I happened to speak to Stephen Burke quite a while ago. We spoke about possibly funding some capital for a new Engineering Consulting firm I had just opened and was getting off the ground. We discussed what was needed to grow the business into a larger market share and what was available in the capital markets for new businesses as well as established businesses. I did not need the capital at the time, but knew I would once some contracts were signed and the need to grow the business to meet the demand was there. At first I read the reviews I saw they had four stars out of five so I figured how bad can this please be. Turned out it can be very bad. I don’t even know how they gained four stars or any good reviews. I legit think they have a bunch of people make up Google accounts and leave good reviews because it is impossible to give this company any good reviews. Despite the fact that they spam your phone and emails and if you block one number they call you from another number. I finally decided that I will give them a shot. The day I applied for the lawn gave them all the documentation the ask for. I was told it would take one to two business days. It took them about seven business days. They were very unprofessional about it. They would tell me “we will call you in an hour” or” I’ll call you in 30 minutes” we will call you after this meeting will call you this evening. The next day the same thing. After they finally called me. I requested a loan for $200,000. So they wanted to give me the $200,000 but they have to hold $50,000 so they can collect payments from that. Then after that $50,000 runs out they will start deducting $6700 from my bank account every Friday until they are paid $321,000 all that in one year. This should be illegal. Bunch of wolves from wall street wanna be. Paying $121,000 on a $200,000 loan only in one year is insane. So please do try your best to not get a loan from this company.

These guys are the top of the line with what they bring to the table. When we first inquired with them, they needed to find out what the loan was for. Then they narrowed down to the budget for it and they worked with us a lot on that too. We got a flexible payment plan too and even negotiated the interest a bit. They actually accommodated us very well! Isaac Matthews is the genius behind making this happen. In the end we got the money for the upgrades that we needed around the store. Bit of structural upgrades and occasional roof leaks which actually sometimes caused us to close just to temporarily fix it. In the end we got the funding we needed to fix this up and it all worked out! More sales. Less complaints. Were back opening on regular schedule. Everyone is happy!

They’ve called me a billion times and I’ve told them numerous times I’m not interested. The last thing my small business needs is loan shark money. Today, “frank” offered me up to 500K for 3.75% over 30 years. I looked up these loans on the SBA website and brokers are allowed to charge up to 3% on these type loans, so either these guys are breaking the rules of the SBA or this isn’t really an EIDL loan.Even if I’m off on the numbers, I implore anyone who is tempted by the cash infusion to look at what SBA’s current rates/limits are.

Received my loan approval and it went through with the help of isaac Matthews who really did a great job in getting a loan that fit out budget and needs. He really passionately chooses to help people who needs the loan which is great. Needed money to finance visual upgrades of our office including stepping up digital security and installing smart locks. I dont usually leave reviews but in this case I made an exception mainly cause of how great PMF has been especially working with James Merges and Mason Kashat. I closed 3 deals with them and they promised a consolidation for the loans provided and they followed through. Not only did they do that they even got me a discount on the rates. The main point of why I like working with them is that they are transparent and dont try to sell you on something that is trying to hurt your business. James wants to watch your business grow and build a long-term relationship which I find as a key element for success. This is a company I highly recommend and I can see myself using them for years to come.
I own a small grocery store. Isaac Matthews offered to help with funding for me to expand the store since we already got busier and needed to expand to catch up and offer more for our customers. Neighboring property had a small lot of land for sale and we used the funding to buy that plus 2 extra cashiers and upgraded our outdated security cameras. We redesigned our store layout as well. Very professional staff here that helped guide us through getting our first loan for our business. We have a retail store and were acquiring extra space in the store and also needed to buy more selves so we can store more things in the store as well. This is pretty good that really helped us through out the process and in the end the loan helped us get an immediate return within 4 months as we got more in sales and a few self checkout registers so there is minimal wait time.
How are there any 5 star reviews for this company? They conned me into applying for a hybrid loan that starts at a high interest for 10 weeks and converts to 3.99% after you prove you can make the payments for the 10 weeks. I was very clear I wanted the low interest loan in place before funding. they funded the HIGH interest loan and never converted it to 3.99%. I contacted the after funding the guy was in Israel he kept saying dont worry dont worry. Now Im stuck with the high interest loan. Complete crooks and scammers. Terrible company to deal with.

Not a company I would want to do business with.you can not find any info on owners, calls are like talking with old style boiler room telemarketers. telemarketing turn over is insane. I feel what they are doing is close to a bait and switch type offerings. One of them called me and said yeah, we talked 6 months ago and you said to call you back, I have the 50K approved for you. I never talked with them. So I asked, ok where is the paperwork to sign. he said, oh, let me get 6 months bank statements and fill out and app. That is NOT pre approved and they did not talk with me ever. Those are lies. If someone is allowing lies on the phone, then there are other bigger issues internally.

I like the effort of Isaac Matthews to help me get the funding I needed. I needed a loan to finance a move from Greenpoint, Brooklyn to a cheaper place in Woodhaven, Queens with more targeted traffic for our retail store. Its larger space for slightly less lease. We can expand like we originally planned to and offer more variety. In the end we saved on the monthly lease and actually got more sales. We hired more people and we are at the point where we are now considering opening another location in a similar area.

I keep receiving unsolicited calls from this company. i keep telling them never to call here but they persist. This is illegal (but unenforced) behavior. i suggest you avoid business with them.You do not have to call every violator of the do not call registry to avoid being robodialed. im on the do not call registry and Premium Merchant Funding is very clearly ignoring this registry. i have already filed complaints with the FTC but they are too inundated with telemarketers and bureaucracy to prosecute at this level. Premium Merchant Funding is exploiting the FTC vacuum at the expense of every phone owner.If you receive any unsolicited calls after adding your phone number to the do not call registry, i suggest you create a review for them on google and let them know how you feel about their business practices.Be sure to verify it is the actual company that is calling. They can spoof the number calling, but it is easy to confirm call back numbers.
Summer is coming and lately after relocating to west midtown in Manhattan we have seen our bar get more busy. We have a bit of outside space to expand to but we dont have furniture. I asked for something simple which they solicit in their advertising. they tried to loan me 4 times the amount requested at half the term with a goal of improving cash flow. i do not get it. Watch out for bait and switch. Will tell you anything to get an application with no follow through. They also charge nearly 700% more than competing offers. Example I was told I was approved for $40k line of revolving credit. Get contracts for 6 month term loan with daily payments. 15k loan costing $21,750. Offer from QuickBooks capital was $15k 9 months with payback if $15,789.

Funding from Isaac Matthews helped me to grow my business by 15%. I own a grocery store which was seeing more customers overtime. Noticed the spot next door was for sale so I got the funding needed and got approved for it and used that to buy the extra space. Now I have more additional floor space to store additional things and add extra checkout registers! Business increased as a result a bit but it works! Thanks to PMF I got my funding.

Needed to get a loan, Isaac Matthews helped made it happen. We got $50,000 to automate some stations at our fast food place and as a result we moved those employees to assembling meals and we then minimized wait time. Several months now, we got the return from the funding we needed along with an increase in revenue that resulted from this.

People are partially leaving where I live due to a local train shutdown affecting this area while repairs get done in the train tunnel. Found a place close to another train line. Decent rent and good location on the Main local Street. Cheaper rent, costly local move but Isaac Matthews helped get the loan we needed to move there and upgrade chairs so our customers have a comfortable seat while they are here at our resturaunt. They stay around more and they order more food since we also funded the expansion of our food menu and extra chefs. We did so good we hired an extra chef and use mobile ordering too and its all paid for itself. Easier approval process through these guys overall.

They sent me PRE-APPROVED email and I checked in the midst of the process and the agent told me IT IS POSSIBLE but at the end, i was declined. And this is the 2nd time that I experience the same thing with them. PMF always tries to attract applicants with vain promise. The result is always back to me with lowering my credit score! Dont proceed with them and dont trust them. if you dont have good credit score or good financial situation, they will decline at the end.

Trying to get a new fridgesince the old one fave out and the repair man basically recommended buying a new one since it’s too old. Predatory. I do not even own a business, but these people have been calling me constantly for months. They ignore requests to be removed from their calling list, even threatening to call even MORE when asked to stop. Again, I do not even own a business. Ownership are ghosts. This is a scam company. Positive reviews are fakes. Pray you dont end up on their distribution list.

PMF did such a spectacular job with working with us for a Line of Credit in such a quick time. They definitely due diligence on their end to make this a straight forward process. My company was 18 months old so traditional banks would not provide us with an LOC but PMF did a great job and got us a great rate.
This place is the ABSOLUTE worst!! They are very unprofessional and unethical!! After completing all the paperwork and signing a contract we were told we were approved and it was a done deal and a sure thing to quote their exact words and that we would have funds available the following day first thing in the morning...well by 1:00 we had not heard or received anything so we called only to be ignored for 3 days and then told they killed the deal , also their words!! If that wasnt bad enough they offered to make it right, also their exact words, to just turn around and do the same thing to us AGAIN!! Getting denied a loan isnt the issue Im upset about, its the fact that we were flat out lied to and went through all that time and effort for absolutely nothing!!

At what first seemed like a straightforward and reliable source for funding became a string of misleading promises and wasted effort . Went so far as to get a COJ notorized at my bank for them and it still proved to be a useless waste of my time. The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldnt go less. Its a shame how misleading they were to me and what they had me do to just be turned down.

I reached out to Mason for update on rates and terms. He said I didn’t have to take anything that was less than one year. It took him 24hrs to get everything done and the approval amount was twice as much as the competitor.
