Completed the addition of Garage exterior lights to my home on schedule, finish product is beautiful. The electrician was very polite and professional. Would do business with Premium Home Service Wantagh again. Pricing was best in town, beat the 3 other quotes I had.
The locksmith arrived on time and worked very fast and efficiently. He explained everything he was doing and why the lock on our front door had stopped working. He replaced the broken parts and made sure it was working very well before he left and he tidied everything up. He also improved the way that the door closed into the door frame which our dogs had mutilated by chewing!
Locked car my car then lost the only key for the car. Called Premium Home Service Wantagh Locksmith & Car Key and explained the situation and the man who took care of me was extremely professional and punctual in responding with the situation, showed up less than an hour later with 2 keys cut ready to go. Very fair cost in my opinion considering the services provided.
We could not be more pleased with Premium Home Service Wantagh . From the first phone call to the installation clean-up, everyone was extremely professional and courteous. Every single employee went over and above to make this a very smooth transaction.
Dan installed an under-desk keyboard tray. Before he started work, he read the manual to be sure it would it would be satisfactory. After he installed the tray, he showed us how it could be adjusted. He is very patient, considerate, thoughtful, and competent handyman.
Was told technician was supposed to come between 3-6. No one showed, checked in with them at 6, was told someone was still coming. I called back at 9 and was told they weren’t coming. Unprofessional, I understand things don’t go as planned. But there was no communication at all and a total waste waiting around a whole afternoon/night.
These guys cleaned my carpets today! Fred did an awesome job, he also cleaned the love seat and couch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great price and service! My carpets and chairs look like new! He was very personable, professional and quite nice! I am a loyal new customer!!!
Once for a plumber who responded within minutes by text and came to my house in 30 mins and he fixed my kitchen faucet leak. I also have used the Home care service which is great as well. Thanks and highly recommend

I had Premium stop by to take a look at a 280V outlet that wasnt receiving power any more. Scheduling an appointment was easy, the electrician arrived right on time and tracked down the problem without tearing up my place. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and clean. I will definitely be using them again, and I encourage you to give them a try as well.
Denny and his crew are the best! We have used them for years for carpet that looks brand new after and more recently for a few expensive area rugs that were pretty gross after a basement flood - again, they look like new! I recommend him to anyone that asks!

Long Island Elevator Service By PHS is a full service elevator company. The elevator they installed in a high end residential home is quiet, neat and very reliable. The techs are very responsive to customer requests, and provides ongoing maintenance and inspection services. Always satisfied!!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. I made an appointment for service of my dryer. No one called me to cancel. I called the office for a status check after the service window had closed and they told me the next technician wouldn’t be there for 5 days because there was no one available for until then. Absolutely disgraceful customer service after they tried to push their “premium service membership.”
John came out to do a yearly checkup on our elevator. Such a an amazing and professional man! He took his time to answer my wifes questions, as having an elevator in the house is new for us. 5 stars, you rock!!
I needed my walk-in shower completely redone and Gina did a fabulous job. The new tile she installed is absolutely beautiful! Gina is a fine craftsman and I would highly recommend her. I used Premium Home Service Wantagh for the plumbing work, too. Everything was completed on time and in a professional manner. I will definitely use this company again!

2022-04-27Dan was incredibly responsive, prompt, affordable and did great work. I had him do a couple of door knob/lock replacements and when one of them had an issue months later, he came out next day, fixed and there was no charge. He stands by his work and has great customer service. I highly recommend!

2022-08-08My AC went out a couple of weeks ago. I searched for a local AC company and choose Premium Home Service Wantagh because of the good reviews. They did not disappoint. The new unit was installed flawlessly and looks great. Jeff discounted the service on my old unit off the price of the new unit. I highly recommend this firm for your AC needs.

2022-08-06They did a great job cleaning my duct work. I dont know why I waited so long to have it done. They also cleaned my dryer vent much better than the company I had do it before. They use a brushing and vacuum system that works great. I highly recommend Premium Home Service Wantagh.

2022-08-07Jeff has done several jobs for us. Re-keying dozens of doors and picking several others. He always has a great price and great attitude. The service is top notch, never had any issue. He’s reliable, prompt with delivery time, and by far one of my favorite vendors to work with. I would recommend him for any business, commercial or personal.

2022-07-31Our installer was great. Confirmed every step with me to insure it was how I wanted it. After the install of my mini split was finished he went over the controls, features, and maintenance with me and answered all questions I had. I would definitely recommend Premium Home Service to my friends and family for there needs

2022-04-23I went to Premium Home Service Wantagh for the programming of my new key fob. I made the right choice because I got the service, I needed fast and at a reasonable price. Their technician expertly programmed the key fob. He was also friendly the whole time. The key works without issue. I was happy with the overall service that I received.

2022-03-02I tried to fix my own problem at opening my accidentally locked car. – My key was lost so I can’t open it. I tried to open it on my own, but I realize that I can’t fix it by myself. So I called Premium Home Service . The technician arrived promptly and fixed the issue. In just a few minutes he unlocked my car. They also made a new key for my car with duplicates, which was really great and gave a reasonable price on it. I will definitely call them again if I need their service.

2022-08-06The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He listened to what I had to say and then got work on my AC unit. He fixed the Unit and explained to me in layman’s terms what the issue was and what it took to fix the issue. The tech was Very professional!…I will not hesitate to call Premium Home Service Wantagh again and request William again should ever need assistance with my A/C unit again.

2022-04-15Dan was a great professional. He told us when he would meet us at our door and he was there on the dot. We had a smart lock and he was a master and got right in.
