I highly recommend PrintAWorld! Raymond is great; he provided helpful feedback on my laser cutting files and everything was beautifully print on time. I make pretty complex architectural models that anybody would have difficulty printing pieces for, but nothing is too difficult or too much for these guys. They really work hard on their craft to make sure that everything is of final quality — and everything is always delivered on time without sacrificing that quality. They are the best at what they do — 100% would recommend.
This is such a great place! Studio setup are so modern and artistic. I did laser cut in here. The outcome was really amazing. There are no burning mark at all even my material was fragile fabric. Such a pleasure to work with the team who are so professional and every time deliver the work on time. The 3D print out come also amazed me. The company not only have the high level of technological skill but also high level of art test.
I went here for a quote and I can say that it blew me away. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, this is probably where patience originated from. I have been there many times to laser cut my materials for my projects. Definitely the Best place ever! The staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful. They provides quality service and supports. The laser cutting and 3D printing quality is excellent and you can get your stuff on time for sure!
Im a big fan of PrintAWorld. Ive been 3d printing with them for almost a year now and really like their quality. I think its different from other 3dprint places where you submit your file and go pick it up. This is more than that, they really care about your work and get in touch, tell you how your works gonna turn out or even edit the file for you!The quality really smooooth and look exactly like what I expected. Their services great and I always get my models on time. Not to mention they reply your emails faster than your friends lol. Raymond Wang is really nice.

UPDATE: Initially, I left this blank, but how the owner reacted below demonstrates WHY this place deserves a 1 star review. I never said I wanted a cheaper price, and I never asked to be shipped anything for free. Im an accredited investor can afford to pay ANY PRICE. I only wanted to understand their process and precisely what I was buying. I asked about 1 piece since I wanted to see what the final product would have looked like, and I would have paid several hundred dollars for that one piece if thats what it was going to cost. I can post screenshots of the conversation here so people can judge for themselves what happened. I genuinely do not go around trying to mislead other people. In fact, it is crystal clear to me now that I have to give the google maps community more details about what happened. This company has profoundly low EQ, was bad at communication, and demonstrated shockingly disinterested client service. They will not treat you well, and might then accuse you of behaving badly.For the record, 3DBrooklyn was a great company, and I recommend them wholeheartedly for 3D Printing design services. I never manufactured anything with 3D Brooklyn because I needed lost wax casting in semiprecious metals, which 3DBrooklyn doesnt do. They actually asked me to reconsider the 1 star review, but I stuck to my principles, and I am sorry that Printaworld decided to throw them under the bus. If youre an artist, hobbyist, or businessperson, there are better companies than Printaworld that deserve your money. Trust me. Printaworld was the first 3D printing company I reached out to for manufacturing the project I was working on, and it was by far the worst experience. I didnt go to Printaworld for a cheaper price. On the contrary, I would have paid them a premium. I even tolerated their inability to clearly answer many of my questions. Frankly, their rebuttal is full of holes, unfounded assumptions, and outright lies.I think when they first got my inquiry, they immediately assumed I didnt have enough money to be worth their time. That isnt true in my case, but a business shouldnt treat you like garbage because you dont have a lot of money. Money or having a business doesnt make you a better person than someone with less. Some businesses forget this. So, whatever money you have should only go to people who will appreciate your patronage, and everyone will be better off for it.Also, you should be very wary of reviews from people with only 1 review. The entire universe of places and businesses on google maps, and they chose to review Printaworld. Think about that. So many one sided 5 star reviews from reviewers that have only cared to review one thing their entire time here. How convenient for this business.
They have a new location that’s even more expansive in Glendale not too far from here, I highly recommend print a world for any 3D printing project! Been working with them for the past year and could not be any more satisfied.
Very swift and communicative service! I had a scan done of a 1/2 scale model of an organic landscape and it turned out beautifully. I will definitely work with them again.

Not at all impressed with the service I was provided with. I was told that if I did not have a 3d file it would cost a lot more to have it designed and then printed. Fair enough. I learned how to use a software myself and made a 3d file. I submitted it, and was not even told that there are allowances must be taken into account when designing for 3d printing, otherwise the object you print wont have the intended dimensions. Even thats fair enough.After I submitted the file, and finalized the color of my object, that when replies became very far between. I had to follow up on my follow up to get a response. You would worry too if you sent your money off somewhere and stopped getting replies. A few more exchanges later and my little item was shipped to me. When it arrived it looked very rough, did not fit (my fault), and it was gray (not the color we agreed upon). $35 down the garbage. I saved it for few days thinking I could salvage it somehow, but I couldnt. It was just a really drab paperweight. Threw that in the garbage and moved on. I have since printed other things on international 3d printing websites like ponoko and sculpteo, and was very satisfied with the results. They even provide you with guidelines for submitting files. Never using this service again.

2022-01-11Jerry and Heath were extremely helpful in getting me what I needed. I sent them a clay model of the printout I needed them to enlarge (a pair of hands that I needed enlarged like 3x). They cleaned up the model in a 3d modelling program and were able to fulfill a bunch of very detailed specifications I gave them during that step in the process. The final product was exactly what I wanted and looked EXTREMELY professional. The entire time they were very quick to respond to e-mails and keep me in the loop. I will be definitely using them again for future projects :)

2021-10-04I had submitted a 3D printing job. The design was poorly done (my fault), but despite this, Jerry tried multiple times to get the fabrication done. He then showed me what the problem with my design was. I fixed this, and submitted updated design files for 3D printing. The final product looks amazing, has an excellent finish, and is mechanically stable. The prices also seem reasonable.Will definitely go back here for my future 3D printing needs.

2021-07-30While shopping around for a solid firm to handle a series of prototyping and subsequent manufacturing projects, I was referred to PrintAWorld by one of my colleagues. All I can say is WOW! After exchanging a few very prompt emails with Jerry and his team, I had appointment to discuss the finer details of my project in person. After a very pleasant meeting, my prototype is ready to be fabricated. And at a great price!! Thank you!!

2021-02-28I wish I could add more than five stars to this review. Jerry and the team at PrintAWorld were the best! I needed very specific models made to be used as replacement pieces for a model in a stop motion shoot I was producing. They were able to 3D model everything, print, and deliver on a VERY tight timeline. Not only that, but they produced really beautiful work. I will certainly be using their services again in future projects, and cant recommend them highly enough.

2021-07-29DO NOT RECOMMEND.The Customer Service is TERRIBLE.I was treated very poorly for asking why their original quote had increased $50 once I was ready to go ahead with the purchase of the laser cut service.He was offended by the questions and thought I believed their service was cheap... so I called Jerry to see what was going on because this was not my intention.He was very rude with me on the phone and just fully put me off even wanting to work with him. You want to know how he ended the call? He just yelled: Why dont you go back to Honduras and have it cut there? Im Honduran. Maybe he doesnt like Latinos? I dont know but I seriously would stay away from this terrible business experience if I were you.

2021-12-03Terrible customer service. I believe that they didn’t think the item I wanted to have scanned was worth their time. After several attempts of trying to contact them by email, they replied that they do not think the item was able to be scanned, even after explaining the items details. I have already found another company who was able to scan it for me.

2020-12-10This guys are great! This is my second project with them. Raymond is the best! Listens to detail and took my project from inception to a finished product. Even when we had a miscommunication problem they made everything right. Im so happy with the results. I highly recommend them...

2021-12-28Earlier this year, I reached out to PrintAWorld to help model and fabricate a 14 inch fine art sculpture. From the beginning, they were very receptive and prompt with their replies (thanks Jerry) and laid out their process in a clear and concise manner.The modeling work done by Heath was wonderful. Very impressive skills - he was able to take my reference sketches and translate them exactly how I pictured the 3D model in my head. It was astounding work, I am really appreciative someone so talented was willing to help. Looking back, I wouldn’t have changed anything about the model.The model sculpting was reasonably priced, and they sent a free miniature 3D print for reference. Later, I reached out to have a larger 14 inch sculpture of the model fabricated.Like before, PrintAWorld was very receptive via email, and had many suggestions on how to go about reinforcing the model to make it structurally sound. They also sent some updates while the piece was being created, which was exciting to see. When the work was completed, PrintAWorld emailed some photos of the art in front of a white backdrop, which were absolutely stunning. As far as shipping, I had no worries that the sculpture would arrive in one piece - and I was right, the shipping box was securely packed, with no room for the piece to move around in.I am very thankful to PrintAWorld for taking time on my project, as they have many high profile collaborators, such as Tiffany & Co., Burberry, and Samsung, to name a few. I suggest viewing their website or Instagram to see all the incredible work that comes out of this company. Given their experience, openness, and attention to detail, I will definitely be reaching out again in the future. Thanks guys!
