The staffs are supper nice. They are way nicer than the owner. I love to buy those big lilies ❤️ I got this rose from them as well ❤️❤️❤️loved it so much.(The owner was so nice today, lets me buy on credit, then gave a flower extra, even if it was short stamped, he had it on a vase. ) I am grateful

No attention to detail and TERRIBLE Customer service.My mother sent flowers to congratulate me on my new job. The flowers arrived very poorly and look nothing like the picture. They are wilted, nearly dead and have little to no water. When I called customer service I was treated like a number and barely apologized to. They just asked if I wanted a replacement. I opted for a replacement and it is maybe a tad better. Totally ruined the experience and my mother was mortified and saddened to see how they arrived.Edit: Constantine did say he would send yet another arrangement on Friday and told me to call Monday- Called Monday and Constantine told me that he saw my review and I wrote, nasty, things about him when he tried to help me and opted to tell me my review was wrong because the arrangement on site was wrong and that my mother purchased through Telaflora ( Im unsure what they has to do with anything because the flowers are indeed lack luster and pretty much dead)! No mention of the fact that he offered to send another arrangement just expressing the fact he was not happy that I posted a review he feels is unjust when he tried to help me!2 arrangements later and still disappointing!Advice: You are creating moments for people- please rise to the occasion! PROVIDE A GREAT SERVICE-dont reprimand clients because you provide a mediocre product- at best!
I want to thank you this florist for this wonderful bouquet worthed 80 dollars from a website online.The bouquet was with few old flowers and most of the flowers were close so you could see only the green. Awful bouquet so I had to buy a new one really nice and also cheaper. Please do not buy from online website because there is false advertising.About the florist, how dare you to send such a orrible bouquet to a person as surprise? Come on, do your job well and make people happy and not sad because this is what flowers are about!
I always wait last minute and some how they always come out fresh and on time. These flowers last longer then any other place I go to. Constantine is always extremely helpful. Would recommend this place 100x over. Thanks for everything!
Constantine was a pleasure to work with. My partner and I had a small elopement in the city and ordered some boutonnières, corsages, a bouquet, and a flower crown. They turned out beautifully and added the perfect romantic touch to the day. We appreciated the attention to detail and the positive attitude while working with Constantine over the course of a couple months as we prepared for the event. Thank you Q Florist!
I was sent flowers that arrived wilted and filled with carnations in fake bright colors. I feel so bad for the person who sent them to me, who Im sure expected so much better.
Low quality of service.ordered delivery to 3:00pm, got it at 5:30pmpictures on web site does not match real bouquet, it is poor and ugly!price of flowers -130$ with delivery. don`t use it
Received a beautiful surprise bouquet delivered from a company I volunteer for. The presentation was wonderful, the bouquet very full and fresh.
Sophia was the first and only florist with whom I felt at ease after our initial discussion. She was a genuine jewel throughout the entire process, understanding my very specific concept. She and her staff did an outstanding job at my wedding, and weve had several remarks on how beautiful and classy our blooming was. It is strongly advised that you visit the floral shop!
The people at this florist are excellent! I cant say enough about how well they treat both the paying customer and the person on the delivery end. Their customer service is personable and superb. On two occasions, when a family member needed it most, she felt special receiving gorgeous flowers that were carefully arranged. If they can deliver to the needed location in NYC, I will always order from Q.
EDIT: I got in contact with the store and spoke to someone else who was incredibly kind and professional. He addressed the issue immediately, apologized, issued a refund, AND still delivered something. Above and beyond customer service is much appreciated!! Will definitely be coming back here. THANK YOU!!!!Terrible experience. After trying to place an order over the phone (with no luck), I placed one online. I received a confirmation email and also one on the day of delivery. However.....my order was never delivered.When I called the shop, the person I spoke to said he would look into it and call me back. After an hour or so I called again and the same person said he would look into it and call me back....he never called me back.I was charged even though my arrangement was never delivered and they have been unresponsive about refunding me or sending a new delivery.
I wish I can give less than one star. My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mothers Day. They arrived on Saturday and were dead. She had called the florist and at first they did the right thing picking them up and stating that they will bring fresh flowers. They had originally arrived at 11:30am on Saturday and NEVER to be returned! My daughter called four times and they kept stating they are out for delivery and then at 4pm, the person answering the phone just hung up when asked where they were. What a disappointment especially for Mothers Day. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!
I ordered an arrangement for my granddaughter at 6:30pm on a Friday evening. I spoke to a lovely gentleman on the phone and just asked that purple flowers be included. A beautiful arrangement was delivered the next day. (My daughter sent a photo.)So very pleased with the service and quality!!!
The initial floral gift received was not exactly what I ordered. I called the shop, and Constantine immediately set about to correct this. Within a day, my giftee received a second plant that was exactly what was requested. I will definitely use Q Florist for any floral gifts sent in NYC.
I ordered some flowers to be sent to my girlfriends hotel, to be handed over when she checked in. The order was sent about 2 hours from closing, yet they delivered and the bouquet was beautiful! I would recommend them any time. A+ for a great job!
Q florist best florist shop in NYC! Constantine is very knowledgeable and helpful, wonderful staff made sure delivery and orders were fulfilled on time. Great for any special occasion parties, holidays, anniversaries, weddings you name it. Great quality and great value. The flowers are top notch and look amazing when full bloomed, pretty, beautiful and great scent to last. This is an amazing floral shop. I spoke to Constantine on the phone to ask about a bouquet for my mother. He was a pleasure to speak with and the entire process was completely seamless. I ended up going in person at the shop and I saw him make the bouquet right before my eyes. Excellent craftsmenship and a great eye for flora. Extremely professional and in a lovely area. The flowers that I ordered for my boss after her surgery were beautiful. The manager, Constantine helped me put together a stunning arrangement and they were delivered fresh and very fast. Such a wide variety to choose from in the shop and high end quality from both the staff and the flowers.
Quality Florist recently made all the arrangements for my Aunts funeral. Their care and attention to the details we requested were exactly what we asked for. The flowers stayed fresh and looked perfect throughout all three days of services... all 6 pieces. Their beautiful flowers and customer care brightened a very tough few days just a little.
I usually buy my bouquet at plantshed but decided to give q florist a try, since they are smaller and always do a great decoration on columbus. I entered the empty shop last Sunday , I was the only customer and no one greeted me. I saw they didnt have any ready bouquet and left. The attitude of the aged lady behing the counter was not welcoming at all! I will buy my flowers elsewhere

I had to hold my order when I realized the person I was sending flowers to wasnt at home. My dealings with Nick were great. He held the order for me without problems and released it immediately when I knew she would be there to receive it. Very courteous. I would definitely return to do business again with Q Florist

I live out of state, but found Q Florist online. I ordered at 10pm the night before, and my gift arrived by midday. It was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!
If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order online for same day delivery, and recieved a order confirmation. I called the next day to confirm delivery, as I hadnt recieved a delivery confirmation. They said sorry we were closed. I said okay well I need the flowers delivered, after they were extremely rude, they promised delivery by 5 p.m. Once again I called the next day and they never delivered, but claimed to have delivered, I told them to cancel the order, and they said fine we will send someone out to pick up the flowers for a refund. I said you never delivered the flowers so how can you go back and pick them up? They argued with me and then hung up on me. To date I have not yet gotten my money refunded despite numerous attempts ($80) and they never delivered the flowers. I went with Urban Stems instead, same day delivery, no fees and they send photo evidence when they deliver.

This is for people thinking about trusting this place sending balloons as a gift to someone. My daughter received balloons at 6:30pm at night at 5:30 am collapsed. Cheap latex balloons there is a huge difference between latex balloons their the ones from the 99 cent store and the thicker pricy ones that hang in there for at least 24 hrs . Even the Mylar ones that were in it is already sinking. Cheap...Cheap... Cheap I don’t want the person who gave them feel bad but I know they spent a lot of money on this. Ironic they call themselves Quality Florist. I also spoke to the manager to tell him what happened and he was trying to defend these cheap over priced. Balloons.Do not waste your money here. Party City , Balloon Salon or if you just want them to last a few hours Deals and the .99 cent store will sell it to you for $70.00 less . Buyer Beware!
This place deserves negative stars. We ordered Mothers Day flowers and seven days later, the bouquet still hasnt arrived despite several phone calls. They promised to deliver it multiple times, but never did and failed to keep in touch with us. Now theyre promising us a refund but refuse to give us the flowers.
I live in Mississippi and called Q to deliver an orchid to a NYC friend. There was a problem with the address, and they promptly called me back to get correct info, and Constantine was very friendly and helpful. Plant arrived that day, no prob. I also thought theyre prices were very reasonable.
I paid $85.00 plus 14.99 delivery through FTD for these flowers the flowers were originally $65.00 but I chose better quality. What a laugh. As you can see from this photo they arrangement was not even 12 inches tall. I contacted FTD and they got me a $15.00 refund but I feed I was totally ripped off by this florist. I also have to give a star before they let me post this.
One day after major surgery that left me in extreme pain and anxiety, a bouquet was delivered to my hospital room with a balloon attached. It was a surprise from a relative in Oregon unable to visit me in person. It shouldve been a boost to my morale, instead it depressed me because the bouquet was so ugly. The bouquet & balloon, I found out, cost my aunt a pretty penny. When asked, I told her yes its great and thanks, but truth is, the bouquet was horrific. Ugly, generic at best, and cheap, not-fresh at worst. Plus, the mylar get well balloon was ugly and worse yet, it held air for barely a day. LOUSY quality, so this place calling themselves Q or as the card insert with bouquet said, Quality Florist is a joke. Recovery was slow, so a week later, I called the florist. A rude, impatient, dismissive lady answered and barely listened to me before telling me to call back and ask for Nick, the manager. If this place gave one iota of concern for customers she would have taken MY info and had manager contact me. No respect and no quality. Be ye warned, folks! Never use this place. NYC has tons of floral choices that wont make you regret your purchase.
An excellent florist. Found them after an extensive search. The prices were reasonable, the flowers fresh and the delivery on timeWhat more can one wish for!! Highly recommend them for any delivery in Manhattan.

I live in Floral Park, NY and ordered on the Internet, when I searched for a florist in NYC with free delivery. The flowers arrived the SAME DAY and my Cousin was thrilled with the arrangement. Nice job, Q Florist! Would use them again. A+++
Quality isn’t just the name, it’s a fact with Q Florist! Whenever I have to buy flowers for the holidays, this is the only place I go. They have the best flowers, beautiful arrangements and the price is spot on with the perfect work that they do!
Used them once. There will not be a twice. The one favorable thing I can say is that the flowers were attractive, when they finally showed up, late.The message, not so much, printed in all caps and in places over other, pre-printed material on the card which doubled as the care instructions and material singing the glory of this place.The delivery person was so incredibly rude that my recipients employer told him theyd rather he never use them again. I didnt send him flowers to embarrass him, but thats how it worked out. So rude that the building front desk, the office receptionist, and the LOADING DOCK guys all made it a point of mentioning it. (Yeah, loading dock - dude tried to deliver there when the front desk wouldnt let him just leave the flowers before the recipient could get downstairs to receive them).I had ordered flowers plus enhancement, and only the flowers showed up.I can understand late - traffic happens - and I can understand mistakes. Stuff happens. But there is never any reason for rude. Id be far more forgiving of the omitted material and the late delivery if the guy had been polite.This delivery guys demeanor and drama is not something I want to risk anyone associating with my recipients name ever again. Lotta other flower shops around.
Best flowers in NYC. Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day & I am telling you these roses will not die. I am actually getting sick of seeing them that’s how long they are lasting. A++ all around.
Never again will I order from them. They couldnt get a hold of the person, so took flowers back to shop. Didnt inform anyone. Had I not called to find status, I wouldve never known. They wouldnt deliver them again. Never again will I order from these guys. Make sure when you order these guys are not fulfilling your order.

I ordered the corsage two hrs before I was to pick them up cause I was short for time.. one of the staff said sure no problem it will be ready when I get there it was never made but the guy that made it gave it to me for free so I thought that alone says they are good people with a lot going on ....

I recently used Q Florist for my beautiful Bridal Shower. My friends and family are still raving about the florals. Costa went above and beyond to make sure he fulfilled the aesthetic that I was describing, and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. His expertise was invaluable, and the flowers were fresh and fragrant. I wouldnt think twice about using any other florist for an event in the future.

2022-06-24So I had been looking around for florists for my wedding and Q florist was the perfect one .. the price was excellent and the quality was out of this world .. so many flowers just arranged beautifully my family still talks about how gorgeous they were. Costa went above and beyond to help make our day amazing , if I could give 10 stars I would .. if your having a wedding or just want flowers for a special day , this is your place

Had a small issue this morning with the website marking my order as pickup instead of delivery and I called to get it sorted and was quickly helped by one of their employees with no hassle. Got the flowers a little after lunchtime. Would definitely order again. 👍🏼

2021-06-30Costa at Q florist has amazing talent. I had the pleasure of working with this florist shop to create the center pieces, dessert table arrangements, flower accents for my grass wall, flowers for my cake, and a bouquet. The entire experience working with this florist shop was excellent. Costa, the owner is super knowledgeable and helped make my vision come to life and made it even more beautiful than I imagined it. I also liked that he maintained open communication with me throughout the entire planning process and we used a shared google doc to share pictures and ideas. Costa Delivered the flowers to my venue in Woodbury Long Island and set everything up a few hours before the event. All the flowers were super fresh and lively. The attention to detail for each arrangement was impressive. My guests and I were blown away by his beautiful work. I will be using this shop for all my events in the future!

2021-07-14Amazing flowers that lasted beautifully for about 2 weeks!!! They even dried up so nicely that my grandmother kept on her coffee table for another week. Q Florist always delivers the best arrangements! I called in and spoke to Constantine and who helped me with getting the perfect arrangement with the combination of flowers that my grandmother loves. In the past, my husband has always picked up beautiful plants for our apartment and they always last a long time. Its been two months since my grandmothers birthday and she still raves about the flowers....its made me the favorite grandchild! Again, I highly recommend Q Florist, great service and beautiful flowers!

2021-04-25A dear friend sent me flowers for a very sad time in my life. The arrangement, color palette, and flower selection were all so beautiful and perfect for my taste. I loved the short square vase with the densely packed blooms with lots of in and out for visual interest. The power of beautiful flowers to cheer you is amazing. They really brightened my space and mood, and I carried them to each room I was in so that I wouldnt miss a moment of enjoyment. The flowers were perfectly selected for peak bloom timing, so that the lilies opened a couple days after delivery. The arrangement was so modern, tasteful and stylish, and made my home look so chic and fresh. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect arrangement. Thank you for a beautiful job and for helping me through this time.

2022-05-05They have a nice selection of fresh flowers. I told them what colors I wanted and let them select the flowers. Both bouquet were beautiful. They also worked quickly. I highly recommend Q Florist.
