We recently hired Jhensy with Professional Pressure and Power Washing for our pressure washing services. Jhensy was professional, punctual, friendly, delivered quality service at a fair price, and dedicated to the details of his craft. We usual do our own pressure washing but our pressure washer broke. So we’re quite critical and have an expectation of how clean we want our fence, deck and railings, wood stairs, blue stone and pool stone coping to look. We were so happy with the service and work that Jhensy did for us.
I purchased a house this fall, and my insurer asked me to remove the moss from the roof of the adjoining gazebo. After attempting (unsuccessfully) to remove the moss myself, I called Jhensy at Professional Pressure & Power Wash. Despite the chilly mid-November temps, challenging access to the gazebo (which is located on a slope), and extensive growth (including some tiny trees and algae in addition to the moss), Jhensy and his coworker cheerfully and carefully scrubbed away all of the growth from the gazebo and then gave it a “bath” to kill the deeply embedded vegetation. As if that wasn’t enough, he even washed green stuff off of the basement door of the house. Jhensy was great about explaining the process in advance so I knew what to expect day of, and all went as planned (at least from my perspective). I had a great experience with Professional Pressure & Power Wash and would not hesitate to use them again!
I would highly recommend Jhensy. He was responsive, professional, punctual, and most importantly did a fantastic job. He is meticulous about his work and cares first and foremost about customer satisfaction. Great to work with.
I would refer this Power wash business to my friends, and neighbirs. My house was a dirty beige color before it was cleaned, and due to the deep cleaning brought the light tan color back to life. Not only did he clean the house. The fence was cleaned, as well as the shed which he felt needed to be done without me asking. I really appreciate the mold removal around the garage door which has been an eye sore for years. So organized and easy to schedule. I had my whole house, pvc fence and deck power washed. I wasn’t even home and when I came home it was all spanking clean. Reasonable and reliable! Totally recommend!

From the start to finish, Professional pressure & power wash was extremely professional and efficient. They did a softwash on our cedar siding and it came out like brand new! Just as important, dealing with the staff before during was great; even getting a follow up phone call to make sure we were happy. Customer satisfaction is definitely something they care about. I was looking for someone to get our house back to sparkling, pearly white, as a surprise for my husband!!! It was looking pretty wretched!!Little did I know that when I placed my call to Jhensy Clase that it would be the only call I needed to make!!!!He took our algae-ridden home back to the sparkling, pearly white it once was!!! This power washing business is very good. I had an appointment at 7:00 A.M. he was on time and did a very good job. Actually he arrive 15 mins early and started the job.. Jhensy and his team soft washed and applied brightener to my cedar shake house yesterday. The house had been neglected for years (parts of the house were so bad they were green). This company took their time, were complete professionals, and today, after the cedar dried, my house (literally) looks like a brand new cedar house. I got the runaround from a number of vendors I contacted in my area, and they all made half-hearted promises and wanted to ensure that they got a subsequent stain job after the wash, but Jhensy overpromised and overdelivered. I cannot recommend this company enough. 100% satisfied! Before and after photos attached.

2021-04-30I was skeptical when I first spoke with Jhensy about power washing my home, but the more we spoke I was convinced to give him an opportunity to show his work. I was not disappointed. His attention to detail was spot on and he stood by everything we spoke about. He was on time on the day we scheduled and was friendly and attentive to what I wanted to accomplish. His pricing was reasonable and he made sure that the job was done to my satisfaction before he left. He is customer and service driven and I would not hesitate to use his service again. My wife was pleased as well, a big deal.
