One of the best desi grocery store near in our neighborhood. You would find all kinda Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani groceries, vegetables, fish and halal chicken and meat. And the overall prices are very reasonable.

I usually dont write reviews but I had to for this one.It was good at the beginning but now it went to HELL!!!1. Price are double for most of the products, compare to other stores. You can get a better deal literally anywhere else.2. They have 3 machines to cut Fish, beef and chicken but they use fish cutter for everything.3. I was in line first but they served 3 other people before me because they know each other. Left the store immediately. Didnt buy anything.Poor customer service.NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!

I usually don’t write any reviews but I had to write a review this time,it’s because Premium supermarket Ozone Park location is stealing money from their customers.This is the second time I was charged extra in the chicken and beef items.Yesterday I bought one box of chicken,when I asked the person the price,he said it’s $50 box,when I went to pay to the register,I saw the ticket saying $60 then I spoke with the cashier,she went to the section and changed the price.Also I was charged for $1 extra per pound of shrimp.My brother told me same thing,it’s like you have to watch them,every time they charge you for something.I really like the place,I am trying to get attention to the owner or manager talk to the employees about it.

It was ok . variety of vegetables, prices seemed to be ok, but reflecting higher amount on the receipt.The items are marked a different price than what they cha happened to me with at least 3 items. I asked about one of the items to be double checked, the guy came back saying no it was wrong I would be careful if I returned there.
Love this supermarket ... was so sad when it burnt down ... so happy its open now... only problem cashiers are so rude... Im trying to close my purse and shes like hurry up ... I just spent close to $200.00 she lucky I didnt return everything.The only reason 4 stars rating the butchers and the guy who does seafood makes my Sunday.
Did Qurbani order here. Totally mess. They ask to pick up meat in the evening of Eid. We didnt get it untill day after. Show no sign of regret for messing up so badly. If i had an option to give minus star i would have.
They don’t deserve even one star.My husband brought fruits from there all the fruits were overripe ,rotten and dry inside ,may be months old . Watermelon was dry and white inside. apples were overripe , oranges has faul odor,tasteless. Block fish was rotten also .only the vegetables were fresh.The cashier charge 12 $ dollar more for shrimp which we didn’t bought at all .My husband didn’t noticed .when I checked the receipt I called them they didn’t answer the phone .Next day my husband went there and claim to check CCtv they just ignored him. Humiliated and overcharged .Never going back there .
This place has everything wished their customer service was better and they are frauds my mom went to shop for a veggie and it was priced one day one price and next day priced higher for same product then they refused her from what she has said unbelievable. Then my mom went 1 day after it became the same price as the first day and said it was a mistake 😶.
Meat cutters are very helpful, well mannered. Specially Malik bhai is very helpful person and good salesperson as well. Because of him Ive spended $120 more.
Cashier Tawhida Islam she was very smart about cheating. She try to cheat with me $5.49 but I follow her then said sorry. My total bill was $31.65 . Think about that how many % try to cheat with me ... please please please check every single items before you pay amount. Thanks.
The store opened pre-mature! No price tags on most items! Totally cluttered store. Some even dont know how to bag things (they are new which is fine but probably company didnt provide any training). Didnt feel like to go again on first visit. Also they (probably) charged me price of wrong item (charged for 50lb item while I took 25lb.). I called the store number on receipt within store hours and the lady said she cant provide any information and I must have to go store to check and also said its (10:30PM) late while store still open for 1.5 hours. All I wanted to avoid a trip to store without being sure about the mistake.

My brother bought mango juice from liberty premium supermarket mango juice and strawberry n banana mix juice wasn’t good so we went to return but they didn’t exchange Juice one of employe name Jakir he was so rude behave with us and didn’t want to exchange . He was horrible customer service that’s why we don’t go anymore to this premium .

This place is really good having your usual foods to buy in your average desi supermarket. This supermarket on the otherhand dosent have your usual american style food that you are able to buy. In other words you can say that this supermarket has the foods to make desi traditional dishes

2021-07-13Never knew this part of spot had Bengali stores. It was my first time and this store seemed to have everything. I had been looking for drumsticks for an entire year and finally found it here. Ill go back there again.

2020-12-28Staff members are very nice and helpful except for one female employee (in her late 30s), who is very rude with returning customers even with those who spend over $1000 on monthly basis only on groceries and meat from premium supermarket. The management need to have a chat with her or else people in the community have many other options to shop from.

2021-05-13I am a regular at this supermarket. They have good prices but this is the second time I got meat ( beef a while ago and today, chicken) Both times they tasted really bad, and the smell is even worse. So dissatisfied & disappointed!! Please look into the sanitation of meat storage.
