I had a great experience purchasing a watch from Prestige Time. They have a fantastic online selection and I found the watch I was looking for on sale. Even though they are located in the US, their shipping to Canada was very well handled and I believe I got my watch within a week +/- 1 day, whose counting. Yes, there were still taxes for imports but until a Canadian retailer can get close to their inventory, there is no better option and it is really a waste of time to look elsewhere, in my opinion. Unmatched selection compared to any online Canadian company. It would be nice to see them expand physically to Canada someday.

I purchased an IWC Spitfire Chronograph and the service, delivery time of these guys are exceptional. Especially I had some issues considering the clearance of the watch through customs and they were very respondent to my every query and provided exceptional support throughout the process.

They said the watch was used but it looked absolutely brand new with tags, box, warranty card, instruction book and COSC certificate. Although you cant use the warranty card (must use their service) it proves the authenticity and its nice to have. I feel that I just bought a brand new watch for much less than retail. Shipping was fully insured and professional. This was the best deal that I could find on the internet. You cant trust the auction sites due to the counterfeit issues. Prestige time is top-notch!
The price of the watch purchased was significantly cheaper than other retailers retail prices. I was sceptical of this and carried out some research. First time dealing with a Grey Market dealer. The watch was safely packaged, arrived timely, and in the exact condition described. I have had the watch for about two months now with no issues. They were super fast to respond to my questions and concerns via email prior to purchase, and also gave me a courtesy call after submitting my order to reiterate their store policies before processing the order.Would definitely purchase from them again.SIDE NOTE: The watch I purchased was supposed to come with an additional strap, which were on backorder due to the watch manufacturer. They articulated before processing the order that they would send me the additional strap as soon as the manufacturer sent them over from Switzerland. About two months later, without any request on my part, they emailed me to confirm my shipping address to ship the strap to me, free of charge. They even sent me shipping confirmation for it!
A class act, every one of them... Spoke to multiple people in their sales staff for a watch. I was a bit difficult in my delivery options, and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Ive purchased 2 watches from Prestige Time and many more from other online shops and from several local ADs, and I have to say the service and pricing from Prestige Time is the best. Most recently I purchased the new Omega Seamaster 300 (white dial, black strap) and the second is a beautiful Tudor. They had the Seamaster available before anyone else and at a great price. I have now bought two watches from Prestige Time: a preowned, but barely worn Rolex and a new/unworn Zenith. In both instances the transaction was straightforward and the watches arrived in a few days and exactly as advertised. On both occasions I got an independent appraisal for the purposes of insurance and the watches were verified authentic and appraised at MSRP. I expect I will do business with Prestige Time again in the future.
I had the pleasure of selling two of my watches to Prestige Time. Ben, quickly gave me an extremely fair cash offer and I packaged the watches to send to them for evaluation. I was actually debating between a watch in Bens stock and a local one and Ben game me an honest answer of which to pick, that does not happen often with sales people. I have purchased several prestige watches from The USA on several occasions because they are always cheaper even after paying the shipping and the import tax. This is my first purchase with Prestige Time and it will not be my last !!! I had a few queries before I placed my order and these were dealt with by Mike who was very informative and responded very quickly. From the time I ordered to the untiI I received my Tag Heuer watch it was just over a week. Which included the delay due to the fact I had to pay DHL the import duty before they would deliver. I would highly recommend Prestige Time 100%, great savings and a great company. I purchased with Jomashop ! do not touch them with a barge pole, they promised delivery before Christmas 2015, I got my wifes Christmas present middle of January!!! rubbish !

I bought a Nomos Club Automat from them recently. The site said it would ship in a few weeks, but it ended up shipping the next day. That actually caused a problem, since Id be out of town when it was supposed to arrive. I asked if they could hold off on delivery, and the rep said hed call me back. Instead of holding the shipment, they actually bumped up the shipping to 2 day morning delivery so it would arrive before I left.The watch is brand new and authentic, and the service was terrific. Im still nervous about buying from a non authorized dealer in case something goes wrong with the watch, but everything so far has been perfect. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
This is my second watch purchase from this company in the past 3 months. Most all the online prices were similar but Prestige Time was a little lower so I gave them a call first and Tracy was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. The other stores I tried were not even close to being as helpful--acted more like they were doing me a favor IF they even answered back. I bought from Prestige Time and the watch was shipped as promised. Three months later I called again for a much harder to find and more expensive watch and it was the same thing. Every other store couldnt even get one or beat Prestige price before starting a empty search. It only took him a couple weeks to deliver it but Mike went out and found me one in another country and I had it at my door one week before Christmas!!! Theyve earned my loyalty and I will always call them first before I even go online or to a store to look for a watch in the future.

I ordered a Breitling SuperOcean Heritage that arrived timely and as described. The timepiece was immaculate but was losing about 1 minute/day. I contacted PrestigeTime back who not only followed up with a phone call and email, but paid for shipping back to their company with no questions asked. My watch was shipped back to Breitling who corrected the issue w/i two weeks. Breitling also ended up supplying another leather watch case and certificate of repair when they returned it. I have also received a Breitling 130th Anniversary special edition hat that was shipped from Breitling. Ive had absolutely no problems whatsoever with my timepiece since receiving it back. PrestigeTime handled this issue in a more than professional and timely manner. Out of all the watch vendors I have used in the past, this group is absolutely the best Ive dealt with so far. No doubt about the authenticity of my timepiece as well as knowing that PrestigeTime is there if I need any additional support. Website does not reflect real inventory. I called to purchase a Tag watch wbj141a.ba0664 and the salesman already knew it wasn’t in stock before searching. It seems their website advertise watches they know aren’t in stock and waste everybody’s time, even theirs. Website says it’s in stock but salesman says otherwise. Waste of time for me.

I made the mistake of online ordering a watch in a 43mm and when the associate called to confirm the order, he was able to make the change right there to the 41mm which fits my wrist much better. The invoice was adjusted and 2 days later the watch I had purchased was in my hands. Great service and products. I will continue to buy from this company in the future.

I liked the fact when I had a question I was able to speak with a live representative based locally quickly and he was able to answer my questions very professionally. The watch showed up faster then I expected. Got a great deal the lowest price from any site I trusted and received faster then it would have been for a chain jewelry store to receive by ordering. Store service level is definitely 5 stars!! I spoke with sales person, he was very polite and paying attention to all details, my wrist size, model that i want, answered all my questions that i had.Im so happy with my purchase , i got it for very good discount from retail price, plus the grey color bezel is gorgeous!
