My company repaired their forklift, and they refuse to pay the bill. I filed a Commercial claim against them, and won a default judgement because they didnt even show up for the trial. I am not going away, sheriffs will be collecting the debt. Vendors be warned.

Not only was the equipment absolutely awful but theyre broken promises, namely the owner and his staff lie to their customers and ruin unsuspecting driver careers by running illegally. I for one had to pay out$1, 500 in fines that was their responsibility to clear my name. Do not deal with this company!!!!! And if you dont believe me just bring up there safety record. Thats what happens when they make individuals with no experience vice presidents and cant afford their day to day expenses, their accounts payable department well the one person that works there has the organizational skills of a monkey, he loses paperwork and Im sure will double charge anyone he can. You have been warned!
