about his craftsmanship. Upon the timely completion, I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend using them. The cushions are firm again and I love the material.
I contacted Precision Furniture to repair the broken mechanism and frame on my leather recliner. The repair was completed in a timely manner and now the chair is better than ever. I highly recommed Precision - from start to finish everone I interacted with was courteous and professional.

Precision did a great job of trimming the arms of my chair, and then staining the wooden arms and legs, as well as the legs of an ottoman. They both look terrific! Super customer service!

2021-12-17Excellent experience with Lisa and her team. I had a big set of stains on a sensitive to treat sofa. Could not have hoped for a better result. Sofa is fully restored to original state. Service and responsiveness was impeccable. Work was performed very efficiently and i got sofa back just in time for xmas. Could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend Precision Furniture

2022-03-24Precision Furniture Crafters has been a joy to work with.We have worked with them to create precise replicas of the Resolute Desk, one of which is now in the Bush Library in Dallas. While our craftsmen created the desk in solid oak, hand carved the ornate surface, and stained it to match the original in the White House we trusted Precision Furniture to expertly install the large leather insert for the writing surface. They have always provided reliable service at the highest level of quality. 2021-04-07Great experience with Precision. We had abused our expensive leather couch over the years and sent it off to Precision to do a restoration involving stain removal and conditioning. They sent the couch back looking like it did 10 years ago. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

2020-11-17My leather sofa from Article was worn out from the sun and pets, had a ton of scratches and nicks and looked very old. The Precision Furniture Crafters team picked up my sofa from my apartment, worked on it for about two weeks, and delivered it back to me in incredible quality!! Extremely great work and looks like a brand new sofa, worth every penny.

2021-03-23Precision Furniture did an outstanding job bringing our 10-year-old Roche Bobois sofa back to life after a decade of destruction by children. It was not cheap, but the price was fair, considering that the sofa is literally as good as new. Excellent workmanship, and extremely pleasant people to work with. I highly recommend Precision!

2018-07-12I used Precision Furniture to reupholster my favorite love seat and restore a very used leather sofa. Jerry and his team were extremely helpful. They helped pick the right fabric and went over every detail with me.The pick up and delivery were also very easy, they worked within my schedule. I love my new furniture and I highly recommend them!

They will reupholster - refinish- or make from scratch a piece of furniture to the most precise custom detail or the precise design to order! I happened to stumble on this great furniture service really by luck! I needed an old leather couch to be reupholstered - I called up and they refurbished the leather on the couch to a brand new condition! I have been using their services ever since now for over ten years! I have had custom made furniture done wth marble for my den and dining room also a coffee table made to match an already existing side board and it was done to absolute precision! The owners of this company James - Jerry - and his wife Lisa are fabulous people! They want their customers happy and satisfied with their work! They listen and work with each customer providing them with individual attention offering professional advice concerning every detail! Precision furniture not only works with the private home owners but they also work for large busnesss and hospitals such as ( Sloan Kettering) doing reupholstery and refinishing furniture. I highly recommend this company to my friends or anyone who may need old furniture to look like new or having furniture reupholstered to having a new custom made piece made down to your exact detailed request! 👍👍👍👍
