2022-08-05Back in October 2018, I had my Moroccan hand-knotted rug cleaned and then kept it rolled until today, when I decided it was time to officially move in to my new apartment by unrolling it, It was so excellent to see Professional Rug Cleaning NYC manage to fix what I thought was going to remain an off gray area of the rug caused by years of foot traffic across one section. The rug was thoroughly cleaned across its entire surface, and there was no trace of this heavily trafficked area. A little vacuuming brought back the surface pile, and it was ready to use. Even after being tightly rolled for many months, there was no chemical smell. A beautiful rug cleaning service at a reasonable price!

2022-06-16One night, after a lot of wine, I got my friend Kelly to admit how she got all her Oriental rugs so clean. She finally admitted that she didnt do anything but rather it was Professional Rug Cleaning that was cleaning them all this time. I hired them a few days later to see if they could provide similar results for me. They did. In fact, I think my rugs look better than Kellys. 2022-05-09This is the company I brought in when I found out there were moths living in my hand-woven wool rug from Mexico City. They eliminated all the moths, and they did the extermination work at their shop. I doubt Ill ever see a moth in this rug again. When I got it back, the rug was not only moth-free but clean and sanitary as well. I was delighted to say the least.

2022-07-263 rugs were cleaned and returned to us today, and I am blown away by how amazing they look. It would have never occurred to me that they could be looking as on the day we bought them, especially since we have two dogs that arent easy on the rugs. There was no discoloration or bleeding, no spots were missed, and they were returned within a week. Additionally, the price we paid was very fair and reasonable, and the rugs were picked up and dropped off easily!
