I have had PSG Plumbing and Heating as my heating/plumbing Contractor for about 15 years....may be longer! As stated above Pat has done many things in my homes.....and he comes back if there is an issue...there have been times when Pat leaves the house, and then calls because he just thought of something you may need to know! If there is a simple solution to your issue, Pat will try to walk you through it, always with your time, and pocket book in mind. If you are a customer, you are cared for and it is sincere. Pat takes great pride in his work, he loves people, and if there is an issue that baffles him, he WILL find the answer!I can not recommend PSG enough.....Give A Call....you will be glad you did!!!unfortunately, i have to amend this review, as this company, that I thought was so great, turned out to be one that I would no longer recommend ……… i was a very poor judge on this one….. I would not, in good conscience, be able to recommend this company…… live and learn.

We had PSG PLUMBING when our house was built in 2002. Pat Fields and his wife Lynn have come to our rescue many times over the years. They are 100% the best in Jefferson County . Pat has so much expertise, hes incredible! I would highly, highly recommend them to anybody!

They don’t answer or return numerous phone calls, voicemails or texts. Don’t waste your time! They just replied to this review but no responses to calls or texts requesting plumbing service. I text and called in December 2021 about a broken heater as well but no responses. I called, text on more than 1 occasion Tuesday, 23 Aug for plumbing, no responses. To who responded to this review, don’t need to “know” who I am per say in order to respond if I left information with a call back number and the services I was requesting, on more than one occasion! If you called back, you knew what it was for. You don’t need to know me. That’s just irrational. Taking my business elsewhere.
