I am a 68 year old weekend warrior who enjoyed tennis, golf, skiing and yoga until wear & tear, coupled with arthritis claimed possession of my right knee. A total knee replacement surgery was performed at ONS on November 16th, 2021. My physical therapy began at home the day following the procedure. After 2 weeks of PT, I chose ProClinix in Ardsley, NY for my outpatient therapy to continue. This was the best decision I ever made as I am under the professional care of Dr. Amanda Notley-Kim. I told Dr. Notley that my goal was to be back playing tennis this spring. She created a custom program to meet my work schedule with appointments three afternoons per week. When I entered the PT clinic, I could not bend or straighten the leg. Amanda assured me if I worked hard and followed her program, my knee would bend and I would return to my active sporting life. Amanda and her dedicated team push me to increase my range of motion and restore the strength in my right leg. Surrounded by her supporting staff of Dr. Danny Jacobs, Alexi, Katie, Rebecca and Kathy at the front desk, I am in the best possible place to heal my knee back to fighting form.Sincerely,Howard EckerArdsley, NY
12/17/2021: Leaving up two stars as the actual medical care, described in the previous review, is great. However, my experience with how they handled a staff member testing positive for COVID-19 was bad enough to warrant a change in the review. I received an email saying I may have been exposed which I didnt see until after I had returned for another appointment. So, they allowed myself and other directly exposed patients to return two days later for appointments, despite direct contact with the infected staff member. Patients and doctors move between different Proclinix locations frequently, which makes this incident more worrying.Staff is extremely helpful, positive, and attentive. Everyone is working to help you get better and it shows. Ive done PT at this location for nearly four months after injuring my arms/wrists and have since made a full recovery. I didnt need to spend a lot on home workout equipment as the exercises prescribed by the doctors were easy to do with stuff I already had lying around. Though Id like to not get injured again, I know where Im going if it happens.
Danny was my therapist and he was amazing. Always attentive to my pain and really enjoyed working with him. The staff there are all kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Thank you Amanda and Proclinix for giving me my active life back. I blew out my right ACL skiing. But the routines you put me through restored the strength and stability in my knee -- without surgery!!!
The Ardsley team is exceptional from the support staff (Kathy, Danni and Lisa) to the hands on providers (Brittany and Katie). The support staff is welcoming and efficient. I have been seeing Brittany and Katie for many months following bilateral knee replacements and subsequent corrective surgery. They are supportive, competent and patient. They had identified issues before the surgeon and were instrumental in getting me headed in the right direction. The whole staff makes me feel special and has become like family.
I cant say enough good things about Ardsley ProClinix. My Physical Therapist was Dr. Brittany Daniels and she was wonderful. She analyzed my injury thoroughly and developed a treatment plan that had me feeling better quickly. She was always attentive during my visits and showed genuine concern for my well-being. Katie Streeter, the Physical Therapy Assistant I worked with most often, was also great. Like Brittany, she was super attentive, helpful and kind throughout each of my visits. ProClinix will definitely be my first choice if I need physical therapy again in the future and I would highly recommend them to others.
ProClinix is amazing. They have helped me be stronger and feel better than I have in years following a lower back injury. Brittany ORourke is a wonderful physical therapist. Through working with her I am now able to walk and even run after being in so much pain I had trouble with even short walks. The whole team at the Ardsley location is skillful and friendly. Katie is wonderful in helping me with my exercises. Kathy is always friendly and extremely helpful with booking appointments and processing everything for insurance.I also go to the Armonk location to see Katalin Simon for massage. I have been to many massage therapist and she is by far the best. She does a great job of easing the tension in my back muscles and overall tension that has built up in my muscles from my injury and regular stresses.
I went here for a slight strain in one of my foot muscles. Everyone, from the front staff to the physical therapists, were so nice and knowledgeable. I felt 100% better after 3 weeks (6 sessions), and god forbid I injure myself again, this is absolutely the place I am returning to. I worked with Shara and Katie, and both PTs were so good in making sure I felt like my best self. I liked the at home app the office uses as well, to keep track of PT stretches and exercises in between sessions at the office. HIGHLY recommend for all your PT needs ~ Isabella

I have been going to Proclinix in Ardsley for about 6 weeks for PT on my shoulder. Amanda and her team are very professional and helpful and my shoulder has improved immensely.
Dr. Amanda Notley-Kim is the best therapist I have ever worked with. In just my first session with Amanda, she patiently listened and expertly understood my situation, and I felt instant improvement. Now after more than a dozen sessions, she has guided my recovery through its steady improvement. She understands my injury, anticipates my needs, and kindly, gently, and positively motivates me to work harder towards my recovery goals.
I have been to many Physical Therapists due to many sports injuries. At all the places I have been to i ended up leaving before i was supposed to because every thing they had me do I could have easily done at home for free. After attending Pro Clinix in Ardsley for the last 4 months and working with Amanda and Rovi, I will not go to another Physical Therapist location. From day one Amanda and Rovi have been amazing in helping me to rehab a major knee injury. They make sure to hold only a couple clients at a time this way they can be directly involved in all the workouts that I am doing. Many PTs just do this work as a job, but it is clear Amanda and Rovi truly care about their clients and want them healthy.From the administration side, Danni is completely on top of it all. Due to an issue with my insurance I was unable to attend PT for a few weeks, but every day Danni was on the phone with my insurance company, and then immediately called me to keep me updated.The entire office is very professional and amazing at what they do. I would only recommend them to anyone in Westchester.
Fantastic team overall - friendly and responsive. I have been working with Amanda and Alexis on my left knee and my progress has been impressive. Totally recommend.
I give ProClinix in Ardsley my highest recommendation. I worked with Amanda who was very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing the scapular pain in my back and shoulder issues. She took the time to listen, and provide specific treatment options to the areas of concern. Robie, who assists, was very attentive ensuring all reps were correctly performed. Overall, everyone I met in the Ardsley office, including Danni at the front desk, were extremely kind, compassionate, and competent. I am grateful to all of them for all of their help, and I recommend their practice most highly.
My daughter had two sports injuries which were treated with expert kindness and care. Amanda and Rovi were supportive and showed genuine interest in my daughters recovery. My daughter enjoyed going to physical therapy at their Ardsley location. She now has healing and strengthening exercises she can use for a lifetime. I am so grateful for the infectiously positive team here a Ardsley! Recovery from an injury can be sometimes discouraging, but Dr Amanda and Katie and Rovi provided persistent encouragement and an effective treatment plan where I saw results! Having Danni as the office manager created a worry free and welcoming environment! It’s nice to feel like myself, again.

I give the staff at the Ardsley ProClinix site a 5+ star rating. From the moment I walk in to the time I leave the staff always makes me feel very comfortable and never rushes me out. This office is organized, runs on time, never overcrowding, always keeping social distancing, highly professional, super clean and sanitizes everything. I am always greeted by a receptionist with a smile. Danni and Cathy are always accommodating with scheduling my appointments. Danni is on top of my insurance coverage and prescriptions from my doctor. Amanda Notley-Kim is my Physical Therapist who works together extremely well with her clinical assistant Rovie. They do make a great team! They both are patient, passionate in what they do, very knowledgeable, and caring. They explain and answer all my questions in detail. I have found in my success in regaining my mobility and strength after my rotator cuff surgery is to communicate with Amanda so she can adapt a specific workout plan for my visit and home. She is a good listener, will always come up with something to ease the pain and gives you the support you need to succeed. I credit my recovery all to Amanda and Rovie in which I am very grateful. At my first visit Brittany immediately established a treatment plan for each visit, plus a detailed and customized home exercise plan. Every visit my progress is assessed and evaluated with new exercises added as needed. Wow! This is a special practice. I injured my hamstring in the midst of training to run a Boston qualifying time. Despondent at the prospect of losing out on meeting my goal and effectively throwing away all the months of training, I contacted ProClinix and they found time to see me the next morning. Brittany was most informed about my injury and gave me straightforward advice about what I needed to do to recover. I followed her advice to the letter, and was back training within 10 days and after a couple weeks was back training at full intensity. Have since continued the PT work (at a lower cadence) and am fully confident in my ability to perform to my fullest potential. Am SO glad I didnt try to figure this out on my own, and deeply grateful for the ProClinix teams attention, caring, and spot-on advice and treatment. Cannot overstate how powerfully Id recommend Brittany and the entire ProClinix team should you encounter the unfortunate situation of needing care / treatment in the midst of preparing for a sports event. Amanda, Brittany, and Dannie (at the front desk) are truly amazing and provide impeccable customer service. The place is well kept, constantly cleaned and sanitized. Amanda’s personality is so bubbly, she will make you feel right at home. The best part is that she gives amazing massages!I started going to ProClinx in Ardsley because I was having new pain from playing volleyball. In no time, Amanda and Brittany had me on an exercise regiment that began to strengthen the muscles around my knee. We found out that I was jumping wrong so they made sure I had the correct format. Long story short, I’m able to play volleyball and jump pain free.Thank you!*shouts outs to Dannie for calling me everytime I missed my appointment or was late. She definitely held me accountable :)
Since going here for physical therapy, my experience has been positive. Once you walk into the facility, Kathy, the receptionist, is welcoming and professional. She willing to help, and answer any questions that you have for her. The physical therapy team of Amanda, Brittany, and Katie work very well together. They display different strengths, increasing the quality of the PT sessions. They are extremely patient, and informative, willing to answer any questions that you ask. The facility is always clean, and the staff is professional across the board. I would recommend this place to anybody, and happy I chose it.
Dr. Amanda Notley-Kim is an amazing therapist, she is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She can spot very quickly if your form is incorrect and comes up with different ways to help you build strength, mobility and recover. After several months of a very slow recovery process to my shoulder/rotator cuff, she has guided my recovery through its steady improvement. Her bubbly personality and positivity motivates me to work harder towards my recovery goals. The other members of the Ardsley location, Rovie, Brittney, Katie and the administrative staff - Danni and Kathy are a dream to work with. Very friendly and caring. I highly recommend.
I was in need of a clinic that will help me return to the sport of basketball. I tore my ACL and was doing physical therapy at another clinic. As I am closing in on being 100% cleared, my doctor prescribed me to see an athletic trainer. The other clinic I was attending was 20 minutes from my house. I now have to drive an hour for every appointment, but it’s totally worth it. The girls are amazing. They know exactly what they’re doing. Making appointments is as simple as it gets. Their main focus is to get you exactly what you needed, and they do it with great attitudes. When I go to my appointments, I get to have fun and joke with everyone there, but at the same time leave the clinic knowing my knee is feeling better and getting stronger. Knock on wood no more injuries occur in my basketball career, but if I ever need therapy for an injury, no doubt I’m coming here!
Until I went to ProClinix I thought all therapy places were the same, overcrowded with staff that gave you as little attention as possible. At the Ardsley location the whole crew is stellar. Brittany and Amanda are who every therapist should aspire to be. Andrew and Jackie are on point with guiding you through your exercises. Kathy is always on top of your appointments and very pleasant to deal with. All in all, the staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Thank you guys for the great experience thus far.
The staff here are not only super positive (which certainly helps when youre trying to recover) but attentive and helpful. They create a great environment for struggling to get healthy. Been going for a couple of months to work on some running related injuries and they have helped me slowly get back into it.
If you’re looking for PT in Westchester, I can’t say enough good things about ProClinix. Sandra was lead therapist in my rehab, and her knowledge of anatomy and technique was outstanding. Her patience and attention was really really good. They schedule people so that you do not feel abandoned during your session. Highly recommended! BTW, front desk staff is so accommodating and friendly. They will work with you on setting appointments when you need and offer really flexible hours,
I am in my sixth week of PT at ProClinix in Ardsley. I work with Brittany and Katie. They are professional, competent, organized and effective. The range of motion greatly improved and the pain greatly diminished for my frozen shoulder after a bike accident. Their infection control protocols in this time of Covid are fastidious at this site. My visits are enjoyable and they play great music to help while exercising. I highly recommend this place and the staff.
ProClinix Ardsley is the highest quality of physical therapy one can get. All the staff and therapists are exceptional and the care I received there helped me come back from a knee surgery that I had last winter. Without their above and beyond efforts to help me regain strength in my knee, I don’t know if I would have the same recovery and bounce back from the surgery I had. I would recommend them to anyone they are a 11/10 experience.

I highly recommend Proclinix Ardsley for any physical therapy. Both Brittany and Andrew took wonderful care of me during my 4 month recovery. When I first met with Brittany, I was unable to perform day-to-day tasks due to my shoulder injury. After being evaluated, they tailored a PT program specifically for me, which sped up my recovery. I am now back to near 100% and very grateful for them. They created a very professional, yet personal environment that makes you feel comfortable and welcome. ProClinix Ardsley is the best! Amanda and Jackie have been instrumental in my recovery of a long term hip ailment and I am extremely happy. I had a really positive experience with Dr. Amanda Notley. We worked on a decades old shoulder injury that had become a source of chronic aches and pains. I had become limited with the range of movements I felt comfortable doing. Dr. Notley was thoughtful about my programming and addressing the weaknesses that were contributing to my restrictions. She was willing to collaborate and build a long term plan that would support continued stability and a full range of injury-free motion. With her help I have so much more stability and strength. It was a pleasure working together with her.
ProClinix and Brittany and the team are amazing! I was very reluctant to seek PT after some negative experiences elsewhere but once i started with Brittany I knew I could trust her and allow her expertise to help me rehab my shoulder. I had Physical Therapy at ProClinix in Ardsley in the past year. My experience was positive as the staff was professional, caring, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is friendly and made the process fun. The studio is fully equipped. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. Scheduling is no problem as they will work with your schedule and with a smile.. I would highly recommend ProClinix for Physical Therapy services.

I have been very happy with my experience with Brittany and Kate at Proclinix Ardsley. They are always friendly and responsive. Brittany saw that my knee pain has ankle and hip involvement and the exercises are really helping. It’s a pleasure to go there.
Brittany ORourke is amazing! She diagnosed me with a herniated disc and advised I need to get to a back orthopedic and have a MRI immediately on my first visit. She was a 100% correct. I had a very large herniated disc with compression of the cauda equina. I spoke to Brittany after the MRI results and advised her I required surgery. Cathy and Brittany called me several times after surgery to see how I was doing. Ive been back in PT for 6 weeks now and Im feeling better than I have in a very long time. I highly recommend Brittany and the Ardsley Staff.
Brittany and her colleagues at ProColinix are very professional! I had multiple injuries and was not able to bend my arm. Brittany, Katie, and Sandra helped me to get better after each session. They are very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. With a detailed plan that was executed by Brittany and the team, I had a fast recovery from my injuries. My teen girls and myself have been seeing Dr. Elan Michael for a few months and what a difference hes made! From correcting my daughters numerous sports injuries to helping my recover from knee surgery, Dr. Elan is a truly great healer. He takes time and care with his appointments and doesnt just rush you out the door. I love when he assigns my girls homework and shows them how to stretch out various muscles. I also want to add, that since Ive started chiropractic adjustments, its cured my allergies.
I have been going to ProClinix for rotator cuff issues and lower back pain from driving. Brittany (PT), Dr. Elan (Chiropractor), and Jackie (trainer) have been great diagnosticians and are helping me with my alignment and strengthening my muscles so that I can get back in the game at the level I was playing and drive without pain. They are welcoming and reassuring and great at what they do. I highly recommend this practice!
Highly trained and effective staff. You always feel welcomed and given personal attention during your treatment. I started going here last month and have worked closely with Brittany and Jackie. There attention to detail makes all the difference. You dont just go through the motions, instead Brittany and Jackie will take time to correct the technique and provided feedback. 10/10 highly recommend.

I am amazed. As a 74 year old woman the rejuvenation I have received at the hands of Brittany ORourke and her assistant, Katie Streeter have been remarkable. I have two replaced knees and my orthopedist in Manhattan prescribed physical therapy after diagnosing hamstring tendinitis. Since I live near Ardsley my primary doctor recommended ProClinix in Ardsley. I had been really hurting but by attending therapy since the middle of December I have had not only wonderful improvement but I am now in a comfortable place. All the physical therapists at the ProClinix Ardsley location go above and beyond in providing professional care with state of the art research based therapeutic techniques. My adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) condition was relieved of pain and discomfort because of the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching that dramatically increase my flexibility towards full recovery! I can vouch from personal experience that Brittany, Katie, Kennedy, and Amanda provide courteous, caring, and consistently attentive treatment.

Brittany at ProClinix physical therapy & Chiropractic has helped me on my road to recovery. After years of lower back pain Brittany has helped me find relief with physical therapy in the office as well as giving me the tools to work on strengthening my core and stretching at home.
Dr. Elan is amazing! I give him 5 stars. He is knowledgeable, professional, caring and funny. He has successfully helped me!! He is a model. Also he keeps appointments on time. Dr. Elan is with no doubt the best Chiropractor ever!
I’ve been going to ProClinix (Ardsley NY) for 3 months due to a left shoulder torn rotator cuff. It’s located in the House Of Sports. Clean and Spacious!Dani and Cathy at the front Desk👍🏼 Lisa the Manager is very accommodating and uplifting. Dr. Brittany O’Rourke is my PT and her clinical assistant Katie are truly my lifeline with my recovery. I strongly suggest this PT and not waste your time going elsewhere. They constantly guide and help and stay with their patients. This is so important in helping with recovery. They all get 5 stars +.
Following a back injury in April 2018, I spent some time in a wheelchair, endured months of physical therapy, sessions with a Chiropractor, and even worked out with a personal trainer to strengthen my back. The improvement was minimal. I was ready to give up hope that I would ever find significant relief until I went to Dr. Elan Michael at Pro Clinix in Ardsley.Dr. Michael takes a holistic approach to treatment. He is a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable Dr who puts 100% into helping his patients. In addition to the adjustments, a key to his successful outcome is that he instructs patients how to do specific exercises at home to promote long term recovery.After only a few sessions, I no longer have to sleep on the floor and I am back swimming in the ocean! I am very grateful to Dr. Michael.
I recently had the chance to treat as a patient in the Ardsley office of ProClinix, I was working in the area, the staff was INCREDIBLEY accommodating! I usually visit the Pleasantville office and was going to be down county for work the last week and was able to see Dr. Brittney and her athletic trainer Andrew, what a great group! Each office is as good as the rest, what a great feeling to know that I am in such good hands and they can help me with whatever my issues may be, scheduling(thanks Cathy for setting this all up!), torn rotator, herniated discs, and torn ACL, all of which rehabbed and returned to activity maybe even stronger then when I started!! The entire ardsley group has worked perfectly. the office administration, cathy and lisa, have handled all insurance issues. brittany, katie, shara, and allison perform seemlessly around each other. i felt better immediately; great therapy.
I went to Proclinix for about 10 sessions. it was very nice to be there for each session. friendly, kind and comforting. i recovered about 95% from the therapy. the experience was awesome. i recommend you come her. Amanda and her team were superb!!
I went to Doctor Ivana Monserrate of (ProClinix) with bilateral shoulder pain and very limited motion. Doctor Monserrate listened carefully to my concerns. She employed Active Release Therapy with a remarkably good outcome. After a few treatment secessions my pain is far more manageable and my range of motion has significantly improved. The outcome overall is far better than I could reasonably expect.Dr. Monserrate shows herself to be competent, empathic and eager to help. She has earned my trust.Add note: I’m attending physical therapy with Amanda Notley. Her attention to detail, focus and measured concern is extraordinary. Her engaging style is motivating and her professionalism builds confidence in the process.Kathy is the receptionist, and she couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful. Simply put, the folks here are wonderful and so is the totality of experience.
A medical doctor friend recommended that I see Dr. Elan Michael for my lower back pain. I am so glad that I did because the whole experience has been a positive one. Elan is both professional and personable, but most importantly, has done wonders for my pain. I highly recommend Dr. Michael if youre in need of a chiropractor.
Not the best experience, treatment was great but they sent me to an out of network person after I had already called and confirmed treatment would be covered. People make mistakes and I understand that as a process but office employee tried to blame my spouse and I have poor communication. I mean that is just a bizarre response, what sort of training does this company provide their employees. If a mistake is made or the customer is unsatisfied try to blame their significant other to not assume liability to the company. We like honesty and although the treatment was great, hidden fees is not something we plan to have a return visit for.
I worked with Brittany, Andrew, Jackie and Cathy -- all super-professional and pleasant. The therapy staff really know their stuff and are able to adjust the activities to perfectly match my needs. If you need physical therapy, these are the people to see.
Ive found Brittany and the team to be very skilled therapists. Sandra is very patient and caring. She is professional and encouraging. I thank God for sending me to this helpful team. You are such a blessing in my healing journey!
I already feel a significant improvement in the short amount of time that I have visited Dr. Elan Michael for adjustments. The whole office is welcoming and professional, and the Ardsley location is convenient with plenty of parking.
Britney is awesome! I’m a professional track athlete and I had a injury right before my outdoor season this year was about to start. Her and some help from Brian got me back to full training very quickly! Every time I come in she asks what’s new and how’s everything going and designs a plan around how I have been feeling since the last appt.
I wish I could give ProClinix 6 stars.Cathy, at the front desk, goes above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and answering my questions. Jackie, Katie and Andrew are professional and gregarious. Brittany’s knowledge and patience have expedited my rehabilitation.The clinic is clean and parking is easy peasy.

Dr. Elan has been treating me for a number of back, neck and overall pain issues. He has helped me immensely to not only ease/ elevate my everyday pain but instructed me how to stretch safely and care for myself to prevent future damage / injury. His knowledge of his profession shows always!

2022-05-02I couldnt have asked for a better physical therapy place! I loved the staff at the front desk. They always made me feel welcome. Danny and his assistant Alexis were great to work with. I found them to be talented and caring professionals dedicated to helping me rehab my elbow after surgery. The open treatment area and people working and talking together made physical therapy fun and something I actually looked forward to. And most importantly, my surgeon literally said that he was ecstatic with my results.

2022-01-21I went to Proclinix for a shoulder injury per recommendation from a friend. I had a great experience working with Daniel and Alexis. They were both very positive, encouraging, and friendly, which made the recovery process that much easier. They were both knowledgeable and attentive, making sure I did all of my workouts correctly. The gym is clean and the equipment is nice and up to date as well. After working with Daniel and Alexis, I have seen a great deal of improvement in my shoulder and would definitely recommend working with these two gentleman.

2022-02-23Definitely the most POSITIVE physical therapy experience I have had in quite some time. I have some chronic neck and shoulder pain issues along with the need for postural retraining. Amanda and her team were knowledgeable and professional, empathetic and caring - putting a great amount of effort into figuring out what would be the most effective treatment for my cluster of symptoms. Movements that would have been very painful are now second nature, showing clear evidence that their approach is working. Super thankful to have found ProClinix!

Helped me rehab my shoulder and back, was patient and motivating at the same time. Highly recommend. Friendly front desk, too - they were professional and on top of everything (and also friendly). 2022-03-16I went to Physical Therapy at ProClinix Ardsley for my torn meniscus. I have been blown away by the level of care that they provide for me each and every day I am there. Pre-surgery, I was a patient of Amandas and she always helped me providing different exercises to get stronger and prepared for the operation. After, due to scheduling conflicts, I switched to Dr. Danny Jacobs. Him and his assistant Alexis have been kind, friendly, and personable. Every appointment, they fine tune my treatment in order to give me the best success possible. My doctor is thrilled with my progress through physical therapy and says because of it, I am weeks ahead of the recovery schedule. There never is a boring day at ProClinix as the exercises arent typical and are crafted for each person. The benefit of being at the House of Sports is that all patients are able to go upstairs to utilize the facilities such as the turf or various courts to get back to doing what they love. This is very hard to find at other physical therapy offices. I love ProClinix and I am very happy that I chose them for my PT care.

2022-02-17I have been rehabbing my knee through 2 knee surgeries since 2020 and from being treated in other facilities I can honestly say Ardsleys Proclinix is my favorite by far. Staff makes you feel very welcomed and are very helpful. The therapist are great and pay great attention to detail and take the time to make sure to answer and questions and concerns you may have. Minimum wait times, easily scheduling, and a remarkable staff.

2022-04-15Amanda /Rebecca are amazing . They really care and are extremely knowledgeable . 1 month of therapy and feel much better! They are extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain my injury to me as well as what my program entailed. Amanda was able to explain and discuss with me my body mechanics and how my ankle mobility was contributing to my pain when squatting. I feel confident moving forward that I am already on the right path to getting back to living pain free. I highly recommend Amanda and Proclinix.

2021-10-09I recently completed physical therapy at ProClinix in Ardsley for arthritic knee issues. I was extremely pleased with my experience there. The office and treatment areas were extremely clean at all times. The stretchers and equipment were sanitized after each client use. The gym/treatment area is well appointed with appropriate equipment. The therapists and aides were well prepared and engaged with clients quite well. I was taught exercises that I can continue at home. Thank you Shara and Katie!The most outstanding comment I want to make regards the entire staff - everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. Clients were greeted by name . The atmosphere was friendly and the care was delivered with concern and kindness. Thanks to all!

2022-04-20Ive had an all around wonderful experience at Pro-clinix and I highly recommend them - from the front desk to the treatment rooms, everyone is top notch at what they do! I was treated by Amanda for a nerve impingement in my hip and she made me feel well cared for immediately. She was hands-on, knowledgable, kind, and committed to seeing me leave pain-free.
