I was having a hard time trying to find someone who was licensed and specialized in deck repair in the area. After countless weeks of looking I came across Precision Home Construction. I thought to give them a try and see if they would be able to figure something out for me. I got the pleasure to speak with Calvin which he answered right away and scheduled an appointment. I was pleased with how professional and polite Calvin and his team were throughout the whole process. Calvin also showed proof of documentation such as his license and insurance which made me more comfortable in allowing him and his team to fix my deck.

We used Precision for our siding repair, and are very pleased. Calvin provided an exceptional customer experience throughout, kept our concerns in mind, and kept open communication with us. Additionally, he was very informational and provided us with several options, no pressure. The crew was very respectful of my property, efficient, and completed the job to our satisfaction. Definitely a Plus 1 experience!!! Highly recommended!

I needed roof, window, insulation and bunch of work done around our house. Precision did a great job and got all the projects done in a couple of days. They always showed up on time, answered the phone every time we called, and were a pleasure to work with. Professional, high quality work at a reasonable price - I will be using them again, and highly recommend them for remodeling and home repair.

I needed to have two downspout leaders connected to upper roof spouts which were draining water across a lower roof to an existing gutter on first floor. The water across the roof was causing roof shingles to deteriorate quicker. Thought I could do this myself but chose Precision Home Construction via a HomeAdvisor search. Three firms responded quickly to a quote request and this firm was first and provided what I thought was a reasonable quote. They were able to do the job same day. So far so good even after a few windy rainstorms. For a small job I appreciated the professionalism of the two workers who showed up.

My experience with this company was disgraceful. My husband hired this company for an Asphalt shingle roof installation. He found all of these fantastic reviews on the company, but they are completely inaccurate. My first interaction was with a young man who I believe is the owner or manager. He was unhelpful and rude. Then after they finished my installation a week later my roof began LEAKING. It was very messy and when I spoke to the company about my issue they were argumentative and very aggressive. I will never recommend this company to another human being in my life, I also will never be hiring them again. Do not hire Precision Home Construction.
