Full of lies worst experience I had in my life Be careful working with this company they lie and do back door deals !! And block you instead of trying to make what they did wrong write … also take advantage of older people and sell them dreams … the government need to investigate because they doing shady stuff over here, like promising money to homeowners in short sale …be very careful of Mitch he owner and the most dangerous

Ive lived in NYC for 20+ years. This realty company ( especially Mr Naranjo) is professional, efficient & personable. A+ rating across the board. Well definitely be customers of theirs in the future.

I had a FSBO on the market nearly 3 years ago. Prime realty is still calling me despite me asking them to put us on a do not call list. I told them every time they call me again I will give them a 1-star review. This is the same company that pretended they had buyers just to try and trick us into signing an exclusive. Be warned.

I came in last weekend trying to sell my apartment but the woman at the front had no idea what she was talking about or even give me any information! Telling me that she cant help me at all and just kept pointing to the cards at the front was not what I wanted at all. If I wanted a card at the front I couldve went to any other company and they wouldve at least given me some information. And she had the nerve to ignore me and take a personal call while speaking to me. Even to speak in Spanish saying she wasnt busy and can talk. I took 4 years of Spanish while in high school and cant believe I was being disrespected like that as a potential client. This was disgusting behavior toward someone that walked in and I hope it does not represent Prime Realty as a whole.

Katie Lied about having a pre qualified buyer on the phone to see my for sale by owner listing and then pitched me on using their agency exclusively. Will not use. Wasted my time.
