My brother just got into Stuy! And it’s all thanks to PYE! He’s been going to PYE since he was young and a lot of his growth can be attributed to PYE.They’re a small family run prep school and I really recommend this place to parents who are looking for a place for their kids.Ms. Lee and everyone there truly wants the best for their students and it shows in their check in calls and messages. They work the students hard because they expect the best.

I have been going to PYE for almost 9-10 years and it’s amazing! They help you with all your work and they help you prepare for the SHSAT, SAT, and HUNTER. If you want your child to do good on their work and be prepared, PYE is a great place to be!

My daughter has been attending PYE for the last 3 years. The level of after school education and care that she receives is beyond excellent. The owners Steve and Ms. lee treat every kid as their own. The instructors are very knowledgeable and committed. They are always available to discuss your child’s need. We had tried other after school institutions in the area and I have to admit that the level of care is nowhere near PYE.

I am very grateful for all the things I learned at PYE. I first came to PYE for SHSAT prep back when the verbal section included logical reasoning and those infamous scramble paragraphs. I was taught how to approach a problem, how to reason and recognize the traps the test maker undoubtedly placed throughout the test. I greatly appreciated the fact that they devoted an entire class to teach grammar. Thanks to PYE I was able to get into Bronx Science. It was last year that I started volunteering for service credits that I later became involved with Color in Milk, a non profit organization aimed to foster a passion for the sciences in motivated students through hands on activities. The instruction I received at PYE coupled with the opportunities I was given, I feel contributed to my acceptance to MIT. PYE is a great instructional place for those looking for more individualized attention, something larger test prep centers cant afford. Aside from test prep services, students can become participants of Color in Milk and, as they mature academically, instructors. Simply said, I absolutely recommend this place.

I once lost my wallet in the street and one of PYE students found it, they called me emmediately and told me to pick up my wallet in school. Thank you Educators and teachers for teaching these kids good values and morals. They become good people because of your guidance. I highly recommend this school for all the parents.
