One of my favorite spots in all of Manhattan. Kind of a hidden gem, this place becomes deserted at sunset, and the gentle slope of the park is beyond surreal. A truly incredible urban park.

I agree with others. This is a small wonderful little spot with lovely landscaping, benches and walkways. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO WATCH THE MANY HELICOPTERS LANDING AND TALKING OFF FROM NEARBY EAST RIVER HELIPORT.

Hidden, private, kinda noisy from seaport but not terrible, the turf is perfect for a picnic, fun time to bring anyone to.
