I had the best services at quality used tires. I came in for tires , breaks, and Catalytic Converter . Every Auto spot would give me no hope on my Catalytic Converter repair until the quality used tires shop expertise made my impossible job possible. It was the best recommended shop and I went ahead to proceed with the work there. The young boy is very polite and professional and so is the rest of the staff. High work ethics and well time Managment. I highly recommend with the quality of services and along with the phenomenal prices they have. I am pleased with the outcome / results.

I Love Love Love this place. I have an 03 Honda with over 200,000 miles on it. I thought it was over when my vehicle wouldnt start so I got it towed to my boys here and they diagnosed my vehicle, told me what was going on before they fixed it to make sure I agreed, kept me updated on everything! My hoopty is riding like a BMW! The guys here went above and beyond customer service & fixed my car in a timely fashion when it needed a lot of work. I am so grateful & recommended these guys!❤
They were wonderful. Stop by during my grandson virtual learning lunch break to check out the Price on 2 front tires. The gentleman found the tires and gave me a very good price for the tires. I told the gentleman that I would be back at 3pm ( probably didnt believe me) he said that he would put the tires aside for me which he did. I came back at 3 pm for tires. I was surprised that the gentleman was truthful when he said that he would put the tires aside for me. I am sure that the gentleman was surprised that I came back for the tires. I had a tire go bad on one of my work trucks on the Friday before Memorial Day. I knew it would be tough to find a shop open over the holiday weekend. Thankfully these guys were! They installed 4 tires on my truck at a great price. Plus they did an exhaust repair that I was planning on fixing later the following week.They saved the day for me as I needed the truck back in service the next day for a big job! Thanks!
Fast and friendly service good quality used tires
If I could give less than one I would. My son went there for a tire. From the 1st day I stayed having to put air in the tire. I went back 2xs-- 1st they said it was the air valve. 15 mins after they claimed to fix it, I was back putting air in it. Then they tell me it was a nail. 30 mins after that- I was back putting air in it. I call BS. They sold my son a dud tire. Im still having problems with it. I will be making a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Highly recommended! Jimmy is professionally the mechanic shop to count on, along with his team. He is extremely considerate and willingly to stay an hour late to accommodate my tires and car issue. If you can count on a shop five guys auto is the top place to go to. I can never go elsewhere because jimmy was very honest and gave me his word after several auto shops in area were very rude and disrespectful. Excellent service excellent work!
Highly recommend 5 Guys Auto. I needed 4 new tires and the gave me the lowest price in town for some great quality tires. They had me in and out on a Saturday in under 25 minutes! I ended up having to go back about a week later because I hit a bad pothole and bent my rim. They fixed my rim and everything for me at no charge.. They even stayed late for me because I couldn’t get out of work early! Great guys! I will definitely be sending family and friends over there for now on..
I came to this shop from getting a bad tune-up at another shop and when I say they were great! Excellent Fast service and reasonable prices! They actually sit and try to help you figure out you problems and come up with a solution. Also very clean and professional and great teamwork. This is the only shop in Buffalo I’m letting work on my cars from now on one of the best and I’ve been to ALOT of shops out here...
They do good work been there a few times. But they dont give out a receipt unless you ask for it. And if you dont have said receipt when you come back for a problem they try not to honor the work that they did. But as long as you ask for a receipt and get a receipt youre good.
Found this place on Google and called them up for tires and l was extremely pleased with their service. They were very knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend anyone to do business with them, trust me you wont be disappointed. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
One of the best shop Ive been in Buffalo, NY. one of the good things was the huge different sizes of used tires with high thread and at the same are very cheap. the mechanic guys were excellent-friendly, professional and clearly they know what they are doing. yes! definitely, I just found the shop Ive been looking for.
I found this place online bc of the high rantings. I can say that service and quality surprise me. They are eager to help you and save your time with cooperate working. They are honest with their inventory . Unlike the other places you can she the tires and their professional work with your car.
We came to get 4 tires and we were happy with the service. A day later our air pressure light came on and the next day the tire was flat. We called them and they had no problem replacing the tire for us. We came in a couple days later and they ended up having troubles getting the tire off. In the process trying to get the wheel off they damaged our rim. But they had no problem replacing the tire and cutting us a check for a new rim. Was very apologetic and understanding, very professional and had a good work/business ethic.
I called them to see if they had my size. They did and he made me a price convenient enough to satisfy my pockets. Service was marvelous and fast like it took them like 10 minuets to change all 4 tires. Would definitely refer this place.

Great place, great staff. Found thru an app, messaged them, helped me right out. Prices were great too. Also one tire went flat, must have ran over a rock on the way home. Did t see it, they said bring it down so I did and replaced it with no questions asked. There are like 12 other places between my house and them and idc, Im going to them from now on. I didn’t end up going here because they didn’t have a set of 4 in my tire size but the customer service was great. One of the employees even sent me photos of the tires they had in stock for me. I’ll be back.

2022-01-27These guys are awesome. Got 4 used tires for a great price from them and they had them on in no time at all. Got a nail in my tire less than a week later, they waited and stayed late because the tow truck took forever and then fixed everything without charge cause my tires were still under warranty. Communicative and accommodating and would recommend them to anyone.

They fit me in immediately, did the job quick, were friendly and professional, and gave a great price. I couldnt recommend these guys enough. Phenomenal place.

2022-05-04I went to this store for tire rotation and balancing and they charged over normal rates for the job. My friends who visited the store about a month ago got cheaper price with the same size wheels as of mine and as I had to go somewhere in a hurry, I didnt bother to check other stores. Price should stay the same for everyone.

2022-03-22Amazing customer service!!! I received 4 used tires and a balance at a cost no one else could possibly beat. Unfortunately, I had an issue with one of the tires (slow leak) but it was replaced immediately! While they replaced that tire, the tech happened to notice that I ran over a nail in one of my other tires and they replaced it for me free of charge just as a courtesy!!! Great place, great service! Will continue to come here! Can’t beat it!

2021-04-24Best place in the town! Young kid PJ mounted my tire in 5 mins! Went to good year before and spent an hour and a half trying to remove my low profile tires for them to say they cant remove the tire. This kid pj is like 17 and did it like nothing! 5 out of 5 for customer service and reliability !

2020-11-27Amazing service! They showed me their entire inventory of tires and let me choose the set of 4 I wanted. Fairly priced and honest work. Had 4 tires mounted and balanced in about 30 minutes. They let me wait in the car while they mounted the tires. I will be taking all of my cars here for tires.
