Ive been using Premier for about 5 years now for box pickups and deliveries throughout NYC. I have been very happy with their service and promptness as well as the efficiency of their office staff with procuring insurance Acords and getting jobs booked. Very satisfied customer.
I been using Premier Courier Services for a very long time even before it was the new and improved (not that they needed it) company it is now. The staffing is very professional and friendly when you call. one of the most special rep they have is Nellie Natal. Nellie works with me one on one with our orders to make sure they are always expedited properly. She calls me on a regular to go over our billing. And always have a smile and that added touch to help out. She is an ASSET to the company and truly a team player that goes that extra mile.With people like Nellie, I seen nothing but success for Premier...
We have used Premier for many years now; mostly for sending via messenger envelopes and small packages. They are always timely in the pickups and dropoffs and the prices are reasonable for the service provided. In addition our office used them to move our entire 15 person office when we moved locations; they were on time for this and moved quickly for us which made the whole moving process go smooth. I would definitely recommend Premier for any personal or business needs that someone would have.

I called FOUR other courier services prior to calling Premier Courier Services but I wish Id called Premier FIRST! I spoke with customer service rep Charlene, who provided me the most clear, comprehensive and helpful information of any of the prior service reps Id spoken with from other companies. She was a delight work with. As a result of my interaction with her, I will make Premier my first choice for our courier needs.
I was in desperate need of a delivery service to deliver time sensitive material during my recent stay in the fashion district. I googled delivery services and I found this gem. Not only were they extremely efficient, their customer service dept was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with regards to my needs. The messenger was quite pleasant as well. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next visit. I didn’t give them 5 stars, although deserving, because there is only one way to go and that is up! Great job Premier Courier.
Gave me quick updated quote, tried to minimize the cost as much as she could! The courier himself called me the day of because we had an old address on file - he was a really nice guy to speak of and worked with me on getting the new address. Love their service. I will be using them again!
Doing business in Manhattan, its not always easy to find a truly reliable courier service. Ive gone wrong many times until I came across Premier. Simply put, Ill never use anyone else again. The communication was top notch, they were reliable, and even my clients thanked me. 5 stars all around.

Above and beyond! We needed a package delivered working against a time critical deadline and their team navigated unforseen obstacles, delays from other parties, and the weather to get us what we needed when we needed it. Add to that timely and clear communication all along the way!

Im very happy I made the transition from our previous messenger service. Premier has handled our time-sensitive material without any issues, provides a POD (proof of delivery) upon request and provide updates whenever an issue arises. Our account managers, Jessica Gonzales and Nelly Natal have been AMAZING at helping us with every request, no matter the size. IF and thats a big IF, there were ever any issues, they were always great at communicating them to us in a timely manner and always came to us with options as solves for them. Highly recommend!

2019-05-07I use Premier because it is my universitys exclusive contractor for moving large items in between buildings.The movers showed up right on time and were fully equipped to handle the move. They came with cellophane and a protective cover to wrap my furniture so it wouldnt be damaged or damage the walls. They also were able to handle a last minute move request with less than three hours notice. Additionally, they kindly offered to assemble my new couch even though I hadnt requested it.I would definitely recommend Premier to my colleagues and friends. They are reliable, efficient, and exactly what I needed from a moving company and more.

2019-05-01I called Premier and immediately was talking to a live person; almost no hold time. These guys are awesome. Kathryn & Milca helped me to get my package immediately delivered on a time sensitive matter. The fee was super reasonable and and the delivery was expedient. Highly recommend!
