The guy who owns is nice and the food is not bad but I keep noticing a pattern of them upcharging us a few dollars without notice. I thought it was an accident but it’s happened a few times now. It’s not tax or anything else. I said something about it once and he was like whoops. But it happened 2 more times when I ordered and when my husband ordered. So it Makes it seem intentional and It makes me not trust them as much anymore unfortunately.
Luch & pasta specials are good. Given that its in SI/NYC with many wonderful Italians, not quite good as the best but still I would like to a good rating as this should be around 4.0~4.2. Go for specials, these are good enough to be satisfying & well worth $. And unlike most, I like extra sauce on my pizza.

I usually go in to buy their pizza but lately customer service is really disappointing. I called Two times today. The first time no one answered and it kept on ringing and I completely understand that they are busy so I called the 2nd time. The second time someone picked up and it went straight to the automated voice explaining there menu. So I waited Then a girl picked up and said there is going to be 70 minutes to 80 minute delivery wait. So I said okay I’ll go and pick it up and I heard “ughh” I didn’t order and order from another place.
Food is good but website is bootleg. Prices are wrong even if u can find them. Im a once or twice a week customer and the delivery is quick and the delivery guys are very respectful but they need to get prices on site correct.
Kids love the spaghetti and pizza could take a little while to get ordered deliverred but is expeceted so no complains
HORRIBLE! Will never order from them again. The pizza was so raw and soggy. The delivery guy was rude didnt even wait for me to check and look at the pizza before he left. Then when i called they were so rude and wouldnt give us a refund. The said they dont give refunds. And they said the wouldnt come get the pizza and hung up the phone.
Short time spent... But pizza was good! People were nice. $2.50 for a cheese slices. 🤔 But overall a good experience.

My favorite spot! The chicken marsala is to die for. I have went through just about the entire menu and have yet to find something i did not like. Highly recommended
This place is phenomenal. Got two egglplant calzones. This place takes their food seriously. Massive portions. Brother told me if that was what a real calzon looks like than that was his first one. Very tasty. Recommended.

This was the worst place I’ve ordered from my far! I ordered shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, the pasta was not done the shrimp was burnt and there was barely any sauce in the noodles. My burger was uncooked after telling them well done. Told them no ketchup because i was allergic they put ketchup. So I called back to ask for my money back. She goes to tell me that I didn’t give the delivery man a $1.00. Which was a lie because he counted the money in front of me. I called them 1 hour and a half ago they still have yet to come bring me my money back. The receptionist hung the phone up on me when I asked for a refund aswell. This was by far the most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had to deal with. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Never tried the pizza but I LOVE their chicken rolls.
Pizza was cold soda was included in deal. Delivery person forgot the soda. Incorrect order it was supposed 2 be grilled chicken wrap w/mozzarella cheese , they gave chicken parmagian wrap. Marina sauce is watered down tomatoes paste. Waste of $50. We ordered from them cause its 3 blocks from the hospital. Took an hour 30mins to receive. No plates, no napkins come on now.Get it TOGETHER. Salty

Im sitting in the ICU of RUMSCI and my girlfriend called at 8:40pm to order me a chicken parm hero. I called at 9:45pm to see where it was. The girl told me she was waiting for the driver and it would be to me in 15 minutes. It is now 10:10pm and the food is still not here. I called and complained and told the girl this is not dinnertime... and hour and a half for 1 sub is ridiculous. Her response ummm... okWould never ever order from here again!

2020-04-25Excellent customer service and great tasting food! The medium pizza was a little bit smaller than I was expecting, but I think my perspective may have been warped by the fact that I habitually order large pies. That being said, their “ crazy eight“ special is a pretty fantastic deal, and is available all the time - a medium pie, eight garlic knots, eight mozzarella sticks, and eight wings, all for $18.99 plus tax! Plus the delivery was very quick! I will certainly be ordering from here again.

2022-04-12Great place Food is spectacular. Price is right. The owner is very friendly and the place is so clean and spotless. The Chinese restaurants on Castelton Ave should be avoided as the prices are high and the the food is terrible. Go to Presto instead you be glad you did

2021-09-05First time trying this restaurant and I was not all the way pleased my deep dish baby pie was good cheesy was chewy but my Zeppoli’s were hard had to tug on it to buy it and my powder was in rocks not powder as if it was really older powder smh

2020-09-28Writing this as I digest my delicious meal! I am on Staten Island visiting and of course had to get some NY pizza. I’m from Jersey and the pizza is good but I’m a native New Yorker and will always be! Anyway, we got two of the deep dish personals, a Caesar salad, and the Philly cheese steak egg rolls. The pizza was delicious! Sauce was flavorful and the dough was crispy and doughy at the same time. Definitely not disappointed at all. Philly cheese steak egg rolls were also delicious. Crispy on the outside, cheesy and savory on the inside. Caesar salad was your basic Caesar. Definitely recommend this place! The personals are actually really filling. The best of all was talking with the owner who was incredibly friendly and kind.

2021-10-14I ordered today the food was amazing pasta eggplant onion rings lol and the delivery driver was great also my dad just got out of leg surgery and he was so kind and helpful with my dad trying to get the food back in the house lol. Greatly appreciative of good food and good people
