Managed my house, signed the contract, solved zero problem, and failed to collect whole month rent because they are being sloppy.NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANYWe fired them and yet they havent tranferred the key back. Its been 4 month.UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!

Been heating my whole building for this will be the third winter. Told them i was heating the whole building and was told i dont know what im talking about. Showed them a video to show there was air comin from vent... They told me it was a draft.(that starts and stop in time with my heat.) Told them there is mold in the basement.. Was told that its not my problem. Tell them something needs to be fixed and get told either its still ok or Someone will be there to fix it and they never show up. They only care about there money nothing more.

Consistently received no answer from Tom or I have 400 properties to manage. We had an extremely frustrating experience with him, although he probably makes the owner happy by not doing work for the property. (one thing he did ok though was cutting grass and snow removal) .

Sorry to say, but if you take over the management of an apartment and you have different set of rules, existing tenants should not feel the pain. Whether its the way in which the rent is to be paid or the terms to refund the security deposit. Also, please respond to the maintenance requests made by us tenants. Im surely not coming back to engage in lease terms with you after my current lease nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Tom treats each tenant and owner with respect and bends over backwards to help his clients and their investments. Definitely recommend!

What a sickening company to demand access to your rental property w/o notice - ESPECIALLY in this day and age when you have children around! Shame on the homeowners who shove off their responsibilities just for greed!!
