I rented a storage room from them about a year ago. When I called to reserve a room that would fit all the stuff I needed to store the employee on the phone found me a discount on a room that was a little bit larger then what I had called for, for the same price as the smaller room. He also found me a discount on the first month and down payment. When I went to the office they were so friendly and helpful. He let me know I needed to buy a few small things to keep the moisture out of the room, I was so happy with the service I had received I told my cousin who was moving out of state and was looking for a storage place too. My cousin and myself are very pleased with this company. I have and would recommend Public Storage again in the future. Also the room was nice and clean and heated in the winter time! They are a great company focused on customer satisfaction.

From start to finish, my personal experience with Public Storage and their employees was absolutely wonderful. As a first time customer, with no prior storage unit rental history, I anticipated a negative experience. However, when I called the toll free number to inquire about unit availability, pricing and how the rental system operated, I was pleasantly surprised. Agent Lori was friendly, knowledgeable, communicated clearly and was easy to understand. She took the time, during my very hectic day to answer questions, made recommendations and located a viable unit meeting my needs. The unit was confirmed and the next step was to speak with the Property Manager at the location. The next day, I talked with Chris Elliott on the phone and arranged an appointment to meet at the location that afternoon. Perfect! Chris was very informative, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, offered other product options to protect and store my possessions, showed me the unit, how to use the lock, explained the entry/exit systems and generally all I needed to know. He made the entire experience very enjoyable and actually made me laugh and smile during the appointment. My days leading up the decision to rent a storage unit had been very stressful. Chris helped relieve my worries and brought smiles to my day...which made me feel so much better. I plan to begin moving items to the unit shortly and feel a strong sense of relief with the selection to use Public Storage. The employees are great to work with and I have no doubt Chris will take care of any questions; as the process moves forward.
Really had a pleasent experience here. I worked with Joey who helped us determine exactly what size unit would work best for us and our storage needs. He even came out several times to ensure our move was going well and we had everything we needed. I really apprecaited the responsiveness and care that was demonstrated at this location.
Just purchased a rental space from Public Storage this afternoon. Chris, the manager, was extremely polite and professional. He made sure I was taken care of and went the extra mile to make I was purchasing the correct unit, which in the beginning I was not. Ended up saving money. Cant be mad about that! I needed a storage unit last month and Chris (the manager) helped getting me into the unit without any problems at all. As he listened to everything i had to say and he even broke it all down for me. I am currently renting another space with them, but with more stuff coming and trying to reorganize everything i got. The service that Chris gave us was very thorough and helpful. Although we were assisted by a new employee, Chris was there at all times to make sure things were going smoothly. The storage was very clean and we had no problems with the service we were given. With reasonable prices, I recommend using this pubic storage.
This is my first time renting from here and Chris was very helpful in explaining everything to me and my husband. I had pick a much smaller unit that would not fit all of our things but Chris showed all of the sizes that were available to us and then we chose the one we wanted. I rented a space there last month, and I couldn’t be happier. I had a 5x10 a couple of years ago as I needed the extra space. Now, it’s that time again where I need that extra storage and i know where i needed to go. I would recommend to anyone, as the facility is kept clean. The move-in process was easy and painless, which I like. Chris the manager answered all of my questions i had and was extremely friendly.
I simply had a short-term storage need (only 9 days in total), and they were extremely accommodating. Chris, the general manager, was extremely friendly and helpful in showing me my unit, explaining the costs, and I felt very comfortable using them as my storage need.
I have been with public storage for 5 years and just recently needed to transfer to a bigger unit. Chris and his staff were extremely helpful in the transition. I was sick right just days after completing the paperwork on the transfer, and I was thankful they allowed me a couple of extra days to move to the bigger unit. Where my unit is the climate area is well lit and even had the push cart handy to get the stuff from one unit to the other. Thank you public storage for making this as easy as possible. I would recommend them to anyone I know as they have taken care of me since day one.

She sent me over to Chris Elliott at the wheat field location where I received even more GREAT service. A large part of my investigation re: where to store my vehicle was performed halfway across the US over the phone. Not an optimal scenario, but I was unable to handle this dilemma any other way. When I arrived into the WNY area days after one conversation on the phone, the space described was available as promised!! I was even provided with a choice of which space I felt more comfortable with. This Public Storage location is definitely worthy of my future business, as well as my recommendation to all my friends and family. Again I stored my RV, and again I was perfectly pleased with EVERY aspect of this experience. We stopped in today to inquire about a storage unit and ended up renting one on the spot. Chris was very knowledgeable and showed us a unit that met our needs. We were able to purchase a strong lock to use immediately. This was our second storage facility that we visited today. We are pleased with the location, the unit itself and the service we received.
I went into the public storage to make my payment, and the girl working there was very nice, her name is chas and I had so many questions and she answered them all. She was very professional and at the same time easy to talk to if this is the way I’m treated when I come in here then I’ve made the right choice to rent from this company.
I have rented from this company for 4 1/2 yrs now. The grounds are clean and close to major interstate roads and auto repair shops and stores. The employees are very nice and helpful .Chris always tell me of any changes that occurs, one month in advance. He also call me if anything happen to my RV stored there. From the moment that i arrived at this storage unit i was treated with a great deal of respect and courtesy. chris and his staff have been very helpful as i needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit after moving some of my things in and realizing that it was not going to fit everything. all that needed to be done to do this was taken care of without a problem. i found that the unit was very clean and dry. i would highly recommend the unit to everyone for their storage needs.

Unit is clean and the hours are good. Just be prepared for an additional $60 during check in than whatever you were initially quoted (extra insurance, overpriced lock, and activation fee) - frustrating to say the least
I rented here last month, as I needed somewhere to put the belongings from my sisters house. The house needed to be sold on short notice, and we needed somewhere to put the furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful and got me through this hard time. The rental process was not hard at all and quite easy. I would recommend them to anyone

In the beginning of this year, I rented a space. It was suppose to be for only one month but turned out to be longer. The staff was very great in keeping in touch with me , I have recommended this property to many of my friends. Recently I stopped in to buy boxes and was thinking about renting a space again. With winter coming, and being elderly, I was told that if I did rent the managers would help me shovel the snow away from my space. I was very satisfied with your employees.

Chris was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure I could get a storage unit in time for an out of town move. He even stayed after closing to be sure we were all setto get our stuff moved in. He helped a stressful time be much more pleasant!! This wasnt the closest public storage location for us but worth the extra few minutes drive for the outstanding customer service!!
The staff person who helped us, Alisha, was courteous, helpful and professional in preparing the paperwork for rental of a storage unit at Public Storage. She also advised us of the rental specials that were available, which represented a significant savings over the regular cost. The unit was accessible and clean, and we look forward to storing our items there beginning this weekend. So far, our experience at this Public Storage facility has been excellent!
I have been with this company for 6 years and my property was in good condition when l finally took it out. The current staff have poor customer service and negative energy this will eventually sends customers away.

Beware who you do business with sold all of my property things that I have collected since I was 23 years old missed your chance to save my belongings buy one day even though I was calling them for 3 days trying to get in touch with them like I said please beware where you do your business you cant trust anybody
I rented a vehicle space today, the Manager Chris Eillott couldnt have been more helpful. I have difficulty walking and Chris walked nice and slow for me. Showed me the space and explained everything. We went back to the office and filled out the paper work, where again he explained everything. Mr. Eillott was very courteous and knowledgeable. You should be very proud to have him as your manager. His costumer service is great.
All positive!! I was delayed in arriving at the facility until just after 6:oo pm but Chris waited for me to arrive then courteously prepared the requisite paperwork, reviewed procedures and conducted me to my storage location. He did not rush the process and was in my opinion , very thorough. As a former employer, I can say with sincerity that Chris is the type of person any employer would kill to have on staff, Hang on to him Public Storage!
Chris helped us out Saturday night when we were meeting out of town buyers for our RV! It was getting dark and almost 9pm and we had pulled to RV out to the parking area out front so our buyers could take their time looking over the unit. Chris offered his assistance and said he would keep the gate open for us if we needed to park the RV in our spot again. RV sold! we appreciate Chriss wonderful attitude-well be recommending Pubic Storage to our friends!
I was very pleased with my experience in renting a storage unit at the Public Storage facility on 3420 Niagara Falls Blvd. It was my first time using a facility of this nature and Chris Elliott guided me through the process and made it very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone looking for off-site storage and will contact them again myself, should the need arise.

Ive had a storage unit here for the last 5 months and have been very pleased. I had the biggest unit available and didnt have to pay much which was nice. Rebekka at the front desk was very kind as well and helped me vacate the unit very quickly.

Rebekka helped me again today! She signed me up last week and it has been a great experience. The unit is perfect size and access has been really easy. I was in need of some boxes and blankets, she pointed me to right products and I got exactly what I needed!
Karen went above and beyond to assist me as best as she could. Unfortunately the toll free customer service was dismissive in her demeanor while informing me that the rate increase was non-negotiable. Absurd considering the current rate to rent that unit was $11 cheaper than they demanded from a current tenant.
We have been a customer of this location for over 5 years. Every few months the rent goes up - so I would NOT recommend them for long-term storage as we have needed. We have talked to them about lowering the rate but claim there is nothing they can do. If we didnt have so much stuff in our 10x15 unit - we would have already moved somewhere else to save money. No perks for long-time customers. For a long time their security cameras were hanging by their wires and were visibly full of water before they were finally removed all together or fell off, who knows. The gate frequently breaks and is left open, but I dont really blame them for that. There is very little light up front at night so finding where to pull in can be challenging when dark. Overall rating = Meh.

This was my first time renting a storage facility but Chris and Marsalis answered all my questions over the phone, they made it easy with a reservation, because I wasn’t ready yet, when I did arrive it took about 10 or 15 minutes they showed me a very clean storage area and I move stuff in right away, thanks again guys

Increased the price of my storage unit by $40 without any notice. Also, the location is not secure, the fence is lacking and there are obvious places on the back where anyone can just walk in...

Only complaint is they plow the snow right up against your unit door. Shoveling through 3 feet if snow when you are disabled is not fun and not worth $150/month in storage fees.

2021-07-09I’m beyond impressed with the Public Storage professionals at the 3420 Niagara Falls Blvd location. Joey and Karimar were extremely informative about all aspects of the storage unit and extremely patient with my husband, Jimmy as he navigated the online application. They really put our minds at ease with our possessions. I would highly recommend coming to them for your storage needs. Overall, my husband and I have been very happy with the friendliness of all the Public Storage employees that we have encountered.

2021-08-20I havent had such good customer service in a long time! Everything was throroughly explained to me and I was shown to my unit, learned how to lock up and had all my questions answered- The space size ordered was not available so he offered to upgrade to a larger space for the same price!! I am using this to store furniture during 2 office renovations and would highly recommend.

2022-06-10Had a very disrespectful employee call me white trash and threaten to call police on me for trespassing...I rent 2 units.. how tf am I trespassing with a gate code and keys??? Also Ive had my units for just slightly over a year and already had 2 rate increases. Looking somewhere else that wont take advantage of people already down on their luck
