My original review still stands; PTELC in Middletown NY is an awesome educational institution. My daughter is now a Scout and has thrived in leaps and bonds. Everyone at PTELC are phenomenal and have true love and concern for every kiddo under their care. We have a wonderful relationship in which we can freely have conversations and set up game plans for success. Their encouragement and positive knowledge as helped so many times in reinforcing school to home practices. From my very first experience with just wanting more information about the school, Mrs. Sharon and Mrs. Eva were there to answer all of our questions, navigated a virtual tour and placed us at ease about finally sending our 2yr old to begin her own life adventures. As a PIONEER, my daughters knowledge and experiences exploded. Ms. Emily and Ms. Olivia are fantastic teachers that have poured into my child tremendously and I have seen her growth in areas of socializing, pretend play, sharing/caring of others, etc. They have impacted her to the point that she includes them in stories that she makes and verbally recites. For a moment, it was very difficult to leave her in the morning as my daughter would scream cry for us leaving her, but Ms. Emily/Olivia were on the move ready to sweep her in and walk her through the process of handling her emotions and we can now honestly say that our child has surpassed this detachment milestone and is thriving. Thank you, PTELC!!
Being a first time parents I was VERY skeptical about putting my baby in daycare. I tried the nanny at home for a few weeks but that became very unreliable. Prime Times really welcomed me and my family with open arms. They always answer any of my questions or concerns no matter how ridiculous. The staff always has a smile on their face and is genuinely happy to see these kids every day. The Kid reports are fantastic also they really give you stop but step of your child’s day. From when you check them in to when their diaper was changed to how much they drank of their bottle. Really a fantastic tool they use to see how your baby is doing throughout the day. Drop off can be a little challenging at times especially in the colder months. You have to wait online with your child to hold your spot outside with no covering from the weather conditions. I wish they also used cameras within the classroom so the parent can enter in a code to view how their child is doing. But, needless to say the staff really cares about the children, and wants them to learn and grow. As a full time working parents it’s hard not to be able to teach everything to your child but the staff really try’s to capture that moment and places it onto the app for you to view. I know I said it before but really love this tool. Would definitely recommend Prime Time to any parent but especially new parents with infants. They really care for your baby as it was their own family member.
My son attend Prime Time back 25 years ago and I loved the school then. Fast forward 23 years and I had a baby girl the first day care that I called was Prime Time and it was so nice to know that Eva who is the Director was still a part of The Prime Time family 23 years later. My daughter who is now 4 started to attend Prime Time when she was 1.5 and it has been nothing but a positive experience from Day 1. Eva runs a great learning center.I cannot say enough about this school. My daughter has learned so much, each of the teachers are so loving and caring when it comes to the kids. The classrooms are super clean and the learning environment is wonderful. My daughter loves going to school and they just promote an excellent learning environment.I can drop my daughter off and know that she is safe and do not have to worry about her at all. The #1 concern with Prime Time is your child and the needs of the child. If you are thinking about enrolling your child, do it you will not be sorry you will be glad that you did it and will see how much your child excels. You child will be very well cared for and loved. Would give more than 5 Stars that is for sure.~Susan Kania~
We have had the most amazing experience with Prime Time! The staff are wonderful with our little ones - they are nurturing and kind - providing a great safe environment for our kids to learn and grow. The facility has also done everything it can to ensure the safety of our children during this ongoing pandemic - we really appreciate them maintaining these standards and doing everything they can to remain safely open for our kiddos! We are so glad we chose Prime Time - it’s the perfect fit for our family! Everyone here is absolutely amazing!
I started my first child here in September and couldn’t be happier!! We had been using a different daycare center prior to starting at Prime Time and wanted a place where I knew my son would be treated like family. The staff always makes us feel like family and I know my son is in great hands when he is there! He is always so happy to see everyone in the morning and is still all smiles when I pick him up.
Our daughter has been going to Primetime since she was 18month and is going to be 3! We absolutely love it there. The director Ms. Eva is very kind, informative, and understanding and the teachers are fantastic. We love the communication they have also! Natalie loves going to school everyday and even with the covid restrictions, I never feel like I am missing out on her day because they are so great with giving updates while she is there and including pictures too! I highly recommend them as they are flexible and affordable as well. We are unfortunately moving away and need to find a new daycare which will be very difficult as they have set the bar very high! We love this school and will miss it!
My child has been at Prime Time for several years now and we could not be happier. The staff there clearly has a heart for children and fantastic work ethic. Ms. Eva, the director has spearheaded an impressive staff and runs the school in a professional manner displaying her years of excellent expertise in the field. As parents we feel blessed to have had such a wonderful experience at this school. I would recommend Prime Time over and over to any family seeking a nurturing and safe place for their child.
My daughter has been attending PrimeTime since she was 4 months old in October 2019. She is 2 1/2 now and has a wonderful time learning and playing at PrimeTime. Everyone is knowledgable and informative and keeps us posted on all the changes happening during these challenging times.
My toddler is a student here and it didn’t take long to realize we wouldn’t want her going anywhere else. Each class is well staffed with a generous student to teacher ratio, especially for the babies and toddlers. The teachers are phenomenal! Teachers and staff communicate often, everyone is kind and helpful and my child learns so much! Every day it seems like she comes home with new words, songs etc. Prime Time has been excellent in regards to enhanced safety measures due to the pandemic as well. Guidelines are strictly adhered to and the safety and health of the children has been paramount.
I have had nothing but a great experience. My daughter started here after being home for 4 months. I was a little worried having to start my child at a new school without me being able to meet with her teachers face to face, visit inside of the school or walk her to her class (due to covid). But after speaking with Eva and her kind words it made me feel okay. My daughter has had great days ! She’s so happy to go to school to have fun and learn. It is also great that Prime Time does things electronically. I can pay tuition online, get updates and the best part is that I stay in tuned with my child’s day. I get pictures of the activities that she do through out the day which makes me feel like I’m apart of her day.
I have had 3 children attend Prime Time within the last 10 years. They are great! The directors are super nice and very attentive if there are ever any issues. The staff are always friendly, and the teachers are also great and very supportive. The classrooms are always very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend them!
When my fiancé and I were searching for a reliable place for our 8 week old, we were hitting dead-end after dead-end. Then we met with Eva at PrimeTime. She gave us the comfort we were looking for. It’s scary leaving your new baby with anyone, let alone strangers. But the staff at PrimeTime have made this so easy for us. They send notifications with anything she does, and take pictures too, amazing communication. I recommend them anytime I can.
Absolutely love this center! I trust that my children are well cared for and safe, without any doubt they are having fun every single day, and the teachers and staff are so warm and welcoming. Through my countless questions and request they are completely understanding and absolutely accommodating. Teachers keep open communication with their parents which I find so important since my babies are here 5 days a week. Would highly recommend!!!!!
After moving away from family we were looking for a daycare that feels like family and boy did we find it at Primetime! From the moment we toured the school we felt this would be a great place for our boys to learn, play and explore. They are able to get outside most days, come home with amazing artwork and love going every day. I was so anxious for my youngest to start after being home with me for a year but the staff at Primetime eased him into the classroom and really made him feel at home. He walks right in now and loves all the daily activities. I can’t recommend them enough!
My husband and I are truly amazed at how much our two year old daughter has learned at Prime Time. We love the fact that she has become aware of numbers, colors and alphabets within 4 months of being there as well as her verbal communication skills. We are also pleased with how attentive her teachers have been in her development as well as keeping us informed of her daily activities and improvements. The staff at Prime Time has been amazing and we highly recommend this school to those parents who are looking for quality education and daycare.
I went to Prime Time with a bad taste in my mouth from a previous daycare. I have my degree in child development so when it came to my expectations - they were hard to meet. Prime time blows them out of the water. From response time of the director Eva- even just for silly questions, covid precautions and making me comfortable, facility security, parent communication, staff interactions, and an evident positive staff morale, Prime Time is a dream. My daughter LOVES school and with the change in curriculum from her old center, Ive seen HUGE improvements in each of her skills.
Our child has been at Prime Time for almost 2 years. She gets the best care from kind and wonderful teachers and the local director (Ms. Eva) of the school is superb. She is the absolute best preschool director in all of Orange County. We are very pleased overall Prime Time Preschool!
Primetime Early Learning Center has been a part of my family since my son was 3years old. I was so pleased in how the staff took care of my son, they treated him like family. Even after he has left Primetime the staff still ask about how he is doing. Now I have my daughter enrolled since she was 3months old, and again they treat her like family. The staff are loving people and they always make you feel welcome and you can go to them about anything. I love how they help the kids get ready for kindergarten and feel comfortable about changes. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a safe environment and a place for children to learn; my children has grown so much from being at Primetime.
Since the first time we went to Prime looking for a childcare for our daughter, we knew is a very special place. From the director to the assistants you can feel the confidence your child is in good hands. Our daughter loves everyday there. Frecuently we need to make changes to our schedule due to our jobs, and Eva has always a smile on her face and willing to help. We couldnt be happier with Prime. We would like they extend there curriculum to Elementary School... That would be awesome!
For the past 7+ years I have sent my children to Prime Time and have always had the comfort of knowing that I am leaving them in a safe, loving and fun environment. The teachers and staff are wonderful and truly accommodate each childs own individual needs. Walking through the doors at the end of the day I know I am going to pick up 3 happy children who look forward to sharing what they did while they were away from me. The daily reports have always been informative; however, the new preschool2me app is amazing. I can look on my phone and know exactly what they did, what they ate, and for my youngest, how many feedings, diaper changes, duration of naps, etc. Thank you Prime Time for all that you have done and continue to do. You truly have become an extended family to us:-)
This school is wonderful. Ms. Faith’s pre-K 4 class is great. Even though the school takes precautions to stop the spread of illness their fun is never sacrificed. The kids still take part in holiday events and parties at school. Ms. Faith engages her class with multi- sensory learning, takes her class outdoors multiple times a day and teaches the handwriting without tears program. The school uses an app to send home daily updates which is fairly user friendly. They even send you pictures of your kid! There is a secure drop off/pickup by entering your code into the system. I would definitely recommend this school, especially for Ms. Faith!
Prime Time is the best daycare in Middletown. As a teacher, Im very familiar with the demanding standards kids need to meet starting early in kindergarten. Im amazed at how much my son learns on a daily basis and how well he is cared for. My shy son has improved in his social and emotional skills. He grasps concepts quickly and the teachers jump on that and enrich him, challenging him on a daily basis so he doesnt get bored. Hes made so many friends and talks about school even on the weekends. The staff is AMAZING and the activities are very age appropriate and fun. If any serious issues arise during the day I am called immediately, which makes me happy. Communication with both his teachers and the director is open and clear. They are very accommodating in scheduling and payment--offering a variety of ways/times per month to pay. I love to see the love and care they give all of the children who go there. You wont be sorry bringing your child here!
As a working mother, it’s hard to find a place that can provide a comfortable and secure environment; however, I found that place with Prime Time Learning Center. I enrolled my older daughter at Prime Time 7 years ago and my younger daughter just finished her 4th year. While in Prime Times care, they learned everything from ABC’s, numbers, letter and number recognition to opposites and same, shapes, music, art appreciation, dance, and even computers. They also learned life enhancement skills such as sharing, patience, understanding and love. Prime Times staff creates an environment where children have fun as well as develop wonderful relationships with learning and with each other. Prime Time has become such an important part of our lives and I attribute so much of my daughters growth and excelled development to them. I would recommend Prime Time Learning Center to anyone who is looking for the very best care for their child.
As a first time mother I stressed over the decision of sending my daughter to daycare. The thought of leaving my first newborn with strangers impacted me both emotionally and physically. I researched for months on the perfect daycare for my daughter, if that even existed. After coming to grips with the reality of having to leave my daughter with a daycare provider, I knew it was up to me to find her the best one. I was so fortunate and blessed to have found Ms. Eva and her Prime Time Daycare center. She along with her professional staff was not only helpful but they truly made me feel at ease. Eva was tremendous in allowing my daughter to attend daycare free of charge for a couple of days to make sure we were all a perfect match. We were allowed access to the daycare main floor to meet the other children and staff members. We had a great tour of the facility (which was very clean and well kept). My anxiety quickly turned into relief and a sense of burden was lifted off my shoulders. As I watched my daughter interact with the staff and other children I realized that my daughter benefitted from daycare. As a first time mother it made it a lot easier for me to send my daughter to daycare when I felt that I was doing something to help her rather than doing so simply so I can just go to work.Eva and her staff accommodated all my daughters needs to include mines which I could not be so thankful for. As I watched my daughter interact with the other kids, she quickly learned how to assert herself with the others and instantly made friends. This is because Prime Time Daycare promotes a positive environment which allows and encourages children to develop and learn to socialize with others. Being in the military I am accustomed to structure and Prime Time was very structured and consistent with their schedules with the children. The staff-to-child ratio is great with a staff member having to provide supervision to three kids at the most. I know that the daycare cannot guarantee that accidents will not happen (lets face it, children are very mobile and adventurous) but when an accident did occur, Ms. Eva was immediately on the phone calling me to tell me of the situation. If you are looking for a top-tier daycare who truly cares about the health, welfare, and progression of your child, Prime Time Daycare is the school that you are looking for. Once you realize the benefits of what Prime Time can offer to not only your child but to you as a parent, this will be truly the best decision you make. I forgot to mention that Prime Time Daycare provides daily report cards for your child and even cute pictures of the day. You have instant access to the staff via phone call and they are always accommodating. This is no ordinary daycare, its a place for your child to grow and truly will become a second home for your child.Constance Blaize
I cannot express in words how much Primetime Early Learning Center means to myself and family. Over the last eight years Primetime has become like a “second family” to us. I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for my three daughters to spend their time while my husband and I are at work. The staff is the most loving, caring, nurturing and attentive people I have known. It is a wonderful feeling to know that they were just as proud and excited to share in all of my children’s accomplishments as I was, whether it be; her first step, first words, learning her ABC’s, tying her shoe or learning how to write her name. Each and every staff member has had a positive impacted on my children’s lives as they have moved throughout the different classes. My daughters graduated from the Pre-K program and were more than ready for Kindergarten. Primetime’s program focuses on developing a well- rounded child through a multi-sensory learning environment and getting them ready for the next class and the future. The staff is always ready to meet the needs of each individual child. They have made lifelong friends whom they continue to spend time after leaving daycare. I am so very grateful to everyone at Primetime and would highly recommend Primetime to anyone who is looking for an exceptional program for their children.
Prime Time is a great place to bring your child. Both my wife and I work full time and have no reservations entrusting the staff here to care for our son. Hes been attending for 3 years and has grown both academically and socially. He is able to at 4.5 years old do basic addition and subtraction, recognize and write all of his letters and say their sounds and spell and write both his first and last name. This is just a few things he has learned here. His teachers are very attentive and communicate very well with us. The directors are extremely accommodating and friendly. The daily reports and lesson plans through the app are very beneficial in keeping us on the same page as his teachers. He is not going to want to leave Prime Time when he enters kindergarten in September. This has become his home away from home.
My daughter has been in Prime Time for a month. I loved this place since I took the tour. It just feels like home. Everyone is just amazing. My daughter loves it. When she sees the logo she says my school mommy and she is learning so much. Im very happy with my decision to send her here.
Primetime is amazing, they treat my children like family. The fact that they are super clean is also a plus in my book.. As we all know cleanliness is next to Godliness. The staff is always available for questions & the preschool2me system they have allows me to keep up with my children without feeling bad for being a helicopter parent.
My now 13 year old is a former primetime student. I recently had a baby and had an immense amount of anxiety im regards to trusting someone with my son. I immediately thought of primetime and would never place my children anywhere else. Here you will find flexability, passion, care, and very clean enviroment. Management is great too, BONUS! Though you may find the facility pricey, you cant put a price on good care for your child!
My daughter has been going to prime time since she was a year old this is the first daycare I ever brought her too and I am happy to say that I never had a problem here this is such a good place and my daughters learns a lot shes now 3 and she loves it here as well. The staff is wonderful the teachers are amazing and they are very understanding to moms changing schedules.
Our son was in the class since he was 18 months old, mainly because he is extremely social and likes being around other kids. He has a young (baby) sister, that he is too big to play with, so half day daycare seemed a great option.Everything was great until Christmas, which, somehow we were the ONLY parents not told to bring a present for my son to unwrap, so he got no gift at the Christmas party. We asked why, and were told since he was not in a full day class, the note never got sent home... but other half day kids got the note.. OK whatever, he is only 2 (phew) and does not know what not getting a present is.... still bothers us as he was very upset he did not have a toy to play with at the party, and we left early because of that. His teacher felt horrible and bought him a toy the next day. After that, the teachers changed and the daily reports went to crap. Instead of knowing what he did that day, so we could followup, we always got he had a good day and ate pretzels. Good, what did he learn, how was his temper, did he hit anyone, how is his vocabulary coming, is he less frustrated? All useful info, pretzel consumption is a given, hes German. The straw that really made us second guess enrollment was a more serious issue with a bruise on my sons hip. The school had no idea how it happened, and we did not see it when we clothed him the morning before school. Because we could not identify the bruise someone (its anonymous) called Child Protective Services, reporting that very same specific bruise under my sons pants line on his hip. The only other people who change my son are the teachers at the school, we are not stupid. The bruise was the exact height of a kids wooden table (which the school has a few of) and was a straight line across his hip bone -- he ran into the table is my best guess.Eva, the administrator just kept repeating she cannot confirm nor deny the call, but listened to me as I vented, I knew full well it was either her calling, or she had full knowledge of the call. There was not an attempt to reach out to us as parents, even though we ask every day how his temper was, did he hit, etc etc.... there was no we are concerned your son has a bruise, there was nothing besides calling about a potentially abused little boy.So now, CPS has the right to come into my home 2 more times, and make sure my son is not being beaten with sticks, and/or sleeping on cardboard boxes and has a personal space similar to a closet or room... with all due respect. my sons room is the biggest in the house. My Sons toyroom (a whole separate room!) is the second biggest in the house. He has a mattress in his crib costing more than mine, and (was) going to your facility so he could have fun and learn every day.We withdrew my son on 4/27 and enrolled him in a Sunday school program which meets a few days a week. He seems much happier being home with mommy more. In our case, we do not need a full day babysitter, we just are doing this to enrich my sons young life. The 2 star rating is due to the incidents outlined above, the teaching staff and aides were always very nice to us in person, the facility is clean and secure. It is a shame their policies require them to make parents look like criminals.
Wonderful and family setting. Very accommodating for hours and all family sizes. I have been a faithful member of Primetine for almost 13 years. My 13 year old went and now my 3 year old goes there as well. I soon look forward for my 3 month old to attend. My 3 year has the same teacher my 13 year old had when he went. Its a home away from home. And I know they always give my children the same love I give them. I love this place and wouldnt trade it for the worldIvory S. Braggs
I enrolled my son at the age of 20 mos ad his Dr was concerned he was not saying as many words as she felt he should be at 18 mos. I work from home so do not need daycare but felt being around other kids may help. I am so happy I enrolled him. In just a few short months he was speaking and learned so much. The staff is beyond amazing and I never feel worried about my son. He will be 4 in Dec and he has grown so much. On his last Dr appt they said he is now ahead of kids his age. I know this is due to the wonderful staff and curriculum at Primetime. They are like family.
I worked at the Middletown prime time for all of 3 months before i couldnt deal anymore. Ive worked at 4 different daycares in the area, and prime time was the worst experience. It was poorly ran, the director overlooked major issues happening in the classrooms, and the teachers i had the pleasure of working with were outright mean to the children. Everyone puts on a show when the parents are dropping off, but that is gone the minute the door closes.I was placed with the younger kiddos, and the rooms i went into were lacking toys and had many broken items. The teachers rarely engaged with the kids, only when screaming at them. Many times a child was given something they arent supposed to have because the teachers werent labeling their items, which ended up in me almost giving a baby the wrong milk! The worst for me was when i was forced to bring the toddlers i was working with outside in 15 degrees during the winter because in the words of the director no matter what the temp is the kids need to go outside. Even if the children are standing around like frozen icicles and half of them are sick. Even with 2 parents asking for their child to stay inside, we were forced outside for 30 minutes.I was treated very badly by some of the staff there, and the director knew and i was told thats just the way she is.It was a terrible experience, and i would never reccomend someone to send their child to this center.

2022-01-27My son has been going to prime time Middletown for almost 2 years. He loves going to school everyday and has been learning so much. The teacher and managers are wonderful. They welcome the children everyday with smiles and you can tell that they truly care about them. I know that he will be fully prepared for kindergarten. I highly recommend prime time to anyone looking for a safe and loving environment and that your child will learn so much.

2021-12-16Prime Time has been a part of our family for a long time. They were my now 11y/o daughter’s first day care and currently, my two younger ones are both going to them as well. We have always been very pleased with all the attention and care that they provide for our children. We appreciate the clean environment that they come in everyday and the quality of time they spend for play while incorporating learning experience. We also cannot praise them enough for all the effort they put in to uphold the standards of requirements during this pandemic. It has been very hard for everyone but Prime Time has been very considerate and fair, qualities that not a lot of other centers have. My husband and I highly recommend them.

2022-01-26My son has been going to Prime Time since the infant room, he is now 4. The teachers he has had as well as the assistants have all been great. He loves going to “school” every day and asks every night before bed to make sure he gets to go. They’re professional as well as personable. Everyone makes myself as well as my son feel welcome.

2022-02-07If you are on the fence and making the decision on where to enroll your infant/toddler/ child for daycare - look no further. We recently moved to the area and I was doing the same research, but as soon as I met with Eva and we toured the facility I knew this was going to work out. Fast forward to my sons first day (he is 20 months now, started at Prime Time at 18 months)...he was so excited to start playing with the other kids and left me in the dust! I know not all kids are that independent but he genuinely felt comfortable and at home. The first week I was worried about him taking a nap and eating his lunch in such a different environment, they allowed me to call in and get updates on his progress and were happy to do so. He actually napped and ate fantastically his first week. I also love that I was able to log in to the Kid Reports app and see how his day was going.Still now, 2 months later, he squeals with excitement to see his teacher Ms.Allyson when I drop him off, and when I pick him up he is not super eager to leave because he wants to keep playing!I am so blessed we found this place, and cant imagine my son or future kids going anywhere else!

2021-11-08I have been using Prime Time for 3 years for childcare and I overall have had a great experience! My son loves all the activities he does at this daycare and frequently shows off all his artwork at home. I really feel like he is learning a lot there. The app the daycare uses is informative and easy to use. I love that I can check the app to see what activies my son is doing, what he ate, and how long his nap was. The pictures they post on the app are great too! The teachers and director are great communicators and never hesitate to reach out when any problems or issues arise. I loved it so much, I recently enrolled my 5 month old when I returned to work and they have made the transition for my baby as easy as possible.

2022-03-04To say I am impressed with Primetime would be an understatement. The directors, Eva and Sharon, go above and beyond to keep us informed of matters pertinent to not only our children, but matters within the school. The level of communication is truly outstanding. The teachers within the school create a level of comfort and care for the children that is unmatched. I feel strongly that the teachers within the school care about the children as if they were their own; I feel completely confident with my children in their care. Additionally, the balance between academics and fun is perfect. The activities are so developmentally appropriate and really help instill a love of learning in my little ones. I am continuously in awe of what my children are learning and the way they speak about it at home. The entire experience has been outstanding since our first day. I would highly recommend Primetime to anyone.

2022-01-29My husband and I had just relocated from central NJ to Orange County with our 5 m/o first born when we found ourselves looking for daycare. We toured and spoke to quite a few and at first, they all seemed pretty similar. We couldnt be happier to have ended up at Prime Time though. They not only made us feel at ease as first time parents but also through the unchartered waters of a global pandemic. They keep you updated with a daily report of photos/videos as well as a log of their meals/diaper changes/naps. But most importantly, the staff here really care for the kids and you can see it every day in the way they greet them and in the way the kids are so excited to walk in and see them. I cant say thank you enough to everyone at Prime Time for giving us such a peace of mind. - Otto & family

2021-08-25My son started going to Prime Time Learning Center when was he about 7-8 Months. I was absolutely terrified to allow my baby to be taken care of by strangers at the height of a pandemic. The Prime Time family has gone above and beyond to calm my fears as a first time mom. They treat my son as if he is one of their own. Everyday that i pick him up, he is all smiles. He has developed so much while being there and i am in awe of how much he learns. I could go on about how wonderful the teachers and directors have been to my family, from the communication, to education, and attentiveness. I am truly grateful for all they do.
