Boris is amazing and talented in his craft, the quality of his work speaks volumes. I only trust him with my designer items and anything that needs fixing. He is friendly and has a good turnaround time.
I took a pair of boots that another place said was unrepairable. Not only did he fix my boots that are still in task after over 10 years. They moved from the original location on Grand Ave but they are the BEST! I would highly recommend this shoe repair shop. I ALWAYS take my shoes there you CANNOT go wrong!

I’ve been coming here for a while now. Boris is always very helpful. I bought in quite a number of items to fix and he didn’t just take them all and charge me the money. He gave me an honest answer about which ones wouldn’t be worth it to fix. Also, his prices are reasonable. So this is the place to come when you want things fixed!

2022-05-14I met Boris for the very first time today. He was such a pleasure. He was respectful, attentive, and kind. I normally went to a shoe maker in the city, Thank goodness our dear friends who referred us to this shoe repair shop. We had a belt that needed repairing. 2021-07-02Best shoe repair there is. If youre looking for impeccable craftsmanship, this is the place to go. Christian Louboutin himself needs Boris on his team. He is that good. Hes opened early enough that I was able to drop my shoes off before work and it only took 4 days for all 10 pairs to be completed. Before meeting Boris, all my designer shoes sat in the box as decorations but now Im able to wear them. Theyre comfortable and you can not tell anything was done to alter them.

2021-07-02Boris is the absolute best in the business. I dropped off 10 pairs of shoes on a Monday and he called me Thursday afternoon to advise that they were completed. Let me tell you, Im in total awe of his craftmanship and professionalism. Before meeting Boris, all my red bottoms simply sat in their boxes as decoration. Now I can actually wear them. Theyre so comfortable. His work by far exceeds the price. I told Boris if Louboutin ever contacts him to be a part of their team, hed better not charge me celebrity prices.....haha. He is that GOOD!! In fact, they need him on their team. He brings new life to worn shoes, he makes them comfortable enough to wear for 24 hrs straight and you would never be able to tell there was something done to alter the shoes, thats how good Boris is.... 2021-10-15This is by far the best repair shop I have ever encountered for high end items. I brought in 3 Louis Vuitton bags and 1 pair of Ferragamo flats and was very happy with the repairs performed. The level of expertise, craftsmanship and professionalism is unmatched. 2021-03-30I horseback ride on Long Island and my boot zippers tend to break fairly often. Whenever I’m in need of a quick fix, this place has my boots back to brand new within the hour! I never have to worry about not having boots to ride in the next day. Truly a fast-paced, professionally run business.
