Came in to the urgent care due to experiencing COVID like symptoms. The physician’s assistant was very knowledgeable. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions. The assistant and front personnel were friendly. Overall, clean, fast and efficient. Would recommend. By far one of the best urgent cares in Staten Island.
Place was walk in no appointment for drug test for my Licence I came here wait long time and other people arrived walk in get service when I ask how long more I’ll wait for test she rudly answer my question than she told me only one nurse work for drug test basically place is slow
My wife went in with palpitations and one of the med techs was not only rude but she never took her vitals yet she put some bogus blood pressure on the report. My wife being an RN didnt realize it immediately as she was focused on getting a diagnosis and only noticed afterwards. They may have been having a bad day but that doesnt justify being rude to your patients.
Majority of the staff are nice ... However, waiting room full of patients and they called no one within a 30 minute time period and no patients came out of rooms. 4 out of 5 rooms were empty and Staff were talking and hanging out in the back. When asked what the hold up was, the response was mean and nasty for no reason because patients didnt understand what the wait was for.
A year ago I gave them 5 star. I just left there and had a very unpleasant experience. Literally walk out and will definitely go somewhere else next time.I was in room two and could hear all the conversations at the work station. One of them was about me. One of the technicians was told not to worry about room two he should go attend to the other people.
Anne Marie, the Medical Assistant is the RUDEST technician Ive encountered. Just plain nasty and condescending. Im a travel nurse and needed an updated physical. No big deal right? My company sent me with forms to this urgent care.. and Im disgusted with my treatment, Anne Marie was notably exasperated my forms were printed double-sided, reprinted them and made me refill out all my information. She talked down to me when I mentioned I had a optomology screening already and just needed a physical. The big kicker is she INSISTED they couldnt fill out one of the forms the travel company asked me to do..... then tried to bully the PA into not filling out the form!! It had to be escalated to manager involvement who said it was totally fine to do the form!! Anne Marie just insisted I would have to pay out of pocket to have that form completed, ummm thats double billing for the physical as the company paid already for my physical. I will never come back to this facility and rather go to any other urgent care.Anne Marie you need to find a job not involving caring for patients, because patient care is obviously NOT your forte. As a nurse Im just disgusted when medical staff obviously are in the wrong field with no compassion or kindness! You are the ones who give us a bad name because people always remember being mistreated!
Terrible experience. I had to come here for a drug test for starting a new job and this was the only close location i was able to go to. The front desk girl was nice enough. I had to ask for a Lysol wipe to wipe the seat down myself, they should keep things cleaner between people with COVID. The wait was over an hour and i had to pee really bad because i couldn’t go due to the test. The lady who did the test had an attitude and wasn’t too kind. I was nervous as is because i never did this before and she did nothing to make me feel any better. You shouldn’t be working with the public if you’re going to have an attitude and be mean like that to people.
The women at the front desk was beyond rude and very miserable person! I waited 3 and half hours to get a Covid test. When I went up to the desk the rude women said they no longer take my insurance. I found out today they do take my insurance.
I just hate that this place never picks up the phone. You walk in and there are usually 2-3 girls at the front desk. One of them should be focusing on the phones. Either they dont pick up at all or they tell you to hold on and never pick up the line, which makes you hang up, correct? How is that good for business? There are times when patients need a question answered about the services offered at this location. Other times, we are calling for results on important tests. This is an extremely important reason that I dislike this particular location. If people need important information about test results, then PICK UP THE PHONE!!!
I went to Pro-Health office in Victory Blvd. I went without an appointment and was checked in and ready to see the doctor in about 15 minutes. I was able to have my foot x-rayed right in the office. The doctor saw me and put a splint on my foot. I was out of there in about 1 1/2 hours in total which was much less time than I think I would have spent in a hospital emergency room. The office staff was pleasant for the most part and the doctor was very professional. I still have to see an orthopedist, but my foot was stabilized so that I couldn’t do any further damage to it while waiting for an appointment.
I’ve been there just a couple of times. The staff was very nice and made sure you felt comfortable. The place was very clean. I recommended this place to all my friends and family on the island.Update: took my daughter here for her Covid test. We had different nurses take care of her. Seriously still the best place! They made her feel comfortable and made her smile. Each employee that we’ve came in contact with are very sweet.
Got a rapid Covid-19 test, made an appointment same day. Super quick wait time and easy testing. Gentle swab of each nostril. Got my results in 10 minutes, too. I come here any time I need quick medical advice, super reliable and kind staff! :)
I went for a rapid COVID19 test required for new hires. The line was fairly long, but moved quickly. The women that did the insurance were fantastic, the electronic wait time/ place in line was helpful and the nurses administering the test were very informative. All personnel were moving quickly, very professional and happy to help all patients. Excellent job!
Highly recommend going here. Even with all the covid testing I still was able to get treatment in a reasonable amount of time. They prioritize the urgent care patients which only makes sense.
The front desk associates were welcoming and kind. I was quickly seen by a physician who was thorough and attentive. I was diagnosed and medication was sent to my local pharmacy. Excellent experience.
Not sure why Im seeing a review about the staff professionalism being inferior, went in there and the two ladies were very nice and professional and asked me twice if i would like any water to drink the nurse I saw was nice and respectful as well. definitely recommend.
First off, I would like to make it clear that this 1 star review is all because of ONE PERSON, the acting doctor of July 19, 2021.I would like to also say, the nurses and the front door staff is VERY professional, and welcoming. Informative, and most importantly, HUMAN BEINGS. Environment is clean, and efficient. I was told I had to wait 40min, but was called back in 20min, which was really cool.Now on to why I give this place 1 star:Thanks to one of your unprofessional, and highly emotional M.D. (who is lucky that she didnt have a name tag, or told us who she is, cuz she might wanna get rid of her medical license for being this garbage.) 0 bedside manner, and had no intention of helping. Took one look at the body part I had an issue with, and turns to me to say: Why did you come here for this? To waste my time?Nothing like: How long have you been dealing with this? Or Is there anything else you havent tried to help with this condition? Nah. Just Why are you here, wasting my time (for this).Listen, please do NOT call yourself a healthcare hero if you hate people who have illnesses and conditions that they seek medical attention for. Do NOT flaunt your medical degree title if you dont want to be a medical PROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT CARE if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, you are a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, check your attitude and be professional. A future employee of our company took a pre-employment drug test here. A week later still no results. I called them myself just to find out that their lab lost the specimen. No apologies or any kind of help was offered. Had I not called myself, they wouldnt have called me to inform. Not reliable at all! They wasted a week of our time. Just garbage!
Went in for a hand injury. Paid the 50.00 was put in a room never to be seen by a doctor. As I sat there I had alot of time to look around, and I saw alot of dust and debris in the exam room. Furthermore you can hear the 2 receptionists talking behind the desk and cursing. I found the whole experience to be very unprofessional, I can not recommend this office.
Went there on August 15, 2021 for a Rapid Covid-19 test. Have received a bill for a copay. Covid-19 tests shouldnt have copays. I have contacted the biller by phone and e-mail. They responded back to me stating that I went in there that day for abdominal pain and have no record that I took a Covid test. Have also contacted my insurance company and they also have no record of a Covid test. I am at my wits end at this point. Called the facility directly yesterday and was told that a Caitlin will look into it and get back to me. Its been over 24 hours and no one has gotten back to me. I am considering contacting my lawyer. This is the second incident that I have had with this facility. Last year the lab that they deal with sent me a bogus bill for a Covid test that I never had. I hadnt even stepped foot in their facility last year for anything. Will never go there again!
Was experiencing symptoms of covid, the facility is nice big and clean everything was extremely orderly. They gave exact instructions of what to do and what to expect and what to do if..... You waited in your car until it was your turn and you were literally the only person that walked in and went right into a room. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and very gentle when giving the PCR test (Tickle your brain test) it was very very good experience. Just a side note people that did not have a car and that were a little older they waited inside the very large and socially distance waiting room. There was no crowding whatsoever.
Lets get the 1 con out of the way. I arrived at 4:20 for a 4:30 appointment but wasnt seen till about 5:30. Usually the wait isnt that long, thats why 4 stars instead of 5. But they are also ridiculously busy due to covid so its understandable.ProsFront desk girls were great like usual, everything seemed clean and organized. They let you wait in the car which I really appreciated since I wasnt there for anything covid related. Intake nurse was nice and friendly. Michelle (not sure if shes an MD or PA or NP) but she was GREAT. I want her as my primary care! If there is a way to make that happen someone let me know! She listened, took her time, addressed my concerns, performed the test I requested and sent it out to the lab since the rapid version was negative just to be sure. Wrote me a script to take in the mean time and was friendly and great bedside demeanor.Thank you to Gabriella the regional manager who made sure my visit this time was smooth and I had no issues getting the test I needed. She reached out after my previous bad review and made sure she handled everything personally after profusely apologizing. I appreciate all these workers hard work! Thank you for being kind and understanding.
Staff has terrible bed side manner. They talk to you as if youre beneath them. I came once during the night shift, same thing. Tried to give them a second chance and left before even getting seen. Good luck to you, if you come here. And expect to wait over an hr.
The worst place ever, I don’t recommend it at all. Small waiting area, very long line just for check in , then another waiting to see the doctor, and the front desk is so rude with a very bad attitude.
The most professional staff I’ve ever seen in an urgent care center. Courtney helped me on the phone and even offered to call me back with additional information. If Lauren could be cloned, the entire organization would be better off. She’s amazing! The day I went for appt, There was a bit of a wait due to Covid testing, although I wasn’t there for a test. They kept me informed of my status on line. I watched quite a few very nasty patients shouting at them because of the wait and they were true Profesionals every step of the way. Highly recommend this facility.
This was one of the greatest experiences for me. I received a Covid swab test along with antibody blood test. The place, the staff, how I was treated. Unreal and excellent. I was in and out. I’m extremely impressed with this place in the service I don’t have enough good things to say about it. Until then everyone stay safe and healthy and if you need a test go here.
The staff are such great people! They are extremely friendly and very understanding of any situation. My whole family and I go there whether we need a COVID test or anything else, they’re incredibly kind and helpful.

Totally clean and sanitized environment. I was told by my doctor I would need a Covid test for my procedure next Tuesday. The girls at the front desk were cordial and professional. I didn’t mind being there at all, plus the fact I was there only a half hour. I’d recommend this office to anyone who requires a Covid test.
The girl who answered the phone was so rude. Hung up on me in the middle of speaking. Unacceptable customer service. Ill be sure to never go there or recommend it to anyone.
Pro health was very easy and quick. Nice and clean. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a Urgent Care Health place to go to. I registered on line when I got there I let them know I was there and they called me to come inside very smooth process.
Absolutely LOVE this establishment. Excellent staff, knowledgeable caregivers. Everyone here shows that they actually care for their patients and strongly recommend people to visit here if you want a fast, easy doctors visit. Their Manager, Caitlin, showed such compassion in assisting me with my appointment and made sure I had the most pleasurable experience. 5 stars in my book!
Office is clean and staff is friendly. Doctors are very good. I always get the best care at this office. Lauren at the front desk is a wonderful person. Lauren was so caring and friendly. She took great care of me. Lauren worked quickly to get me seen right away and checked on me again as I left to make sure I was ok.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I went to another clinic first but they didn’t take my insurance. So I called this office and the lady was super nice and told me they took my insurance. I drove over and walked in. The waiting area was nice and clean. The place was full. I was a little hesitant because of all the people but I filled put the couple, straight forward forms for a new patient. (Other offices I swear I have to fill out a dozen before they see me.) Surprisingly, considering how many people were there, I waited probably 30 minutes, I thought it would be at least an hour. They brought me and my son back, the nurse took down all his info and said a doc would be in shortly. It was less than 5 minutes before the doc came in. She was nice, good with my son, explained everything, and answered my questions and concerns. From the time I walked into the building to walking out was less than an 50 minutes (that’s considering talking to the ladies at the desk, filling out paperwork, waiting for our turn, seeing the nurse, seeing the doctor and being done). Right after the appointment I drove to the pharmacy and they had already sent over his prescriptions. This will be my family’s go-to urgent care clinic from now on.
Unprofessional front desk staff. There is one lady who is the rudest one ever seen working with patients. If you see her run or at least try your best to avoid her
Today my 4 year old fell right on his head outside, suffering from a huge booboo, blood, bruised etc. I rushed him to pro health urgi care. I walked in with him in my arms frantic and the front desk immediately responded calming me down and got us into a room within seconds. Within minutes the nurse came in, few minutes later the doctor and later on another doctor. Every single person we encountered there today was amazing, sufficient, caring and kind with my son and I. I really appreciated all of this today, keep up the great work.

Always a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk are stellar and very helpful. This is a walk-in facility so it makes it even better for weight times and customer service.
I would recommend this Center because the care and service were very accommodating. I left my insurance card at home but the coordinator was able to retrieve my information in the system. Andre, the patient attendant (?) was very attentive and friendly. The doctor was also informative and caring.The reason I did not rate this Center a 5 is because only 1 of my 2 scripts were called in to the pharmacy. I had to call the center then make another trip to the pharmacy.
My second time going here and the staff is kind, they know what they are doing. Place not over crowded with patients. Very clean good environment. You are seen at a reasonable time . No long waiting. They gave me my diagnosis after being tested right in the same room. Got my results right then and there. Bam, left picked up my prescription soon after leaving. Highly recommend this place.
Great Staff and Doctor!I arrived thinking that I didn’t need stitches and ended up with two..Anxiety started to set in but the staff to include the physician assistant and Doctor made me feel comfortable and at ease.A week later had my stitches removed painlessly.Yes ...I would recommend this location.
The place was clean and I was out in less than 45 minutes. The reception staff can use some additional customer service training . Smiles can help. The staff in the back were very attentive and pleasant. I needed to confirm that I did not have Streptococcus of the throat. They did a strep quick test and the doctor explained that the medical problem I was experiencing. A prescription for a Z Pak was sent to my pharmacy and I was out. I will follow up with my primary doctorI would definitely return if necessary!
It was very easy to ok make An appointment. I needed to have a Covid 19 test. I was told to come whenever I could and then call from the parking lot. They would send a text message when I was to come inside.I waited 5 minutes. Inside was very comfortable.The reception ladies were very nice and helpful.I was taken in to get my test 2 minutes later. I was offered both the antibody test ( blood draw) the nasal swab.The tests took less than 1 minutes.The results will be available in 2-3 days including the weekend.
They checked me in, took my vitals, diagnosed me and set me up with a prescription all within 30 -45 mins. Staff is very friendly and the doctor I seen was super nice. You check in through a tablet on the front desk and sign 4 times on one paper consenting to care. Very satisfied with my trip to this urgent care, high recommend going there for any cold or respiratory infections. I haven’t gone there for anything else but I’m sure they will take care just as effective. 👍
Went here because my husband was having symptoms of Covid. It was a very pleasant experience They took him in right away and did a rapid test. He had it. Told us what to look for and to follow up with primary care doctor. Would recommend.
Aweful, nasty staff! I walked in and the place was pretty empty, only two others in waiting room. Stood at the receptionist for over 5 minutes while they completely ignored me. When I asked if I could be registered I was given a nasty attitude! Thus isn’t the first time this has happened but it’s definitely the last! I will never step foot in here again!
I visited ProHealth a couple of days ago and was greeted very warmly when I walked it. The staff was so kind, friendly ams professional. I was seen by Neha and she was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this location on Victory Blvd in Staten Island.
I went there with a severe gash wound to my left hand. I was seen immediately. The staff there was very attentive and recognized the intense of the emergency and responded quickly. I was given 5 stitches and done in less than an hour. The staff was super nice and the doctor did a great job.
I visited ProHEALTH Circle Urgent Care yesterday. I signed in electronically, and received a phone text, which told me how many people were in front of me. The entire staff were extremely polite, kind, and caring. The facility is absolutely beautiful- very spacious, with huge windows and lovely comfortable chairs. There is plenty of parking. My wait time was approximately half an hour. I highly recommend this Urgent Care, and could not have asked for a more positive experience.
The facility was very clean, well organized and efficient. The wait time was short and I could track my place in line on an App. I saw Dr. Schreiber in Urgent Care. He was patient, honest, thorough, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left with a plan of action on how to address/solve the problem. I’m very happy with the service!

I walked in without an appointment and they took care of me right away... the facility was very clean , the doctor was very informative knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. The entire staff is very attentive and very caring. Yes there was a bit of a wait -but as you know in any urgent care or doctors office you have to wait (but they made me feel very comfortable ) plus they have a large TV to keep you occupied while you waitand a kids corner ,not to mention a beautiful Lounge and great parking lot .definitely recommend.
I was very much pleased with the whole experience. All of the staff acted in an efficient, professional, pleasant manner. I especially appreciate the effort the Dr. made by repeating some unknown info about my medication until I understood how it works.
Got in fast and was treated within minutes of arriving. The Doctors there are super nice and caring. I would recommend to anyone in need of an urgent care center. The doctor actually follow up called me to check up on my status after a recent hospital visit they have a wonderful staff.
I was floored by how efficiently my rapid covid test was completed. I easily made an appointment online the evening before. From driving there, checking in, doing the swab test, receiving my letter, and driving back home, I was finished in 15 minutes. Also every staff member I interacted with was so cheerful and friendly- even having to deal with this covid shyte for almost a year. I highly recommend Urgent Care at Bulls Head, I’ll definitely be back for covid tests and more.
First time visiting this location. Office was overall clean and professional. The blonde chick with the tattoos was so sweet; made me feel really comfortable about getting a CO-VID test and was very informative of the entire process.
It was my first time their, staff was very nice and they called me the next day to see how i was feeling. Had to have test done, an they called me the same day with the results. Excellent service for Urgent Care def recommend if ever in need of one.
Being a working Mom, you never make time for yourself. I was suffering from a sinus infection all week but didnt have the time to go to the doctors. By the weekend I was really sick and went to look for an Urgent Care that was open. I was so happy to find Pro Health open and was seen within 15 minutes of me walking in. The facility is clean, newly renovated, and pleasant. The gals at the desk are professional and caring. The practitioners and nurses listened to my needs and were very diligent on providing me with great care. I am so glad I found them and will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of care. With all the people on Staten Island, I was thrilled to find a place that was so well run, up to date, professional and responsive to my needs.
Went in for a rapid Covid test. Was in and out within the hour and the report with the results were ready in 1/2 hour. All staff were courteous and kind. Highly recommend ProHEALTH Circle Urgent Care.
I would recommend this place for sure. The receptionist was nice, helpful, and professional. The place is clean and opened till 9 which is helpful with individuals who work late. The doctor was iffy at first but then turned out great. Listen theyre human and tired so I get it, she helped me and thats all that I care about at the end. So yes if you need an urgent care dont hesitate to go here.
4.5; I thought the receptionist who greeted me was efficient and kind, the two women medical staff persons, especially Amy, the Physician’s Assistant(?), were very nice and kind, and made me feel I was in competent hands. I wish the care had been provided a little faster-- considering my misery--but perhaps that was the fastest they could manage. I also was surprised that they had no Antibiotics (indeed, no medicine at all) on hand, but the Walgreen nearby was good--especially the pharmacist who assisted me when there was a delay in receiving prescriptions from your office. All in all, I was satisfied with the care I received. If I never return, it’s only because I do not live in the vicinity. (I was passing through on my way home to Maryland.)
The wait was too long, which was ridiculous. I got there at 9:30 and didnt leave until 1:30. The test took 2 mins and got my results in 10mins, which was great. They Need to come up with a better waiting system. The appointment system online and the app doesn’t work. Youre better off making an appointment. Those who made appointments were seen before the walk-in people.
It is always a pleasure visiting circle urgent care. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses are thorough and well educated. And most of all, the entire office is spotless! I also love that you do not have to visit a separate lab for testing. Circle urgent care draws blood and takes x rays right in the office. Also, there was only a 48 hour wait for my blood results. I highly recommend visiting any of the circle urgent care locations for your medical needs.
My daughter and I got a warm reception last Sunday when we went in for a suspected ear infection. The waiting room has lots of light and has a more sophisticated decor than any other doctors office I’ve been in. The services were all great. The only disappointment was the 1.5 hour wait time to see the PA. Once we saw her, we were out in 15 min.
Friendly staff Best approach is to make an appointment for any type of testing. Remember many people are going to be tested on any given day. With an appointment the entire process took 20 minutes past my appointment time. I think thats very good. Very professional medical staff.
This was my first time to any Urgent Care, my GP wasn’t in for the next week so this was perfect timing to try Circle Urgent Care. I was a little concerned honestly but once I walked in it was absolutely beautiful. There were two very nice & kind women behind the reception area who were very helpful. The Dr I saw was great. I told him I was there for throat pain/swallowing and I was out of medication for a skin condition and he prescribed me a medication that helped the Strep throat he diagnosed me with & my skin condition. I highly appreciated that. I was in and out within 45 minutes as a new patient, filled out new patient paperwork and all. That’s it 45 minutes to feel better! I will definitely be going back.
Was in there no more than 30mins. Wait time was quick and paperwork was easy. The lady’s in the front were beautiful and professional. The doctor was even more professional and very explanatory. I would def recommend this urgent care if you have a cold or the flu or anything that’s easy. You’ll be in and out of there and satisfied!
I had the worst experience of any medical provider, I made an appointment for a 2nd COVID testI had to wait 30 minutes and they forgot about meThen when I was up for testing, the nurse was very nasty and even though I asked for a PCR test, they did a rapid test and it came up positive when my doctors office the previous day gave me a negative test.I will not recommend anyone to go there at all!
I would recommend anyone who needs to be taken cared of fast, to go to Urgent Care on Victory blvd. Quickest visit I ever attended. Went in with severe back pain & got taken cared of within 30 mins. Medicated and felt better in less than 24 hours! Loved this place! Loving and caring staff members!
Doc Christine is Awesome. Unfortunately I have had the privilege to meet her 3 times. Unfortunately I say because I was sick. But, she is awesome. Very detailed and she loves to ask and answer questions. Glad to see her walking better. The staff has always been great every time I have arrived. And so quickly they call you in. Unless it’s a life threatening circumstance you have to go to urgent care. Beautiful ladies and Handsome men to help you in your time of pain.
This was not my first time at this urgent care location. The front desk is always warm and inviting, and they get your chart in as fast as possible. Each and everytime all the staff seems kind, caring and eager help. The doctors are mindful of your needs plus they accommodate for people who pay put of pocket by telling you all the fees upfront. Id definitely recommend this location to others.
Everyone at Pro Health was very nice and lprofessional. They are very efficient in the social distancing contacting via phone calls and texting. Would definitely use this urgent care again.
Ive been here several times and always have a good experience. As a nurse I find the assessments thorough. The care and treatment are wonderful from the medical assistants to the MDs. Im usually in and out in under an hour, but never feel rushed. I always leave feeling confident Ill be on the mend soon. Love that they have X-ray machine on site! Would definitely recommend.
I brought my mom here for an eye issue. We were taken care of after about 40 minutes. Ppl were very nice and courteous. The aides and doctor were helpful and kind.
This is the second time I needed to use this facility. The first thing that is striking is the cleanliness of the center. Once you reach reception you are greeted by professional yet friendly staff. On this visit I would like to make special note of Gabrielle and Rita. They were both very kind and engaged me in friendly banter while I waited to be called.My issue was addressed effectively by Aileen and Mike.The were warm, friendly, professional, and expertly competent. They were clear and concise on what was being done and why. Each were very reassuring and had a magnificent bed side manner.Under the circumstances, outside the extreme pain I felt, it was an enjoyable experience as we talked and joked throughout the procedureThe only “negative” to the entire experience is they were all Yankee fans! But as I told Mike as he held a scalpel Go Yankees!Thanks, team, for making this as pleasant and experience as one could have had under the circumstances
I came to this Urgent Care location for a slip and fall injury. The staff made me feel safe and like I was the most important client in the building.The doctors explained my injury in a way that I could understand and answered all my questions. The whole staff is friendly, professional and made sure my medical needs wear met.My mother who was in the waiting room said she liked her time there. The area is neat, colorful, has a mini play area for small kids and good movies are on the tv. She also liked the music in the background as well.We are both thankful to the doctors and staff.
The entire staff is impressive—caring, kind and compassionate. My mom was a new patient and even before the paperwork was completed they put my mother in an exam room with a really comfortable armchair. The x-ray tech was so kind and nice too. She literally bent over backwards to make sure that an elderly patient was as comfortable as possible. The phlebotomist was gentle and did a great job—no bruising or bleeding. The PA immediately saw my mother and took all the time needed to help and diagnose a medically complex patient. The doctor was thorough and competent. He made sure that everything was done to the highest standards. No unnecessary testing done and my mom is on her way to feeling better. She feels that the care she received at Circle Urgent Care Center is the best!!P.S. I used to help run an urgent care practice in Queens and am tough to please. Without hesitation I recommend Circle Urgent Care Center.
I’ve been here numerous times for myself & my elderly mom before covid. For the past year , I’ve been going almost monthly for covid tests. They all are professional & friendly before & during this pandemic. Thank you & see y’all again in a few weeks. Stay safe

Great staff ,quick service and excellent doctors... The travel time was longer than the visit. Everyone said hello and goodbye. I also felt better that same day the prior day I was extremely sick. I love this place Regarding quick service, I do need to add they need a new lab service, I was tested for everything and told by them that I had something. I was devastated even though it was minor and common it’s still in my charts there . if I have a new bump I’m at the doctors literally , so I got a second opinion and a third. Turns there was nothing to begin with. So blood testing should be done only by your doctor....(advice from my doctor) I will continue going there just not for any type of blood tests.
This is my second visit to Circle. It was completely different from my first experience. The people were kind and courteous. The Dr. I saw was genuinely caring. They gave me extraordinary care. It was quick, correct and everything went smoothly.I went to Circle because it is literallydown the block. I had a little bit of a wait. Everyone was courteous. The facility was very clean. I did however think that more of my health history as well as presenting symptoms should have been requested. The paperwork was rather vague as to my medical history. I was diagnosed and treated very quickly which was very good or so I thought. I was prescribed Levofloax the side effect can be tendonitis and I was already having issues with my legs. I wish the side effect had been briefly discussed, perhaps we would have settled on a different medication since I suffered temporary blindness and my legs felt on fire. When I called back to report the side effect I was advised to stop the med uh duh! I was advised to come back in where I was not only charged for the second visit but also OVERCHARGED by 30 dollars. When I brought it to their attention they said it would take up to 30 days to refund my money. 45 days later when I called back I was told it can take up to 6 months to receive my refund ! Its not the money folks its just such a horrible, unprofessional way to conduct business. I actually feel robbed ! They could have just called in another antibiotic to my Pharmacy instead of collecting a second fee for their error ! Very bad business model. They have 3 locations on the island and cant refund 30 dollars ,which they assure me I am due and will eventually receive. SHADY
I went to City MD and came back here again . I will say they are doing much better job then other places. They send the results in accurate time and if their is a delay they just say it. The doctors and nurses are extremely nice and kind.
We had Andre the x-ray tech treat me with such care. That we don’t see very much. The staff is always happy and very friendly. If you have any issues with the staff. Then you should check yourself before blaming any of the staff. I been there a few times. And no matter how bad the client is the staff keeps it professional, whereas I would have lost it. But that me.
If you are sick, this is the place to go. Minimal wait time, friendly staff and thorough thoughtful care. I received a nebulizer treatment and X-ray within an hour from walking in the door. The doctor was very caring and explained every detail of my treatment.
The nurse/doctor that administered my covid test was very nice and professional. I am scared of doctors and the woman made me feel at ease. Thank you for a good experience!

I had a great experience. I was the first one in so I didnt have a long wait and the nurse practitioner was wonderful. Very thorough and very nice. Turns out I had bronchitis but I started the meds right away and felt better immediately. Thank you!!
Dr. Schreiber is the best doctor ever!!!!! He listened to all our concerns and spent a lot of time with us. Definitely would recommend to friends and especially family!!
Wouldnt recommend to anyone . You have to wait more than a month to get your results. Called three times reception girl told me that my results not in yet. When I called today she told me that my information that they have in the system is wrong. Need to hire efficient staff who do their job properly and care about patients. Meantime that they already billed my insurance. Imagine if I have life threaten illness?????
Took my 14 year old to be tested for covid. Was really disappointed they did not take her coverage which is bcbs healthplus. I paid 180 out of pocket for a rapid test. Staff was professional and polite

Waiting on line for 30 min for a covid test. Once I got to the front I was told that they handed out individual passes to be able to get the test and that if you didnt have one you couldnt get one. When I asked why no one told me and the twenty other people on line that missed the cut off the staff rudely replied that there was a sign on the door. If you decide to go here do yourself a favor and dont wait on line without speaking to the fine young ladies working inside. 30 min of my life Im never getting back.
Ashley in Pro health has always been so helpful in helping with me with all my annoying questions. I was so anxious getting my family tested for traveling and she was so reassuring when I was worried about getting the right test for traveling.
Its pointless to make an appointment. It matter if you are checked in and waiting, they wont make much of an effort to see you in a timely manner. My COVID was misdiagnosed, I wasnt even given a test. Every visit is more infuriating. I only went today because my primary care doctor didnt have a same-day appointment. I should have just gone to the ER.

The only good thing here is receptionists. They are friendly and helpful.Doctor is absolutely non-professional. I was there at about 8:30 pm with a serious injury. The clinic closes at 9 pm. Because of that, the doctor was angry, sleepy and tired. She wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. She filed paper very fast, writing answers without asking me questions. This could be even a crime, when she intentionally negligently falsifies medical records. Terrible doctor. They need to cur the working hours. Otherwise, some patient could not get qualified help when such doctors are sleepy.
Staff was very helpful and friendly considering they were busy. The doctor seen me in a timely manor, sent my medications he perscribed to the correct pharmacy. The next day I received a call asking how I was feeling, I mean really what doctors office does that. I recommend people use this place they were kind and very helpful, and I plan on using them when and if Im sick again!!
I was seen in a relatively short time, whereas other visits I had to wait longer even when there wasn’t many people in the waiting room. The staff was professional. Dr. Rizzo was very nice, knowledgeable and personable. Dr Rizzo. diagnosed me quickly. I like that he went to the computer and put my prescription in with my pharmacy immediately after my visit. The only thing he didn’t do was to tell me what to do for ear pain. (I told him and the way I talked he felt a was in the medical field!). I recommend him highly and I didn’t feel rushed like I was with other Dr.s on previous visits. The PA was also nice (girl), but I had to ask her what my pulse, temperature and what my oxygen was, because she didn’t tell me. I was glad overall, because I have an event coming up & want to feel better.
I went today my first time 09/25/16 after reading the reviews online. Service was efficient and the staff is very pleasant. As in other reviews stated we were offered ☕ tea, coffee to drink. Victoria at the front desk was very friendly as I watched her help an elderly lady and thought this is how people should be treated. The doctor I seen was very friendly just a nice urgent care to visit when needed.
Ww used this facility when my wife came down with a sinus infection and was running a fever. The front desk staff were very courteous and the facility is very well run. Our wait was only about 30 minutes. The doctor who examined me was very professional and made a diagnosis quickly based on my symptoms. The facility is very clean and the staff is caring. I would definitely use them again
I havent been in the building to take the test, I called on the phone and the receptionist (Stephanie)was very short and dismissive. Maybe it was too early in the morning for her to answer basic covid related questions? looking at the glowing reviews on kindness and professionalism, this receptionist seems to be an exception.

They were amazing, my new urgent care. I usually go to ACPNY off of Hylan and I’m just so used to their treatment I genuinely didn’t know there was so much better. This place is right off of Victory and Richmond. From start to finish it was a great experience. I have had strep now 3 times in my life and in the past I had gone to ACPNY and they misdiagnosed me and did nothing for the pain. I came here yesterday and the front desk assistants were so nice and to sign me in as a brand new patient was super quick and easy just needed my insurance card and photo ID. Then I waited maybe 15 minutes, I was check in to a room vitals were done fast a maybe another 15 minutes and the Doctor saw me, checked me out and was very empathetic about the pain I am having so she ordered me in some medication to pick up at the local pharmacy and gave me a Doctor’s note because I had to miss work today. Amazing from start to finish and the facility was well-kept. Brand new interior and plenty of parking. Love love love.
First time to an Urgent Care place. My lower leg was in pain and I was dreading spending half a day in an emergency room. I was in and out in less then 30 Minutes. Very professional and clean place. Doctor was good. He diagnosed my issue and called in a script to the pharmacy. Would definitely return again if needed.
The place is clean, front desk professional, thank goodness when I went it was quiet and we got taken quickly. My son was seen by both doctors on staff. I felt comfortable with them. Highly recommend.

The moment I walked in the young women at the desk looked up and I was greeted with a smile and good morning when I was asked to sign in. The app told me when I was going to be seen. When I was examined the doctor answered my questions and helped. The entire staff was courteous and friendly and I was in and out quicky. I highly recommend this facility.

4 stars because the front desk women aren’t too professional on the phone but Dr. Andrew Rizzo was absolutely amazing!!! He was so patient with my daughter who is less than 2 years old. He went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and even brought her 2 lollipops before we left. He was truly caring and so nice. My husband went later that same day and he remembered my daughter and I and was so attentive to my husband. Dr. Rizzo made the entire visit super pleasant and his professionalism was greatly appreciated. Thank you Dr. Rizzo!!!!!!!!

Since I was satisfied with my visit in March 2017, I didnt hesitate to return Feb 3, 2018 when I had a bad reaction to an antibiotic & my regular Dr. was not available. Staff was pleasant. Dr. Rizzo examined me & prescribed another antibiotic that that alleviated my infection. Thanks Doc!

I was treated professionally from the moment I checked in to assessing the problems with which I presented. Everyone was cordial and polite and did their job efficiently and proficiently on my behalf. All things were explained to me regarding examinations, tests and present findings.
Had the best experience one can get when you walk in with a knee injury. The whole staff was very professional and kind.The front desk staff where fast and polite. Charles who took me in the room was very professional and helpful. Dr.Flashner was great, he took his time to listen, he was very understanding and comforting. After getting my xray results, to find out I actually had a broken bone in my knee, the staff girls made phone calls and directing me where I needed to go next. Before I was dismissed, I was taught how to use crutches, I was escorted all the way out to make sure I was able to walk with the crutches.I would recommend Circle Urgent Care center to anybody who needed help. Im very glad I chose this location and this group.Once again thank you to all of you who worked and helped me. GG
Unfortunately I’ve been to 4 or 5 different urgent cares over the years and I’ve probably been to circle urgent at 2960 Victory Blvd 5 or 6 times. With out a doubt it is the best urgent care facility that I’ve ever been to. The experience there from the front desk members to the healthcare professionals is top notch. All of them are courteous, professional and know their business.
It’s the 4th of July and of course baby wakes up with a 102 fever....her regular doc was closed so I took her to the urgent care.The office was clean and the staff was friendly and very eager to help, as I was also 9 months pregnant at the time of our visit...My daughter was checked over top to bottom and we were sent off with and antibiotic.By the next morning I received a phone call checking on my daughter.I will def be visiting again and would encourage my family and friends to use this office as well.
Everything was clean and comfortable! The staff was nice! The doctor was patient and understanding. He explained what my issue was, how to prevent it and what I had, which I really needed. Overall my experience was great.
Made an appointment for a COVID test. System was very orderly. We checked in then waited in our car to be called in. This took less than 10 minutes. Once inside the exam room, the entire process took less than 10 minutes. Very smooth process.

They have an application for their services and more importantly they have knowledgeable doctors who are very professional and who really pays attention to your aches, pains and current health condition.ProHealtj have X-rays on premises. I appreciate the TLC of the doctors , especially Dr. Rizzo and their staff. The staff are very courteous, only on Wednesdays- Meaning , the ladies that cover the front desk on Wednesdays are professional, attentive , don’t have an attitude, and they are always ready to take care of you with care , respect and Patience. It was my first visit. It is 10mins from my home which was a factor in my choice to try it. Front desk staff was very friendly & knew how to get the paperwork & Ins. verified quickly. The office is clean & beautiful to be in. The doctor was very cordial & got to the point of my symptoms after he listened to my description of how I felt. It will now be my family urgent office.

I was in and out within an hour, Dr. Rita is who I saw and she was great! Everything was fast and prescriptions were sent right over to the pharmacy so I was able to pick them up on my way home.

It was great, since I came in for a drug screen, the staff asked if I needed water and had done so everytime I spoke to them. The person who did the procedure with was very professional and made sure I did the screening correct with easy to follow instructions. Friendly atmosphere. No problem with them as far as what I had to do.
Exceptional staff ... you go out of your way to make the patients very comfortable w/ coffee / water ... and even cleaning the door handles ... bravissimo ...But the urgent care doctor did not even give me good eye drops I had to wait till the beginning of the week to get good eye drops from my own doctor.Its a shame the urgent care doctor is really not a professional!!!With respect ... Im glad I made the decision to go to Cirlce Urgent Care. From the time I walked in until the time I left, everyone made me feel comfortable. A young lady by the name of Jacqueline was as sweet as they come. She was professional and engaging. And the Dr. was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend them. The reception was excellent, the doctor was excellent, but the person who took my vitals, and the person who swabbed my sinuses were “mean.” The person who took my vitals never once “cracked” a smile. I felt she hated me without knowing me, and as if she didn’t want to touch me. The person who swabbed my sinus had the same disposition, and when she swabbed my sinus i literally cried out “ouch” because she pushed the swab stick so far up my sinus. The residual pain lasted for appx 5 minutes after swabbing. She was rough and treated me as though i was less than human without feelings.

I was in to see the doctor in about 5 minutes.She was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me . They gave me thetests I needed and I was out the door. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. There was a line of people but I made an appointment and it was honored. I was there for a rapid covid test and they handled it efficiently. I have been here several times for various reasons and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Disgusted with the doctor on April 20 2021. My 87 year old dad whom is hard of hearing was yelled at by the doctor. RUDE. I just hope that one day he does not find himself in the same situation.5/4/2021 UPDATE, turns out my father was sick. He is now schedule for Surgery in a few weeks. Thanks Doctor at urgent care, now I know you dont care and listen to your patients.
Walked in this morning with a soar throat and back pain looking for some relief, instead had to deal with very rude and disrespectful women behind the counter. Doctor is great at this place but the women behind the counter are rude and ghetto. Had to find another urgent care and I’m glad I did. !
I started to feel unwell late in the day and fortunately the place was open late. I got in at 10:45 PM and staff was still nice even though they were probably exhausted by the end of the day. I was quickly seen and diagnosed. I got the antibiotics prescribed for my condition and I picked it up at nearby 24 hour Pharmacy.
This was the fourth time I’ve chosen this office for treatment of accidental injuries. . After a wait of less than 5 minutes, I was seen. My concern was addressed professionally and competently. After xrays and treatment advice, I was on my way home less than 45 minutes after I arrived. I will definitely come here again.
My 8 yr old son was experiencing intense ear pain. We waited just about an hour, considering there were about 7 people ahead of us, that wasnt too bad. The Practicianer came in she was excellent very through and fast. She diagnosed my son with an ear infection gave us a script and we were done. I was very happy Circle Urgent Care.😄
I decided to give Circle Urgent Care a try because of their online reviews. I usually go to City MD and this experience was quite similar EXCEPT that my wait was a bit longer than City MDs. The place was clean, staff VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. I was offered fresh coffee and water, something I was never offered at City MD. I have a sinus infection (I kind of thought I did) and was prescribed the proper meds. All in all, a very good experience if it weren’t for the longer than usual wait.
Very clean and comfortable place. Staff attentive and friendly. Didnt wait long to be seen. Good experience with Doctor and PA. Also has a parking lot. After being turned away by 2 urgent care centers that night for not accepting my insurance, I called circle urgent care, they accepted my insurance and headed there. Was an overall good experience 😊
My son and I were in and out in no time. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, the triage nurse was nice and friendly, the technician was knowledgable, made mySon smile and helped him relax and finally the doctor treated us with respect and was thorough.

The staff were very professional and caring. Wait time was under 10 minutes. PA and others taking my vitals and easing my anxieties were superb. Next day follow up phone call to see how I was doing was a very welcomed change from what other professionals should be doing.
I have been here 3 three times for different reasons. Each time was treated with upmost respect and care. Last time they even called to check up and make sure they got a medication authorized and when they couldn’t get it authorized due to insurance issues, got an OTC that would help me just as much. All staff/doctors are very very friendly and professional. Which is hard to find with some of these UCC centers. Highly recommended.
Beautiful Clean Welcoming facility. Wonderful, courteous staff. I didnt feel like I was in a waiting room. WHEN have you ever been asked if you want a beverage while you wait? Was a bit long, but worth it. Was not rushed once in waiting room. Thorough exam. Very satisfied.
I love taking my kids here.. And this is one place my kids feel comfortable..the wait time is great. Never waiting long at all.. Especially since my son cant wait long in waiting areas, this is great.the waiting area and offices are soo clean. And the staff are wonderful!!. I especially love the way they work with my youngest son who has autism. They are very understanding and work so well with him that he himself actually feels comfortable with them and allows them to check him with no issues.. My son has to get an xray done at one visit and he had never had one before. He was afraid and was gettine very anxious.. But the worked with him so well that he calmed down and relaxed and we got the xrays done with no issue.
I was coughing and feeling under the weather for a whole week. So I finally decided to go to Circle Urgent Care. I was seen right away. Nice friendly and clean environment. Not to mention I received a phone call the next day and was asked how I was feeling and wished me a healthy speedy recovery. That was a first in 34 years of my life. I will definitely go there in an emergency like I did. Thanks to the staff of Urgent Care! ☺
I went in there in tremendous pain from a fall.. I can’t say enough about Dr. Rizzo and the X-ray tech who’s name escapes me. the patience and compassionate they showed was unexpected but greatly appreciated they were genuinely concerned!!!Highly Recommend!!

Good experience here. Had to visit since I just move to Staten Island and dont have a primary doctor on the Island yet. I want there for 45 minutes the most. Staff was helpful and nice. The doctor was okay. She was very quick to diagnose me with strep, which came up negative but since my throat said other wise, amoxicillin was prescribed. Although Im positive it was at the end stages since I had been sick for a little over a week. The experience was over all good. I would go back if I needed too.
I have only been to The Circle Urgent Care 2 times . But alway s such a great experience especially when your not feeling well !They are very warm and friendly and service is very prompt !! I never waited more than 10 to maybe 15 mins . And once you are in room The Dr. Comes in very quickly , unlike many Dr. Offices where they put you in the room and you wait for ever ? Not here. Thankyou for great service 😁

My daughter fell down some steps in the house at 5:30 on a Sunday night. I called the center at 5:35 after an internet search and the office waited for me to X-ray her foot. They saved us a night in the ER. The following day they called to follow up to see how she was doing. Office staff was professional and pleasant. The Dr. was thorough and kind to my daughter. Did not make us feel rushed under the circumstances. I highly recommend this office when needed.
I live across from this urgent care and they are very responsible and clean. They made sure I was seen very quickly & everything was perfect.
Very happy with visit. Did not wait long even though there were about 15 people ahead of me.The staff offered us water or tea.The PA was very nice. And so was the Doctor.Highly recommend...so much better than emergency room! Thank you!
The doctor and staff were friendly and professional. The doctor gave my husband a thorough exam and was attentive to our concerns. I would highly recommend this facility and would not hesitate to use it when the need arises.
Doctors are very nice. Highly recommend them that is if they accept your insurance. They used to accept mine and I went here several times and was satisfied with the Drs. I’d call first to ask if they take your insurance otherwise your wasting a visit.Update: was turned away from the location on my last visit. apparently this group of Drs does not take my insurance anymore. This is extremely disappointing as I liked my experience with the doctors at this location. I wish drs and insurance companies would stop playing games with patients health. At the end of the day it’s all about money. For the insurance companies and the drs. If it wasn’t drs wouldn’t pick and choose patients based on insurance plans and insurance companies wouldn’t pay drs garbage for great treatment of patients.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. ER is faster service than these people. City MD is faster and way better than this dump. The service sucks. Scheduled an appointment and still havent been seem it been over 2 hours.
I had an appointment so only had to wait about 15 minutes from check in to being called. The place is warm and welcoming, which helps calm any nerves you have going to urgent care.
Wonderful & caring staff. I was immediately recognized by front desk gentleman even though I hadnt been there for several months. The nurses and technician (especially Albina [not sure I spelled her name correctly]) were warm toward me and empathetic to my knee pain. They showed genuine concern for me as a patient. Dr. Flasner (?) explained the probable problem, offered some advice and prescribed some medication.I was quite impressed with the entire staff at this particular location. At the risk of repeating myself it is not often that one is immediately recognized or made to feel that a medical staff really does care!Thank you to all!Its a day later and they even gave me a follow-up call to see how Im doing!!
My first time at this urge care. When I came it was pretty busy dint mind waiting. The doctors was excellent I received a follow up text and phone call to see how I was feeling. Very professional and clean clinic. I will recommend this clinic to my family and friends. Thank you all
Went recently with possible COVID/flu symptoms. Process was very fast & efficient. Everyone was professional & very friendly. Thank you for making an uncomfortable situation so easy & expedited.
My son and I had to make a stop at the urgent care due to him having an allergic reaction, the staff was very pleasant, the wait time was short, and the P.A. was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. Will definitely go there in the future should the need arise.

Cut my finger with a utility knife. Went there for stitches The wait was slightly long but not bad considering if I went to a hospital emergency room probably would’ve waited two or three times as long. Not only that I was seen by Dr. Jennifer Miller who in my opinion is one of the nicest doctors around. She definitely went above and beyond as she took her time to stich my finger up I must say I never seen stitches look so neat and clean and just perfect...thank you so much for taking your time,and also for making my injury and treatment not painful at all-it was a pleasure.
I was exposed to coverd19 at my job,And came to prohealth circle urgent care to get tested. First I asked to have both rapped and pci test done, but only got rapped done.With a negative result. I came home and did not quarantine. And got my family sick. Proheealth never told me that:A The rapped test is not reliableB. there is a 4 day incubation period.I took the test 4days later and got a positive result.
The best. The entire staff, and PA were awesome, very attentive and concerned about my daughters wellbeing, that is vital in the eyes of the patient. The place was very clean, everyone was professional and the wait was short. The Dr. prescribed medicine that started working within a few hours and she was very patient and focused on explaining what was wrong and what I should do going forward.
Doctor did not explain my medications to me at all. Called to have a antibiotic explained. Requested to have it changed to something Ive taken in the past. Was told I’d have to come back in for another visit which means another copay and more charges to my insurance. Not very happy with the level of care I was given
Not a good experience, ETA was even longer than what I was told at the desk. When contracted through text, they didnt even let me know if they were from ProHealth and flat out cancelled my appointment minutes later.
Excellent care and service from the minute you walk in the door. Reception was friendly and courteous. The nurse was great and actually saw a MD who was thorough, friendly and took time with us.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of everyone. From the receptionist to the medical assistant to the doctor to the x-ray technician to the lab technician. Their system runs like clockwork.I would highly recommend prohealth.

The office in Bullshead never answers their phone, even 10 minutes after they open. I was told when I get there, call the desk, let them know Im here, and they will call me in when theyre ready for me. I was the first one here, waited in my truck, and 10 people bum rushed the door ahead of me, only one with a mask, and all jumped ahead of me, while I did what I was supposed to do. They violated social distancing, and nadk requirements, and this is a medical facility?? Its a circus....
My 3 year old had a hurt arm and is so scared at the doctor. He screamed just to be touched but the doctors and xray tech were so patient and let me calm him down before they did anything. They worked with him so well. Also wait time was quick even though the place was so busy when we got there.
Long wait, but my prescription was ready and waiting at the pharmacy 5 minutes after leaving. Seemingly knowledgeable nurse practitioner saw me, no problem with that at all. Wasnt there for brain surgery. Good place.
Fast and friendly. I was seen by a nurse practitioner not a doctor but she was very nice and answered all my questions. I was diagnosed with strep. I forgot to ask about time off from work (Im a teacher) and the nurse practitioner didnt mention it. But I went back in and asked for a note excusing me from work and was promptly given one.
Wonderful staff, very clean and only waited 5 minutes i had severe conjunctivitis and my dr was a two hour wait . Ive never been to an urgent care on staten island, my friend took me here . Felt like I was in a hotel instead of a dr with their friendly service and ambiance.
Very nice, super professional, nurses and receptionists where very organized and attentive to each patient. The doctor was kind as well, I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen.
Waited 10 minutes. Went in. Had vitals taken by professional, kind staff member (RN or assistant, not sure of title). Saw a PA or NP in about 5 more minutes...they listened carefully, accurately diagnosed, made sure I understood what was being prescribed (how/when to take medicine) and script was almost ready at my Walgreens by the time I got there (5 minute ride). My insurance has a $50 copay for urgicare, but other than that...all good experience and will definitely go there again if I need to.
My first time at an urgent care center. I had an ear infection after swimming in a hotel pool along with parents who had children with diapers in the water. I sholuld have known to wear ear plugs or stay out of the water! ProHealth took me in within 10 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was examined, medication was prescribed, and I was on my way to recovery in short order. Thats the way urgent care should be!
They are very attentive. Didnt wait long at all. Went back for a follow up wound care and no copay. My doctor was an ER specialist. Great place for what ails you.
They Charged me $315.00 for a regular consultation visit (which usually is not more than $100.00) , I had No blood test, No Physical exam, No Emergency Treatment, and No Shots whatsoever.I am still battling with their billing department for adjustment, which is very hard to reach, Plus whenever I called their Local Manager Janet she made herself unavailable and promise to call back which she never did.
Very clean and personable staff. Wish I could have them as primary care doctors. Doctor was excellent.

2022-05-01The receptionists were not welcoming. No doctors were present. Only PA and nurse. They talked to you for 1 min. Thats it. They dont care about the patients very much. They didnt even touch my body and their visit notes said they checked my abdomen. I went there for their quick tests onsite... but not their professionalism.

2022-06-27Absolutely disgusting. My husband was in and out, and rather than answering any of his questions or mine when I called back to ask her, she was completely DISMISSIVE and outright RUDE. Honestly I have no patience for people who act like they’re doing you a favor when in reality they’re doing their job. You work in an urgent care center and your job is to help people who aren’t well. Maybe the healthcare field isn’t for you? Is It just me? Clearly not, based on all of these bad reviews which I unfortunately did not read prior to sending my husband in there.And to Yvette Lennon, you’re not a doctor, you are a unqualified physicians assistant and don’t belong around patients, period!!! Ashley the front desk receptionist was nice though!! Imagine having to work with an awful person like that, I actually give her a lot of credit. Never again will I or any member of my family ever step foot in this place!!!Update- regional manager of ProHEALTH calls my husband to elaborate on what happened and she proceeds to scold me and tell me I should’ve called her rather than write a review. And then to add insult to injury, calls me defensive. My husband is going to see a specialist today. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Oh, and let me just add that this PA was involved in a malpractice lawsuit. 2022-04-18Dont go to this location. They are arrogant and it seems like they make it a priority to talk down to people. Had to call several times about prescriptions that were called in...but, never made to pharmacy. Was instructed to call back pharmacy and have them refresh their system. Basically telling me that the pharmacy does not know how to do their job. Informed me that the pharmacy then needed to call them....I take that as they knew it would not be there and it wasnt. Office staff and the physicians assistant are rude and should not be working with the public..let alone those that are sick. They certainly give a bad reputation to front line workers

2021-12-18Few times Ive been in there the front desk staff was very unpleasant; it felt like they didnt want you there. Most recently, went in for congestion and coughing and the doctor shrugged it off; didnt even take body temperature or listen to chest for congestion.I try my best to not go to this urgent care.

2022-01-07Had a horrible experience here over the holidays. I went for a Covid test, the rapid & the pcr. My rapid came back negative. I waited patiently for my pcr which never came to me. I called the office & they said it was because it was a holiday weekend. It didn’t make sense because my son had both tests & his pcr came back the next day. Finally after feeling terrible I returned to the office the first thing the girl said was 50.00. I told her I never received my results her answer was if the rapid came back negative it’s also negative? As she was speaking to me another worker looked at the computer then went in her own & researched it. She looks at me & says mam your positive you need to leave the building immediately!!! Seriously you misdiagnosed me? They were rude , ill informed. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to a dog!!! I’m They deserve no stars!!!!!

2021-10-12Very Slow service. If you need a COVID test expect at least 2 hour waiting time. Management gotta fix this. Get more personnel on COVID testing coz making people wait 2 hours or more to get tested is sign of a poor management at this location 👎 If you want to save time show up before 9AM.This place is loosing stars, and people arent rating it 1 star recently for no reason...

2021-09-22Much faster that City MD, but….. professionalism level is much inferior. From the reception staff to the nurses they need training. In the exam room they didn’t even let me sit down. First time there I got my Covid results in 30 seconds (rapid) and PCR the next day. So, fast but…. Still, the receptionist made me laugh :-)Later today….. when called into room I got screamed at for not being quick enough, then the schooling continued, “ you need to know which test you want PCR regular or PCR rapid…..impatiently”. At least when waiting in the lobby they’re treat you to HORROR movies. I kid you not!

Was told I had scabies , received cream and used it as directed it made my skin worst , I went to a dermatologist and was toldIt was poison oak , when I questioned it I was made to be a fool and told you don’t have to be dirty to get scabies , completely unprofessional

2021-12-04The woooooooooorst! I came here and was quoted a 45 minute wait time. I waited for two hours. I get it, theyre busy. After two hours when i asked the medical assistant if she knew how much longer til i was seen, she gave me a dirty look and rudely stated “you’re next.” After, the doctor who was in the booth with her shouted across the office “were trying to be as fast as we can, we want to go home too”. The doctor who helped me fit the description of the other staff. Rude. They dont care about the patient. They’re condescending. Other offices save yourselves the trouble and never refer a patient here. Go to any other urgent care, just not this one. Also, when i left at 6:15pm the lights were off in the waiting room (in december) so they have patients walk out in the pitch black.
