Great place for Italian bread, rolls, and pizza dough. My kids love going there for the soft rolls!
It is MANDATORY to make Prinzos our Last Stop when we leave our Hometown. It has been my (late) fathers tradition for nearly 50 years now

Hey remember as a kid walking up the street everyday to get a hard roll they were 25 cents what years without having them stop by 1 day now Im back every friday getting more this place is excellent I would not go to any other bakery hopefully will be open for many more years to come keep up the good work

2021-11-23Hot, cheap, freshly baked bread thats complete with a framed dog photo. The only sad part is that the cat manager is no longer there. Please consider another cat!

2020-10-06This is an old-school bread bakery that probably does a ton of wholesale business, but still takes care of individual retail customers. The bread and rolls are made to a high standard, and the busy staff takes the time to provide friendly customer service. Prinzos website mentions doughnuts, which I was disappointed not to find, but the great bread more than made up for it.

2016-01-26This place isnt pretty, but that doesnt matter. Their bread and pizza dough is top notch. If youve had a good sub within the Capital District, chances are your Delicatessen gets their rolls from these guys. Its taken a while for me to realize it, but Prinzos great and I dont know what I would do without them.
