I wish I could give more than 5 stars for them. A different limo service canceled on us less than 2 days before our wedding. Chuck (the owner) was able to pull some strings to get us a party bus and a driver. They definitely cared about our day and did everything they could to help us. I highly recommend them and I know I will use them for any future services!!!
From start to finish, Prestige was so easy to work with. Communication was easy, everyone was extremely friendly, and our driver was absolutely lovely. Will use anytime I need group transport. 5 stars all day!
Limo bus was new and clean, music system was in perfect working order. The only issue was the air conditioning but I think it was just because it was so hot. It was definitely forced to work overtime! Kim was great to work with and our driver Sharon was fun, funny, kind, and so sweet. Thanks again for everything!!
I had an incredible Memorial Day weekend touring the wineries alongside Seneca Lake with the help of Prestige Limo. Our driver was punctual, patient and very accommodating. The 10-passenger stretch was nice and spacious for our group of 5 (7 originally but 2 had cancelled). I wouldnt look any further for a luxury ride in this region!!!! Just spectacular all around!!! Thank you so so so much for everything!!!
We booked Prestige Limousine as a Mother’s Day surprise for our 88 yr old mother. She commented that she would love to ride in a limo because she never had. We booked the limo & the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly & provided great customer service. Our driver that night was John. He was prompt, did an excellent job driving us where we requested. We had dinner at Agatina’s, then drove down to Highland Park, through the city, down through Charlotte, through Durand Eastman Park & then home. Our mother had the time of her life & Prestige Limosine Service made that happen. Thank you!
I cannot say enough positive things about this company. With everything going on with the pandemic, my daughter and her fiancé decided very last minute, but they were just going to get married with parents and siblings. Throwing everything together, we didn’t even think of transportation. I called and spoke with John, and I believe it was Kim. All I can tell you is that they were unbelievably accommodating and so wonderful to work with. The day of the wedding, the limo was here right on time, with a wonderful driver name Brian. My daughter and her new husband and their siblings, could not say enough about how wonderful he was. This truly helped us in so many ways of convenience, but also making it feel special during these strange times. I cannot recommend them enough and hope that you will support this small business. We will definitely use them again.
Not upfront about pricing. Force you to pay a tip in cash, but they want to tax you on said tip. Booked them for 4 hours . We used about 1 hr 30 mins because they had somewhere to be after telling us we had the bus for 2 hours on the pick up. Brake lights were out on bus.. heat did not work . Bus driver was driving recklessly. Would NOT recommend
Rented a Limo Last month, for my friends wedding.The Bus was beautiful and it was exceptionally clean. It fit everyone in comfortably and was very spacious. The sound system was crisp and had us all dancing!The Driver was impeccably dressed, polite and knowledagble on wherd to take our pictures, (im from Vermont) alongst with being punctual with the wedding course. i Learned of this place called the sunken garden which is soo besautiful.Highly Reccomended for your next function

The drivers are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Very accommodating and true to their word!!. We had to reschedule 3 times due to a death in family and then Covid; each time they honored our contract and worked with us to get what we needed As our party size change each time too! We hired Prestige Limousine Service to shuttle us around on our wedding day this past December.I worked with Chuck to get the limo booked and he was very helpful. He knows the area and has the experience to make good recommendations based off of what you will need. He helped find a solution for us that fit within our price range and it was perfect.Our drivers name was Louis and he was awesome. He was on time for every pick up that we needed and did a great job of navigating the city. When we were going to arrive too early to our reception, we let him know and he took a different route and dropped us off at the right time which was really helpful for us.I would highly recommend Prestige if you are looking for an affordable limo service with a company that has plenty of experience.
I used prestige for a birthday wine tour and was very happy with the service. The limo showed up 15 minutes early and comfortably fit my 24 friends. It was the middle of the summer, so I was VERY happy that the air conditioning worked as well, as Ive heard horror stories of limos not having working AC. The limo driver was very friendly and helped us set up the Bluetooth to listen to our music. All in all, I would definitely recommend Prestige to my friends and family, great experience!!
Prestige Limo is hands down the BEST Limousine company in town! Chuck and Kim were an absolute pleasure to work with and they made the entire process from beginning to end as simple as possible. The Limo was beautiful, comfortable and clean and Doc was AWESOME! He had a great attitude and attended to our every need. Price was great, service was excellent and we had a blast with the driver! Words cant express how incredible Prestige Limousine was this past Saturday. Our originally booked limo service canceled hours before my best friends wedding. Prestige had an available vehicle, called in their incredible driver Louie from his day off, and saved the day. If anyone understands how difficult it is to get a limo the day of during peak wedding season, youll know how much of a miracle this was in itself. Within an hour contracts were sent, signed and the groom and his groomsmen were picked up and off to the ceremony at the exact time we scheduled. Not only were they able to process everything quickly, but they were professional, timely (our venue was 30 minutes from Rochester) and compassionate to our situation. Prestige and team, thank you for helping us avoid such a terrible situation, we couldnt have been happier with your company. I look forward to recommending and using your service in the future!

We occasionally use Prestige to tour Christmas lights since they did our wedding and the service has always been impeccable. Clean cars and polite drivers are what Ive grown to expect from this business and theyve always delivered. Chuck made sure we had the right car for our wedding and a tip he made (use the SUV with the side door) saved the day in my wifes eyes since my bride to be was able to step gracefully from the car instead of struggling.Ask for Chuck, you will not be disappointed

Absolutely top class service. Everything from the condition of the car, to the manner on the phone. I hired a Lincoln stretch for my Fiancees wedding dress shopping. There were 8 people comfortably in the limo. They had a great experience with their driver Mike. He was very helpful, always quick to answer the phone, and made it everywhere on time. I will definitely be using this service again for limo hire.
Great Job!!! I called Prestige for my daughters prom and they did a wonderful job. They had forms for me to pass out to the kids that gave all the information that was needed. They were professional and great to work with. All the other parents of kids in the limo were pleased as well as to how smooth everything went. The driver made sure my daughter had his cell phone in case they wanted to leave early and made sure they were safe. I cant thank you enough for taking great care of them and helping to make their night flawless. THANK YOU!
Ive used Prestige twice now for wine tours in the Finger Lakes region. Theyve been excellent both times. The first time I used them was slightly last minute and the second time, we worked with them to make changes last minute. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The drivers showed up on time, with a spotless, clean vehicle. They were fun and engaging and took excellent care of us.
Great to do business with! Had to make a change in limo size and they were more than accommodating! Two proms down one to go and I will be calling Prestige again!!!!!!!!! Excellent driver and limo! This is the 2nd year in a row that we used them for our company Christmas party. Dan was our driver and he was the best ever! The limo bus was clean and the price was great. Kim in the office made the rental easy and painless. We will be using you guys again next year.
Great office and owners. Terrible driver...Showed up 15 minutes late...asked for one thing throughout the day, (stop at a liquor store) three times and he forgot. He then complained about his gratuity when we only gave him 10%. Recommend the the company but dont recommend the driver Tom.
Prestige Limo has outstanding service! Ive had a chance to see almost all of their limos and stretch SUVs and large limo buses and they are ridiculously awesome. One even has a pole in the back for dancing. Ive met a few of their drivers and they are quite professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and where to visit. We took a wine tour a few weeks back and didnt exactly know where we were going - the driver made a bunch of suggestions and they all turned out great. My wife and I are customers for life and would only choose Prestige for any event that needs group transportation.
I was more than pleases with my service from Prestige. Having never planned a wine tour before I had to call back a couple times and change things and everyone I talked to was very accommodating. Our driver was amazing and made it a great time. Thanks you Prestige!!
I wont give less than three because I did not get past a quote to interact with the rest of the staff. What I will say is customer service of the phone rep was some of the worst. From the moment the gal got on the phone I felt like I was wasting her time and ruining her day for calling. After giving details of what we needed a quote for she made me feel stupid for even asking for the service. Once getting a quote (this was not the first place that we had give us a quote), I was a little surprised how much more expensive they were than other places so I polity said oh that was more than I expected. She replied with well thats what they cost dude. Have you been to the grocery store lately. ... I responded that I was just asking because I have got much lower quotes. She responded with well then go call them and hung up on me. I wouldnt work with a company with customer service like that even if the they were cheaper and and had nicer limos.

I worked with Kim, she was helpful and knowledgeable about the different wineries on the tour we were interested in. She was also willing to price match another quote I had received from a competitor. Although both companies were pleasant to work with, I ultimately chose Prestige bc of Kim’s attention to my needs and the fact that she went out of her way to help me plan my wine tour. The other company didn’t bother to ask or inform me anything about how it works. Thank you Kim, I look forward to working with you again.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! The limo literally blew up before we even left our driveway! They told us a new one was on the way and we had to wait an hour and a half. They lied, they only sent a mechanic in a sketchy jeep to fix our limo. They told us we had to use that one. We had no choice we were going on a Bachelorette Wine tour. All went well once we got going. The driver was amazing, I felt bad he worked for such a scamming company... On the way back the limo broke down again!! We were forced to have family members come gets us! They told us it was good enough because they got us 3 miles from home! Literally the craziest thing Ive ever heard of! I cant believe this place is in Business! So disappointed I feel horrible for the bride and the people that planned it. Horrible, horrible, horrible, customer service. Actually quite embarrassing on their part! Never ever again!!

This is a first rate limousine service. They are timely, the drivers are superb and all of the vehicles are up to date and immaculate. I have used several limo services in the past, but no one comes close to Prestige. I strongly reccomend them for all of your transportation needs.

Worst customer service EVER! We have never dealt with such a horrible owner and co-owner, Chuck and Kim! My sister had set up the limo for my bachelorette party to go on a wine tour. When the limo arrived it was smoking and broke down in the driveway. My sister was immediately on the phone with Chuck, he said he would try to get ahold of a mechanic and if not another limo, but it would be an hour and a half wait. All he offered for our inconvenience was 15% off the bill, and 15% was nothing when about ten girls went and all winery appointments had to be canceled and a new route created! At this point my sister called every other limo, bus, car rental place around to help! Then some sketchy mechanic shows up, he was there less than 10 minutes, fixes it, and says you’re fine to go... an hour and a half later we were finally on our way!! During this time Chuck was under the impression that we would stick to the original time schedule and WE would now have to cut our day an hour and a half short because of their inconvenience, my sister explained to him that we paid for 8 hours of the service and it is not our fault the limo broke down! The limo driver, Marc, was great and very respectful throughout the whole day, despite what he went through with the limo and his bosses. A little over 4 hours later going home the limo breaks down again in a Denny’s parking lot, more than 10 miles from our house! We were forced to call family members and friends to come get us. Once again my sister was on the phone, now with Kim...because Chuck ‘had left the building’. The way Kim had talked to her was uncalled for and very disrespectful! She gave her a hard time, saying there was nothing she could do and ‘what do you want from me, we got your three miles from home’ she just kept repeating. My sister tried to explain that we paid for a limo service and now would not even be brought home and she wanted some reimbursements. Kim was very rude, refused to only give back $50, and had no sympathy that we were broken down at Denny’s and how this isn’t her fault! This was the worst customer service ever! I have no idea how this company is still in business, with Chuck the owner and Kim, his sidekick! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!
From the first couple phone calls to the day of the event to the driver, Prestige limousine was amazing. Everybody was so helpful and nice. Absolutely 5 stars and I would use them again.
Vito was amazing! Super kind and helpful! Kept my phone charged while we were out of limo so we had music! Needs bluetooth. But not Vitos fault. Nice clean limo. If I need you again we have to have Vito! Will add photo!
The two stars are for a single employee that was actually helpful and made the process easier for us (Kim) and the limo was clean. 1. Called in to speak to kim but another employee picked up. Sounded annoyed and hung up on me. I called back, I was connected to Kim and asked if this person worked for the company...she did. Why was she so rude? I have no idea. I simply stated who I was looking for and the purpose of my call. Another time I called. A man picked up and was clearly driving when he answered the phone. I said I could not hear him. His response? Well I cant hear you either! In the rudest way possible. As it was only 8am I thought maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to hang up and call back. Second time around he was nice and said he was Kims father. The day of the event: The limo showed up and there were no lights in the limo, no way of connecting our ipod to the sound system, and the driver did not know how the sound system worked. We were taken to our locations safely. We paid about $1300 for 4 hour service. I would NOT recommend them. They had an odd way of making my wedding memorable.Edit: Just got a call from Kim asking me to explain my rating and the impact a negative review has on their family business. Ok Kim, here is my edit. My ipod was old and couldnt connect to the sound system. I provided three phones to connect to the limo sound system. The driver did NOT know how to do it. The driver DIDNOT give an aux cord (as you stated over the phone.) There were no lights in the limo during the first or second trip. As for you calling my review petty...well, thanks for calling to harass and insult. Please DO NOT call my phone again.
Prestige Limousine is an excellent buisness that cares about their costumers. My girlfriend and I took her father out for his birthday and it was last minute. They took the time and went out of their way to accomadate us. Good rates too!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a good time!
I rented a limousine recently for a concert with my girlfriends and we had a blast! Our driver was professional and the limo was pristine. I definitely recommend Prestige for quality and affordable limousine service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The driver was the only one who was pleasant and respectful! The limo started out smoking and leaking fluids & the owner Chuck had to call a mechanic. After 1.5 hrs we were on our way, it drove okay until our ride home when it overheated again and we had to pull over. Chucks ‘plan’ was to let the limo cool down and ‘try’ to get home. This was not safe, I was not putting my family & friends back into the limo and TRY to get home, so family had to be called to pick us up. I called Chuck again and he had ‘left the building’, Kim rudely and inconsiderately insisted that she got us “3 miles from home, what else more do you want?!”. After she would no longer speak to me the call was ended, it continued during the week with the owner refusing to speak to me, Kim refusing to refund me any money, not even the pity $50. I will NEVER do business with them again or recommend this company! Do not be fooled with their pleasantry prior to signing a contract, you will regret...
Family operated business, Chuck was very friendly on the phone and the staff was very helpful despite my partys plans changing multiple times. They even returned my deposit when I had to cancel my reservation due to people dropping out. Will absolutely be calling them the next time Im booking.
The limo was clean and the driver was super nice. My only complaint is that there was no privacy divider. The whole point of renting a limo for the day for me was to be driven around and have privacy. If I didnt care about privacy I would have paid about $300 less and just had a sedan drive me around. It would have been exactly the same experience. Therefore, I did not feel I got my moneys worth.

Exemplary service by a company I was lucky enough to find on the internet. In the last hour of the day, I needed immediate service to get someone located an hour away from Rochester to the Airport in Rochester on an emergency basis. The company did everything possible to make arrangements to make that happen. They kept me informed throughout the planning process and the drive to and arrival at the airport. As someone from the area where the terrible limo crash happened, this business has NOTHING to do with the service based in Saratoga, NY. I am sure that this business has a legit and impeccable record, whereas the business that was involved in the crash had numerous violations and demerits and was operated with very shoddy oversight. People in the Rochester area going out and need a limo service, you should know that this company IS NOT responsible in any way with the horrible tragedy that occurred near Albany.-Ed

Had an awful time on a wine tour with friends. The Lincoln or whichever was nice but the air conditioning didnt work on a 90 degree day, the radio didnt have Bluetooth so were stuck with FM radio (what is this, 1995?), and the driver pretty much made everyone fear for their lives. Crap was flying everywhere. The car was well made but if you dont have A/C you can forget having a good time. Everyone was sweating their asses off even with the windows all the way down. Shame on you, Prestige managers.

So we called weeks ago to set up a car for a weeding on the 30th gave them our card numbers email said they would bill us and confirm they never did so we called today they never put anything in for us on that day so now we have no car for the wedding 😭😭😭 dont use them

Own an operate a small limousine service. The prestiage limo is not the one in Rochester. Saratoga Area. This is a mix up I feel that should be clear up. They have been around a while.

2022-07-29This past weekend, I used Prestige Limousine for my sisters wine tour / bachelorette party. There were 10 of us on the wine tour and the sprinter party bus fit us perfectly! I booked the limo with Kim and she was so friendly and accommodating. Our limo driver George made the wine tour!! He was so friendly and funny and offered to take our picture at every winery. He said he had been working in this business for 30+ years and it goes to show that George is the perfect person to drive you and your friends on your wine tour! 10/10 recommend Prestige Limousine and will be using this company again for another wine tour!

2021-11-19Cannot say enough great things about this company! We called multiple limo services for our wedding and Prestige Limo was by far the best. From the first phone call Kim was professional and accommodating. She was helpful and patient while helping us decide which option was best for us. The day of the wedding they were on time and exceptionally patient and kind! I feel bad I forgot our drivers name but she was AMAZING! She was so hospitable and a saint for putting up with us. I truly appreciate everything they did for us and will highly recommend their services to anyone.

2021-11-29I can speak of two very positive experiences with Prestige so far! The first was my friends wine tour last weekend which went great. Our driver, George (Doc), was friendly and accommodating, even when we had to ask him to park elsewhere while we checked out one winery that said we couldnt have a limo on premises. Ive since booked Prestige for a brewery tour Im planning. Chuck and Kim have been super helpful and flexible in booking the limo, even allowing me to come check out their vehicles before booking. I requested Doc as our driver again and they were able to honor that request! I have nothing but good things to say about Prestige at this point!

2022-04-26I have spoken to multiple people at Prestige Limousine for almost a week now to try and book a party bus. I spoke to two ( I think it was two different people but I am not sure) customer service women who were great. However, the owner Chuck and another woman representative were rude and very short.Chuck told me that he was holding a party bus for me my 15 person group until noon today. We had spoken two times before this. I called at 10am today to book that bus. I spoke to a GREAT woman customer service person who told me that he was busy and would call me back at 12:30pm. She assured me that since I called BEFORE noon, the bus was still ours and he would call me back at 12:30pm.I call back at 3:25pm since I did not hear from Chuck. The woman who answers the phone keeps interrupting me saying, we have been so busy. I keep trying to tell her that since I am also have meetings today, Chuck can call me back tomorrow but I want to make sure that bus is still reserved, but she keeps interrupting me saying hes busy. I try again to explain the situation and she says I am not writing any of this down because I know Chuck has his own notes.When Chuck finally gets on the phone, he 1) states that the bus is no longer available 2) that he has so many notes he has to look over them again (this is the 4th time I have spoken to him) and 3) he has no idea what bus is available now and the price he quoted me, he has no recollection of. I remind him that he said he was holding that bus for me but he then goes on to interrupt me constantly saying that he has so many papers, he doesnt remember what he told me, and that he has to call me back again tomorrow God Willing and hangs up the phone on me.To have a business operate in this matter, especially when they are dealing with customers who are paying thousands of dollars, is outrageous. I was extremely patient and waited 3 hours for a call back and this is how they treated me. Chuck is unorganized, has some employees who do not know how to deliver customer service, and apparently, is not equipped to deal with multiple customers which is creating this system of inefficiency and belligerent behavior towards them. His employees also do not know how to put their phones on hold cause while on hold, I heard them complaining about myself and other customers as well.I do not recommend booking with Prestige if you want competent service.

2021-11-22I can’t recommend Prestige Limo services enough! We rented a 28 person bus for a Bills Game and everything was awesome from the booking process, customer service and quality of the bus. Most importantly our driver Brien was the man! Very friendly, professional and safe! We will definitely use Prestige again!

2021-09-03I had a last minute change of plans for transportation for my sons wedding day. Kim and Chuck turned my transportation emergency into an absolute pleasure. The wedding party and guests had a first class experience and a safe and fun limo travels.The limo driver Brian was prompt and very courteous. He made our wedding party feel free to have a good time. We had many trips between the Doubletree Hotel and Stokoe Farms. Prestige Limousine completed the entire wedding transportation with life time memories. I cannot wait to use Prestige limousine and Brian for our next big event. The limo experience was a nice part of our wedding day.Dave

2021-07-19We had an absolute incredible experience using Prestige for our wedding in June of 2021. Chuck and the staff helped so much with planning the day of time line and were super flexible when we changed a few things around the week before. They checked in with us several times before the day of and even after to make sure we were satisfied with our service. Our driver Steve was super accommodating and professional. He even helped all the ladies and our mothers get off the bus in our dresses and heels, carried our bouquet box, and offered us a cooler for our drinks which is just a testament to how above and beyond they went. I could not recommend Prestige Limo enough and we will definitely be using them for all of our limo/bus needs in the future!!
