Its a trailer park. What else can I say. Im sure theres plenty of good people that live there. I looked at three different trailers that I was interested in buying. I tried calling on three separate occasions and the park owner never got back to me. Apparently he doesnt need the money.

We have needed a place to live since before June 1. I was in touch with Clay for 4 weeks before this. I called him weekly to check on a trailer that he hadn’t gotten to yet. It was the same thing every week. Finally at the end of June we are allowed to go see it. Great we do that and find out there was an application and a background check. Fine. My problem was why wasn’t this mentioned 4 weeks ago in any of my weekly calls. We were told that no one else knows about the place but others are seeing it. The place is still empty and being shown. None of my references were even called. I have called the company 3 times and have not even gotten a returned phone call. It’s August 17 and it’s still empty and being shown. It would be nice if a phone call was returned.

Can kept up better the driveways need to be put in on the cross and brown road and some of the places need to be kept up better
