Decided to try this restaurant as it looked better than most food establishments on Main Street. The waiter was courteous but appeared surprise to see customers other than Asian. I ordered two lobster Cantonese but got something else. It was tasty and fresh as the lobsters are live. The fried rice was quite good. The soup my date ordered is authentic and probably a sumptuous delicacy but it didnt suit her palate or mine. Consequently we only ate a small cup each from the large bowl set before us. They could use condiments on the tables as well as paper napkins or cloth ones. Also water should be served automatically. They are just shy of receiving 4 stars in my mind.
More like 3.5 star. The taste is fine but not very northeast of China. The restaurant are more like mixed Chinese food, with majority dishes from Szechuan part. Not busy at all on Saturday afternoon. The interior decor are better than store front. Service so-so. Price average, we order 5 dishes and each paid $22. Suitable for date night or family dinner.
Authentic northeastern Chinese cuisine! The food is really delicious, comes in giant portions, and is not expensive at all. I took my parents (who were born and raised in Harbin, China) and they said this is the most authentic homestyle food theyve had in the entire US.
Food here was pretty good. I would absolutely recommend. We came here pretty late at night, so it is to be expected that it was pretty relatively empty, but nonetheless, service was good, as was the food. The prices here are very reasonable as well. Would definitely come back.
I’ve been a here a few times, well many times actually. Food was great as always, never let me down. It’s a restaurant that serves Northeastern-styled food and Szhechuan food. It’s one of my must-go restaurants in Flushing. I’ve recommended this place to a lot of my friends and they all liked it a lot. Everybody that swings by should give it a shot!
I wish I could give 0 star, the owner is rude, the people who comes later get first served just because they want to choose another restaurant, when we tried to argue, the owner are rude and keep saying do you want this table? If you don’t want I will give it to other people.
Authentic family style Chinese restaurant. Great value for the price. Good quality and low price, it is the taste of authentic home cooking. The recommended signature pork ribs (the meat is well stewed, there are a lot of green vegetables below), pot-wrapped pork (not too sweet, delicious), fried liver, fried crispy bones.
I ordered food at his house for two hours and didnt come out. When I called the phone an hour and a half later, I ordered a total of five dishes. There are two dishes left to cook. When I went there, the waiter said that the food couldnt be served and they couldnt do anything. They kept waiting for two hours. Do you think this dish is still edible? He must never go back to his house.
Super friendly service! LARGE portion size, and they also have free side dish and fruits!Super homesick, I have to come to eat pots and meat.It smells super-positive, but it feels so good to eat it again (but it may be the reason why I personally love sour...) or super delicious! Listening to the Northeast dialect is very kind...Scallion cake is old and fragrant
I ordered five dishes on Panda, waited an hour and a half to call the merchant and only made three, and the other two were called to urge for a long time and they were not ready, and they were not delivered in the last two hours. I suggest everyone not Went to his house for takeout,
Came to eat before and every dish was great! So I brought my family to my birthday, but this time, the dishes were very rough and I didnt make it with care! Very bad experience. A plate of pork ribs 80% big bones and 20% minced meat. All the dishes feel like Chinese street stir fry. Very disappointed.!
I went there twice, the first time was okay, the second time I took my friend to eat, ordered the beef tendon, the friend packed it and put it in the refrigerator, when I was going to eat it the next day, it was sour and smelly, really, such a restaurant Wont go for the third time.

2022-03-24Rick solid Northeastern Chinese food! I grew up in that region of China and this place is the best rendition of my childhood food that I’ve been able to find in NYC.We ordered the glass noodles with tahini, tofu strips with hot peppers, the “three vegetables” dish, and fried pork strips. These are the signature Northeastern Chinese food as I remember them, and each one hit it out of the park. Delicious with just the right balance of tastes and texture. Zero complaints whatsoever.Service was fast and courteous, an added bonus, but in all honesty I was too busy shoveling down food to care.

2022-05-029/10Great Chinese food. I had their fish, dried tofu with beef, sweet and sour pork, and more. All plates were delicious and were shared among family members and friends. I enjoyed this place a lot!

2022-06-04Not sure what happened to those customers who gave bad reviews. Hopefully everything goes well. But this restaurant is on my top list. Good service, decent quantity of food plus fast cooking. Amazing!

2018-11-10Good Chinese restaurant that serves more mainland style Chinese food and some seafood.Portions here are generous - ordered 2 dishes for 2 people and we couldn’t finish it. The prices are cheap compared to other restaurants around.Service needs to be stepped up a bit though.

2021-10-25Returning from a trip to pick up our car, we decided to look for a local restaurant for lunch and came upon this gem. Incredible menu, inexpensive, hot and delicious! Had tomato egg drop soup, dry stir green beans and chicken with three cups sauce!

2022-02-27The fish we got wasn’t even fresh. The meat was also bad and we couldn’t even bite it or eat it
