Ive been truly Satisfied by the service here at the public storage facility. Anthony and the front has been nothing but a pleasure and super helpful every single time I have needed any Services everyone has been great and I really like the place at suggested for anyone who needs to store their stuff for as long as they need
Michelle is Fantastic! Ive used Public Storage for over 15 years and Michelle is one of the best Managers Ive dealt with. She is knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Moving in was so easy, the unit was clean and Michelle made the entire process super simple. I highly recommend this location.
Anthony was very polite and professional during the whole process, the space is clean and well maintained. Although there was a hiccup with my reservation in their system, Anthony work quickly to set up a great deal to ensure i was able to get the spot i reserved. Highly recommend.

I have been a PS renter for many years and I am very satisfied with this facility. I would like to commend the manager Anthony for his exemplary customer service! He was checking out a vacated unit across from the hall from mine and knew that I was looking for a another upstairs unit to move into. This was to facilitate going through everything I had in storage, with the least amount of transporting and aggravation. It has worked out perfectly-without a far “commute” to the new unit! I want to thank Anthony for his assistance in processing the paperwork expeditiously, as I had an anniversary party to attend that day. Thanks again to Anthony for looking out for this customer.

Went to help my in-laws. The carts are locked up. The office to get the key is never open. When my husband went to the office to pick up the key after waiting for the office worker to return, she was very rude. Very unprofessional. And made a very innapropriate comment towards my husband and my father in law. I would really like to get in touch with the supervisor about this.
I Just want to say that Anthony was very professional and good with all the information I needed. I was very amazed on his professionalism I think if we had more professionalisms in customer service life Anthony customers would rent more. My first time using a storage facility and happy I chose this place. It is very well maintained and has very professional staff. Carmen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making our experience a great one. She made the paperwork part painless and gave us great advice regarding all the moving supplies needed.
Ive rented storage units at other facilities before but this was by far my best experience. I had a lot to store and the manager Carmen was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She helped us find the perfect size unit for our needs and even assisted us in getting all the moving supplies we needed ! Facilities are very well kept and clean as well.

I recently rented a storage unit at the Public Storage, on Nesconset Hwy.. I was there early on Saturday - all-in-all - it was pretty quick and easy. Anthony was super helpful and knowledgeable, he laid out all my options and I was able to choose what I wanted. The facility is neat, well lit, well maintained and secure. I highly recommend this location!

I rented a unit at this public storage just a few days ago and the manager Anthony made the process very smooth and efficient. He was very professional and answered all my questions, and on the day of the reservation I was in and out within about 15 minutes. There was no physical paperwork when I got there, everything is done digitally using an iPad they have on site. He showed me to my unit and showed me how to open/lock it and also how to get into the facility using my personal gate code. The next couple days I came back to move stuff and he was available to provide the moving dolly.
I met an amazing employee named Paul at this location. It was my first time ever using storage and he made it very easy and he was very informative. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend this location because of him. 😊 Very clean unit also!

A very nice place! I rented a slot first thing Saturday morning, Carmen, very pleasantly showed me around and made the paperwork quick and simple. I feel safe with public storage with password protected entrance and exit. The unit is large enough with the ten foot ceilings, also the climate control and accessibility are great benefits.Kris
My storage unit developed a leak and while I experienced no loss or damage, I wanted to relocate my possessions into a different unit. The property manager, Anthony, took care of everything quickly and efficiently and in a half hour I was moving my possessions into a new unit. I have no issues at all with my things being in danger of any theft. I love the location. Very easy to get to. Ive been with this site for about 3 years now and it is great! The staff is wonderful! Sometimes I forget to pay my bill exactly when its due and someone always calls me BEFORE it goes delinquent and reminds me my payment is due. They keep in touch with any info i need and are always very helpful when I stop by.
I rented a 10x25 storage unit today and so far the experience and service was very good. Jessica helped me through the process by showing me the storage unit, answering all my questions and providing additional information. Will also helped ensure everything was covered.The storage unit looks clean and has good access. The price was reasonable and the 1st month was only $1.
ONE STAR IS BEING GENEROUS!!!!!!!! Im not one to bash a company but by the way I was treated I have to make sure everyone is aware of their horrible customer service representative. I stopped by a few days to write down some information about pricing. Carissa who I expected to be very nice according to other Google reviews I have read, was nowhere near as nice as google reviews portrayed her. I walked in the office and waited for a few minutes as she was outside taking a personal call. When l she came in, her phone rang and she walked right back outside and didnt even acknowledge me. I decided to leave after a few minutes because I was too busy to wait for her to end her phone call. If she would have been able to reach out and tell me she cant help me at the moment I would understand and stop by another day. But to stand there and not even say a word to me as I was walking in is pathetic. Now U-Haul down the road on the other hand had multiple people in the office and I was helped immediately. Maybe public storage should take a tip or two from them.
I want to start off by saying thank you to Anthony over at public storage. I came in today to rent a 10x15 that I had a reservation for the unit unfortunately i didnt know that it only hold the rate and the promo not the room but Anthony said that he could upgrade me to the next size up and I will be keeping the rate and the promo I was very happy about my time at public storage

Today I went to Public Storage on Nesconset Hwy, and the woman who works there as the Property Manger (Jizelle) is absolutely FANTASTIC! She helped me with setting up my online account, and figured out why I couldn’t do it myself quickly and efficiently. I didn’t feel any frustration or anger coming from her what so ever, it was refreshing to have someone help without feeling that they were obligated to do so. If anyone needs to rent, I HIGHLY recommend this location. You will get the help and information you deserve with no issues.

I went to look for a storage unit at this location and am walking away feeling very confident my personal belongings are in good hands. Will helped me out from my ridiculous questions to my serious concerns. He was so helpful and didnt try to push anything extra I didnt need which is so appreciated. I recently went in to purchase some boxes a few days ago an was very happy with the service I received. The employee whos name I recall was Will, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We will definitely consider coming back and even renting storage from there.
Do not use this storage unit. Everyone is very unprofessional and when i was reading the reviews it sounds like they have a new staff and the property manager is terrible, the district manager is even worse. Customer service is not their strong suit. I only spoke to one nice girl and she help me get the numbers. I called multiple times before my date to move out of storage to ask if it can be extended to Saturday morning. No one called me back, and when i finally got in contact with the district manager he basically said that’s not his problem. They are now trying to charge me with a late fee and for the rest of the month when i only need to remove 3 bins but cannot cause they won’t allow me to access my unit unless i pay. I printed out my call records and will be calling corporate.

I just recently needed to make a move across country for college. I went over to Public Storage in Nesconset with my dad to figure out the easiest way to travel with an abundance of moving supplies. The manager on duty, Will, assisted us immensely. What once was a situation of stress and worry, became easily solved due to the facilities large inventory, and variety in box sizing. The staff was easily able to figure out the easiest way to travel without high expenditures in cost or mobility issues. I did not need any storage at the time, but in the future if the occasion arises, I will definitely be going back there.

2022-01-09**5 Stars for ANTHONY** To be honest, I would’ve given No Stars if I left this review 5 months ago. An incident occurred July 2021 w/ my storage unit and I was furious w/ the male worker who handled the problem over the phone. However, ANTHONY made all the difference. Anthony should teach a class on Excellent Customer Service, bc believe me, I was angry when I went to the office and somehow walked out feeling he cared and helped me. Anthony made me forget how angry I was at the situation, and the guy who originally handled it. Anthony is incredibly calming in stressful situations, yet quick on his feet to make things right. Anthony also helped me with a difficult issue I had when I “moved in” two years ago. Anthony is truly an amazing worker and the greatest asset to this facility!!!
