Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. They give off more of a Mom & Pop shop vibe than a chain. Always smiling and happy to take your order!
Overpriced faux healthy food. Decent amount of eat-in space, but atmosphere is no different from McD. Delies and restaurants across the street offer much better value, atmosphere and food.
Grateful that Pret is in New York: Fresh, delicious, colorful, healty, reasonably priced. Whatever is left is donated nightly to charity. Pret A Manger checks every box in my book!

Service good. Iced Coffee good. Dont buy sandwiches towards the evening (after 5 PM). Mushy blechhh.
Employees decided to have a birthday celebration for another employee, and A: abandoned customers for duration and B:. Broke into happy birthday song so loud that I thought my ears were going to bleed.
I absolutely love Pret. There quality product and amazing customer service far surpasses any other coffee chain around.

Consistently out of breakfast products, the product case looks like a Soviet era supermarket (empty, with crumbs). Fail.

Prices are always such a thing for NY, but to pay just under $ 8 for 2 sandwiches is relatively low. Unfortunately, not much vegetarian in the offer.
Here you can have a good breakfast, we were very satisfied. Sandwich and yoghurts taste good and the staff was very friendly.

2019-01-11I love this cafe for their soups, salads and delicious coffee. There are always a lot of people here. the staff is very friendly. Guys love so much, really! I recommend granola (fruits and yogurt were fresh) and a brilliant pumpkin late))) BUT ATTENTION! do not take a baguettes with meat!! I witnessed how the girl opened a baguette with a fresh salad and ham and she was surprised to found a bug 🐜 there!!of course, their counter made a refund and apologized. I know it wasnt his fault at all. But I will not take sandwiches here anymore. I don’t want to frighten you, just talking about what I saw. It can be an accident, because the food they have is delicious! Always! But its a fact what I saw. The croissant is delicious too, but very fatty. if you want to take a sit, u will have to clean a table by yourself.

2018-07-27I like Preta a manger since I lived in London 15years ago.Pity we don’t have this chain branch in Tokyo.Enjoyed morning coffee,fruits cup and blueberry muffin.Muffin was one of the best I’ve ever had.Staff were all kind and friendly.Much cheaper compared to the morning menu in hotels of NYC!

2019-04-20Not as good as other Prets. Crowd includes many tourists with lots of backpacks and other luggage. Expect to be bumped into. Hot wraps not as well put together as other Prets. Cashiers generally slower and low energy compared to other locations.

2018-07-26Love their coffee and the chocolate croissants! So good. nice set-up; very friendly employees. Very affordable as well. The tables were a bit messy with crumbs but I wont put the blame on the employees. If customers want a clean cafe/restaurant then they should clean up after themselves. Yeah I said it.

2017-08-08The self-serve hot food, soup, salad and sandwich shelves are always well-stocked here, no matter what time you go. The staff is attentive and really try to get folks out quickly so you dont waste your lunch hour on a cashier line. Its much appreciated!

2018-07-12I love this chain and this location. The staff is very fast in the morning, I love their coffee and food, it’s always clean and well air conditioned. My only complaint is there are no Pret locations in Queens :)

2019-10-02I never review anything on here- but this is necessary! I moved to nyc 3 days ago and have never even heard of these before!! My phone ended up dying so I stopped in here to charge. The staff were so beyond accommodating when I had no idea where I was or what I was doing. Specifically, jalyssa (?) sorry I probably butchered that spelling. But I hope her boss sees this- I’ve never been treated with such amazing and accommodating customer service. Everything was on point it sparked me to write this. And I’m not a reviewer!! Please, if you go to this location, give extra love and warmth to this amazing girl!!

2019-03-16Love the food but the service was very poor! Speaking a foreign language at the counter to a co-worker while I stood waiting to ring up my food. Sang Happy birthday my husband and I had to stop talking until it was over.

2017-11-17The cashier Chris is just about the light of Manhattan in a box! I watched him for 5 minutes taking care of customers with only positivity and professionalism! He recognized the locals, he encouraged the tourists to stay warm and happy and he did his job three times than other co-workers while also chnaging the trash. This guy deserves a serious raise and title! If I was a local; I would return just for his excellent service... Very rare to find an exceptional employee these days..!!! Take good care of him!
