Great food and excellent service
Good food, price slightly above average but justified. Western omelette and bagel was about eight bucks. Restroom is spotless. Service is fine. Cash only which may deter some people but there’s an atm and my bank refunds withdrawal charges, so not a problem for me. Good, clean, quick. Solid ‘A’
Breakfast special was great. Service was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly. Next time you are in Attica, be sure to grab a bite at The Prospector!

Had the omelettes today and they melted in our mouths. Veggies tasted garden fresh and the service is second to none. Environment is relaxed and down home comfortable. I come here any time Im in the area.
I love their sausage egg and cheese English muffin sandwich, I get it whenever we go there for breakfast, good coffee too....the staff is fantastic and nice, Ill have to get a pic of the sandwich next time!!!

The Prospector has great food. I had the shrimp dinner with mashed potatoes and they are to die for. The service was fast with friendly staff, but the parking is not the best.

We stopped for breakfast and my bagel and egg sandwich was very good. My husband had eggs, potatoes, ham and toast, it took 25 minutes for breakfast to be served...what took so long?
Ordered the beef on weck. The beef with sliced thicker than I am used to for a beef on weck sandwich. But it was tasty.

Just returned from a reception for a family members who married a couple weeks ago in Savannah. We had never been to the Lodge before.We were amazed at how beautiful it is .

2022-05-26Nice, quiet place. The food was pretty good and the prices were pretty decent as well. The staff were very friendly and my toddler found something that he liked from the kids menu. I do wish that they had a larger menu or offered their breakfast menu throughout the day. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place for children.

2020-10-01Being from a small town usually produces greasy spoons and pizza joints if youre lucky. But, in Attica, we are blessed. The Prospector is easily the best sit down in Attica. The food is simple but the atmosphere is that of a town that treats strangers like friends.And the food is quite good. The chef make sure that you get your food how you want it, even if youre super specific.The friendly service, and the great chef arent even the best part. The best part is you walk out there with money in your wallet.Inexpensive, Friendly atmosphere in the old Attica bank, and great food? You cant go wrong here.Only downside, because its in an old bank building cell phone reception isnt great. But maybe thats not a downside! Enjoy this awesome family and friend establishment!!

2020-06-16Had double cheeseburger excellent, service was outstanding. Been here before, and will go here again food and service always good and friendly. Everyone wearing masks entering. Staff just coming in had temperatures taken before starting to work. Be advised this is cash only, but they do have an atm in the restaurant
