If I could give zero I would. I was reassured constantly the rim size I purchased was correct for my car (after sending all the info) the backspace and hub bore were incorrect causing rims to stick out an inch from wheel well (they were custom drilled for my car). Luckily I didnt mount the tires and I returned them which I had to pay a restocking fee of 250 ... also they never properly processed my refund and luckily I check my statement with their finance company to make sure I wasnt paying for a product I didnt have. Ive been in the car world for over a decade and never dealt with such unprofessional people. Buyer beware.
Until they sell you new rims they will be so nice to you after that they dont give a f.... about you. Please do not leave your old set of rims after you buy the new ones they sell the old once and when you go back to pick up the old rims they ignore you. And they give you stories.
Great place to shop for your rims and great customer service. I went to get some new rims and ALEX took great care of me and hooked my car up nicely. Highly recommended just ask for Alex.
Really great customer service! Came in with a certain kind of rims in mind for my Acura and Alex really helped me find the perfect set. Overall pleasant experience at the shop.
So when you purchase a item in this establishment dont leave your old rims there because they will misplace it or may they might end up on offerup or fb market for sale purpose
I came in looking for rims for my 2017 c300 and everyone was super helpful. The process was painless everything was installed on my car in no time. I would definitely recommend a worker there named Alex!
I ordered a staggered set of Aodhan DS02s, along with BC racing coilovers. I was assured by prestige that Id have camber arms with my order to accommodate my fitment. However, after installation by The Stance Shop in Astoria where Prestige referred me, I discovered my car was way too low to drive, and my tires were rubbing in the rear. I also did not get the fender roll I paid for, and was told my camber arms werent ordered.The Stance Shop then told me they were experimenting with my ride height and that they would raise it, but to come back next week since they were closing, and that the mechanicw lowered it had already left for the day. Unfortunately, I live out of state and could not stay, then ended up cracking my radiator because I hit a manhole cover.I reported this to Prestige numerous times, who said theyd call the stance shop, then call me back. Neither the stance shop nor prestige did anything to rectify my problem.Would not recommend.
My friend told me about prestige wheels, I got in contact with them thru instagram and got a quick response from Alex. Based in what I wanted for my 2018 honda pilot he help me out to pick my wheels for a fair price, I drove there from Pennsylvania, got my rims and tires installed quick and with good customer service from Alex and the other guys at the shop.
Exceptional Service!.....Had an idea of what I wanted my car to look like. They completely blew that out the water and convinced me to change said idea. Cannot stop looking at my car, and neither can everyone else. Definitely a happy and loyal customer.
Came with the bf to check out wheels. Huge variety! Great customer service and they know their stuff. ( even though we didnt buy ) Highly recommended. Definately will come back again!!

2019-06-17I have been modifying cars for about 10 years now and always upgrade my wheels. My experience at Prestige was amazing, I will not go anywhere else. Richie, Danny and Alex are top notch. First of all they are very knowledgeable and patient with your needs and the entire process was super smooth. Even if you are not ready to purchase stop by and speak to these guys and they will help you make you decision. I am a happy client, check out their work on my car @ _amg_nyc.

2021-03-26I have been dealing with this tire shop for years. Its an understatement to call them a tires shop. Its so much more then that. They have so many other exclusive car parts for any vehicle. The customer service is A+. They do most work indoors which is a plus compared to most other shops were u would be waiting outside. The location is pretty easy to get to right by the highway. Overall i have always been a satisfied customer and will continue to support and do business with them. Its a good feeling to deal with trustworthy people. Thank you again guys

2020-12-23Im giving one star cause google doesnt have 0 star. Aside from the horrible customer service, They absolutely dont want or need your business, stay as far away as you can from this place. I was about to pay $2,150 for a set of wheels priced at $1200 online and the asian guy behind the desk refused to offer me a discount on the tax portion of the $2,150 . I would suggest all potential customers to visit vossen.com or any other wheel maker online to save your hard earned money.
