Well, my hubby and I went to Staten Island Primark to start our summer shopping. We were not expecting the experience I got from Allyson, a Primark VM Colleague. She actually became my personal assistant showing me everything that I asked for and explained to me about the quality of the product and why it would be a great purchase. I was amazed by the professional approach she gave me. A lot of retail workers can point you to an item, but Allyson sold the items by giving me a presentation. A presentation!! Who would of thought. Very knowledgeable Allyson is. Never had an experience like this before in my entire shopping experience. Did I mentioned we live in Brooklyn. We will be going back to SI Primark next week. Thank you Allyson for making me feel special.
Department store with plenty of goodies to choose from. Come with comfortable shoes because the place is huge and there is a lot to look at. Also, the mall parking can be atrocious, so go early.

Love the store, but didnt appreciate the fact that they would not take an exchange without a receipt, I DIDNT WANT MY MONEY BACK, JUST AN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM. not sure if thats legal, but anyway brought the jacket 2 the bins 4 the poor, or struggling pple, and saw some pple rummaging through the Binns for clothing and it warmed my heart to give them the jacket, so all ended well 💖
This place has really nice things for a low price. $2 tees, $5 leggings, $7 sneakers, things for the house, $8 lingerie sets, candles, and so much more.
Nice store and easy to shop, but I feel like the inventory for men clothes and accessories are from the early 90s. Otherwise they have a huge selection for women
Love this place!!! Very clean well stocked store. I always tell myself I’m only running in to get 1 or 2 things and Always walk out 2hrs later with a huge bag! The prices are amazing and staff is great. Hands down my favorite store on the island.

I love Primark and I was so excited when the store made its debut in the US. I remember filling my cart to the brim when I was overseas and being shocked at how affordable the prices were.This location is huge and its stock with amazing goodies. You can get flip flops for .75 cents to $2 regular price. My mom bought two pairs of flip flops for $1. The place is an absolute must if you are shopping on a budget.I usually come here for basic items like t-shirts, socks, and a few random items. They also sell home decor items like blankets, pillows, and candles. I scored small jars of candles for .90 cents and 7 pairs of socks for $3.50. I havent tried any of their beauty items but, they do look like a good deal.I would recommend if you see something to get it because it might not be there when you go back!

Good, check your size , most of the sizes are UK or Irish, small for USA scale i.e I find there XL size is L for USA. Just try it one.

When it first opened prices were good now that this store has trended prices went through the roof. Clothing is still quite nice, they have fitting rooms definitely try pants before buying, sizes are weird only goes up to a certain size they to really up their sizes for more curvier people. Lines are a bit long because only keep like 4 registers open and theres like 8 or More, Tedious but bearable. Other than that they have really nice clothing.

This store has so much nice clothes to choose from for some really great prices. I got some awesome jeans the other day for only $13. You cannot beat that. My daughter got some thigh high boots for $25 bucks. She bought like 10 items for only $110. This included 3 pairs of jeans, 2 shirts, a bra and panty set, 2 tank tops, boots and an umbrella. Great deals! 😁👍

Primark has great prices, replace your wardrobe for under a grand, limited options for non hipsters. If you want regular clothing that looks professional, this is definitely not the store for you. Sizes are funky they still havent figured out the proper conversions from eur to us. Highly suggest trying on before you buy but they have a great return/exchange system so its really not a big deal.

My fiance & I were doing a little school shopping. Finding a parking spot can be time consuming. Keep that in mind. Primark has it all. From sports t shirts, to socks, under armor, and sport team jackets. From Chicago Bulls to Nasa shirts. Theres employees who look exhausted and overworked. But they still were helpful if need be. I purchased 6 pack of Wilson socks different colors. It was very crowded last night. Probably all the last minute shopping for school. The lights werent too bright. The music playing was a nice touch. Security was also in Primark. Primark has its affordable clothing attire. Definitely worth checking out if your on this side of staten island. Need affordable clothes of all ages this is the store to shop at.
Primark is the place you want to do your shoping for your kids the clothing is high in Quality, big selection and very reasonable in pricing.

I was very disappointed to find that their largest size was XL or smaller. But mostly, L. I asked a salesclerk, and they were a bit miffed that I bothered to ask. Looked me up and down, and was like, yeah, um, we only go up to size 16-18.I did, however, find a cardigan sweater on clearance for $7.00. hmmm it was a 2X. It was NOT the only one. One good thing though is that when I rang out, I found out that it was actually only $3.00! If my legs were not already giving out, I wouldve gone back and gotten all of the other colors!Overall: change the attitude of the workers on the floor. Remember that there are other people in the world that are not quite tiny yet. (I have lost 85 pounds). It was a punch in the gut the way the sales clerk made me feel . Like a sucker punch. Oh, and everything else in the store? The prices are ridiculously high.

What an affordable clothing store! Clean organized.huge variety of many types of clothing from kids to adults to babies to toddlers. The pajama section is my favorite because it has wonderful material. Great staff too
Primark is one of my favorite places to shop. The prices cannot be beat. They always have the latest fashions and the store is usually immaculate. This is definitely my go-to place for my work clothes and my casual clothes. The staff that work there are also very nice and accommodating.

Phenomenal! Huge store with spectacular price points! I always find some of the coolest & most trendy fashion statements whether slim jeans & slacks or dress shirts. Mens urban t-shirts are just $4. The quality is not too shabby. The clearance rack has the best deals if youre looking for particular items like sweatshirts in the summer. This is my favorite clothing spot that takes it easy on the pockets.

I FREAKING LOVE THIS STORE. Im visiting from California and my friend told me about this store and said I needed to go shop there. I had the best experience. The store was clean and organized even thought it was SUPER busy. The workers on the sale floor were very friendly and helpful. The real stars in my opinion were the cashiers the lines were crazy and even thought I had a great experience shopping I wasnt sure if I wanted to stand on the huge line. When I got on line there was at least 20 people in front of me and yet it took less than 5 mins for me to get to the front I was shocked. These cashiers were amazing. My cashier was a young girl named Gabriella and she was awesome. She had a huge smile, was super friendly and when she saw how big my purchase was she suggested a white tote which was so helpful. Overall I highly recommend this store if you are in the NY area.

The company is amazing but the staff can be a little more helpful to the customers; that way the store can stay organized and things can be easy to find. Lack of help makes the customers shuffle threw things and mix them up. I brought some slides didnt notice until we got home that they were 2 different sizes left foot 8 right foot 5🤦🏿 I brought a shirt the hanger said XXL but when I got home it was a medium. That was a bit annoying because we needed the items for that night.

I love love love this store! The prices are great and there’s such a big selection on what is available. From professional clothing, sports attire, makeup, shoes, baby clothes, and household decors. They literally have everything. The prices are why I come back so many times a year. I am aware some clothing can be made of thin material but that’s to be expected with the prices. I’ve never had clothes from here rip or wear out faster than clothes from any other store. This is my go-to for cheap clothing that looks nice and professional !
Im in love with this store. Its made for shopping on a budget. But the clothes here are also very nice. They have jackets, one pieces, shoes, dresses, shirts, pants, short, ect. Its very open & spacious and the staff are polite. I bought three shirts a pair of shorts, jeans, a dress, a Jean jacket, some underwear and only spent exactly 85 dollars. Love it.
I love this store, the prices are the best, the employees are so helpful and friendly, the merchandise is great, and I would shop here all the time.However, my friend recently applied here and had a good interview. But she has not heard back from HR on whether she got the job or not. So we’re all like wondering when she’s going to be notified by phone or email on whether she is hired or not?!?!

Service was okay. Didnt get greeted as I walked up to the Register, so I said Hi, How are you? But anyway, I found some $.90 Cents Fip Flops that are real comfortable. Very big and beautiful in this store. I will be going back.

Great place to shop, they have everything you need. Very stylish clothing without breaking the bank. For the price even if you were for one time or just one season its more then enough for me. Place is big with lots of variety. It can get busy in there, but good thing is they always have more then 4 cashiers working at a time which makes the checkout process quicker. Conveniently located at the end of the mall which provides easier access and plenty of parking.

I bought a bell bottoms jeans and it was super cute and fitted really well. The other stuff in the store looked alright as well. Definitely go here if youre visiting the staten island mall.
One of the best place to find a good deal and good price. We bought 10 speakers for 30$ each for 3 $. It is next to Staten Island Mall and has a wide variety of clothes; bags; shoes and anything related! If you are near this place give it a try! Really wonderful and I highly recommend it!
Has very cute selection of Disney clothing for babies and children. Nice selection of affordable clothing for people of all ages. I dont expect clothes to withstand numerous washings but you cant beat the price for plain v-neck tees ($2.50 each). I stock up on the black ten pair low ankle socks for $4.50 since I always seem to lose socks during laundry.
You can definitely find some amazing deals here. Most of their items are really welk priced and the sales associates always have a smile on their face. No problems finding help or any items. The quality of some of there items leave much to be desired. But for the price you really cant go wrong

Out of both Primark locations in NYC I prefer this one. Its a LOT less crowded than Kings Plaza, much more neat, and it seems to have just as much stock. Everything is on the same floor so its much easier to locate what youre looking for. Lots of clearance items. Very, very clean fitting rooms with no lines. Love this location!
Store is always messy and Managers are very rude to the people that work for them. I reviewed this store 2 years ago I wanted to add something from my recent visits. There is a salesperson named Kathleen that has been working in that store for a long time now she works in the childrens department. She is always so busy working but has always taken the time to stop what she is doing to help me find exactly what I need. That may be one of the few departments that is not always messy she seems to stay on top of it to keep it organized. I only hope that Primark treats her as a valued employee because I have seen a lot of faces come and go in that store but she has been there for the longest time.
Primark is a very good store but their clothing is more of European fitting which is a slim and tighter fit. Im bigger and like clothes that are more loose fitting.

My family and I absolutely love primark. The prices are amazingly low and the quality of the product is good. The clothes last a long time. This is our go to store if we need a quick outfit or want to build our wardrobe. They have clothes for men, women and children, make up section, bags and a home section. I would recommend anyone to go there.

I like shopping here.the cashier lines could get long on weekends. But the merchandises rotates frequently. Good value and some bargains can be found.There is a sneaky practice on Primark that needs to be addressed thou. Be careful when shopping their clearance racks. Unlike anywhere else, Primark usually only have one or two item on the rack that is on clearance. Most shoppers will be fooled into thinking everything on that rack is on sale. Then get a surprise at the checkout counter that the items are not on clearance, or worst, finding out Primark charged you a higher price only after you got home. You have to check the price tags carefully. Only item with marked down tags are on clearance, which sounds obvious, but they need to keep clearance items away from regular items.So Primark, please stop this practice. I already like shopping at your store, you dont need to trick me at the cashier.

I went to Primark yesterday at the Staten Island Mall it was excellent. the prices were unbelievable. I bought a pair of T-shirt, and sneakers from that place. The T-shirt costs $3.50 and my sneakers for the Primark brand the lowest price was $5.00 from $18.00 it was the most wonderful prices ever in that store. I cant wait to go back to that store again in the future to buy more stuff. Guys you could go to that store in the future to buy a pair of sneakers. The maximum price for a pair of sneakers is $24.00 and the lowest pair of sneakers is $5.00. Without the sale for those sneakers they are $16.00 through $24.00. T-shirts are costs $3.50 through $5.00 when its on sale thats what usually I go for when its on sale.
Love love love this store. Did I mention I LOVE this store. I first discovered it when I was in London 2 yrs ago & was so excited that they opened a location in S.I. mall. The deals are AMAZING! Not to mention their end of season sales. Dresses for $3. Who can beat that? They quality is good. I dont know if thats because most of the items were made in Europe. They have clothes for men, women, kids, babies. You name it. Its the best thing to hit S.I. mall.
Great prices and selection of merchandise. Common and unique items. Service staff are helpful. However, they dont always have the larger sizes of clothing in-stock. We were there on July Fourth and it was busy but not crowded.
Everything here is so cheap its becoming a bad habit to always walk out with something each time I come here to browse. I cant complain about the clothing selection for the price though you do get what you pay for with durability/longevity on a bunch of these items. I like that they even sell cheap USB charging cables.
This store is awesome! The place is very neat and organized. Best of all are their reasonable prices. They have everything from baby, toddlers, women and mens clothing. Primark also carries household items like comforters and candles. They are located in Staten island mall next to H&M.

Nice store.But they dont have a plus size Dept. And dont do size 11 on women shoes.So I bought clothes for my kids.Love the suitcase!!Staff very nice and helpful.A lot of choice.Wish it is one in New York City or Yonkers.Too far to come to Staten island.

Top one favorite stores to shop at on Staten island! Love their prices and selection. They could improve on the quality of the material in clothing though. Some items get fuzz balls after 2 washes. I also preferred the older staff from about a year ago. These younger ones are dead, lack personable skills and seem lazy. No one goes above and beyond.
Good Merchandise for a good prices, finally they change their designs and now looks a lot better then they started.Good to do your shopping for the kids because the kids use It 4/ 5 times and they grow up so fast you cannot keep up with their sizes🙄
I think its funny when Customers expect 5 Star service but they are literally almost getting the clothes for Free. Lol This is probably why so many companies are going out of business. If you are purchasing at this location make sure to look at the tags for size and not the hangers. Things are sometimes mixed up.People are so funny.
Me my sister and my mom went here once and we loved it. The prices was so good and the clothing was so nice! My sister was upset about Kmart closing cause she goes there to shop for her clothes, but now she loves Primark. For me and my brothers back to school clothes shopping we are going to Primark! If you have not been there please go! It is so good!
Love that this store is now in America. They have really nice clothes that suit all occasions and the prices are very affordable. Everytime I go to the mall, I make it a point to go in there to check out what New clothing they have. Nice spacious store with everything easy to find and I love that they actually have a BIG section for men not like a lot of other stores. If youve never been you definitely need to check them out on your next visit, you wont be disappointed.

Theyre good for some clothing, but not much honestly. Its very cheap, price wise, which is a bonus however some stuff is cheaply made and can tear quickly. Make sure to try on everything because sizes run a bit small.
I like the store. I noticed that they had larger womens sizes available for bathing suits (cups a-d) which is nice because if you want to pick up a bathing suit for a bigger chest you would have to generally search and spend a lot more money in another store. For the price, the quality is not terrible on these. They are good for all of your needs- clothing, bedding, shoes and some tolietries.

Cheap summer cloths and flip flops for few bucks. The quality is good for a session. The price is good for the products, especially if you are sending stuff for overseas friends and family.

Exceeded my expectations! Knowing most shoppers on SI are messy animals I expected a messy store with extremely long lines. Turns out I was WRONG. I was surprised by the organized tables, sorted racks, organized fitting rooms and fully staffed store. It was the most pleasant shopping trip Ive had since they have opened.
A friend of mine told me about this store, so I decided to go and check it out. I loved it when I first went there. The prices are great and they have good customer service, as well as fast lines; however they are limited when it comes to the boys. I tried shopping for my grandson and godson, but couldnt find any thing for them in their size, and i didnt care for the prices for certain items. Overall its a cool spot.
I have found out most items sold here are made in Bangladesh. Very affordable. I have bought some pieces of apparel and theyre well made. I still use them. The place is huge, and I have noticed many other Asians shopping here.

I just cant seem to get enough of this store. everything insanely I expensive from footwear to clothing to accessories to housewares, to childrens, makeup, literally just about everything. Theres even a charging port resting area where you will find all the boyfriends & husbands. I buy loads of items and spend on average between $60-75 bucks. Once you get the hang of clothing size you are good to go, great fit of clothing too.

I enjoy shopping here with my friend. Lots of things that are priced low and you wonder if they are really good and of high quality. So far, those I have brought and used are turning out to be ok and good. So far so good. I will be back again for sure.
This store has everything at great prices! And the quality is good as well. Sometimes the checkout lines get a bit long, but that is the only thing I can complain about.
Its mediocre quality at cheap to decent pricing. The sizes run small and are cut for skinny people. If youre a 2xl youll need a 3xl in their stuff and they dont have much in 2xl and up. Have big feet? Their shoes may not fit either.
Great options for all, can be a bit unorganized at this particular location so having some patience when looking for sizes (plus sizes specifically) can be useful. Besides that you can literally find any attire for all occasions ( work, night out, vacation, sleepwear, children, etc. ), as well as all kinds if footwear.
Im a Primark fan through and through its my one stop shop for clothes and accessories youll never leave Primark without a bag full of clothes and you wont leave there broke either
My favorite store in the world! Good quality clothes/shoes for both men and women at low prices and so much variety that follows the hottest trends! Theres also so many fashion accessories and items for the house and clothes for children, so there is something for everyone!
I absolutely love Primark they are similar to Rainbow or Telco but are a hundred times better the store is tremendous and they sell everything from sandals sneakers clothes makeup and accessories for infants children and adults their prices are ridiculously reasonable and you can get a lot for your money. Their return policy is great to I have never had a problem here and would recommend this establishment to everyone. As long as youre not looking for high-end name brand fashion this is a great place for shopping.

This store is a life saver. Their prices are beyond reasonable. They have everything. You can go here and pick up a quick fit for any occasion. Shoes, jewelry, bags, sunglasses, swim wear, etc.etc.
Its a very addictive store. Every time I go their is always something that you cant resist to buy. Not an expensive store and they have clothing for ladies, men, and for the kids, plus household items. I love to shop there and I have to go at least twice a week. Its a must go.
Its a new open about 4 months. The price in the store are great. They have cloths for women men and children and babies. Suit for man and shies are are incredible. If you a chance to come to Staten Island go the mall . You wont regret it.

Reminds me of the Conways Stores from the 80s. For women the clothes will only last one season as the quality is poor. For babies and kids its great. Cheap so you dont care if they stain it up.
I love this store, they have great deals, are very organized and clean. Their staff go above and beyond to assist customers. I had asked an associate (Karen from the children’s dept) for a children’s umbrellas that was no longer on the selling floor, she quickly went to the storage room to see if there were anymore. She came back and said they were sold out. I continued walking around the store for about another 1/2 hr and then went to checkout. While I was waiting in line, Karen came up to me and asked if I was the persons looking for the children’s umbrellas and proceeded to handed me 2 umbrellas. She went above and beyond to assist me. All stores should have associates like Karen and the entire staff at Primark in Staten Island.

I went to a Primark in Europe for the first time this summer, so I was excited to try this Primark. The Primark I went to in Europe was bigger and better, but I enjoyed this store, and I bought a handful of cute, affordable Fall sweaters that I love. The sweaters are beautiful and look like you could have bought them at Urban; only these were a fraction of the price!
Found some really nice things here. Sometimes its hit or miss but this time I was happy. Its much better than the one in Brooklyn.
Always a fun place to visit, although you might come out spending a bit. This is what you would call a fast fashion store in that everything is cheap and the whole point is you dont expect it to last you a lifetime, but perhaps a season or two. With the way fashion rapidly changes, you can shop here guilt free due to the affordability.

This place is great!!! when you wanna come spend 30 you end up spending 95 with waaaay more than youd get anywhere else... Its organized and everyone is as friendly as far retail goes... Love it 😍
Clothes are seriously affordable but at a cost. I find every piece of clothing cant be dried and even when its not dried the clothes still shrink. I washed a couple t-shirts on the cold setting on my washing machine and they still shrunk.I accidentally dried one of the $5 polos and it went from an XL to a S or M.Clothes are good for my toddler daughter though.

I came there last week with my daughter and I was having a bad day but when I met chaliqua she was THE BEST. I couldn’t believe how great her customer service was. She even made my daughter stop crying. She told me she was from the Brooklyn store but I would love for her to stay in Staten Island. Primark did a great job hiring her. I look forward to shopping there wayyyy more often now.

For the price conscious, honestly look no further. There are plenty of options for men, women and children, also home related items. Everythings really well priced, making it a no brainier in terms of budgeting ones spending. You dont sacrifice that great a degree in quality either.

I love primark. It has some really high quality clothing and products for amazing prices. Also the sizes are great! They have sizes from xxsmall to xxxlarge (which helps because im an xlarge). Also the shoes last longer than expected. i have a pair of gray slip on sneakers; ive had them for over a year and they are still in good condition! These shoes were 7$! Totally worth it!!

This is a great place to shop for kids. It has all the same trendy cute clothes you see anywhere else for a much lower price. It has womens clothes, mens clothes, kids clothes, baby clothes, shoes, toys, home decor, PJSnj beauty supplies, luggae and more. Lots of registers so even when the line is long, it moves quickly. You can fill your shopping cart and your total will be under $200.
I would have given it to stars if possible. The manager at store 109 in Staten island Chris was absolutely no help with my return. Had no idea about his own policy. And wouldnt process an even exchange. Horrible experience. Sad but I will never be spending money at that location again.

Cheap, high quality clothes, sometimes can be a bit confusing on whats in stock due to some disorganization. But if you cant find the first thing you want, no worries you will find something else because its a neverending sea of cheap clothes.
Do you like Albees... This is another German born store. There are a lot of deals in the store, good bake goods. It is pronounced like needle but us an L like as in liddle. Most of the stuff I buy there has been good. Not to much high end food there and at points the pickins are limited. It serves its purpose. Not a Union store which aggravates union workers.

Go check out the Home dept its awesome . always neat and organized and new stuff everyday its the best i ever seen . Employee Peter helped me and my wife out with a few nice throws and a comforter and a bunch of other household items . our basket was full of Home Goods and just kept on shopping ...

When my daughter outgrew the Childrens Place I was thrilled to find Primark...I wouldnt have to break the bank on school clothes :) so I bought tons of tops and bottoms at a great price, however, the tops shrunk after two washes. The leggings and jeggings held up ok because they stretch but I had to throw the tops in the good will and head to Kohls and Old Navy..so I ended up spending double. Live and learn. Great store but beware the quality.

The store is large and has a variety of trendy inexpensive accessories, clothing, shoes, Hawks, bags, and undergarments. The only issue I have is that the sizes do not accommodate for plus size women.
I love the Primark on Staten Island, for my kids,wife but, I gave it 3 stars because they don’t have a big and tall section for men. I’m a 4x - 5x I would be in here every weekend if they had my size. Are you guys ever considering putting cloths out for big guys?

2022-03-23The first time I was there I was a little bit overwhelmed. There was a lady section next to the boys section and I was a little confused and bit freaked out. But I have kept my composure and looked around. They have good but a little steep prices. If I was looking for perfect clothing with my size I would save my $100 for this place or $50 for that matter. Ive been here three or four times. I might come back and buy something here.🙂👍 Also they might have a dressing room for you to try on what you pick out.

2022-04-11I enjoy the store however Im in a wheelchair and checkout is a nightmare. They now have bins at the register so you can not get close enough to the counter then the other registers call next and my wheelchair is out to far for people to pass. This issue needs to be addressed to make it a more wheelchair friendly shopping experience.

2022-03-10They have all kinds of stuff, very cheap prices. its good for kids that are still growing and are not going to wear the clothes for too long. Believe it or not my son has one of their shirts for about 6 years now, its in better shape than more expensive shirts.

2022-06-04I had the worst experience I used to always buy stuff from primark but today I learned that the staff are very unhelpful and treated me like trash. I’ve never seen anything worse than this. Today I went to return jewelry and hair stuff and the cashier told me that they can’t return those items. I told her that the person that sold these to me never said anything about that and she should have informed me before selling these products to me. Now I have many hair stuff and jewelry that I will never be wearing while spending so much money that I won’t be getting back. All the other stores usually tell me when I can’t return stuff before I even buy the item. The manager said she can’t do anything and walked away which was very disgusting to do especially to a customer which means she showed a very bad impression. Thank you to primark for showing me that I will never be shopping there again ! AGAIN THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 😡

2018-06-02The quality is far better than F21. The price is amazing cheap. There are many options to choose from. The hoodie are super soft. The socks and boxer packets are great values. Staffs are super friendly. The lines are often shorter at the register near the men section.

Store is clean and organized at least.I felt uncomfortable because most people were not wearing a mask, despite the mandate, and none of the employees seem to enforce it.

2021-12-30Great place for female shoppers, its clean and in order. Its also very good pricing. They do have a mens section, BUT......... Its European cut, so if you like tight fitting clothes that hug your body because of possible abnormalities in your psych, this is for you. Other than that. Not for me 👍👍
