The absolute worse parking garage I’ve ever experienced.We had a reservation at one lot and they said the lot was full and sent us to another lot. We spent an hour here just trying to get our truck ready to park. Then we had to wait another 30 minutes for the shuttle to leave. They then charged us an extra $21 for an “oversized vehicle.”We ended up missing our flight.
Unfortunately, I failed to look at these reviews beforehand. The worst place ever! Stay away!Rude staff. The first thing they did was charge me an extra $5 per day for an oversized vehicle, while I drive a small SUV that nowhere else is considered oversized. My family and I arrived at 6:55am and we had to wait until 7:30am for the shuttle bus to pick us up. They could not confirm when the shuttle would arrive and even suggested to me to call uber if I am worried.On the way back home, they literally could not find my car. I had to go into the huge and pitch dark parking lot to look for my own car. It took me 20 min. My wife and my two kids stood outside for almost 40 min and she was ready to call the police.I have always been parking in JFK parking lots, for many years, and every now and then the service wasnt the best, but this place is beyond! It must be inspected by the city and closed down!
Absolutely the worst parking experience ever! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.Arrived at night to a completely dark location, the only light emanating from the office. The staff appeared to either be intoxicated or extremely tired. As we tried to check in we were greeted by an employee advising that we needed to pay an additional $7 per day because we had an SUV. When questioned to show the policy, the document we were given said $3. After that we walk out to a customer complaining that there vehicle was severely damaged while parked and the employee response was “ok come back tomorrow!”The shuttle driver drove as if they were in a race, while passenger stood in the doorway. With all of that curbside service was too much to hope for!If I could give them a 0 I most definitely would. Poor customer service, and a filthy facility!
If could give zero stars I would. Only way it would have been worse is if they damaged or stole my car. Drop off was a nightmare. We drove to the garage only to be directed to another garage, further from JFK. We were told the shuttle would be waiting for us. We watched it leave as we pulled up. If we waited for it we would have missed our flight. Instead we spent $20 on an Uber. Pickup was just as awesome. Immediate shuttle service apparently means waiting 30 minutes and being hung up on. Do not park here!
This place is a scam. Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for two days later. they said come back no problem and they won’t charge us for those 2 days. They sent us a text as proof and then they went back on their word and charged us for those 2 days.On the way back we called them for the shuttle from the airport. We landed at 10 and they said the shuttle will be there in 15 min. we waited and called multiple times. They never showed. We got a shuttle from another company who said he gets complaints daily from this place. When we got to the parking lot they didn’t even have the car ready. We had to search for it in their junk yard.Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else.
I booked this lot through Ways.com Parking, never use them as well. This place is the worst parking lot period. You should never , ever park here. We arrived home from our trip, collected luggage and called for shuttle. They told us where to go at our terminal and that the shuttle is there right now. Arrived there, no shuttle , called back and asked for an ETA. Rude rep would not give us a timeframe , just telling us it will come and hung up. After 1 hour of waiting and 20 phone calls , that no one answered , we jumped in cab . Arrived at lot and asked what happened . Reps response, “I didn’t answer phone because I knew you would be mad ! “. Then he informed me the driver for shuttle never showed up for work. He lied to us about the shuttle being there from the start and that it is coming. He stranded my family in airport , at 2AM. I called and have left numerous called and texts to talk to a manager this week and not a response at all.
SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT PARK HERE. the worst experience weve ever had with a parking company. Theres actually no words to express how horrible their service was. First, we almost missed our flight because of how late the shuttle was. Then on the way back we were waiting outside in the freezing cold for 50 minutes.

2022-04-16The place is dirty, has TERRIBLE service, and is super unreliable. I didn’t give the man my keys to the car and when I came back 4 days later to retrieve my car, it was in a completely different spot. The place is cramped. all the cars are bunched up together. There’s always a random vehicle in the way of the entrance so other cars have to bunch up together on the ROAD! The man running the place is extremely rude, short tempered, and impatient. When the man finally found our car in the hundreds there were, our car couldn’t turn on. The place is filled with rats and trash. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE EVER!

Due to all the unprofessionalism at this place a discount should have been offered, but no! I paid the $18 cash ask The man for a receipt he took my money and then stared at me. I asked him again for a receipt and he said “we don’t do that” it was 3am I had no more energy to give this place. I just shook my head and walked out.The third-party website IBooked this place from was a complete lie I should’ve did my due diligence and did a Google search.Please do not park your car here!! 2022-04-27Slow service. Unorganized. Charge an extra $25 even though I paid online via way.com. Waited 30 minutes to go to the airport. Waited 90 minutes to get picked up from the airport. Even tho the driver kept saying that he was five minutes away. Once i was picked up- the shuttle made 4 other rounds to drop and pick up people. So annoyed. Cheap. Id rather pay the premium for quality service.

2021-12-17You pay the online price, then show up and get charged additional. The shuttle is ratchet, door doesnt close as the new driver jerks lane to lane like a drunk trying to find the restroom in an unknown location. You have to store and get your own luggage from back door, our passenger didnt shut the door so we drove with the door open to the next terminal. Good luck if you book here. Money is better spent in actual JFK Airport parking

2022-04-25I wish I could give this place 0 stars - where do I even start?! First, the parking lot is dark and feels very insecure. Do not go here with children! Next, this pricing - I double checked that my vehicle was not listed as an “oversized” vehicle yet when I arrived I was charged an additional $5 per day - not even the $3 per day as their website advertises for oversized vehicles. Don’t you hate hidden charges?! I also thought it was horrible that I was charged a full day the day I arrived (despite arriving at 10 pm) AND a full day the day we got back (despite getting there at 1 am). Parking in the long term lot at JFK would have been significantly cheaper. Lastly, the whole place is completely unprofessional! The workers are always high (pretty sure even when driving), I had to call 4-5 times for the shuttle before I reached someone, and ended up waiting 40 min! I saw another couple wait even longer once back at the lot because Prime Park lost their car! I was so happy to finally leave there… if only it was that easy. Their tiny driveway was blocked by their own shuttle bus so I had to search around in the dark for someone to move it. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

2021-09-30This is the worst shuttle service Ive ever experienced. They do not come when they say they will and they have bad attitudes. They left me waiting 45 minutes in the cold when they said they would pick us up in 10 minutes. The staff was very rude and answered phone calls on speaker phone while we were in the shuttle then mocked those customers after getting off the phone.When we originally dropped off the car we pulled up to the lot that we prepaid to park in and were send to another lot that had large holes in the driveway. I will NEVER use this service again.

2022-04-10***AVOID***By far the worst parking lot of ANY NY airport. A snail would give better customer service. They are rude, unfriendly, and charge $3 for small SUV (same size as a mid size sedan)or any SUV after you have booked and online for another price. Their shuttle sucks too. They told me I would have to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle and when I got back they had to search for my car… they don’t have a functional system to park the cars or find them.I hope the owners and manages fix these problems. They could have a nice lot with employees that are considerate, and make people feel comfortable and safe to leave their vehicles there.AVOID until you see updated pics, updated facilities, and employees that have competence and personalities that are different than a rock, they may do better.

2022-03-15If I could give ZERO stars, I would. First, we went to the place on the way.com order, and they sent us to a different parking place (even a different name) altogether. We left the car for 4 days, and when we went to pick it up, the worker asked me to help him find the car. Once we found the car, he realized that my keys were locked in the car and tried to say that my car must have locked automatically. (Which is never true, and especially not true of newer cars). Then, he tried to use OTHER peoples Ford keys to open my car. Then, he tried to jimmy the door.THEN, he told me that he would not deal with me anymore, and that I could call the cops or a locksmith MYSELF. I did call the cops, and the worker did admit to the cops that the previous person there had locked my keys in the car. The cops couldnt do anything to help me open the car, so I did have to call my own locksmith, and paid $163.00 for it since it was midnight on a Sunday. I have spent the last 2 days trying to get a hold of a manager or owner so I can get reimbursed for the locksmith, but of course no one has gotten back to me. I am going to have to take further steps if I do not hear back by tomorrow. Ridiculous experience.

2022-07-04Before our flight , the shuttle driver drove really fast/scary. We were in a hurry so I didnt take pics of my car before they parked it.When we returned from our trip I called for the shuttle at 11am and at noon the shuttle still had not come. When he finally showed up a little past an hour wait he said there was a problem back at the lot and thats why he was late. It seems there is only 1 driver and 1 shuttle because both times we got same shuttle with the broken window in the back with a plastic bag taped over the space where the window should have been. We waited for a while for them to find the car in the lot and then move it....they are packed in like sardines many cars deep. We were done and in a hurry to hit the road so I forgot to inspect my car. The next day is when I saw the scratches in multiple places on my rear bumper. If you do use this lot, definitely take pics! Fyi, 3 Smart park shuttles passed by while we were waiting for Prime Park and I was feeling stupid for choosing this lot! I booked this lot on way.com where there are only 5 star reviews that must be bogus.

2022-07-05When we got to the main location, the lot was full and a sign directed us to a second location a mile or so away. No problem. The shuttle to. the airport was fine. However, the ride from the airport back to the lot was terrible. The driver was rude and abrupt and took me to the wrong lot. Apparently they have several lots and very little patience for knowing where they put your car. Stay away.
