The dealership was not transparent while signing up the contract and double up their profit due to my poor ability to communicate in English. When I left them a negative survey with the manufacturer, the dealer canceled all my free services for oil change which they granted during purchase, and refused to answer my call when I contacted them directly from my phone number. Additionally, during the purchase I bought an additional option which was not included on the car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER you may become a victim of #SCAM and face discrimination, just because your skin color is different.

I would never recommend this dealer. Do not believe anything Tyler tells you when you speak to her. To get us to the dealer Tyler was deceptive.I contacted the dealer to inquiry about a vehicle that was on their website, I spoke with Tyler and she confirmed the vehicle was still available and that she was a sales associate. Thereafter, she followed up to confirm an appointment with me, I informed her that my husband and I did not want to waste our time because the distance was 44 miles from our home. She provided a link to get the value for the trade-in vehicle and guaranteed that they would offer more than the value from the Kelly Blue Book.Once again, yesterday I contacted Tyler to confirm our appointment and that the vehicle was available. She confirmed both.However, when we arrived I asked for Tyler and a gentlemen informed me that she just answers the call and sends out the e-mails and he would assist my husband and I after he finished with another customer.After waiting ten minutes he returned confirmed our appointment and we requested to see the vehicle and he stated that they no longer had the vehicle but he will confirm with the manager. He came back and informed us that the vehicle was not certified and they no longer had the vehicle.
Mike and Ryan were very helpful. Because of then I was able to get the car I wanted with the best price that suited me. I will definitely recommend everybody to get the car of their dream.

0/5 stars if I could. I started working with Marcus to get one of their Volvos that have sat on the lot since Oct 2021. The advertised price ($30,8XX) on their site, edmunds, and Car Gurus was NOT what the “actual price” was. They wanted $6000 more. After “negotiation”, they said they would come down to $33,970. Then said if I wanted the internet price, it was a requirement I finance with them. We worked past this and got to the financing aspect of it. When I got there- Ryan told me if I bought the extended warranty, my interest rate would be 3.2%. If I didn’t buy it, it would then be 5.9%…. That’s when I decided to pull the plug on this shady dealership. Will be filing a consumer complaint with the New York AG office. Thank you for wasting my time. Typical switch bait tactic. And coercive selling with the warranty.

After visiting 112 Mitsubishi and almost being swindled we found Pristine Mitsubishi. The people here were slow, but honest. The only problems were they were very slow and tried the obligatory interest rate rip off, but they quickly abandoned it and came back with a fair rate. The 2022 Outlander is a great SUV and this dealer was very fair.
I was in market for a specific car. Inquired about car and was speaking to Kelly via phone, I was told I could go see car yesterday afternoon and test ride it. We arrive, we were greeted by a great sales person who showed us that he couldnt show us the car because it was in the shop getting prepped meanwhile Kelly had assured us we would get to see the car and did not mention that it was in the shop. I texted Kelly and have yet to hear from her since. We drove 30+ mins to purchase car so this seems rather irresponsible and unacceptable from that end.
I purchased a 2022 outlander and Billy was my salesmen he was so good me and my mother loved him he got me the best deal! Every one there was so nice highly recommend this dealership!! Billy is the guy to see!!
I took my car there for service ( check engine light) problem was small leak in evac system. I been back and forth, four times for the same thing and its still not fixed. So either they are incompetent or they dont want to spend money for the right part. Whatever the problem is with them the service is below good. Be warned!!!

If you are a person who goes to work Monday through Friday and needs a car to do so then do not buy from pristine Mitsubishi they do not offer Saturday service other than oil changes and tire rotation and they do not offer any kind of loaner car so pretty much is you have a problem with your vehicle as I do you have to rent a car until your car is fixed I guess it’s a good if you are a house wife or unemployed!!!!!!

Brought a car from them. Heads up though almost all the positive reviews are Definitely false reviews. They will throw some huge fees such as say the car is certified pre-owned and they will throw every trick in the dealership book to make sure they get the most money out of you. Overall though the cars they sell arent bad and are checked at least so far. Just dont get illusions that this isnt a car dealership they are all the same.

I traded a leased vehicle from Chrysler and they put me into a GMC 1500 I worked with Sandy as the sales guy and he was very great in terms of negotiation and warranty without going over my budget if you are going to come here to Mitsubishi motors I would definitely recommend Sandy!

If I could I would give this dealership 0 stars. On their website the car which I was looking for was listed for one price and before I went there from different state driving an hour and taking the ferry and coming back, spending nearly 5 hours on the round trip I called the dealership spoke with customer service representative who assured me that there won’t be any surprises fees, I also spoke right before my trip with the manager James who assured me as well that there will only applicable taxes and registration fees, he even gave me $500 Valentines weekend discount wow ! I should had smelled something fishy right! But I believed him he seemed very intelligent and respectful! When I got there and was ready to pay the guy Sandy came out with extra $6000.00 and plus the taxes and registration fee! Where the world is going I don’t understand. What they expect people will come from different states won’t have a choice and buy it???? Just show the real price on the websites! Don’t foul people or yourself!

I bought my band new outlander 2022 recently with Pristine. It was an awesome experience. I had a great experience with my sales representative, Mike Cidorac. He answered all of my questions and ensured my satisfaction. Also, Thanks to Eric for helping with the paperwork and finance, I got surprising low APR compared to anywhere else.I visited a lot of dealerships recently and was utterly disappointed by unfair practices like huge markup or hidden fees etc. Pristine Mitsubishi kind of restored my confidence in buying car and I am so happy that I choose them.You guys are the best in business. Overcharged $3k to my brother on bill of sale then later apologized and said will refund. However been 6 months still he hasnt received the refund.
These guys put their customers first, if there’s a car you want they will make sure you drive off the lot with it without breaking the bank. They are very professional and they won’t try to up charge customers like other paces would.
HORRIBLE DELAERSHIP!!!I saw a car on their webpage and decided to call them. A guy named JAMES told me to come in to check the car out, i specifically asked him why isn’t there pictures of the car “2019 BMW x5” he said they just received the car that id why. I asked if it is already in the lot, because i had to drive almost 2 hours there, he told me yes and to come and check it out. I drive 2 hours, 20minuts before i get there, James calls me to see if im on my way. I told him “im almost here”. I go inside, and had to ask for james. And they sent me to someone else named Billy. He took us out to show us the car, and then proceeds to show us the 2018 bmw, which is not the car i drove 2 hours to see. And tells me “its basically the same car” as if i am the dumbest person in the world. I asked where is the car i came to see. He tells us the car will be there in 2 days…. And has a smurk on his face. I asked where James was, he tells us James is in another place. We told him we drove 2 hours here to be fooled, and he asks what are the chances we will be back to see the car in 2 days….. what a joke. THEY ARE HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO TO THIS DELAERSHIP THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, JUST TO HAVE YOU COME IN AND TRY TO SNEAK IN ANOTHER CAR TO YOU!!

This place is a total rip off I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY CARS HERE Ryan is a a terrible salesman he ripped me off by selling me a warranty for my car that I didn’t need my car already had factory warranty I put dwn 5k which did not reflect balance off car my 5k paid for a warranty I didn’t need also I am a out-of-state resident which I needed a temporary New York plate which two weeks later I was pulled over in my hometown in my car was towed because the plate was expired I went back down to the dealership and told him the story and he didn’t believe me until I called in New York DMV this place is a total scam stay away from this place
I just heard an awful story from a friend of mine who tried to buy a car there. She paid for it and then the vehicle was sold to someone else! They were rude about it too!!! Needless to say I wont be buying a car there. Yikes!
I want to change my vehicle and bring friend and family but honestly the way I was treated I don’t want do that any more, also the car it’s new to have this problems I went months ago to let them know the issue and they said it’s not any problem and now I loose 2 days of my work and not have a car to transport my self and my kids, no good.

Had been in talks with Josh (salesman). We agreed to a deal over the phone. I put a deposit down on the vehicle and was waiting for a manager to reach out to me that afternoon.Never heard from the manager, so I followed up with Josh the next morning. He said he was going to run downstairs and see what was going on.At that point I was a little uneasy but thought I would eventually be contacted by the manager. Come to find out the dealership sold the car from under me while I was waiting to be contacted.In the moment I was furious, but after a weekend to think on the entire situation its actually LAUGHABLE how unprofessional these individuals are. I requested pictures of any scratches/imperfections and they did not send them till AFTER we had agreed on a price and had a verbal agreement.Horrible experience and a terrible lack of integrity and customer service. I would highly recommend against working with this dealership as there are plenty of others to work with that will actually honor their word.

I drove from NJ to check out a Jeep Wrangler that I saw on Pristine’s website. When I got here Marcus was ready to help me. He quickly set me up for a test drive and was very helpful in getting a price for my trade in. After the test drive, Ryan helped me understand the financing and they worked together well as a team. We have recently purchased an Eclipse Cross ES from Pristine Mitsubishi. We have been to so many different dealerships and the service that Billy and his colleagues have provided us was stellar. They made us feel welcome and the sale was direct and honest. Other dealerships kept trying to drill it in about the chip shortage that the auto industries are experiencing and expecting you to pay way above the MSRP as if it was your responsibility to do so since you are buying the vehicle. Pristine Mitsubishi did just the opposite. No dishonest sales pitch, the sale was direct and we closed the deal that very same day. The car is absolutely gorgeous and made our daughter very happy with her first brand new car. We highly recommend Pristine Mitsubishi, especially Billy, for the wonderful and painless experience, lol. Great job guys and thank you for your service.
Drove 2.5 hours to see a car advertised for $29000. Called ahead of time to inquire about all fees we would encounter buying the car as we were prepared to leave with that car same day. We were told $2800 taxes and fees. So just under $32k out the door. We meet with sales rep and ask about power train warranty. We are told we can pay for a certification to be done and that would get us the power train warranty. Fee for that is 3k. Total cost now is 35k. We see Ryan next. He is a fast talker who then tells us the price is at 38k and the certification is not optional. He says he will not sell us the car without us agreeing to pay that fee, he will just sell the car to someone else. As we begin to ask questions as we are trying to wrap our heads around the idea that a car we were told was $32 out the door is now $38k Ryan’s tone becomes very aggressive and feels very angry. Ryan is why we walked out. As I now read these reviews I see we are not the only people who have experienced this same thing yet the dealership continues doing business the same so they clearly don’t have an issue with this behavior. Why apologize to all the negative reviewers saying you are concerned that happened yet you continue to allow it??
I never actually take the time to write any sort of review but felt I had to after speaking with this place.I was looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle and had spoken to two separate representatives before reaching a manager. The first one Tyler, was great, very friendly and super helpful however the second woman I spoke with did nothing but give me one word answers to my questions and even laughed when I asked what is included in the third party certification of the car as if it is a crazy question to ask.When I finally got to speak with the sales manager I find out the car is $5,000 more than what it is listed as which is extremely deceiving seeing no other dealerships I spoke with in the past have done this because certifications are ALWAYS included in the price of the vehicle unless you are choosing to add an additional warranty. Ive never asked about a car and been told it was THOUSANDS more than the listing price. I wouldnt have had any problem if the car had been listed accurately and the dealership was just unable to negotiate price but the fact that the website basically lied about the price is what I find frustrating and non professional.When I called back to touch base to see if the manager could work with me on the price I was given a totally different price that was almost $1000 more than the last quote I had just gotten 4 days prior. Its absolutely disgusting how they are just taking advantage of the current difficult buying market by screwing people over and putting in the minimal effort possible to help someone find a car because they know it will be sold eventually. It felt like I spoke with a bunch of internet scammers after wasting my time with these people.
I visited Pristine Mitsubishi on September 17, 2021 to check out a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage GT I saw on their website.I was told by the saleswoman that the car wasnt ready to test drive because it needed to be checked and certified by a company called Niada. So, I put down a $50 deposit in hopes that Id be able to test drive it when it gets back.I called them back on Sept 20 and was told that it came back, but needed the air conditioner fixed and Id be called back by Friday.I call back on Friday, Im told by the saleswoman that the car was sold to someone while she was out sick and she offered me a completely different Mitsubishi Mirage that was higher priced. I declined and asked for my money back.I dont think Ill ever do business with this place again nor will I recommend this place to anyone else. Im very unhappy and dissatisfied with the fact that I put down a deposit, yet they still sold the vehicle to someone else.

I received the upmost service and attention from all the employees at pristine Mitsubishi. I had so much money left on my car, not the best credit and a very low down payment however, I still walked away with a 2017 car with 50,000 miles on it that I love so much. The salesman Mike was so patient with me and really focused on finding me a car that worked best with my budget. He literally kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, any questions I had was always answered promptly. The finance manager Ryan worked every angle he knew to draw up the best deal he could find for me which I appreciated so much. I saved hundreds of dollars when I decided to stick with pristine Mitsubishi and buy a car from them. They truly are honest people and want the best for you so if you are looking for a car and want a guaranteed honest salesman and finance manager I suggest you go there and ask for mike and Ryan. These are the two that helped me so much, but I’m sure anyone there on staff will be just as great. I just wanted to share my experience because it’s not easy finding a car dealership with employees who are genuinely looking out for you. Best of luck to you all looking for a car ! :)

First time I been at a dealership service that didnt try to sell me on a million other repairs or options. Was very pleased with the honestly and service. I was in and out in less than 1 hour for an oil change. I will definitely go back -- also loved the new line up of suvs. This dealership is nicer than the ones I used to go to in Wantagh and smithtown before they closed.

I been told i need a new fan and dealer ship going to be order the parts and they give me a call when parts arrived still waiting for there call, my vehicle is under warranty and making a humming noise technician diagnosis it and nothing happened yet?????? Finally i received a call that parts are arrived and i took my suv and then they told me that they ordered two parts one is correct and second part need to be reorder.So they replaced one part and Ordered the correct part, still waiting for there call for the second part.

The purchase went great so I thought when I left the shop. I got the car home and it wont go over 65 mph with out shaking, and steering wheel thumping. I paid for a 127 point inspection and a warranty ,that they will push on your or thousands of dollars. Note, the warranty has a $200 deductible. I call constantly no call back, everyones busy, I have been waiting to hear from the general manager about repairs(2 weeks), Ryan the finance guy ( payoff of my old car ) and the lady about my plates expires in 5 days. I have had the worst experience ever buying this car. I traded in a Mercedes that worked perfect for something I thought was a upgrade. I am beyond disappointed.
SERVICE IS COMPLETELY TERRIBLE!! Their service manager Keith has absolutely no clue on ensuring safety to their customers ! Our car was brought their for not only squeaking but also new rotors that were seizing up! They told us we were responsible for purchasing new breaks meanwhile the car was purchased 1 week before ! They told us the car went through a 160 point inspection meanwhile the car had malfunctioning breaks. This is a danger to not only myself as the drive yet also other drivers on the road ! I explained this to not only Keith yet the other managers as well and they all assumed it would be my responsibility to fix a car not only under warranty through them yet also during a situation where the issue was previesly there before the purchase was made! I also witnessed Their service mechanics poorly working on the cars and slamming the doors into the car lift !! Not only once but several times with zero concern !! There mechanic shop is gardbage and their entire establishment has no car or concern for their customers!!

Great experience with Mike. I wanted to see probably 6 different cars before I decided on the 2021 Mitsubishi. Mike was patient and super informative. I never would have considered buying a new car if he hadn’t explained all of the pricing in depth to me. I had no idea that I could get a brand new outlander sport for the same monthly payment as the used SUVs I was looking at. We hit a couple issues due to me having multiple places of residency but he was super patient and figured it out. Love my car! Great experience.

If you need a need a new car you definitely don’t want to shop at this place!! This place customer service is horrible! For starters they will tell you lies to get you in there. Once you buy a car they will take forever to process your tags and title! I bought my car from them in March 28, 2021 and as of today July 2, 2021I still have not received my tags n title! Every time I call I get the runaround from everyone there. So if your looking for a reliable dealership Pristine Mitsubishi definitely is not it!! You better off buying from a auction least you know to expect the unexpected there haha.In response to “the manager Ron”, I talked to you multiple times till you and your staff started ignoring my calls. As for me calling you now to discuss this, your the “manager” you should be contacting me(you know all my info)telling me you apologize for my inconvenience, you took care of the issue and your sending me back the amount I paid for the tags and title since you guys couldn’t take care of it in a timely fashion. FYI I still have not received my tags!! It’s been almost 4 months after the purchase! The whole experience was horrible! I got mislead by your team about the price to get me in there and then you guys played more games by not processing my tags n title and giving me the runaround. This dealership DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS. They only act like they care the day you buy a car just to get your money! This dealership is the worst. We went to the dealership 3 weeks ago. Put a down payment of $2,000. Wasn’t to happy how they ran things over there let’s mention that. We asked for our money back.. they wasn’t picking up our phone calls, every time we went over there they will just tell us things to get us going… to the point we had to go to the bank to file a claim just to get our money back. It’s not fair and really unethical. That’s not how we needed to be treated and certainly not fair, asking for our hard earn money back. Not happy at all.
STAY AWAY FROM RYAN:Best place to visit if you want to waste YOUR time and get ripped off!I went here with my wife and 4 month old son to book a 2018 Kia Sorento LX AWD (internet pricing was $19,995). After wasting my time checking the vehicle they tell me now the price of the vehicle is 19,995+3600(warranty)+900 (handling)+ taxes and DMV fees= 28000+. Upon urging strongly they decided to remove the warranty fees, the condition being I have to finance the vehicle from them at a bizarre 15.99% interest rate (which i cannot refinance) even after having a credit score of 675 and higher (actually my fica score was 750), however, they could give me at 4 % interest rate if I pay for the warranty. Either ways, they had made there minds to book me for extra 4 grand. Stay away from this place!By any chance if you still visit this unprofessional place, make sure to verify that there are no hidden charges such as warranty and dealership fees bla bla on top of the internet price.Also make sure how much downpayment you could make, as they wont allow you to make more than 10% downpayment as they want to loot you via so called auto loan!

Well first of all the car in question was so dirty, both inside and outside. We went for a test drive and our clothes got dirty and dusty. Secondly the car made so much noise as we drove it. The sales guy was so indifferent. We drove over 2 hours for nothing to get there eventhough i told them i really wanted the car and didnot want to come back. Someone reached out days after and asked my experience with them, after telling her, i never heard anything back. If you want to waste your time, this is the dealership for you.

My overall experience at Pristine Mitsubishi has been quite stressful and I would like anyone seeing this to use this as a sign of caution prior to doing any business with them.I purchased my car from Pristine Mitsubishi on 4/4/21, and I have had issues with this dealership ever since. After taking the car home, the car needed breaks, there was a constant rattle in the wheel well, and the automatic windows would often get stuck after rolling the windows down. I reached out to Mitsubishi, who fixed the breaks. I returned the car back to Mitsubishi in order to correct the other issues. The following day, I was told my car was ready for pickup. Being a mechanic myself, I know the issues with the window could not be corrected in less than 2 hours of them being open. I spoke to the secretary in the service department, who had no idea of what she was speaking on, but she eventually told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. After several calls and talks with the manager, the service department finally identified the issue (after going back and forth 3 times)with the window and got it fixed ,the rattle in the wheel they told was clips that they replaced I end up fixing it myself it was the control arm (this all took a month). Recently, I have been waiting every day for the mail to come to my home so that I am able to update my expired dealership registration and replace it with the one I paid for at the dealer. I went on the DMV website to inquire about the status of the registration and it reads SEE DEALER. I have received a ticket every single day due to the expired registration. I contacted Pristine Mitsubishi, who have yet to give me a solution to my recent problem. Learn from my own mistakes and never use them!

This is a VERY shady dealership. I found a pre-owned vehicle to purchase. I got to the point that I needed a purchase agreement for my bank to finalize the loan for the vehicle. I knew something was up when the deal had to be “finalized” with James the GM. He informed me that all of their vehicles are certified and that there would be a additional charge of $3500 on top of the price of the vehicle. I made it clear that I did not want this warranty, and he informed me that I had no choice but to purchase this warranty or they would not sell me the vehicle. I made it clear how misleading the advertised price was if you have no choice but to purchase this mandatory warranty.I have purchased many vehicles in the past and have never found a dealer that is so misleading. I will be filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General, and this will be looked into.

I have heard horror stories from people about their first car purchase from a dealership. Let me just say Ryan is by far the most hard working up front guy I’ve ever met. He made the entire process a piece of cake, literally!! And he was completely honest with me about my finance options due to my credit. Ryan made it his priority to get the deal done while looking in my best interest which doesn’t happen especially with dealerships. I’ve had people tell me a deal like this was impossible. And here Ryan was able to get me into a 2020 NEW car! I am beyond thankful for Ryan and honestly me and my husband will not go to anyone else besides him.

The salesman Marcus was helpful and we had no issues with him. We were ready to purchase the car, my own plates were put on the car and it was started ready to go. And then Ryan smith in financing informed us that we MUST purchase a $3000 warantee on the car or else the interest rate would go up to 4.5 instead of the original promise of 2.59. Complete scam. He also informed us that if we go with our own private financing the dealer will charge $2000 fee. Beware of the bait and switch, this dealer is not trustworthy and I am extremely disappointed in Ryan smith who was completely unhelpful and extremely rude. Couldn’t even get a word in, the man wouldn’t stop talking over us and being totally disrespectful. Do not trust this dealership.
0 stars -do not recommend! I bought a car in March 2021 and still have not received my registration. After repeated calls they sent me an extension a week after the original temp expired. They then promised the permanent one will be in the mail in a week- that was May. I’ve called countless times and go nowhere… oh yeah they were also supposed to change the button for the heated seats since at the time of purchase it didn’t work, despite several visits and calls they haven’t. Ok fine I’ll just fix it myself… but can you send me my registration!?

I inquired about a vehicle, it took two days to respond to me. I offered cash for a vehicle $15,000, it was listed $16,000...I was ignored...I was very interested. James was very unprofessional to me and sent me GIFS in a mocking fashion despite me no longer being interested. Finally blocked his number. Very thankful I stayed away from doing business with people like this. So unprofessional and rude. I bought my Mercedes from another group very pleased.

As a military member and FDNY firefighter I expected some bit of help but nope! Bought a mercedes ml and had a good overall experience with the buying process. Noticed some issues with the truck and asked for them to be checked out. They were never fixed and after 4 visits I am still left with a used Mercedes truck with a Large issue. The steering wheel vibrates uncontrollably and I was told during on of my service runs that it was normal! This is right after agreeing to buy the vehicle! Be careful and bring an inspector with you for their cars. Would NOT recommend to anyone if youre looking for a safe and reliable sale. Beautiful cars but awful service. Buyer Beware! Have lawyer looking into lemon law/ reprocussions on vehicle.Update: it has been in service now 6 times and still no resolution and minimal communication! car is barely drivable over 50 mph. can you imagine?

TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY...My wife brought her Mitsubishi Highlander PHEV in for routine oil change, upon leaving Keith the service manager informed her that her back rear tire had a bubble in it, and it was nothing serious she could change it next time in. REALLY !!! The service manager let a customer leave the premises with a tire that had a golfball size bubble on the outside wall that could have blown out at anytime, My wife called back to speak to Keith and was promised a call back, when that never came she called and spoke to a manager who told her well if you get a flat locally no big deal, but if your on the highway somewhere thats not so great !!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME.. he promised a call back from Keith at 8 am today, at 8:19 since no call came I called and was promised a call back. Waited till 9 am no call, called asked for the manager of the who was too busy to come to the phone. I explained to the person who answered the phone that you might want to let him know that I was giving him an opportunity to explain, prior to posting a review on line, he was still too busy, as i was writing this review Keith called back and said he understands it was not acceptable and that they would replace the tire for free, he asked me what tire as he doesnt stock them, I told him thats great but I had the tire replaced yesterday at a cost of over 200.00 ,as it was a safety issue and I was not comfortable having my wife drive that car especially due to the fact that the Highlander doesnt have a spare, so instead of offering to give any credit in service going forward he basically was like ok bye.. given the fact Wantagh Mitsubishi is the same distance from our house as Pristine, its doubtful I would return here as this was really handled poorly by everyone involved.
It was refreshing to find a dealership where everyone, service advisors as well as sales reps are very attentive, accommodating, polite and genuinely friendly. I will definitely go back--even though I will be driving 42 miles since Im moving. Its worth it.
I kept getting calls and text messages from a sales person named Edwin to come down and look and test drive a specific vehicle I showed interest in online. I live upstate New York and I decided to give them a shot so I called first to confirm that the vehicle was still available. I spoke to the receptionist who assured me the vehicle was there and minutes later Edwin called me and sounded delighted I was finally coming and he assured me as well that the vehicle was still available, 5 1/2 hours later I show up and the car has been sold. A waste of a trip. They wanted me to look at other vehicles but I declined because I felt I was just being bated. As many others unfortunately, Pristine is advertising and communicating prices that do not include the certification and other dealership costs until you come to the dealership and have tried the car. Adding in my case about $5000 or 15% to the cost of the car I was interested in. Reputable dealers don’t do that.

Ryan is an honest, straightforward type of guy in an industry where those attributes are not as common as one would want to see. While we didnt purchase a new car from him or anyone else (our current car turned out to be repairable), I wouldnt hesitate for a second to use Ryan when the need arises. Would not buy a car from here again! The end of deal warranty they try to push on you will make you pay more for less which felt borderline blackmailing. Mitsubishi car or not, there are much better places you can find a car. I dont see this place staying in business more than a couple of years given these kind of tactics.

Liars liars liars... Dont go here at all. I called to talk about pricing and was lied to to make is sound like there were no hidden fees or certified costs. Its all a lie. I drove across the island to talk business and was informed a 21k dollar car was now 25k. Edwin and Ron have a little scheme going to try and rob you. There are tons of dealerships out there for everyone.. this is not the dealership to deal with save your money. Go elsewhere

Beware of this dealer !!! Once they have your money they don’t care ! I got the car MONTHS AGO from pristine and I’ve since to receive my hard plates ! My car is unregistered and every time I call no one reply’s !!! Has to be illegal I have to get a lawyer just for them to give me my plates ! They won’t answer or give you any update unless your tryna purchase a car !!! The excuse is they manager left them high and dry as if that’s the customers problem! This has been going on since MARCH 19th !!!! Never in my life have I dealt with such unprofessionalism

Came here to check out an Audi based on Facebook advertised pricing, which did include a disclaimer about amount being indicative of $3k deposit and financing.What they dont state is the $1000 penalty for not using their financing, and the ~$3500 certification fee, which supposedly involves an extremely thorough 100+ point check and repair of the vehicle.However, they missed:1. An oil leak off the back of the engine2. Damaged trim hanging off front bumper3. Inexplicable aftermarket wiring sticking out of the passenger a-pillar4. Engine codes that were cleared and readiness monitor wasnt at OK status (to cover up an issue?)5. Aftermarket intake that was poorly assembled and flopping around in engine bayTotal for the $21,999 advertised came to almost $30,000. Was some wiggle room considering the issues raised, but not enough to close the deal.On to the next dealership.
Bought a Mercedes that needed to be fixed. has been in shop 4 times and is still not fixed over a 3 month period. dealer is difficult to get in touch with. car is still broken. do not go to this dealer for Mercedes products

At a time where inventory is scarce throughout the country, I was lucky to find the perfect car for me and Mike made it happen. I never felt pressured or hassled. He had great communication and seems like a genuinely good guy. He even grabbed the compound and took care of a tiny spot on the car himself for me. 2022-02-27Top to bottom this dealership was unbelievable. I had switched jobs no longer needing my pick up truck, but still had a bunch of payments left on it. My sales guy Sandi worked to get me into the perfect vehicle (Mitsubishi Outlander) for my work and home life. Ryan, the finance manager followed up by really working the numbers and getting me an unbelievable price. The entire process was smooth. He was attentive, personable, and easy to get in contact with but not pushy or overbearing like many car salesmen can be.
