Two stars because it was a good car. OTHERWISE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! Please, whoever reads this know these people lied to me about every single aspect of the payments/bank involved/ service options etc. THEY WILL KEEP YOU THERE FOR HOURS AND DRAG EVERYTHING OUT AND THEN EVEN AFTER PUTTING LOTS OF MONEY AS A DOWN PAYMENT YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS WILL BE HIGH AND HAVE A 20% APR.
I was in a bind and needed a car quick even pulled a couple strings but after reading a couple of views I had similar problems such as I had a recall on my car ... transmission and bracket replacement through my 2 year warranty... I have been riding with a paper registration for abouttwo months and no one can tell me anything calling every week then my car is acting funny and I learn that I can lose power steering or crash ... I call no one can tell me anything but call the warranty dealer then they tell me Im over exaggerating about how my car feels .. I was told my car was serviced before I got it off the lot ... so Im a little confused.. Im a female I barely know about cars so I feel like a dummy...
Hi, I need to get in contact with the people who sold me my car, but since the dealership is no longer there, am unable to. Is there anyway to get in contact with the owners? Old phone number is disconnected. not sure what else to do
If you love being lied to about the car 3 times, told you cant get your deposit back despite being told you definitely will after you change your mind, and salespeople who cant even answer a simple question you may have, this place is for you ;)
This dealer suck they are thefts I bought a car there and the car has some mechanical problems and I call them because when I bought the car they told me the car will have 2 year of warranty and they lie to me because I took my car to the dealer to see if they can fix the mechanical problems they didnt fix nothing and they charge me for nothing when suppose the car have 2 year of warranty.. They are a liers.. People when you go there to buy a car be carefull because I dont recommend this place to no one because they lie in everything they say about the warranty and the interest they charge are to much money be careful
I bud a lifted jeep here it made strange sound on the drive shaft i ask the mecanic the owner the guy who sold the car to me if thats was normal n they alll said yes they said that noise was there because the jeep have been lifted, am not a mechanic so i took their word for it but after a couple of weeks with the car i took it to a mecanic to get another opinion n they told i need a new front drive shaft , it cost me $500 plus labor another $145. The warranty didnt cover anything n the dealer didnt respond to my cuestion if they were going to fixed it anyway stay away from this place they lie to u so much they are NOT honest at alll please stay away the owner of this dealer has been in a couple of law suits from ppl that bud cars here , go to another place please.
Amazing in all aspects! 100% recommended!! Will 100% buy another car from them in the future!
Do not let theses people touch your car they will over charge and lie to your face they are breaking the law.

2021-05-25Auto shop is great.. we only take our vehicles to them.. Luann is the best she is knowledgeable about everything. Turned out really bad. Owner changed 3 x and they didn’t honor my warranty grrrr

2016-12-28Worst experience ever do not go here. Sold me an extended warranty for $2000, one month later when I needed a new transmission found out the warranty was no good because of the oversized tires IT CAME WITH. So instead of paying for the service they will refund the warranty, prorated which makes no sense. Left many of messages for the owner who sold me the policy zero returned calls. Warranty company refunded the money to THEM 2 months ago. I have called them 6 times and still have not received the refund (or had it mailed to my bank). So in addition to selling me a Jeep that needed a transmission, selling me a bad warranty, not returning phone calls, not offering to help in any way with repair bills, they have had the $2000 refund from the warranty company for over two months.

2017-11-09I feel like anyone giving this place a Good review is either a relative or someone who works there. This is place employs the most scam artists in the entire used car industry. My husband and I bought a Ford Fusion 2012 and have had NOTHING but problems since. Problems that should have been address prior to selling the car, problems that come from slapping a band-aid on something and calling it good, problems that any respectable car dealership would have fixed. I would steer so far a freaking away from this place . If you are looking for a car, think you dont have the credit or this is your only option, go to Apple Honda. They can get you the same loan, they will treat you so much better, and Hondas are amazing.

2016-09-20My experience at Prestigious Motors was Great!!! From the start to end, everyone was so helpful! Being 21yrs old with some what good credit, I figured why not. I called to make an appointment. They answered any questions I had and told me what I needed to bring in. the day of my appt I was welcomed by Uncle Frank who helped me choose a car that could see myself driving. 2hrs later and a couple of hugs from Uncle Frank, I was driving away in my new 2012 Honda Accord. =D

2016-02-18Our experience at Prestigious Motors was awesome!!!!!We was greeted by salesrep, Mary and Alvaro in a very timely, professional and friendly manner. They listened to what I wanted and help me found the car I wanted, Tim handled all the paperwork and made the transition absolutely seamless and hassle free. Great car, great deal, great service! We had a great time there Will definately recommend.

2015-08-20So I bought a vehicle from here, mistake #1. I drove with a transit tag thinking they were do what they suppose to with the dmv for my permit. Mistake #2. Its been 2 months and I still have no tag. They claim to not be able to extend or send for me another transit tag. So Im paying on a vehicle that I cannot drive. Every time I call about the status of the tag They claim there is no one to answer my question and to call back the next day...next day same bull!

2015-10-09Place basically sucks. Tried to take advantage of me, it seemed so obvious after they told me we cant tell you your interest rate and amount of months unless you buy the truck today They also wanted my car as a trade, the truck was over priced 4000 and they wanted my car worth. 3500 basically wanted to screw me that amount of money. Lol dont trust that old guy, hes barely even a good con man

2016-05-31Henry dorvil unafraid, i have to say after eight months with a ford explorer sold by prestigious and the car totally crapped out on me and all their concerned was another $3500 down payment another car. Please do not buy any car from those people.

2017-05-23I bought 2 trucks and a motorcycle and get them all serviced here. The owner Pete and everyone who works there took get care of me. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Great place to get your next vehicle!

2015-11-22By far the most dishonest people I have meet, please stay away from this place , I wish I had read the reviews before I bought my car..so my advice from me to you is that please do not get involved with this dealership at all .hope this has helped anyone.. Best of luck !
