Be sure you have the correct paperwork for what your coming in for. If you dont speak english bring a translator. Do bring water with you. There are no vending machines for the long wait. Do not bring a snack to eat since you cannot eat inside. Make sure you give your self enough time! Other customers do not want to hear your rant on why DMV is so slow. We dont want the service to be any slower so please be nice so we can all get in and out without any problems. Keep your drama for your mama. Enjoy your visit. Make a friend or not.

Called to to have them schedule me a hearing. The woman On the phone tells me she cant see my case number so I offered to say it again then she says theres nothing she can do!? I said is it because you cant see my case number on your system? she goes oh I see it but I cant do anything about it... what on earth? Is she there to help? Please hire people who actually want to help and do what they are being paid for to do.Ty!

This place a complete farce and does a tremendous disservice in representing the true legal system of our country. The judge who technically isnt even an actual judge by definition just goes through the motions. Its evident from the moment he steps in he doesnt take his job seriously. From the mumbling and rushed introduction speech which was inaudible to everyone in the room to the complete apathetic attitude when hearing cases its so obvious this is just an assembly line process that favors an officers word over a civilians. (If the civilian is even lucky enough to finish his arguement before said judge has decided hes heard enough). If anyone doubts what I have stated simply go there on a day off and sit in on some hearings, I use this term loosely as well. Itll be evident very quickly that this entire facility is just set up to find as many people guilty as quickly as possible.PROTIP: Dont bother with those ambulance chaser lawyers that hang out there all day. They wont even bother to argue for you let alone win a case. Their only purpose is to serve as a convenience if you cant show up in person. Again dont take my word for it, go sit in on some hearings and see what these lawyers are capable of. Most of them couldnt argue their way out of a paper bag.

If your there for traffic violations like court, then you do not have to wait on the extremely long line just go upstairs to the second floor

Customer service very poor. It takes more than 15 minutes before the phone is answered. There is lack of helping tendency.
