Our house was power washed today and it really looks terrific, better than it has ever looked after power washing done by others in the past. The house and grounds were very carefully prepped and protected before cleaning and everything straightened up afterwards. Dominic is professional and meticulous! We highly recommend Pressure Clear Power Washing!
I hired Dominic to do a cleaning of my siding. He did a great job overall. He took his time and made sure to get all of the areas that we discussed, and even did the front sidewalk at no extra charge. My house looks brand new, and we couldnt be happier.

We hired Pressure Clear to wash our windows and power wash moss off of our wood shingles. Dom was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and his price was very reasonable. Dom was very considerate and careful throughout the process, kept us informed, finished in a timely fashion and did a great job. He even took the time to go through the house with us at the end just to insure we were completely satisfied with his work - which we were. Dom is now our go-to guy for window cleaning and power washing!!
Really terrific service. We have never had our siding and patio professionally power washed before so werent sure what to expect. Dominic was really responsive on both email and text and was so incredibly professional and communicative when he was here. He helped to move some heavy items off the patio and even washed an outdoor garbage can that I thought would never look good again. Cant recommend Dominic highly enough!
Dominic did a terrific job cleaning our homes windows. Both sides of the glass were hand cleaned--no power equipment was use. The glass became crystal clear. Great attention to detail, great price, wonderful outcome. We will use his service again this spring
Dominic did a great job on our old stone patio. It had gotten stained and discolored over time and I thought it would need to be replaced. After power washing it looked like new! Dominic was thorough and very professional. I would highly recommend him.
I hired Dominic to pressure wash my large commercial building. He was very communicative and prompt with estimates and work day.Pictures before and after were provided without asking. All insurance requirements were met, which is a must for todays businesses.Quality job for competitive price.... A must hire if power wash cleaning is needed.

Miguel pressure washed the moss off of our roof. He was extremely thorough and our roof looks so nice and clean now. He cleaned all of the moss away that fell around our house when he was done pressure washing. Its so nice to have someone do a good job and to get your moneys worth!

My house and my patio have never looked so good. Dominic was here for almost NINE hours! He never stopped, didnt miss a spot, actually pulled out weeds in the cracks and above all else was a gentleman. Too many times I have had the guy with the old beat up power washer come over, leave streaks all over and stop midway saying its just too much to do the patio is just too old. Pressure clear came over with the right detergent, the proper equipment to do the job and too great care not to damage any of my plants and shrubs. I will be a repeat customer for years to come.

Miguel was fantastic, we called for an estimate he was on time and his price was very fair. Work was scheduled for the next day where we went over the process and products he would use. He was careful to move any items that were in his way and then replaced them once finished. Upon completion he walked with me through the job to ensure that I was completely satisfied. After he left I rewalked the job, only to find that he had also cleaned a few additional areas we hadnt discussed. It shows the kind of pride he has in his work to go the extra step to provide a high quality job.
Miguel did excellent work .. the house looks like new. We needed to reschedule once and it was not problem. He was very careful around our landscaping and even did a few extras for us with no questions asked!

These guys are amazing I had them give my 150k square foot vacation home out in Rye a full cleaning after a season of wear and it came out spotless.The Jacuzzi patio was fresh, tennis court pristine, and 6 foot wall surrounding the whole property stunning.Craziest thing is, it took less than a week!Most worth it 100k I ever spent.Thanks guys!

I have had others do this job before and I did not understand what professionalism, quality and value meant until I saw what Dominic did. He explained what he was going to do in a professional manner and then spent hours on the job when others in the past spent about one hour. He was careful to minimize impact to our gardens by irrigating before and after the job and by using a diluted but adequate amount of cleaner, and lower water pressure. He was meticulous in the job and the results were of excellent quality. For a bonus he also cleaned my deck and walkway which, to tell the truth, I did not ask for and I did not expect. That is what I call value.

2022-08-09Dominic was communicative and professional throughout. His work was excellent and careful. He did a great job with a patio and wooden stairs but was particularly miraculous with a moldy awning that I thought was beyond help. He took care to not rip the old delicate fabric and moved furniture out of the way and back again when done. He treated our property with the care he would treat his own property. Thanks!!

2022-05-27I first heard about Dominic and Pressure Clear Power Washing from my neighbor who was having gutter work done by his brother. I texted him with pictures of my house and asked for an estimate. He immediately responded with an estimate and, if accepted, a proposed date.He arrived on our agreed upon date and time. My first impressions of him were his friendly demeanor and professionalism. As we walked around the house, he explained what he planned to do and asked for any specific concerns I might have.Before getting started, he covered all exterior outlets and fixtures, including my video doorbell, that might be affected by water. All plants, shrubs, and flower beds were hydrated and protected. The bottom of my front door was sealed so that the chance of water entering would be prevented. He handled everything with great care and respect. His attention to detail was exemplary.He spent approximately five hours pressure washing what I thought would only be the siding and deck, but when finished, he had done so much more. He cleaned all the gutters and downspouts, my lower roof which had accumulated some algae and other growth, my bluestone patio and ceiling, the wood deck posts and trim, my deck furniture, and the windows and screens.My house looks as beautiful as the day I moved in 27 years ago! I cannot say enough complimentary words about Dominic’s work. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone who values hard work, professionalism and quality.

2021-04-22Dominic is amazing. He carefully prepped all of the bushes around the house, covered the lights and cameras and spent the entire day making our house sparkle and shine. He expertly cleaned the fences, pergola and deck. Our house looks brand new. We have used other services in the past, but none of them even come close to these results. 2020-01-27We had a serious problem with mold growing on the side of our vinyl sided house and a top section of our roof and only discovered it after we had taken down some tall trees. The mold must have been there for years. I called in Dominick from Pressure Clear Power Washing to give me an estimate. He came to the house to look at the job and we quickly settled on a price that was more than fair. I was confident that I was hiring a real professional because I hire his brother Ray Perez the do all of my gutter and down spout cleanings twice a year and Rays fantastic! Dominick did an amazing (and I mean AMAZING) job at power washing the entire side of my house and a large portion of the shingled roof. He even showed me before and after pics of the area he worked on and I honestly couldnt believe the major transformation. I was so pleased with his work that I booked him to come back in April to power wash my entire house. I cant wait to see my whole house look like new again. Highly recommended.

2020-01-29Dominic did a fantastic job power washing our house, deck, cleaning the gutters and cleaning the windows. We made a decision to sell our house very quickly and only had a few days to get the house cleaned up before putting it on the market. Dominic was very responsive, gave a great price, and arrived on time. I felt bad that it was only 39 degrees out and the day after a snow storm, but our house was sparkling by the end of the day and we got an over asking price offer in under 24 hours of being listed. I would absolutely recommend Pressure Clear to anyone!

2020-07-27Dominic spent the entire morning and afternoon pressure washing my home. We had the roof and the exterior cleaned, and both looked great when he was done! He took extra care and time to go over anything that looked less than perfect, and we appreciated his attention to detail. He even cleaned my front steps because he felt it would improve the overall look of the home, and that wasnt included in the price, hes just a perfectionist, and I love that! Seriously, Im picky, and I have high expectations when Im spending my money, and he never made me feel like I made a bad decision, in fact it was the opposite. Hire him! You wont be disappointed.

2020-04-13I dont usually write reviews, but Dominic did such a great job that one was in order. We had a problem with some moss and lichens growing on the shingles, and just having a dirty roof. Dominic quoted us a great price over the phone, and then showed up on time several days later and explained how he was going to clean the roof. He then spent the entire day (more than 7 hours) cleaning! He even cleaned the white trim on the side of the roof, and as a bonus cleaned a bay window roof in the front of the house (which was sparkling white after the cleaning!). He was very professional and took care to minimize the impact to my wifes flower gardens by irrigating before and after the job, and by using a diluted but adequate amount of cleaner with lower water pressure (important so the shingles dont get damaged). He was meticulous and the results were of fantastic! I highly recommend Dominics services!
