I love prince tea house and am even more excited that theres one on Staten Island now! Everything at this location is as good as other locations, including the decor, ambiance, and food/drink. I usually get the boba or matcha crepe cakes but tried the purple yam crepe cake today. The flavor was light and there were chunks of yam throughout the cake. 100% getting this again!! Also got crispy chicken and squid tails. The batter on the squid tails was a bit thick but it was still delicious nonetheless.Bonus: our server Kevin was amazing. Gave good recommendations, was super approachable, and even kneeled to get a good angle when taking photos for us! Many restaurants have good food but standout service is what sets places apart for me!!
Stopped by for a quick Sunday lunch and wasn’t disappointed. We grabbed some fries, two cold teas and two desserts and everything came up fast and super yummy. The service was great as well. Definitely check it out!
We had Afternoon tea for 3, and it was great. It comes with hot tea and refill, plus the 3 floor tower. The scones were better than expected.
A nice and quiet place. The decoration is beautiful and the dessert is amazing. Definitely will come back
Took my date there for valentines day. Their 2nd day in operation. Lovely place, staff was pleasant. Great place to meet up with friends and chit chat over tea. Speaking of, loved the tea. I had the one with rhubarb, passion fruit, and some other fruit flavors. It was naturally sweet. I recommended it to my family and friends.
Glad Staten Island finally have a nice and beautiful decor dine in tea shop! The street in New Dorp Ln has more crowded and outstanding than before. A lot of foods, entertainment and foot traffic now. The dessert is delicious and the hot Rose Lover MilkTea is a must get. Support the local business and all the store making New Dorp District better. I think something happen earlier. The waitstaff kindly tell us this is a dine in restaurant and gratuity is appreciated. It’s normal and common thing in life and everyone should know. Some people just racist and trying to play low life game with the store. Shame on them. Wait staff said they get pay base on the tip which is understandable, people work to earn a living. We will definitely be back soon and continue to looking forward for more new stores in New Dorp.
If you love tea, this place is for you! Huge tea variety.Beautiful place, with a lot of parking around. The staff is super nice.This is not my first time at Prince Tea, but my first time at this new location. The only issue I had here, the tea was worm, not as hot as they usually serve it in other locations. Hopefully it was a one time fluke.
A bright and friendly atmosphere. The wait staff is friendly and quite attentive.We found a delicious array of finger foods and desserts. The variety of hot and cold drinks was impressive. Very reasonably priced. Strongly recommend this new experience. This is a great destination!!

The green tea crepe cake and the prince passion fruit tea was really good. Service was great also.
I was so excited to come to this tea house but my experience did not meet my expectations. The waitress was rude and rushed us to take our order. Three small plates were ordered and only two came out. We did not receive the third until 20 minutes passed and I asked for it. She forgot to put the order in. We then ordered a sandwich and wings and told them what we wanted for desert after. The desert came out before the food. After the wings came out and time passed again until I asked for the sandwich. She forgot to put that order in as well. When I asked for more tea because it says you can have refills for 2 hours, she was rude while saying no thats not free. As it was not a good experience we did not leave a tip so they ran after us when we were out the door already and said we forgot to leave a tip. Maybe if the staff was better I would return but I dont see myself going back anytime soon.
Highly recommend the katsu sandwich and crepe cakes. The katsu sandwich comes in a toasted bun and comes with a small salad. They offer takeout too but the interior is very cute. This is a great spot to catch up with friends over a meal, dessert or tea.
A cute little location, food was ok (one sandwich was over cooked). Kids loved the ambitious of the location. Drinks werent bad either. They could use a little more variety with the sandwiches but overall its not a bad place for a snack.
Great for brunch. Clean and cozy. Depending on time of day can be crowded and bit noisy but do not let that discourage a visit. Seems most menu items can average around the $9-$11 range. It can add up quickly but worth it for a nice day out to treat yourself.

Cute spot for lunch & desserts. They have a wide variety of drinks and desserts to choose from. I’ve tried the mango crepe cake and the summer passion drink and it was both really good. Will definitely go back and try out the other items on the menu!

I love the aesthetic of prince tea house. The assorted lunch was delicious its perfect for one person who wants a medium to light lunch that includes delicious dessert. The scone was really nice I was so pleased with my experience. Their list of teas is expansive, we had the rose milk tea and it was out of this world. The store front faces newdorp lane intersecting with Clawson and the view is nice and relaxing looking at the green of the trees down the street and seeing people walk by is nice. I also had the chicken katsu samwhich, which was on the small side but quite enjoyable so if youre super hungry dont expect it to fill you up buy it wasnt at all lacking in flavor. I think it might have been fried in coconut oil so beware if you are allergic, i am not and lvoed its flavor. Its a relaxing atmosphere and I excited to come back snack and drink more tea.
Nice place with varies choice of tea and dessert. Awesome place to hang out with friends and family. I’m very happy that Staten Island finally have a spot that I can chill out and celebrate important event. Worth to try.
Another Chinese tea place… the website makes it look like a real tea cafe w/ high tea sandwiches/ brunch served. Claims french tea & pastries. That is a lie!!! Most of the menu is in Chinese, offering things that DONT belong in a tea cafe! Nothing but another Asian tea shop which is IMMEDIATELY next to a bubble tea place- which is across the street from 2 more bubble tea joints & a poke bowl shop! Lived in this neighborhood my whole life & 75% of New Dorp Lane businesses are geared for the Asian community- which is fine, but have a more inclusive menu!

Soft grand opening and the service is awesome. Thank you my waitress Stella for all the help and attention she gave us. Even though is busy and she still come back and check with me all the time and make sure all the foods arrived. Sometime the foods take a little bit longer but still worth the wait. The dessert is fantastic. After I sit in for a while, it’s full house. They have the Minitable waitlist , you can check yourself in and join the waitlist. Happy for the visit and understand still their soft grand opening and when it’s full house, people need to wait. Come grab your table or join the waitlist ASAP
Staff is very friendly and accommodating, their new high tea menu wa s a nice sample of sweet and savory, we loved the scones!
Matcha crepe cake owns 45 yr old me in such an embarrassingly unabashed yet nurturing manner. The only complaint I have is the earth-killing plastic clamshells they use for take-out. I despise the obnoxious telltale patent ASMR sound it makes when opening. That sound infers HEY F THE WORLD! IM FING THE ENVIRONMENT! F U! to anyone within 10 feet. All other crepe peddlers have the decency to use paper boxes btw. This place is cozy in a good way. patrons are respectful and oddly enthusiastic about drinking rose petal infused tea. squid calamari earns an honorable mention as well but sadly accompanied me home in a plastic clamshell. ASMR time!.....creeeak...pop!
Great but the prices are steep! People on Staten Island always appreciate a new change but get turned off by unnecessary price markups. Owners world of advice please keep in mind your clientele.

Join their waitlist if you planning to go in on Saturday and Sunday. Getting busy from the dot they open the door. I know not every Prince Tea House serve the Afternoon Tea Set, they said they going to have it in the future. Maybe they just open and afraid can’t handle it now, looking forward for their afternoon tea set. Environment and the decor is nice, service is great. Nice place to chill out in Staten Island.

New, clean, unique, has great atmosphere.Price is reasonable with service and nice environment . Great for birthday celebration and friend gathering.They have great salads, sandwiches, tasty desserts and huge variety of tea.Love their hot Rose milk tea. It taste so good. Definitely will be back again.

2022-07-19Always love going to Prince tea house because of their extensive tea menu and the yummy desserts. This time we came to try the new afternoon tea they just added to the menu. It was so cute and good! the little bites go so well with the tea. My favorite was the scone, it was freshly made, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, just perfect. Tea pot also has refill. Price is reasonable. They also do party, so excited to come back soon!

Good for special occasion, birthday celebration and friend gathering. Love their hot Rose milk tea. It taste so good. Katsu chicken sandwich add avocado is delicious. Definitely will visit again.

2022-06-04One of my all time FAV place! Just went there yesterday for the first time. The stuff were so very nice & helpful. I took a lot of pictures & made a lot of TikTok’s & not a single stuff give me any bad vibe ! Some places you know you can just feel they are not happy you staying there ! Like the other tea place I was just there in Brooklyn!I wish it was near to my house, it took me very long time to go there🤦♀️but I will definitely come back here soon.The colors, the vibe, decor & the food was great. The restroom was clean too!Funny thing is I didn’t know the color was green for this tea place & I went there wearing green. When you look at my pictures you will think I definitely planned this🤣Because the food obviously not halal, I had to go with fish, seafood & vegetarian! I got shrimp lolypop, curly fries , mango milk & rose milk. Rose milk & shrimps lolypop is my fav.I was actually there for a long time, I saw so many people just chilling there. Some doing work on leptops. I finally find a place where I feel welcomed & also respected. When my classes starts I will be going there to finish my projects !Thank you for the great service! I do not have a single complaint about this place.Everyone go check it out♥️

It had a perfect amount of rose flavor that doesnt overpower the regular tea taste.SERVICE [5/5]: Service was very quick and attentive. All staff wore masks.VIBE [5/5]: The interior feels like a well manicured outdoor tea garden. Bright and light colors give the place a calm energy and the plant decorations are really well done. Great for something really casual or a date.

2022-02-28Nice dine in place ,excellent service and foods is delicious. The people sit behind me said they love the foods and drinks and take a lot of pictures, when it comes to bill, the start playing game with the waitress. I heard they said no cash for tip and what if she doesn’t want to pay tip? Hello, it’s a dine in place , if you don’t think they did good job, still have to pay tip because I know a lot of waitress get pay base on the tip. How come you have money for foods but not the tip? Other than that kinda ruin my mood sitting there and I do feel sorry for the wait staff. We comfort them and chat to them a little bit, even though our bill is not $25 and we give them $10. It’s 2022, we all civilized and educated. We will definitely come back and support the local business.

2022-02-271 hour waiting for 2 people, food are so so. Service need to improve. My milk tea tasted like water with milk not tasting any tea. Only thing I like it was fried Squids. 70$ with tips I rather go somewhere else.
