I usually dont post reviews but after the outstanding service that I received from Prime Junk Removal this is well worth the review. The entire process was quick, easy and affordable. The workers arrived on time and ready to work. They took pictures of the items that I wanted hauled away, sent the pictures to the main office, gave me a quote on the spot and did the work the same day. Prime Junk Removal is an amazing company! Three bedrooms, 1.5 bath, kitchen, living room and dining room had to be cleaned out completely and it was not an easy task. Iggy and his team did an amazing job! They were quick and efficient. A huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders and I was very impressed with the end results. Prime Junk removal was awesome I call to estimate so junk I had in my backyard and garage without an hour someone was able to come to do an estimate and this is on a Sunday afternoon. They came gave me a quote within minutes was able to start the job 30 mins later. Upon arrival I decided to add more garbage no problem they took a picture 1 min later they told me what it would cost. The price was reasonable and they are very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Prime Junk Removal. They visited my home the same evening that I called, to survey the project and provide an estimate. I was given a reasonable estimate just under 30 minutes later. We made an appointment for the following week, the guys were on time, professional and friendly. They were able to remove everything, including wet paint.

So I was redoing my backyard and noticed that we had tons of garbage so I googled a random company and boy did I hit the jackpot. Not only were they reasonably priced they were so accommodating they showed up the same day to give me a quote and also to pick up the trash. I have used them 3 times already in the span of one week. They were so nice and extremely professional. This should be your go to company for trash removal no job is too big or too small for these guys.

Prime Junk Removal is fantastic. We recently purchased a home and couldn’t get passed all the leftover junk and garbage that was left by the previous owner. Prime came and within a few hours the house looked amazing. The yard was now visible and we were finally able to bring in our own furniture. They made the move so much easier. Prime Junk Removal is the BEST trash removal company We have ever encountered. We are in the middle of a construction project for our home and we have used several companies before to remove trash from out property, but none of them can compare to Prime junk removal.Prime junk removal guys are effective, fast, polite, and on top of it all , the price is UNBEATABLE. We couldn’t believe how reasonable we paid to get rid of massive amount of construction dirt and cement. Update: Yes things happen but a simple call would have made a difference. Dont wait til 1hr after my review to offer to be here in 30mins because I guarantee if I never made a review no one would have reached out just like yesterday! If you know better, then do better.Called on Wednesday for a quote, I was told I would receive a text then I should respond with info requested. After I hung up I realized they never asked for my number. I said maybe they have caller ID and gave them 30mins. No text received so I called back and the text was sent right away. Responded with info and sent photos of items to be removed. I was told they need to make an in person visit before they can give a quote. Scheduled for the next day between 10am and noon. No one text called or showed up,wasted an entire day. Called back Friday morning, was told the guys got stuck at a big job, ok but couldnt someone call to let me know not to expect them. They offered to reschedule and I should have said no but I gave them another chance for today Monday between 10 and noon. Its 15mins after noon and still no call text or arrival. Expected better service after looking at the review. Must be fake review because I dont understand
Good experience. Iggy and his crew were very professional. Everything was timely - the quote was the same day we inquired about their services, the removal happened the very next morning that we called to schedule, and the wait window given for them to come was an hour. Three men worked very quickly, cleaned after themselves, were patient, and courteous What more can you ask for. Would recommend. Also weve gotten several quotes for the junk we needed removed and junk removal is expensive. No quote was fair and I still dont understand why the prices are so high for this work but Prime Junk Removal was the cheapest by at least a hundred bucks.

I am extremely happy with them.They show up when they said they will show up they don’t throw anything without making sure it need to be thrown out.They take pictures and send me before and after and above all my customers always happy with the way they leave the place they make sure to sweep up and more importantly they look out for any screws or nails to make sure nobody will have a flat tire.The prices is very reasonable.And their service is truly amazing.I highly recommend using prime junk removal they’re what we called professional service.Keep up the good work guys.

I started my moving process with trepidation and fear. I saw a prime junk removal’s ratings and reviews, and called them immediately. They actually wanted to complete my job the next day! On my scheduled date, they showed up early, then due to the fact that I did not take pictures of everything that had to be moved, there had to be a little correspondence with the main office to straighten it up. I was pleasantly surprised to see how swiftly and efficiently they resolved the mixup on my part , and completed the job. I definitely recommend them!!

UPDATE: Conveniently enough as with the other negative review (tax accountant), I, too, was called & texted after my review was left with the same excuse of being stuck in traffic. Im just thankful that they showed me what type of professionalism (no correspondence during my wait time to inform me of delays) they have for just my basement. I have a garage full of junk I was going to request assistance with if everything went smoothly. Id seriously reconsider calling them unless you have time to sit around waiting. I am the customer, I should not have to leave a review in order to be contacted about an appointment that they chose the date and time for.ORIGINAL: Unfortunately for me, I made an appointment for someone to come in person for an estimate after sending pictures - no call, no show. I hate that my morning was wasted.

I called yesterday and needed a full garage cleanout. Prime was able to accommodate me for 9:00 the next day. The quote i got originally could not be honored due to the fact that there was WAY more debris in the garage that I recalled. Was excited to use you for your phenomenal 5.0 ratings but my experience was nothing close to that. Purchase a groupon for services, repeatedly let customer service know I was going to be using it. The day before my appointment we called to confirm various details in addition to let them know we will still be using it and the customer service rep told us we cannot use the groupon. When we asked why when we paid for it already we werent given a straight answer. Instead we were told contact groupon and get your money back. Person who placed that ad no longer works here. If that was true why wouldnt you as a business call groupon your self and let them know and help your customer? Then this morning I was just curious to see if the ad was still on groupon and it is and it is also on living social. I see this as false advertisement and horrible customer service.

2019-08-28They are AMAZING. My previous carting vendor turned down my order because I ordered the previous afternoon, which was apparently too late for them. On the next morning, I found out about Prime Junk Removal and called them. They sent the truck and their OWN WORKERS in LESS THAN AN HOUR. I ordered two more times following that order, and they always came within the following hour.They will always try to work with you and whatever problem you come across while trying to remove construction debris, they will figure out a solution for you and get the job done.

The only thing I would recommend is providing the callers’ numbers ahead of time so calls can get picked up timely.Jacob, crew leader, was very efficient and makes sure the work was done with his team. They also swept up the leaves outside of the home for us.Great service all around, fast, effective, same day service.Price was great for AC, 3 piece sectional, full size bed frame, lawnmower, leaf blower, tire and garage junk removal.Would recommend company to others.

2021-10-21Prime is top of the line. Fantastic, well run company. They come to your home quickly to give you an estimate, and they stick to it. They were able to empty out my 3 floor fire damaged house and make the premises broom clean in one day. Their dumpsters remain on the trucks for instant removal and they have several trucks with dumpsters so they can do one at a time in quick succession as opposed to leaving a dumpster on the street. Price was more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

2022-01-12The guys at Prime Junk Removal came through in the clutch! I had a 75 gallon water heater that had to be removed through a hatch in my basement. They assessed the situation and assured me that despite how difficult the job looked it could be done. They were in and out in under an hour. The men working on the job were courteous and professional. I will definitely be using them again when I need any junk removed.

2021-12-16We are very happy with the removal. They paused when I realized there were papers left in a table that must have gotten behind the drawer. They removed the papers for me. They swept up after themselves. The price was reasonable and I gave a nice tip.

2020-12-03I highly recommend this company. The process was seamless from scheduling to their arrival. They also have the best prices. I called 4 other companies before choosing Prime Junk Removal.They came on time well equipped and ready to work. I needed to get rid of some old furniture in the home and clear my huge garage of alot of garbage and materials. They were efficient and on task. When they were finished they even swept the garage removing the small debris. Let me add they pulled out of my driveway in 40 minutes. I expected the job to last 2 hours. Select this company you wont regret it!
