Lovely place to live, neighbors are friendly, grounds are kept up nicely and they have a very kind, caring and very efficient person in charge of the day-to-day maintenance named Maurizio. He is always very adept at understanding my issue and promptly takes care of it in a timely manner. He goes above and beyond to make sure your Apartment is in tip top shape! Always a pleasure to have someone you can trust!

Stay away...this non smoking bug free facility is anything but. Noise of Sunrise Highway is very very loud.
