Front desk was very good. I am here for work, and had some billing issues that were corrected although I am stilling waiting for the money back. Hotel is undergoing renovations in main lobby, but it was tidy(as best possible) I had a room on the 1st floor which apparently has not been redone yet. It could use some fresh paint, and the wallpaper was starting to come off in the bathroom. Bed was comfy, clean. Water pressure and heat for the shower was great. Its not the best place i have stayed but i have had much worse on all accounts, so for a 4 day stay I cant really complain.
If I could rate this below zero I would. This is not a hotel. The word hotel is misleading. Its a dump. The dump is completely outdated. It wreaks of cigarettes. The rooms do not have microwaves, refrigerators or hair dryers like the website claimed. My particular room had a tiny bug in the bed. The toilet did not work (didnt realize until the morning) when I woke up at 5am to blasting music. The shower didnt work. Needless to say, I didnt stay long she ended up just leaving. None when on site to talk to. The place is gross!!!!!!!
Disgusting. Room was filthy, entire hallway smelled like cigarettes. Shower and toilet all stained. Curtain stained completely. And extra curtain hooks randomly hanging from ceiling. Room has weird smell. Door didn’t seem to lock. Crumbs and debris all over floor like the room wasn’t vacuumed.
This hotel is in a bad way...they did have comfortable beds, but I found it hard sleeping thinking about the bugs we found in the bathroom. The hotel is in the midst of renovation or disrepair? and when we were there the elevator was not functioning. Would not recommend.
Positive: Room was pleasantly remodeled. Negative: Hotel was under remodeling construction including lobby, elevator & halls. ¿Breakfast¿ was packaged danish, no coffee, no juice with no place to eat it. Pool was closed. Shower drain was broken. Shower head barely worked.
Be forewarned that this hotel is under construction and some of their staff seems less than well trained. We were double charged after making a reservation on Priceline and the staff member there at night didnt seem too knowledgeable about how to fix it. Due to the construction it didnt seem like many normal amenities were available like the breakfast and the lobby and first floor looked in dissaray. Luckily the room was nice, hence the 2 stars.
Booked online as a quick stay while heading somewhere else. Girlfriend and I left after two minutes. Smelled of cigarettes and marijuana despite it being a no smoking facility. Entire first floor including dining area was being redone. People yelling, dogs barking on second floor. At check in the gentlemen moved us to a new room on the third floor after saying he would find us a nice room on the fourth. We paid for a king, he brought us to a double. Ice machine out of order, hotel overall in poor condition.
The whole place is under construction and they don’t tell you that before you arrive or make your reservation. The hotel was not clean, there was no breakfast, the elevator did not work that well, the a/c didn’t work, and all of the rooms looked terrible so it did not matter if you asked to change rooms. I’m just happy to have left in one piece but it truly was a terrible stay. I do NOT recommend.
Do NOT book a room here. The lobby had no furniture and is empty with construction boards for the countertops, elevator was out of operation, coffee machine in lobby out of order, staff at desk did not have the password to get into their own computer, a one legged woman in a wheelchair came into the lobby to go outside and smoke a cigarette. The vibe here is like they are renting rooms as apartments to locals. We RAN out of there as fast as possible.
Stay away from this hotel, they shouldn’t even be part of the Choice Hotel brand. We had reservations for June 11 to June 13, 2021. We arrived around 5 o’clock in the afternoon on June 11 and the hotel was in total disarray because of construction the lobby ,the elevator, the hallways. Light fixtures and electrical wiring hanging all over the place. It was a complete mess, construction dust everywhere and there were even sections of walls missing. Immediately told the front desk clerk (Jeremy) that we’re not staying here and we want a refund because of the conditions of the hotel. The front desk told me they were going to provide me with a refund and We wound up checking into another hotel in Nanuet which is more money.I did contact my credit card and explained to them what happened. Well Guess what? Today I received a letter from capital one stating that the hotel submitted a receipt for my stay and that they were not going to refund me the money because that I stayed at the hotel. I reviewed the statement from quality Inn that Capital One received and it was completely falsified with check-in times Of June 12 at 4:03am in and check out time of June 13th at 12:03PM! Guess what? My reservation was for June 11 through the 13th! Also check out time for the hotel is 11 AM! The two employees that are on the reciept are listed as mdemos and jhema . I have a receipt for the other Hotel Nanuet that I stayed in as proof. I will be contacting the hotel manager tomorrow morning and demand an explanation for the false hotel statement and a refund in full.
I checked in June 4th to a lobby that was under serious construction. Everything looked in shambles. I went up to the room and opened the door to find the bathroom light was on and the window wide open. It smelled like somebody was smoking Pot. I came down to ask for another room. Went to that room and found the same thing. Window wide open and it smelled like somebody was smoking Pot there too. I went down and said I cant stay here and requested my credit card be refunded. They said they will and gave me a receipt, but 5 days later I find they charged me for 2 nights and never credited my card. Stay away from this place. Its filthy, and evidently people like to smoke Pot in the rooms.
I booked this hotel looking for a middle of the road night. Nothing too fancy, but not sketched out broken down trap house. Ya know, decent. And I price was that of a middle of the road hotel, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life, and I’ve stayed at a a lot of hotels and not all of them were “nice”. But I’ve definitely paid cheaper for much nicer places.
Absolutely loved my stay the two gentlemen I dealt with upfront were extremely generous to me and all the other gas that were coming up to the desk. Absolutely loved all of the families that were staying there as well it seemed as if they were having a massive block party outback in the parking lot absolutely love the family friendly atmosphere.Whelan Trucking
Room was dirty. I had requested a first floor room and the desk clerk told me that per my request, I had a first floor room and then handed me a key for 221. When I began to question it, he said I was one floor up. First floor! I asked if they could put me on the actual first floor because of my dog, he said no.
Still waiting for a refund from a reservation that was canceled over a month ago. Ive called this hotel multiple times to follow up; Ive even had Choice Hotel to follow up with them. They keep saying its in process but nope. nothing. They also said they didnt get any third party reservation from booking.com when it was sent several times to them while Booking.com agent was on the phone with them. The free breakfast isnt really much. Stay away from booking this place, whether directly or third-party website.
This hotel was being renovated and should not have been open. The elevator was out of service. My room was on the 4th floor. There was no way I was going to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. I wound up checking out on the second day and went to another hotel. The staff was very unprofessional.
Calvin the manager at this hotel has no kind of customer service skills. We booked through Priceline and had an issue with our stay. All Priceline needed was a confirmation from Calvin to be refunded. After a month of going back and forth and speaking directly with Calvin, who stated he is keeping my money. I have still not been refunded. We did not even stay at the hotel because of the poor quality. Why are you keeping my money?
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT COME HERE. Their whole hotel is under construction and is DANGEROUS. They also scammed us of more then 100$ and said they would refund us but took back their word. NOTE: If you are dealing with their refund scam contacting them will do you no good CONTACT THE WEBSITE YOU BOOKED FROM AND EMAIL THEM PICTURES AND A LETTER TO GET THE REFUND. This hotel looks nothing like it does in the pictures.
I would not give a one star. You go in construction zone with rude customer service: we ask for separate beds: not possible, even my boss called upfront and they promised. In room was 1 towel for 2 people, when I asked for another: I got the answer I should ask in the morning. They serve coffee, but no milk with sign: we ran out 😀. Dirty with no shower working properly place.
Its adequate if all youre looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night but somewhat lacking in their cleaning. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, dry toilet paper on the front of the bowl, and the carpets are stained pretty heavily. The first-floor rooms always have a damp feel to them. No bells and whistles, but itll do for the night
I stayed here for business. The overall stay was okay. When I checked in the first night the receptionist was less than welcoming. I was given a non-smoking room (I am a non-smoker) and was told the hotel was non-smoking, but I could still got the of smell cigarettes in my room from time to time. The gentleman at the reception desk my second night was very helpful and nice when my key would not work for my room. The price of the hotel was good, but overall the stay was okay.
I stayed at this Quality Inn for 4 nights while vacationing in the area. The hotel is in a good location right by a strip mall and a Target so anything you might have forgotten is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. The woman in the hotel restaurant (free breakfast every morning) is so friendly and helpful and there’s a good variety of food. The room was clean and inviting, there’s a good selection of tv channels, a fridge and a microwave, outlets on the desk, air and heating. The bathroom could use some updating but the shower was hot with great water pressure. If your stay is for business and work the internet is way too slow. The parking lot in front doesn’t have a lot of space and the lots don’t have a lot of light so women just stay aware if coming back later at night. I had a very nice stay and would definitely come again. Good value for a young solo traveler on a budget.
Everything went smoothly, I received a deal online, took the opportunity and vibrated to the universe that everything is going to work out, front desk employees were super nice and outgoing, loved to see their smile and to see people vibrate positivity at their job, especially hotels, would definitely go again, rooms very big and you can’t hear neighbors which i personally don’t mind but definitely a plus!! i’m grateful
When we checked in, we were initially given a ground floor room with a window that did not close, a missing ironing board, and a refrigerator that did not work. The carpet was also musty. Staff acted promptly and courteously to resolve problems. When all of the problems could not be addressed, they put us in an upper floor room which was satisfactory. The desk staff was always very helpful and courteous, even answering questions relating to our trip, and the breakfast staff was super friendly. A full breakfast was provided along with daily newspapers. Internet connection was a little slow but worked. We would have liked more towels and the carpets needed to be cleaned better including behind and under furniture, but overall the room was satisfactory. We never asked for more towels. Im sure they would have been provided. For the price, the accommodations were satisfactory.
Staff was friendly and the price was OK, but the cleanliness of the rooms was questionable. The furniture under the mini fridge was ripped up wood pulp. There was a brown stain on the wall next to one of the beds. The area next to the soaps was dirty as well and one of the soaps had a brown, dirty package, the toilet papers were unwrapped. The whole room smelled musty and dusty. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but all you smell is herbal smoke all night. Free breakfast in the morning had cereal, waffles,meats...the eggs looked fake and were crusty. No fruit available. Will probably not stay again. Comfort in up the road has the same amenities and more for the same price and is much, much cleaner.
Overall the hotel has decent accommodations for the cost. but it could use an upgrade.Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Room chairs are basic and barely comfortable. Exercise room is in good condition with 2 treadmills, weights, and a weight bench. The lady in charge of breakfast was very friendly and helpful. However, people at the desk seem ambivalent but they are polite. Two things to note: 1) WIFI is not secure. 2) Daily charge is added to your bill for the room safe. I had it removed.
It is the July 4 weekend and the hot summer weather is at full blast. You want hotel where you can cool down and relax from heat. This was very challenging right from beginning in the warm lobby. The corridor where the elevators are is hotter. Exiting the elevator to our floor, the corridor is even hotter and void of any AC. Open the door to our room, the AC is off upon entry and the room is stifling hot. It will take at least an hour before the room begins to feel comfortable. Waking up in the morning, you find the AC has been off and the room is uncomfortably warm but the AC comes back on (must be motion sensor activated). We go down to cool off in the dining room for breakfast but... There is no AC on in the dining room! I think the real problem here is a penny wise, pound foolish management of the property that just feels like a lack of proper maintenance and upkeep. As I sat in the dining room with no AC for the third breakfast of our stay, I see the sink faucet is still continuously dripping in the food prep area and the hall ice machines still have a broken signs on them. It was a good value for the budget minded when Choice began, but now the property has declined and value to me is gone.
We have stayed in this hotel for many years (decades), including when it was a Fairfield Inn. Its been our go-to hotel when we visit the New York area. We will most likely continue using this hotel, but to be honest, we were less than delighted with this last stay. Granted, we are so familiar with the hotel that we are most likely over-sensitive to any change. Frankly, its showing its age more than before. Maintenance seems to be slipping a bit. Most of your employees are wonderful with one exception. One of our reasons for coming back again and again has been the pleasant breakfast. This was our greatest disappointment. We came fairly late on Sunday morning, shortly before service ended, which we frequently do. The food was dreadful! The service was not pleasant. We surely hope that our favorite hotel returns to what we have expected in the past. We dont expect a Luxury Hotel, we just want a pleasant experience.
My husband and I stayed here for a week and we found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fine, and there was hot coffee and tea available anytime. Our room was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Note: Rooms in the back of the hotel have noise from a train that runs through the back, and you may hear the train whistle. This was not a problem for us.
I stayed here overnight as a safety stay so that I can leave off to my final destination, refreshed. The overnight staff got me checked in promptly and got me to my room. The room included all the basics and was clean. What was important for this stay was the complimentary breakfast. With its convenience to a major highway, I was able to get in and out in no time! Good hotel, great to get on your way in the morning!
A nice place to stay. It’s exactly behind Target and other shopping stores and there are many good place to eat nearby.Lobby area carpet is new. Room Carpet is bit old but still in very good condition. They have free Parking, Free Breakfast, and fast Internet. They do offer a $3 guest coin laundry machines.Very nice location.
The staff genuinely compared to the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in before. I was extremely impressed with how accommodating the staff was. There was a hot breakfast bar that stayed filled, and the linens were clean not the usual half washed linens. They smelled of clean detergent as if they had just been laundered as we checked it (but they weren’t). Safe area as well and as a mom it’s location behind Target was a God send!
I have stayed in a lot of Comfort and Quality Inns, some of the others not as often. Suburban only once, not so good, at least that one. Comfort and Quality are familiar, comfortable and have friendly staff. So expectations are met consistently and usually have some nice amenities. I am at this one at the wrong time of the year for the pool, unfortunately. I am staying for an extended period of time an was looking for an extended stay but I am comfortable here. I do wish I could lock in a price consistent for the entire period.
I will start this by saying I wasnt expecting much after ok reviews and its location. I mean how nice can a hotel behind a Target and big shopping plaza be, right? WRONG! Right from check in I was completely shocked. While the hotel seems to be fairly new (temp signs up from a buy-out?# and is undergoing upgrades I was told, completely new pool and rooms #but please dont change the pool much. Its amazing and nestled out back and scene) it was better then I was hoping. Rooms were great sized and comfortable, beds were the MOST comfortable Ive slept in in a hotel ever. Staff was really amazing, every single time I went to the front desk because we forgot something or had a question, they were super helpful and nice. We never walked by an employee that didnt stop and say hi and ask how we were. Over all I was super happy with this hotel and can not wait to stay again and see the changes/upgrades they make in the future!
Well there was no battery cover on the tv remote so you just had to hold the batteries when you changed the channel. There was an old tv listing in the little book on the desk but none of the channels were correct anymore. Sitting on the desk chair you quickly realized the wheels did not turn and the chair was broken so it leaned awkwardly to the left and back. There is construction of a new building right beside the hotel. I dont know why a construction vehicle with its blinking orange light was at the sight past 1 am but closing the room darkening shade didnt help as it had a hole in it? I dont know how you get a hole in a window shade but it did. And it was filthy as well. As to the in room safe fee, well, I prepaid the room but was told I needed to pay again. Strangely enough I was only charged for the use of the safe (which I did not use). I asked to have the charge removed multiple times but was told a general manager was the only one capable and they would not be in until after 10 the next day. What do you know, when I left at 8 the next day the safe fee had been removed. imagine that.
AVOID THIS PLACE!! My stay here was most unpleasant! Lobby and 2nd floor basically under construction 🏗🚧. OSHA safety hazard for sure. EXPOSED WIRES, DRY WALLS AND HUGE CHUNCKS MISSING, OPEN FULL PAINT CAN CANISTERS. Easy for a young child to stumble into. The person at the front desk told us there where ELECTRICAL AND WATER ISSUES 💧. TOOK US 3 TRIES TO GET A ROOM (1. People were already in that room, 2. A/C blew hot are, 3. The phone didnt work and neither did there bootleg thermostat. Hallways smelled like weed & cigarettes 🚬 and its supposed to be a NON-SMOKING HOTEL. SO IF YOU SUFFER FROM ATHSMA, COPD, OR SEVERE ALLGIES, YOURE NOT GOING TO BE MEDICALLY ABLE TO STAY THERE. Nothing is enforced here and the back door to the hotel stays open so safety is a concern. Abominable!Subpar! ABYSMAL!!!!!
This place seems to not reach normal Quality Inn standards. My dog would scoff at the quality of pillows, the shower didnt work, the sink didnt drain, I had to reset the fan in order to get it working. We also had to wait 15 mins to check in because no one was at the front desk. At 815pm. You also need to be up early because breakfast ends at 9, for some reason.. Convenient location though.
When I was reserving a room, only the single king size bedroom is available with a price higher than two bed queen size room. When I got in my room, it was a two bed queen size. I did not mind the type of room, but a cost reduction should have been offered (the staff did not even mention that I am getting a different room). I was so tired to return to the lobby to ask.Overall, hotel room is decent for its price.
The place is hidden behind a Target and a bit tricky to find, but the rooms are nice if a bit dated. The only real problem was the air conditioner. No matter what you set it on, it resets back to what it wants. It also has a motion detector so it cuts off while you sleep so you wake up because it is hot and have to walk over and turn it back on again. I wouldnt want to stay there in the summer. Thankfully it wasnt too hot when I was there so it stayed around 77 in the room. A bit too warm, but I could never get it cooler.
Clean, good size, well appointed room, with quiet air conditioner. Mattress softer than I like, but comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff. Side faced train tracks, and occasional horn blasts a bit distracting. Breakfast area very crowded with guests on a bus tour. One very diligent employee handled cooking, restocking and cleaning the breakfast area. and couldnt possibly keep up. As result, did not get a full breakfast. Would encourage management to assist when this predictable situation occurs.
When you arrive front desk customer service is superb. The rooms are exceptionally clean and room service is trustworthy. The continental breakfast made by Karen, is of high Quality and the dinning area is exceptionally clean and well organized. Check out is fast and the fitness room is equally as clean as the guess rooms. The ability to use AAA or AARP makes the pricing unbeatable for the Quality of service you receive during your stay.
The staff were friendly and the food was good. A little greasy but hot and there was a good selection including fruits. The room could use some upgrading. Overall the room was clean but the carpet was rather disgusting with a few large stains. I wore shoes. Canadian dollar is horrible right now but it was still relatively affordable. I need a hotel to be clean, bug-free, in good repair and safe. As mentioned carpet could use serious cleaning or replacing but otherwise bases were covered.
Stayed for a college reunion. Thought we got a special rate for booking a block of rooms. But turns out it was the regular rate charged to everyone. Room was decent but housekeeping was just ok. She didnt fold the extra linens and didnt replenish toiletries on our second day. The breakfast was nothing special. No eggs or anything hot. The coffee area was never clean. Customers throwing the creamers on the counter but no one seemed to be cleaning it up.
I chose this hotel for the price and location as we had 2 rooms for 3 nights. The rooms are small, a little dated and the front desk staff were not welcoming at all but our rooms were clean and they have four wonderful pillows on each bed, flat screen TV, microwave and fridge. Our rooms faced the front of the hotel and although it is noisy outside, we never heard traffic noises while sleeping. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast with cereal, fruit, yogurt, pre-made eggs, sausage 2 days, bacon 1 day, make your own waffles and very clean. Did not look at or use the pool or use Wi-Fi so cant comment on it. Get the handicap room if you can. It has a much larger bathroom than regular rooms which have tiny bathrooms. Great water pressure in the shower. I would stay here again for the price but would stay elsewhere if I could afford better.
The Quality Inn suites our purposes. We are a large family and needed 2 rooms. They were able to accomodate on short notice right across the hall from each other. The carpets do need replaced but they are stained rather than grimy/dirty. Theres new tile at the room entry. Bathrooms and sheets were clean. Staff was friendly. :)
Although on approach, the hotel appeared a little unkempt on the grounds, and even a little in the lobby, I was very happily surprised to find a completely updated room that was very clean with microwave and fridge and coffee maker, friendly helpful staff and perfect quick breakfast included. My only complaint was the lack of wifi...could not connect the entire weekend and as I was there on business, could not conduct any online projects. Quite frustrating. Everything else was great. Especially given the price.
Cleaning staff didn’t understand English. They took away all the towels and don’t return back them until washed and dried. The bed sheet was same after cleaning. Internet sucks specially dead slow in the evening and had to login multiple times in a day on each device. When I used VPN to connect On my iPad it just stopped working after. The business center was setup in the lobby in open space. Tried to use printer the toner was low. Reception desk told me they ordered it. But it never arrived after 2 weeks. They didn’t allow me to delay my late checkout by 1.5 hours despite having gold status. They just allowed half hour delay till 12:30pm. But when I get back to room at noon the staff already started cleaning!
The Quality Inn we stayed at in Spring Valley-Nanuet was quite outdated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was presentable and quite clean, but the carpet didnt feel very clean. The very low sink presented some issues. The elevator broke down so the morning breakfast access and check out were a problem. The breakfast looked very good and with quite a selection, as expected, but we had to check out early so didnt get to enjoy it.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ive never been in a dirtier hotel than this before. Walked into the lobby the first thing I saw was trash on the floor with an overflowing trash can, cushions on the couch that werent bothered to be put back in there original spot, and stains on the carpet. The person at the front desk didnt seem like he knew what he was doing probably on a lack of training. Mind you this was around 10pm that i checked in so it wasnt busy. Then I went up to the room and there was stains on the carpet inside the room, it looked like the sheets hadnt been changed either. Then on the way to check out the bathroom I noticed theres an inch of dust caked into the floor surrounding the edge of the room. The AC looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a while as well. The room itself looked like no one had been in it for a while. There was also mold on the shower curtain. Oh and dont forget about the several trains going by early in the morning blaring there horn. They only have an outside pool so dont plan to swim in the winter. There breakfast is nothing to be desired as well. I definitely wouldnt stay here again and actually wanted to leave as soon as I got into the room.
The hotel is clean and neat, affordable, comfortable to stay. The breakfast was good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the back side of the building and it was quiet. The building outside appearance was not good looking... but I would recommend this hotel to my friends due to its good service and staff. Make sure you do have reservation before you come.
I’ve stayed here 8 times for my work. It’s a good hotel for the price, but the last couple times I’ve been police have been there filling out reports. That’s always nice to see when you’re checking in. Past 9 pm lock your doors, there’s always people hanging out behind the hotel. I was approached by a gentleman who was clearly on something, half talking to himself. I walked back into my room quickly. But the reason I am posting this review is because house keeping took a nice seiko watch I left in the room. The manager wasn’t accommodating, saying they asked house keeping and nothing was reported blah blah blah. I’ve stayed in hotels for years and have always had my things kept safe for me to get back. Apparently not here.Be cautious, be aware of yourself and the safety of your things at this place.
Ive stayed here several times because its inexpensive and close to my daughter. Its in desperate need of upgrade. Last visit had unpleasant smell on 3rd floor and in my room. Staff is pleasant but not friendly or welcoming. Free breakfast bagels are stale but other choices look edible. You can get coffee and tea all day.
Hotel is old and dated. Very Dirty and mold in bathroom. Carpets were stained and dirty. Beds sink in the middle. Carpets stained and dirty. Door at side of hotel to the parking lot was broken and no longer closed properly. Anyone could enter the property. Hotel needs to be cleaned and renovated.
Extra sweet & friendly staff. Front desk & breakfast employees shine!! Budget accommodations are clean yet a bit dated. Great for a late night check in to crash in a very comfy bed & have a beautiful breakfast upon waking 😋Karen the Breakfast Queen keeps all goodies going for you!Ynelson at front desk sparkles a big smile & welcomes each guest with confidence and efficiency. Love the staff here!
The hotel was pretty good overall. It wasnt expensive, so I wasnt expecting anything fancy. My only complaint is that a few of the lights behaved strangely- one would turn on and off on its own, and the other (a desk lamp) took probably about ten tries to turn on. Poor wiring, maybe?
Where do I start? This place is nice that its right off the highway, but its hidden behind a Target store, so you wont easily see it. This is a Quality Inn that has been forgotten. Its dated and even though it says its smoke free my room did not say that with the smell I walked into. As far as the room itself, it was a place to rest, but things could have been different. It was nice to have a chair in this tiny space but the chair was so stained I opted not to sit in it. Pulling back the covers on the bed the sheets looked to be stained as well. I can not be certain as the light wasnt that helpful. Needless to say I didnt sleep on the sheets. My room was tight. It was right next to the elevator & to get to the bed was a squeeze because there was a dresser that was to big for the room. They did offer breakfast though I cannot speak to it as we had to leave to early. There is what appears to be a new hotel going up in front of this one. Im not sure if it is a new Quality Inn or not but hopefully for them will be. Would I recommend this hotel, I could not. But to know it is there if nothing else is open or budget is tight. This isnt the first place Id look at.
Rate is low so room was standard, carpet was stained, toilet seat had NOT been cleaned, breakfast buffet was lacking but the staff were friendly, check-in was easy, parking was easy, location was tucked away behind a mall. Basically a functional, one-might, her-her-done kinda hotel stay.
I had a really great stay, staff went above and beyond with no hesitation. Karen helped me clean off all the ice on my uhaul, and it really meant a lot to me that she helped me out. I like that it was walking distance from Target and other stores in the plaza, its a very convenient location!
The room was clean if a bit outdated. The bathroom was very small with the sink located outside the bathroom. The hotel is located next to railway tracks so the room vibrates and rumbles when a train goes by. We could not initially access the wifi but a call to the front desk resolved that issue. The breakfast the next morning was a horror show. Powdered eggs, under cooked bacon, spongy sausage and stale bagels. The hotel is in need of updating and an improvement in the food that it serves but the rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The people we dealt with at the front desk and breakfast area were excellent. The room was horrible; repairs from apparent water damage have not been made, mold appeared to be growing on ceiling, heat did not work. My wife and I came away with the opinion that Quality Inns have no budget for maintenance. The next night of our travels we stayed at a Sleep Inn and the difference was night & day.
The hotel is old and outdated. The doors have no bumpers and rattle in the frames when people walk by and they all slam. The wallpaper is peeling off of the walls in the lobby, halls and room. The carpet is stained and pulled up in the halls. The mattresses are covered with plastic and make crinkle noises and keep you at a sweaty 120 degrees while trying to sleep. My room smells like a combination of sweat and used diapers. In my 3 days the internet was down for 2. The hotel is nestled next to an interstate which will keep you up all night. I cant believe that Marriott allows this place to keep its brand! On the positive side most of the staff seems to be attentive but they can only work with what they are given. Total disappointment! The Days Inn down the street was nicer than the Fairfield. FAIL!
The towels are super tiny, I had a sticky spot in the carpet, and the noise is bad here. Theres a train that runs right next to the hotel (which I wasnt aware of when I booked my reservation) and the train horn goes off at awful times in the night. I had a problem with the lobby music being too loud so I couldnt sleep and the hotel staff told me they couldnt turn it off and it would be playing 24/7. The location of the hotel is really out of the way too, if you miss the turn on the highway, you have to take a roundabout way to get to it. However, the bed was nice, the breakfast is pretty good, and the internet was fast.
The best part of this old Quality Inn is the staff, who are friendly, helpful and professional. I hope that the owners invest in refurbishing and updating the hotel. The location is convenient to a number of businesses in the area. The hotel has all of the essentials, but most of my more discriminating business associates would never consider staying at this Quality Inn. It really looks worn out, in the hallways, in the rooms and even in the lobby. I am glad they have a small fitness center with 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical trainer, but these are crammed into the space of one small room, and it would be much better to have it occupy the space of two rooms and include also a simple piece of universal weight training equipment.
Friendly staff, cant rate the free breakfast because we didnt eat it. Room was ok, just overlooked small things cleanliness wise( it wasnt disgusting or we would have left). Great location, easy access to highway. Near a shopping plaza which was nice. Felt safe in the area, which is important. Wifi is free and no password necessary but had difficulty staying connected. My boyfriend had trouble sleeping due to the comfort of the bed.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness, the quality of the furniture (the cloth chairs in room 204 were dirty), the towels upon check in were dirty and no bath mat was provided. The Internet was off most of the time. The breakfast never contain any kind of fruit so it was not considered full breakfast. The only positive experience for me is that the location was ideal for me as it was centered around shopping and restaurant facilities.
See my previous comments. This hotel was a disaster. Switched my room four times. No Air conditioning, faucet fell apart of was leaking in the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was a scene out of Animal House. One couple was hoarding all the food and taking the eggs, sausages and bread to their rooms. Other guests had to wait while the food was replenished. Poor HOTEL Management and EMPLOYEE MORALE was NEGATIVE.
We wanted to stay overnight near 14A/Garden State on our two day trip back from Maine. Other hotels were pricey and this one was well-rated, so we took a chance. The hotel was much nicer than we expected for the reasonable price - well-kept, large rooms, comfortable bedding, great breakfast - and wed definitely stay there again.
Hotel was what I expect from Choice Quality Inns. Desk staff great, very helpful. Convenient location! Breakfast inconsistent but good. Beds comfy, housekeeping solid. Clean rooms, small maint needed, minor to corner protector and the bathtub and wallpaper. WiFi needs improvement.
The hotel is good overall, but has a few problems. The rooms are clean, but theres signs of wear and tear within that must be addressed. Another problem is with the people who work nights. They have to realize that the majority of people are awake during the day, and have a right to relax in their room without being harassed. However, Rosey is a good GM, and any problems should be addressed to her. One last concern. The majority of the front desk staff really dont make the guests feel welcome, and act more like theyre going through the motions. Has great potential as a budget hotel, but must address these issues.
Rude woman at front desk. Had no clean rooms when we arrived. Said it was a 3 p.m. check in. Okay. I was disappointed but asked if a room could be cleaned. 45 mins. Fine. My girlfriend arrived and said we would go to lunch and be back later. She asked for a quiet room. When we got back, we had a room next to the elevator. My girlfriend had to ask for another room. Room was still noisy. Sounded like a motor of some kind was running all the time. Room was strangely designed so that the living area was small and the bed was small, too. They dont or didnt have king size beds. Everything seemed a little off. TV had bad reception on the analog channels. Dont remember if other hotels had that problem. Connection was bad, too. Seemed like a loose cable in the back of the set. The refrigerator tilted off balance. The alarm clock didnt seem to work correctly. Shower was nice, though. Ever since that first conversation with the front desk person, I was ignored. I alone checked out and even though I was pleasant and said, Have a nice day!, I was completely ignored. Why was my girlfriend and I punished for our inconvenience. Never heard, Im sorry or Thank you. We did not make a fuss or give anyone a bad time. This hotel does not care for or appreciate their customers business. Its located in the back of a busy mall, which was a little confusing at first. We will never stay here again.
Lobby entrance very dirty the room we checked into was 326 and was just as dirty The sheets appeared to have been slept on not sure what that is on the comforter. (See pics) The bed had fitted sheets which appear to have been slept on prior to our arrival. Food on the floor looked like chicken. Chicken bones in corner of the elevator. Would definitely not recommend this hotel
Basic room. no bells and whistles. But cheaper than places with the bells and whistles that I dont use. A/C, TV, internet and hot water worked which is all i was looking for. If all you want is a room to sleep & wash up, this is for you. if you are looking for fancy with lots of amenities, you wont find it here.
I stay here when I work in the Rockland County/Haverstraw area. Its tucked away behind a strip mall but not hard to find. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and generally problem free. Free breakfast is a plus. My only concern about this hotel is the occasional shady person wandering the grounds, or worse, the hallways. I have never had a problem at this hotel, and I do recommend it for short stays.
Been coming here for years, always enjoy my stay! Rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff are pleasant, amenities included, location is ideal for restaurants, shopping, pediatrics urgent medical care facility nearby for families with children, highway accessibility...overall great hotel.
It was satisfactory but not amazing. The first room we were given was very smelly, not finished being cleaned, smelled badly of stale smoke. We were treated very well when I asked for a new room however and were allowed to view and smell a few rooms and make our choice.
Rude staff, quick check in with no personality or conversation. They were bringing in milk when I came in and were annoyed that they had to stop to check me in. There was a dead roach on one roll.of toilet paper in my bathroom. I asked for a do not disturb sign and was never provided with one. The only good thing I can say is that the gentleman who did my check out was very nice and helpful. If there had been anywhere closer to my work for the week I would have gladly changed hotels.
Staff was very friendly. Bathroom needs updating, looks dingy and old with some mold and mildew. Beds were very comfortable, but wallpaper was torn and curtains looked old. Fridge in room worked but was dripping water from the freezer section into the bottom of the fridge. Fine for just one night for a place to sleep.
Poor service - staff was not attentive or responsive - made me feel uncomfortable. Room was clean and comfortable, but worn and in need of renovation. Location is currently under heavy adjacent construction - area is dirty and observed strange activity around the outside of the hotel in parking area - made me concerned - staff was not responsive to comments I made on this issue.
Hotel was in a very busy location and lots of traffic all night. Rooms appeared to be clean but very outdated. Dirty carpet and soiled furniture, old wallpaper in baths. Definitely needs an update. We were just passing through on our way home from Maine. Also stayed at a Quality Inn in Christiansburg, Va and it was fine. We were scheduled to stay at a Quality Inn in Staunton, Va. but after this experience decided no more Quality Inns.
The WiFi was really bad, it was really slow and took forever to connect. The breakfast had nothing there, one waffle machine and the other hot meals (eggs, hash browns, bacon and susage) all tasted weird and not like they should. The customer service was bad too, at least the girl that I talked too. My key wasnt working for my room and I needed to get another and when I went down to ask I got a glare and was given a lot only attitude that she actually had to do something instead of sit there. There are so many better options around here, I really suggest that you do not stay here at this hotel. I dont ever want to stay here again.
Dont be put off by a possibly drab first impression- my room was quiet and freshly decorated, very attractive and comfortable, the bed was lovely, and breakfast was not bad at all. It is tricky to find, perhaps, but other reviews guided-- behind the Target. Very reasonably priced too- Ill be back!
Not a criticism but the room is different from what Im used to. Not too many hotels have full-sized beds and elongated entryways/sink areas. Its a bit odd but not in a bad way at all. Everything in the room works fine and is clean. The hotel is tucked into the back of a busy plaza and one has to walk a significant distance West in order to backtrack to places East on the opposite side of the highway. Highway noise is noticeable from the room and as I type this I hear someones car alarm going off. Again, not complaints or criticisms as these are not things that bother me but they may be of interest to other travelers.
We booked the room 2 months before our vacation. However, on the day we booked, I received 3 calls, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, from the hotel staffs asking us see whether we were planning to stay in the hotel. I felt very disturbing about the calls. Why asking me 3 times about the same question. Finally, when we arrived, we were so disappointed about the room. It was located at ground floor, facing the lobby, the vending machine, and the cafeteria... All kinds of noises... This was not what I had requested two months ahead. Is that an usual way how this hotel treat their customer?
This motel is an old Fairfield Inn and located behind a Target store. You take the service road to the strip mall to get to the motel. The front staff was very nice and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable but small where the bed was located. The carpet was showing age from wear. The breakfast was hot & cold selections with coffee available 24 hrs. Although I was on the side of the building with traffic I did not hear anything.I would recomend this hotel for comfort and the number of restaurants and shops close by.
You can see the hotel sign from the highway but it is tricky to get there. Dont mind the train whistle, it adds to the ambiance. Room is large enough but controls for HVAC didnt work and Windows fastened shut. Cleaning staff didnt speak English so we had to find our own creamer and sugar when she neglected to stock it. A team of teenage boys were running room room to room, cursing and slamming doors. A call to front desk brought the clerk promptly to the floor to restore peace and quiet.
Location provides easy access to interstate and commercial shopping area. Room was affordable with seemingly clean bed supplies, nice large shower with good water pressure. There were some unpleasant stains on the carpet floor. TV had good channels including HBO. Free WIFI with plenty of outlets/usb ports for charging. Breakfast was very good, great selection of foods all well prepared and well stocked, although bagels were not very good. All staff were very hospitable.
Booked this hotel for one nights off my choice privilege rewards points, would never due it again. Place was filthy, heater didnt work and to boot the TV wouldnt work, as well, a trifecta. The desk attendant said he would be up to check and see if he could fix it, a half hour later my wife had enough and was out the door with my daughter at 10pm, he never bothered to come up, so they left in the evening in an area that looked as bad as it gets. Would not recommend this rat hole to anyone. Choice Privilege rewards and this Quality Inn are a disgrace to the hotel industry.
One of the chains I stay at frequently when travelling and this one is what I expected. Like going McDs, consistent, clean and friendly staff , and convenient location. WiFi needs major improvement, good by room door or lobby but poor in room or at desk so plan accordingly, signal boosters could help in hsllways. Good easy free breakfast. Contemporary decor and a pool like a few I have stayed at in my travels.
Very low rating id give there was water coming through the walls the mirror fell off the wall i had to switch rooms then the refrigerator wasnt working there so they begged me personally carry the refrigerator from the previous room with me as if i worked there or something i did carry it as a favor for them eventually
This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers going through the Tappan Zee Bridge area of NY. The room, while cozy, was very comfortable and very quiet, even facing the front of the hotel. Free breakfast is a great option if the timing works, however the breakfast room is quite small and therefore crowded. Had difficulty with the internet access. Coffee and tea are available in the room and in the lobby area. Needs better lighting and overall spiffing up but a pretty good value considering the location and easy access to the Garden State Parkway and routes north and south.
This was my third visit in recent months. Seems the hotel is going downhill. I had the same front desk person twice. He has no care, and tries to upsell. My original frist visit was great. My second not happy, this is my third visit and im annoyed as heck. Last visit my room had no AC (it was summer), and I was told I had to pay an upcharge to switch rooms because they only have bigger rooms and non comparable size. This visit I asked for two beds, the desk clerk said I had to pay extra, although my booking was already prepaid. He said I paid for a single. I advised him that when I booked via third party site it did not have options for 1 or 2 beds. He did not care, and replied this is why its better you call us and book with us directly. Room was dated, small, stained sheets, and the heat makes such loud noises, like a lawnmower is in the room........ but if I want a different room, I have to pay? So with little sleep I write this review and will contact corporate. The worst in hospitality.
The room was adequate and clean, but the service at the check-in and check-out was poor. No staff was at the desk either time. There was a childs birthday party going on in the breakfast area adjacent to the check-in area and a few young children were running around unsupervised while I was waiting for hotel staff to show up.
Wasnt the very best experience. I checked in on a 4th of July weekend to get away from the fireworks like I do every year in other hotels because it bothers me and my children. People were blowing up loud fireworks, barbecuing, and talking extremely loud until 1 am in the hotels back parking lot. Not sure if Ill ever come back here.
Pros: friendly staff, clean bathroom, close to shopping and food.Cons: gap in room door did not feel secure or have privacy. Cleanliness of room: carpet was dirty and stained, room heater/air conditioner was dirty with a thick layer of dust.Breakfast was average but we each received spoiled yogurt.
Poor maintenance, toilet ran for 2 days despite reporting twice. Highway traffic loud as I 90 only 100 yards away. Breakfast buffet was sub-par, and despite basic amenities, atmosphere was generally unfriendly. one good thing though, hotel is close to the Tappan Zee Bridge.
The eggs and sausage or cold, I had to warm up in the microwave and they tasted awful. There were also 4 coffee cups. That’s is 4. I was with a group of 6. My TV did not work so I have to get a new room. In the new room the clock radio didn’t work. I’m also a rewards member and got nothing from the Front desk at check-in. This location is falling apart quickly. Thank you
Filthy, dusty lobby. Cement and tiling debris. During breakfast next morning, hotel employee dry-sweeping, creating clouds of dust and grit right on top of breakfast area while breakfast being served. Of course we couldnt eat breakfast --chairs, tables, food contaminated by dust and grit. When leaving, told manager our stay was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. He said nothing. Also mentioned overwhelming smell of cigar smoke in 4th floor hallway. He said nothing. Truck noise from highway very loud even on 4th floor. Even though we are Choice Privilege Diamond members, he said nothing to us, nor did he offer any adjustment to our bill. Find another place to stay in area. Other nice Choice hotels not far away.
This hotel - if you can navigate the confusing rate change for a more than 1 night stay - is very nice as the staff is so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is free - always a plus - and the parking area is adequate and easy to negotiate. Pretty flowers in front, good location right behind a Target.
My husband and I stayed two nights while visiting Tarrytown and relatives. While the bed was a bit firm, the entire experience was a good one; despite a few noisy people in the hall. However when looking at the hotel experience, we plan on returning on our next trip.
This Quality Inn is run down and needs maintenance from general wear and tear. The staff seemed indifferent to the guests and paid a lot of attention to their cell phones. I came down to request an extra towel and was told that it would take 20 minutes. The breakfast was unappealing and area wasnt kept clean and tidy. The bed was lumpy. I wouldnt stay there again.
Major renovation of lobby is underway. But the big disappointment was when we arrived in the room, which was very clean and comfortable. The problem was, there were no face cloths, no coffee, no cups or glasses and no coffee pot for the coffee maker. We reported these deficiencies at check-out but it was a disappointment.
Our stay at the Quality Inn in Spring Valley, NY was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. We came home to a well cleaned room every night. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the continental breakfast was excellent. You wont go wrong with this hotel. I highly recommend this Quality Inn for all your Spring Valley hotel needs.
This is a good road trip hotel for the money; the staff is very pleasant and the included breakfast was good and had lots of options. The only complaint I had was about the wifi, which dropped repeatedly, but they said they might be upgrading it in the near future. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant place to stay.
I had a 7 day reservation due to my sisters wedding and had nothing but issues from the moment I got to the hotel. Issue #1- BEDBUGS!!!! Due to the hotels negligence I ended up spending the 1st 2 days of my stay on steroids and benadryl so that I could breathe. I literally was swollen from being bitten up. My face has bedbug bites and I have a knot in the middle of my forehead. Because of the Negligence of the hotel my experience for the wedding has been destroyed; Pictures, interaction, and my attendance will not occur because the QUALITY INN failed to mention their health inspection violation. Therefore, my entire trip was a waste. I traveled 8.5 hours, one way, so that the Quality Inn could destroy my vacation. I contacted the police and upon the officer arriving he contacted the Rockland County Health inspector. The manager Rosey was made aware of this issue by the police officer at 8am, and still never arrived to address me, the guest. Because she knew they were completely in the wrong she tried to have me sign a waiver releasing them from any civil litigations before she would return my money, $680.47 to be exact. After patiently waiting for the manager Rosey to arrive she had a corporate employee contact me at 1:30pm, as opposed to coming and addressing me. The corporate employee informed me that the manager was in training which was why she could not come and address this major issue. The hotel was well aware of their bed bug issue as they had bed bug traps between the mattress and box spring. Not to mention, the front desk clerk informed me that they knew they had this issue. I literally have video and pictures of the bedbugs crawling in the bed that I was laying in.Issue# 2- The shower did not drain properly and I had to have maintenance come to my room EVERYDAY to address the issue.Issue#3- The telephone in the room did not work properly and If I need something I had to walk down to the desk. Their Local telephone number is not listed on Google so you would end up speaking to a rep in Arizona. 😒Other than these issues, ROLF, VLADIMIR, KAREN, & CARL were all very pleasant and helpful! I wish I could say the same thing for management, but then I would be lying.Oh, I forgot to mention, the Corporate employee called the police on me because I was informing the other guest that they had a major health issue violation. So, If you need somewhere to stay this is not the place for it, you are better off sleeping in your car!
Very disorganized staff. They charged me more than was agreed on. Didnt do much to help us. We were looking forward to driving to New York and enjoying the city but instead we had to stay many hours at the front desk trying to figure out why they were charging us all of these insane charges. They took all of the money we had on our card which caused us to have insufficient funds to pay for our car rental. JUST A MESS! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
We recently stayed in Spring Valley, NY Quality Inn for one night while we attended a baptism service for our granddaughter in a Ridgewood, NJ church. The price for the room was reasonable and we were able to get a room with 2 double beds so our older daughter could stay with us. The room was clean, had plenty of amenities (small frig, microwave, iron/ironing board, in-room safe) and had we had the time, we would have taken advantage of the full breakfast included in the room price.I considered the accommodations great value and would gladly stay there again when I am visiting my daughter in Hillsdale, NJ.
The AC wasn’t working, the room was completely cold. The Mini fridge wasn’t cold enough, my food got spoiled, the tv had no signal, don’t even get me started with the service phone...it wasn’t functioning properly, I was struggling. 1/10 would recommendDefinitely not going back..ever.
Went from a Fairfield Inn to a Quality Inn. Has gone downhill big-time. Rooms are very dated, walls in rooms are thin, carpet in elevator looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. Best thing was the breakfast. I guess for the price you cant ask for much. Next time will be going to the Hampton Inn.
Bathtub was dirty when we complained they said we have to wait till next day at noon for someone to clean it.The door handle was clearly broken but when we left, and our things were locked out they said our kids broke it because they played with it(honestly it can be they did play with it ,but it was definitely broken before we came)When we finished our stay they pressured us to leave faster .The place also looked old0+
Sarah, the concierge, has a million dollar smile (my wife told me to write that, though I dont disagree). For the price, you get a clean room, a safe parking lot for your car, a full breakfast buffet, a convenient location off the interstate and friendly staff. Cant beat that.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good; however, the room was dirty. It was not vaccumed or cleaned properly and quite honestly, it looked like there was blood stained on the carpet. The sheets and bathroom were clean but that was about it. Very disappointed.
When we first arrived, we had to wait 10 minutes just to check in because the front desk assistant was on the phone. The hotel was extremely hot and humid, almost like being in a rainforest. The surrounding area is honestly scary, and walking over to the nearby outside mall felt very unsafe. The room was the smallest i have ever had at a hotel, and was not worth the price. Then, without telling you, they charge you an extra $2 for insurance on the room. What hotel does that?!?! This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at.
I stood there in 2017 the whole month of August and my stay there was great the staff was pleasant rooms clean breakfast was greatSo I came back for another long stay in 2018 this time around staff was completely rude making me feel really uncomfortable and unwanted while Im paying my money I am a family of four me and my husband would come down for breakfast while my two small children would be sleeping and we would bring breakfast up to them Hotel staff would get mad at me for bringing food up to my kids we werent even taking a lot of food there is 4 of us and I would only take two waffles to Bagels in two bowls of cereal if its a free continental breakfast Im not sure why they dont want their hotel guests getting food for their whole family Im not sure what they wanted me to do I guess me and my husband was supposed to just sit down and eat and while my kids were sleeping upstairs not bring anything up for them ? My children are 4 and 2 years old my kids were sleeping until 11 a.m. just wanted to make sure my kids got to eat out of the free continental breakfast but I guess the staff was getting mad sure not sure if Im wrong but they made me so upset that I went to the hotel room across the street
Dont overlook this gem behind the Target located at the end of this strip mall. The hotel may seem compact in size but the rooms and accommodations are very nice. It is a good value for the price and has easy highway access. Although I was visiting family near by, I noticed the strip mall that the hotel is located in has a couple of restaurants to choose from.
Great hotel for overnight stays. Quiet area, clean rooms. Only drawback are occasional derelicts hanging around. Last stay, I encountered a young lady in the hall way. She did not belong in the hotel, but was quickly escorted out. Keep your room locked up and all should be fine.

2022-03-02From the minute I walked up to the dirty front doors I knew this place wasn’t good. Confirmed when I got to my room. The door had a large gap where the lock is. Like the door was busted open before. The bed looked slept in. Floor clearly not vacuumed! And no curtains on window. Only a plastic black out curtain that looks original to the building with a large hole in it!! The only Elevator in building is broken. Trash in the stairwell. Will never stay here again and advise you not too.

2022-06-27Entering the hotel, we were greeted by large boxes. The gentleman front desk person was nice but clearly overwhelmed. Employees complained about other workers and management in front of guests. The grounds at the back of the hotel were unkept, trash on the ground, am employee threw trash on the ground around a dumpster, doors needed painting, and a car with a flat tire was parked on the grounds. The exterior doors had no locks or security. Our room was not very clean, bugs in the bathroom. The breakfast room literally had a lock on the door. The lady at the front desk barely said two words or responded to friendly attempts to engage her in a conversation. A pile of dirty towels on the floor greeted me when I walked into the lobby. No pride of place at this hotel.

2022-05-08Worst hotel ever. My floor smelled like weed the whole time I was there. The furniture was broken and dated also the bed had no comforters with two very small pillows. This is why more and more people are doing AirBNB now days. I could not even get an opener for my bottle of beer. The so called breakfast was horrible. Not worth even 1 star.

2021-12-19DONT DO IT! Needed a quick overnight stay after late night shopping with my daughter, didnt want to drive back to NYC. You could hear talking from both sides of the north and south rooms and smelled smoke although booked in NonSmoking. Asked to be moved to a quieter room. Second room was quieter until the morning. 4 rooms were rented in a square and had ppl in and out of the rooms slamming the doors with a young child screaming thru them. At least we got to sleep. Ive stayed here before and it was never this bad. Will NEVER stay here again! I would have given them NO STAR but you have to put something!!!! Horrible because it wasnt like it was free!
