I would give a zero stars if I can they made my eyebrows super thin. I asked for a clean up and they completely reshaped it. I used to have really nice thick brows until I came here. I would never reccomend. Some of these reviews are very misleading. I didnt recieve the same treatment others had that are writing these reviews.

First day today and already had a bad experience. I got under arm waxing and the hurt me after she try to get some hair out with threading even worse pain I told her just do the ones that’s long she was rude saying all of them is. So what was the point of waxing then? I just told her leave it I’m in pain. I walked out without giving her tip. I get it done from different place same price but hey they are kind professional and you don’t even feel the pain . Never ever coming back here!

I come all the way from Ozone Park or sometimes Forest Hills just to come to my girl here. Love this place; I had it recommended by a friend with the most perfectly shaped brows Ive ever seen lol (seriously) and I havent gone anywhere else since.Clean, generally standard prices, plus they provide TONS of services like facials, massages, body waxing, etc etc

I do not know how this place has a good review!!! SHE BURNED MY UPPER LIP when she was waxing me!!! I did not see it at first, it was just red but by the time i got home and it cooled off it was burnt!!! I waited a couple of days hoping maybe the scare would go away!! but nooooooo!!! NOOO!! now the scare is dark and so visible!!! I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN! imagine geting your body waxed there! DO NOT RISK IT!!! If i could give this place zero stars I would!

Went there for eyebrows and lash extensions. Biggest mistake of my life, crying rn. First, I told them that I wanted my eyebrows on the thick side and just wanted to get it cleaned up a little. Nope, they did a full re-shape with no regard for what I wanted. Then lash extensions, they were bad. I mean my fault possibly for getting 25$ extensions but they shouldn’t be offering this service at all if they don’t know how to do it. It was so disgusting and you could see a pile of adhesive so I asked them to remove a week later. And they pulled all my lashes off. I am devastated, please do not make the same mistake.

I went there for my eyebrow shaping. The lady didn’t do well in shaping my eyebrows. Still I gave her 15% tips. But she gave me a look that I am a very cheap person! Never going to that place again.

MADHU is the freaking best she really measures your face and knows the right angles she loves her job ‼️🙏🏼I’ll never cheat on my eyebrow lady she gets me right ☺️🤗😏😉
