Very unprofessional. Called them multiple times and was quoted one price over the phone. Come into the service station no appointment is made and they quote me a price 3x higher than quoted over the phone. I talked to a supervisor he said he does not care what decision I make, mistakenly I still go ahead with the service and whilst waiting i hear supervisors cursing out their own staff? By coming here & supporting this establishment it enables the supervisors and managers to continuously treat their customers and even their own staff like theyre nothing. Save your money & time and check out the Bay Ridge location. 1/10 because the bagels with butter were delightful.

We bought a car two years ago from this dealership… very easy process and had no issues. Last august we canceled our power train warranty, signed the paperwork and that was it. For months we have been seeing that the rest of that payment that was Supposed to be taken of our statements have not … we tried calling them multiple times leaving voicemails to contact us back.. they finally told us WE had to call the 3rd party and deal with it ourselves. When we called the 3rd party they said everything was done on their end and it was the dealership that should have it corrected on our statements since September 2021!! again Iv called twice alone today and nobody from finance seems to work till after 1?!?! Such bull… I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to go down there to see what’s going on when the paperwork that we filed out to cancel it in august is already filled out and signed!!
My sister and I had exceptional over the top care here at Queensboro Volkswagen, we were immediately polity greeted and welcomed by Raydenisse Espinal who took so much time to really help us find the best fit for us. She had the patience and great customer service towards us, so welcoming and reassuring for us to truly find the best match that fit for us. After we finally found the best option for us we were sent over to Kuneley Kuenga the finance manager at Queensboro Volkswagen who was also such great help. The amount of time and full in depth explanation she assisted us with was also super helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to trust this establishment, you are in great hands !
Overpriced, takes mad long, had me comeback multiple times for a light that kept blowing as soon as they install a new one. They never fixed the problem, just kept switching bulbs whereas the issue was an exposed wire that kept coming into with the lamp one. Inspections were off, even the tread life would either increase or decrease which each visit. Their only purpose is to make money, not to help you fix your car!

I was on the hunt for a car and decided to just browse through lots (3/5/2022) with the intention of buying one soon. I stumbled upon the Queensboro VW and decided to look around. I was approached by Gus, who offered assistance if I wanted, but we let him know we were just browsing today. Little did I know I would find some cars I liked. We approached Gus with some questions about the differences between the vehicles and his opinions. Not only is Gus friendly and fun to be around; he is extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle and not just VW! (after all he was a mechanic). He also gave us space to browse around and did not pressure us at all. He gave honest opinions between every option they had, including insurance and buying vs. leasing. He introduced us to a few people at the dealership and told me to take it on a test drive. Even after I left the lot to “think about it,” I came right back to get the car. Gus was more than helpful with the ENTIRE PROCESS, including help with the insurance company. I have no doubt I got the best assistance and deal working with Gus. Should anyone need a car in the future, I will send them his way.Mohammad in finance does nothing but the best he can for everyone who walks through his door. He understood my budget and did everything to ensure I was not over budget and gave me the best deal he could provide. He is also extremely friendly and a pleasure to be aroundI was unsure what I wanted in a car, but Gus and Mohammad made the process simple and solidified my want for a 2022 Taos. If I could give 100 star rating I would but 5 is the highest! I went in looking to trade in my car and buy another and the experience from beginning to end was seamless. Gino and Gus helped me and I have to say they were great the whole time. I changed my mind a few times and it didn’t upset them the rolled with it. I finally chose the Tiguan R series ( so happy with it) and from there I met Kk who guided me with the finance and I was finished and left with my new car. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW THEY TREATED ME THRU THE WHOLE PROCESS! Would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks so Much for everything!! Teresa
I recently bought a car. This financing guy tried to add so many add in to the car that the purchase amount went up by 10k. Luckily i realized before signing and tells me that the bank wont lend me the money unless i put warranty on the car. I told why didnt you tell me mofo goes im telling you now, i got im telling you now i dont want it. Immediately takes that fee off. I come to realize he made more scams to boost up the price and made my son sign up for auto pay which they charge hime extra $500 to use that service. Im looking into this matter and soon plan on taking action. Dont buy here
I want to give a very special shoutout to Johnathan and Mohamed at Queensboro VW. I was very nervous about picking out my first car but they were friendly, helpful and accommodating and worked tirelessly with my family to get me out in a brand new Jetta. Not only are Volkswagens great cars but their dealerships have great service. Definitely going back next time I need a new set of wheels!
Spoke with a Marco requesting a verbal confirmation on the current software for number for my GTI as I was told to do so by VW headquarters. Marco was as dismissive as possible and told me to contact a different dealership since i did not want to pay the diagnostic fee even though I was just looking for over the phone confirmation about a software update version number.
Best car leasing experience we have ever had! Our salesperson, Nalinie was amazing! She was very helpful and never pressured us or tried to give us a “hard sell”. In fact everyone in the dealership that we had the opportunity to work with was friendly, professional, and totally put us at ease! I had a bad day turned out to be the best day when I got my VW. Gus was the greatest car salesman with experience I ever met.I spent 3 months at other dealership who not listen to a word i was saying. From the begining Gus was not talked a lot like other and listened to EXACTLY what i was looking for. Also the finance lady KK ( she’s an Angel ) did everything she could to find us the best rates and the perfect fit till the last minute ( bcoz I kept changing my mind ) She was so kind with beautiful heart and she did so professionally and done in a short time even in the last final state of signing contract made me feel so comfortable. I recently leased a brand new 2022 tiguan from this dealer. the entire staff was nothing but friendly to me. i was in and out in no time. ray, one of the salespeople, helped me throughout the entire process. kuenley kuenga, the finance manager, was also very helpful in assisting me with my purchase.
Everything was going so smooth until I hit the finance department such crooks they add hidden fees and administration fee of $995 that they could not explain what its for. Shookhands on a certain price one day went back to pick up the next day everything was double. Went to Audi of Huntington bought a 2022 Audi Q3 45 premium S-line for the same price these guys wanted to sell me a baseline 2021 Volkswagen Jetta SE for. Stay away from this place!!!

My name is Neil, and I recently purchased a 2018 Volkswagen tiguan and a 2015 jeep cherokee sport from my friends Gus Mikidis and the GM Dino. They both went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I was comfortable with our purchase. Gus was the best! My wife and I liked him from the start. Hes very knowledgeable, has been in the businesss for years (and was a mechanic) and definitely knows what hes talking about. He was patient with us and just fun to be around. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything and he got us into an amazing vehicle for a good price considering todays car market climate. Great person to work with. Mo was our finance guy and he was very friendly as well. In terms of the car, we got a vw Tiguan se model. Ive always had a golf and was worried this wouldnt be fun to drive, I was wrong. Its awesome. Highly recommend this place, and if you want to work with someone you feel like youve known for 10 years, ask for Gus.

Would be very wary of buying any type of extended service/warranty offering from them. I was expressly told the vehicle service insurance policy I was aggressively sold by the salesperson would cover a replacement key irrespective of where I lived but now they are saying I would have to physically order it in person, which is not feasible since I have moved to California.Any attempts to speak to anyone about this result in being left on hold until the phone disconnects or being told a manager, I believe named Marco, will call me back but no one ever does. This has gone on for four weeks and I have spent over 6 hours trying to get to the bottom of this.

I had trouble getting on the phone with the specific contacts I had there by calling directly in the months prior.
I went to Queensboro Volkswagen for front end work and an oil change. After getting a price gouging quote for the front end work I decided to go elsewhere. Upon receiving my vehicle I was charged $684 for an oil change and vehicle diagnostics. Upon arriving home I decided to check the vehicle. I opened the hood and noticed the old oil filter was never replaced. I also check the oil dip stick and noticed the oil was dark and below the normal level. I contacted the Director of service and Informed him of this issue. I sent him pictures of the filter and oil stick. The director of service informed me that he will discuss it with the technician. I call the director of service the next day to find out why the oil change wasn’t done. The director of service informed me that the oil changed was not done and that he would refund me the oil change charges. I informed the director of service that I should be reimbursed for the entire invoice for the stress, aggravation and dishonesty. I informed him that this is dishonest business practices. The director of service me that he cannot refund me completely. I have contacted the Volkswagen corporate office and CEO Mr. Scott Keogh and informed them of the dishonesty. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and the media. Please BEWARE and do not trust this dealership. I would of never noticed if my oil filter was located under the car which my vehicle has its oil filter on top like the pictures I’ve enclosed on this review. Imagine how many people they do this to. I will continue to expose Queensboro Volkswagen
I had the best experience here. Love this p.ace. Coming from bad experience previously in leasing cars, they were a breath of fresh air. Jonathan is such a sweetheart and doesnt push anything on you--- I found my car quickly and easily at a great price. Will definitely be going back again for the next lease/buy.
Stop your search. The Queensborough VW dealership is where you want to go to. Amazing customer service and NO hidden fees. Great selection of pre owned cars that are in mint condition. Got a deal on a low mileage VW Passat but they have BMWs and other luxury cars too. I didnt feel pressured on signing, and Mohammad explained the financial options to provide us with the best deal. Dino (the GM) was very informative and accommodating to our needs. Such a great guy - that’s right, a car dealership without the slimy sales people.Dino did a great job explaining the process and really runs a great team of people. The associate (Jonathan) had great energy, was fun to work with, prioritized us all 3 days we went to their shop and remembered everything about our car requirements. I dont think you could ever have a better experience at a car dealership. Definitely recommend Queensborough VW.
BE CAUTION, the service is not professional!!!The worst service I have ever had. Last year they fix a coolant leaking and a mechanic forgot to refill it, so I should have come again and spend my time. Also, they did not fix roof top leaking that was covered manufacture insurance last year, so they decided to charge $254 this year. The question is why they are cheating? In addition, mechanic left a dirty stain on the headliner. They are dreaming instead of working!
Avoid this place at all cost, I had my Tiguan transmission serviced at this place. After the service the transmission started leaking the oil, they will not fix it. Director/manager very unprofessional trying to blame that Im lying that the issue was present before the service.Update: After this review VW reached out to me. I had conversation with them, they wanted to charge me $200 for diagnosis fee before they do anything. This is crazy, charge customer more money to try to fix something that they broke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH and VW vehicles in general!!!!

Matthew Lopez is a great salesperson. He allowed me to feel 100% comfortable when leasing my car with him. I know I can trust Matthew. With just a few questions he knew exactly what I wanted and got me into my lease with low payments and it is something I definitely wanted. Buying a car is not an easy process at all but he made that one of the best and easiest experiences so far. Once my lease is up I will definitely come back and get a new lease with him at LIC Volkswagen. One of the friendliest staffs and management I have ever come across, they truly know what customer service is. Yesenia our sales woman was fantastic, she really knows her product and makes the car buying experience exciting and fun, as it should be. George the General Manager was a great guy and checked in on us throughout the process and went out of his way to make sure we were having a truly exceptional experience.
Very bad experience, I had an appointment for an specific car which they confirm they had over the phone, when I get there sales persons seen not to care about costumers even I had an appointment and when I ask for the car they told they took a deposit and they cant sale it anymore. Completely unprofessional, careless, dishonest.
This has been the most professional car dealership I have worked through. Raydenisse was able to locate the exact model and color I was looking for despite the chip shortage- she was communicative, transparent and honest throughout the whole process. My trade-in was also handled very evenly. Overall the staff was always courteous and professional and I recommend this dealership for anyone considering purchasing a VW. Unfortunately, my experience with this site is definitely bad and frustrating! I was encouraged to come to them for the recaals in my Tiguan and there were no signs of any further problems ... The case arose when I picked up the car when I found that my windshield was cracked at the height of the rearview mirror! At the admission, the service person carefully examined the vehicle, photographed it (although the photos show absolutely nothing, and certainly no damage!) And described every single scratch or even the smallest dent. If the windshield was damaged, by some miracle neither he nor any of the other people dealing with the vehicle reported it ??? Whats more - the car allegedly passed their 27 point inspection which ... also applies to the windshield! And again - 0 (zero!) Comments, information about the noticed damage ...! Whats more - the head of Servis with whom I talked about the case, stated that the person carrying out this 27-point inspection ... HAS NOT OBLIGATION TO INFORM ABOUT FOUND DEFECTS?!?!? Why and for what purpose is this inspection done - if it is done at all ...?! Finally, I was told it was a damage to the Higway Impact and they werent going to do anything about it ...! This is just below any criticism!
This was the first car that I was getting and this dealership what is the only Volkswagen dealership that was being professional and did not rush me to finance a car. Salesperson Carolina was very courteous, helpful, listened to what type of vehicle I wanted, to model type, exterior, interior color and I wanted fabric seats. She worked with me the price I was comfortable with, along with my present vehicle I trading in towards the new vehicle. Carolina stated to me that vehicle I wanted she didnt have the interior color that I wanted and fabric seats. She said to me not to worry she will locate exactly what I wanted. She called me within a couple of hours later that day to tell me she located one exactly what I wanted, she will have it by her dealership next day and she will inform me when it wll be ready for me to pick it up, along taking my vehicle that I was trading in. Carolina is awesome. I recommend highly.

Broken Promise!!! Cant be trusted!!!I leased a car here and referred a friend to this dealer. The Salesperson told my friend that Id get a $150 referral fee. After many phone calls and un-return messages in 3 months, they now said that theres no paperwork signed that I am entitled to this referral fee. I asked if my friend can call or come in to clarify. The salesperson was rude enough to say, he can call if he wants but nothing will be changed. My goodness?! What an attitude? Very disappointed with their services.After all, the receptionist Melissa has been nice and helpful.
THEY SELL CARS WITHOUT TITLES. Car not serviced before purchase. All my calls/messages being avoided. Had to issue a complaint via Corporate.- - - - - -This is possibly THE WORST car buying experience ive ever had. I bought a vehicle, and guess what, after paperwork was signed, they didnt even have the title on hand. I was advised that someone else has it and it should arrive within 3 business days. 4 weeks later, sales is not answering/returning my calls and unable to give me any answers.When I initially took the car into possession, they didnt service the vehicle. I was only given one key, the car didnt have any oil in the engine, the headlight was defective. All of which I didnt realize until a day or two later. When trying to get a hold of service, I kept getting placed on hold for 20/30 minutes at a time and then hung up on or passed off to a voicemail, of which i probably left 10 messages. No one ever called me back.Finally I had to call the VW Corporate Customer Care team and issue a formal complaint. They tried to do their best to help resolve the service issue, but they advised the title issue must be handled with the dealership itself. If I am unable to get answers, I will be returning the vehicle.
Have never had a worst experience. My sales rep was texting his girlfriend throughout our entire conversation about a trip he was taking, that he was so removed from helping me...and maybe I would have been a little more understanding had I not waited 5 hours to be helped. I then went to fill out my paperwork (against my better judgement) and my sales rep took my deposit AND changed my insurance before ever even running my credit check. When it needed further review (because it was the weekend) I was told I could not get my deposit back for a week and that the refund was not HIS department so he could not handle it nor help me...even though he should have never done any of those things without first confirming I could actually purchase a car. On top of this the finance rep I spoke too was extremely rude and cut me off several times before walking away in the middle of our conversation. Thankfully the manager was understanding at at least made an attempt to help resolve the issues I’m having.
DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT!! Stay far away from this dealership! I’ve already reached out to the General Manager, George Papantoniou, leaving voicemails and sending private Facebook business page messages. I was trying to be courteous from leaving a public online review. He has yet to return my calls or messages.I left a deposit on 3/28/19, two months ago, for a vehicle. I called a few days later to advise that I would no longer be getting the vehicle. I was informed that my deposit would be refunded that week. That was over two months ago!! I’ve called MANY times since then, followed up with the sales rep, who is the only responsive one, left messages for AP (who the receptionist forwarded me to), and left my cc information with the receptionist just last week on 5/15/19. The receptionist advised that it would definitely be processed on Friday, 5/17/19. It’s now 5/24/19 and there is still no refund to my credit card. It’s shady and unacceptable the way this has been handled.
Yesenia Cordova did an outrageous job on helping me pick my first car for my family and I. She made me feel welcomed and help me understand on whats the perfect car for me. I highly recommend her to anyone whose purchasing a new car or trying to change cars for their bigger family. I visited this dealership to trade in my GTI in order to lease a Tiguan. I would like to compliment the level of customer service that I received from my sales representative, David Encarnacion. David was friendly, polite and professional from the moment we were introduced until the moment we drove off with my new vehicle.I came in with very specific requests and knew what I wanted. David was extremely informative about the vehicle and was able to answer my questions and address all of my concerns. Left a deposit over two weeks ago for a vehicle that my husband and I ended up not getting. We called to advice we wouldn’t be getting the vehicle and just going with another brand. Was told our deposit would be refunded. This was two weeks ago? Not sure how or why it takes this long however gave them benefit of the doubt. That was until the last two days when we’ve been calling and basically getting the run around. Getting hung up on, voicemails or people saying they would call back but never do. Extremely disappointing in the way this is being handled.

He went out of his way to help me and give me the best deal. I want to point that I am not a return customer , I was with anothet dealership and had a different automobile altogether. I can assure that if you continue to display that kind of integrity and honestly, I will continue to be your customer for many years to come.
Not a reliable car dealer. They gave us an offer, and they gave us a week to think about the offer. We decided on taking the action the next morning, went there signed all the contracts, they found the car we wanted... so far everything sounds great, on the day we went to pick up the car (trading in our car) they made us change our insurance to the new car, we have done everything ready to take the keys and leave.. they decided to buy our car 4000 less. Such a waste of time.. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION !!!
I went to this dealership after wasting money on an impulsive cash purchase of a used car at a different dealership, that I needed to trade in. I explained to the representative, Yesenia, all of my woes, needs and wants in POSSIBLY checking out a vehicle on their lot, and she worked with all of my requirements to find some options. 3 test drives later, I needed to sleep on everything to decide what I wanted to do. When I returned the next day, the manager, Kevin, understood my apprehensions with the offered rates, and worked to bring it down...AFTER taking me around to see every other vehicle that could work in my price range. Say all that to say, these guys were awesome and really set the benchmark for great service and being friendly relatable and approachable. Take your money here. Im not a huge VW fan (ironically), but, these guys will take care of you.
Philip, Chris and Charlie were great to deal with. They answered all my questions knowledgeably and gave me tips on how to receive better insurance quotes. Decided to lease a Tiguan with them since they patiently dealt with me and my numerous questions. They knew their product and were extremely courteous.
I just graduated from college and as a gift, my parents decided to help me buy a car. Although I initially had a Nissan Rogue in mind, the employees here at Volkswagen changed my mind entirely. Aside from the well-made cars, the product specialist who helped me, Chris Crespo, was extremely helpful. Not only was he patient with me and my parents, he fought to get the price down to what would be do-able for me. 10/10 would come here again and would recommend my friends and family to do so as well!

The dealership has cars parked right next to the seat you take to speak to a salesperson. The parking was atrocious. My salesman Oscar, cool dude but didnt seem like a car dude. I couldnt make him understand why I wanted some features.Honestly I didnt qualify for what I wanted. Thats on me. But then they pushed leasing very hard.When Im ready Ill stick to Open Road. Oscar, you should consider getting a transfer to open road.
Do not go here. Went to this dealership to lease out an SUV. The agent there offered a price that was over 200 dollars more than any competing VW dealership. When asked why the price was so high they tried to make it seem as if the selected package, which was only $1,400 more than the base package, justified the ridiculous price.The salesmen were incredibly rude during negotiations as well. When we asked them if they would bring the price down to the advertised price, they laughed in our face.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Total waste of time. Decent coffee.
Just leased a new car there today and had a great experience with Rafael and all of the other staff, right down to David who did the paperwork with us. Rafael and David were both professional, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend this dealership and their 5-star staff!
My overall experience at this dealership was enjoyable and painless. Getting a new vehicle can be draining but Mr. Peralta kept me informed every step of the way and assured me I was in good hands. I would recommend going to this dealership and especially dealing with Oscar.
Absolutely the worst experience EVER! Please do yourself a favour and stay AWAY from this place! My husband and I were gonna lease a car from them and we left a security deposit of $100. We decided to buy a car instead from another dealership because we found a very good deal! I called Mike and the manager many times to get my $100 deposit back... they were ignoring me. Every time I called they were busy or in a meeting...I called and I emailed them asking about my money bank... its been over a month and they still did not process my refund! Awful experience, I will definitely stay away from this plece and let all my friends know this is a place they should avoild at all cost!
This feedback is specifically for Brian Mc Donalds manager (didnt get his name). The guy clearly does not know how to treat customers with respect..in the midst of negotiations, he walks in on us and displayed spiteful behavior complete with unnecessary taunts - a very poor salesman. Needless to say, we didnt buy from here - instead got a shiny one from another dealer.On the other hand, Brian McDonald himself was a gentleman and extremely good.People - be very careful when you buy from them. Given the poor behavior that we experienced, I would be really cautious about this dealer. Still amazed at what this guy put us through..haha..wouldnt take a car even if they offered for free! Simply poor service!
Beware of their Straw Purchase scam. They got my dad, a senior citizen to purchase a car for a friend. My father is an elderly man who sat in the dealership across the table from a sales representative that broke the law. The sales representative and financial manager at the dealership were supposed to put both my dad and his acquaintance on the loan as signer and co-signer. However, after the papers were signed my dad was the only person on the loan as the signer. One of the dealership representatives took my dad on a car ride for approximately 30 minutes to another location to who they called their loan guy to have the loan approved.The car was worth approximately $27,000 at the time of purchase, but they got a loan approved for $43,000. This is above the maximum amount that a bank would normally loan against a cars value. I have been on the phone with several of their Finance Managers. However, none of them seem to know who their loan guy is. In fact, when they looked at the contract they told me that they do not know whose signature is on the contract. I first spoke with Adam who claims that he is a finance manager. Adam then had Dan call me, who said that he works in the finance department. Dan then had me speak with Nate who claims to be another Finance Manager. Nate had someone by the name of Dolce call me who also claims that he is a finance manager. None of them agreed that my dad was driven to a different person for the loan, but none of them could identify who signed the loan on their end.A straw purchase is when a dealership sells a car to one person in another persons name, while the person that is buying and driving the car is not on the actual paper work. This means that the person on the paper work becomes liable for the car while the buyer has no liability for a defaulted or overpriced loan.I have records of these representatives agreeing that it is a straw purchase but pointing the paper work to say that there isnt proof. They told me that they do not and will not tell me who approved the loan on their end, even if they do find out who it is. I was told that they will not help because the owner is an old guy who has patience for nothing and will just throw my request for assistance in the garbage or will hold up any legal proceedings for years.I was not asking for much- only to assist with the situation and take some financial responsibility, considering they have already admitted that it is a straw purchase that was done. I guess the old owner doesnt care for the customers that got him where he is now, and doesnt mind an elderly man was taken advantage of...
I really had a good experience buying my first car with Rafael. So kind and helpful! Glad that I got there. I literally went to 4 different dealers and they weren’t clear about price and stuff. Since the beginning he tried to help me with my budget and car that I wanted to get. i highly recommend him if you need to get a car.
I just purchased a new VW from Queensboro Volkswagen and had a great experience. My salesperson Jose worked diligently to find the exact car I wanted and went the extra distance to make sure I got the best price. Everything was explained thoroughly and in detail. He kept me fully informed during the process of locating and transporting the car to the dealership and he was a blast to work with. Mohammad the finance manager also provided great service, even finding a mutually agreed upon solution for a momentary hiccup in the proceedings. He was able to make the financing easy, even offering truly helpful advice on gap coverage which I would have overlooked. I highly recommend this dealership and the staff.

Agree to below comment. On top of that, they verbally agree to install a spoiler for free and i was told to go back to the dealership once they have the spoiler available. I went back many times trying to look for sales person who promise me the spoiler. Hes either not in or left early for the day. I have called them and they told me they will call me back which never happened. After many fail attempts, finally i can speak to the manager which was no help at all. He said he wouldnt able to help unless i was given a we owe receipt from the sales person when i bought the car. They never said that i need to have such receipt to get this free spoiler. The manager was trying to help and quoted me the price to install which was ridiculously high. 50% MORE than their authorized Mitsubishi service center two blocks away. Over charging with hidden fees (I am a first time car buyer) dishonesty. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Terrible service, they only disclose hidden fees for you once you’re in person. Even when you speak to their representatives they don’t communicate with you properly. All you want is proper communication and they fail to do that. Plus even with a dangerous issue your car might have, They don’t bother to help you with it either. Completely out of touch with the customers and the reality citizens face in NY on a day to day basis.

I found the whole staff to be people oriented, funny, courteous, informative, helpful and patient. Charlie in particular was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and never minded the millions questions and calls I made before buying my awesome GTI SE 2017. He also went the extra mile when he found out, the day that I went to pick up my car, that I have forgotten to bring the plates. Charlie drove me back home to get my plates. Best car buying experience Ive ever had. This is my third car, Ive previously purchased an Acura and a BMW. This has been by far my best experience purchasing a car. I worked with a gentleman named Christopher Crespo to get a car for my father; he was very patient, knowledgable, attentive, and honest. Couldnt ask for more from a salesman. We will be back to make another purchase soon!
We felt the staff was very friendly and not pushing from the time we entered the show room. Our salesman, Oscar Peralta was very personable and knew our vehicle inside and out. He went above and beyond to explain the cars features and functions with us before we left the lot with our new car. We would highly recommend Oscar Peralta as a salesman.
This location manages to hire the most disgusting and unethical team of sales people out there. They wasted 10 hours of mine. We made a deal. Papers signed. Deposit pulled. I came back 5 days later to pick up the car. They didn’t honor the deal they made. Do not lease or buy from them. Stay away from Bert Wu !!!!!!!!! I had the biggest fight leaving the showroom. Still can’t get over it !
If you care about your car, even little, don’t use this lousy service, it’s very, very bad and crazy expensive!And if you use it, check did they change parts what you payed for!!!!They should replace my tire, which my insurance payed for, and they charged me also, which they shouldn’t!So on the end they get new tire from my insurance company and they took money from me, and I didn’t get anything, they didn’t replace my tire at all!!! My old tire was patched, and that job was also very bad because I lost air in the tire after 24 hours!When I went to complain about not putting new tire on my car what my insurance and I payed for, John ‘service manager’ told me that I should have check that before I took my car from them! So basically you need to check their work because “missing parts” are normal thing for this service, obviously!I asked to watch cctv video from the moment when they changed tire on my car, he told me he need to watch by himself first and he’ll give me a call after that! Still didn’t get that call from him, and that was more then month ago!My car was in that service for two days and they didn’t do anything except they make a damage with some red paint my back bumper!I payed $280 for lousy tire patch!!Couple months before this, they should do my oil and all filters change, but after this situation I have doubts that they even did that, so I do that all over again after this experience with LIC VW!So think twice before you go there!!!Because of this terrible service I’ll never buy Volkswagen vehicle ever again, unfortunately, and I drove VW last 13 years!

The salesman was very polite,Gjon Gjomarkaj,but the manager of the day was the rudest most arrogant woman ever, my husband came in on the 24th of September, just specifying the date because we do not remember her name. I would prefer to go to whichever other VW dealership and if needed pay something more than to do business with her. Buying a car is an investment for some families, so we wanted to know our options but she made the environment extremely hostile and unpleasant. She was asking for a down payment and kept asking if we are serious if wanting to buy car and dismissed us when we wanted to think about it. Its a pitty to treat customers like that. Will be going to VW bayridge,at least they have manners.
My sell representative was very professional, and accommodating.. good service.,,, updated on 12/13/17 ...after a month driving a car, the rep and the service was bad.. some how they put my phone to go directly to an answer machine. 1 month plus and they havent closed my other account with the previous lease that u had,, getting multiple call from the collection office.
I came in 2 days ago was greet by salesman German Martinez, he was very helpful provided everything i need to know about VW vehicles. He also got me a great price for the new 2017 Tiguan, entire process only took less than 3 hours. Excellent five stars services!!!!!!!HIGHLY recommended!!!!
I called LIC VW early February to talk with a sales representative about turning in my diesel golf and buying a new one. I spoke with Sully, he said he will call me back in couple of days to see if he can get me the car I want. He didnt call me back so I called him and arranged to go see him on Saturday, February 11th with my husband. He introduced me to Yesinia and said she will take care of me. After couple of hours, I ended up buying a passat. I was looking into 0% financing and Sully told me it is 0% financing gave me the papers to sign so I went ahead and signed the papers trusting Sully and Yesinia fully it is going to be 0% financing.I went back on February 16th to get the car. Sully wasnt there, Yesinia was the only one present. It took a few hours for the car to be ready and when it was ready the remote starter didnt work. I was told there is nothing wrong I should take it back to the service department they will fix it right away.Finally, they were ready for me to set up my payments and when I was signing I was told it was going to be .09 finance not 0% I said, this is what Sully said, it is 0% but they wouldnt accept it and Yesinia came in all angry and sulky telling me I agreed to it by signing the papers. I said, the only reason I signed it because Sully said, it is 0% so my mistake for trusting Sully and Yesinia and not reading the contract. They clearly told me to sign it is 0% finance rate.Another person called Randy, said he will fix it for me. He had me waiting for nearly an hour finally he said it is fixed so I signed a different paper showing it is 0% percent.When I received my statement it said .09% financing so I called LIC to speak with Randy but Yesinia told me it was Adam who I had to speak with, I spoke with Adam he said he will call the manager to see what he can do. Sully called me back saying, I have signed the contract and he is not going to do anything about it.Sully is a great deceiver, I should have known that from the beginning because he always said one thing in his conversation but another thing in the contract. Make sure to read everything not believe in his words.I took back the car two times for the remote started both times they said it is fine but as soon as I got home it didnt work. I took it to VW dealership in Indianapolis, they said the battery is defective so they tried to fix it and it worked once then it didnt. They told me the entire system has to be changed. So Sully sold me a car which the remote started doesnt work and lied about the 0% financing. As for Yesinia once the car was sold her personality changed completely and she kept asking me to write a good review about them online.Sully, Adam and Yesinia, this is my first negative review I am writing. I would never recommend anyone to you.
Mismanagement of inventory leads to them to not take lease returns on time, forcing customers to keep their leased vehicles past return date, and to accrue additional fees. They offer no solution or reimbursement. I have been a customer of Koppel VW (prior to LIC VW taking over) for many years and have never had any issues. Leased multiple cars from Koppel, and would have continued to do so. However, the only time LIC VW provides adequate service is when you are about to spend money there. Otherwise the staff is rude and dismissive. All repair prices are also hugely inflated. There is now a complaint filed about this dealer with both VW Corporate and VW Credit.There are plenty of other VW dealers in NYC.Spend your money elsewhere!!!

I couldnt believe driving my dream truck home after negotiate a good deal with nice rate affordable for my budget all these couldnt be posible without the help and expertise of a select group of people of Queens Volkswagen. Rick the sales person a great guy with honest word will guide to choose according your needs and likes, Dennise and Dioris will handle all your questions and will make easy the transition of documents, plates...finally the two keys guys.. Dinno that without disrespect seems a character of the famous serie The Sopranos will help you to handle the keys and will close the deal. And numbers guy Mohammed he will squeeze the best deal for you, dealing with banks and rates without breaking your budget. This place honestly deal with the sales car.

5 stars! From the time you walk in to you walking out everyone is very welcoming, they also have a great selection of cars. Who helped me was Blendi the salesman and KK the financial assistant. Getting a new car isn’t easy however with them two they make the process smooth and they fight till they know they got you the best deal that you can get, If you want the best when getting a car don’t waste anymore time stop by and ask for Blendi and KK!
I came into VW expecting two things, 1. to buy a GTI 2. To be bombarded with salemens trying to get me to spend money on whatever they deemed. Instead I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist named Ashley. She set me up with Bert, a salesman, who was took his time to make sure I was fully satisfied with my choice of Car and payment methods.I had some issues with my bank that delayed the process so we spent a bit of time just talking to one another he even offered me a slice of pizza lol. Needless to say I left VW with two things, a brand new 2018 GTI autobahn and friend.
Received an email informing me of their tire special going on. Called to schedule an appointment for Saturday and the technician on the phone assured me that the special is still on. He took my info and set an 8:15 AM for me to come in. When I arrived at the service location the sales person didn’t even hear of their special, and had me email him the email I got from his dealership. After waiting about an hour and a half he came back to inform me that they do not have the tires I wanted, and as a matter of fact they don’t have any tires of the special deal they have offered. He tried to sell me different tires and when I insisted on getting the special I came in for he took me to the parts side to talk to the parts manager. Over there I had to go over my request again, and the parts manager told me he can get me tires (not the Michelin I wanted) but that will be in a week and a half. After I expressed my disappointment at the whole experience he “managed” to call in different tires for me and promised to have them by 1:00 PM. When I came back at 1:00 PM I was told the mechanics are out for lunch. My car wasn’t dealt with until 3:00 PM.This was one of the worse experiences I have had at a dealership. Needless to say I will never come back to this place.
I had an amazing experience . I was greeted at the door by Jacob who was my Sellman . He was very informative and took his time explaining me everything . He offered me food and drinks made sure my son was entertained . The process took about two hours . The process was simple and easy I met with Adamn the finance manager and he took his time to explain everything to me as well . At the end Jacob Video of me while I ran the bell and with in a short amount of time after I drove off in my new 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan . The lease on my second Passat was running out so I went to LIC Volkswagen to discuss leasing a new Passat. Kevin Met me as I parked and introduced me to Yesenia Cordova to work with me. She did a superb job explaining all options to me and understood my concerns. I picked up the car today and she did a wonderful job explaining the new changes in this years model. Yesenia knows her cars and is very helpful and flexible. Also thanks to Caroline who took my returned car.
When this location was Koeppel VW the customer service and actual work done on my car was very inconsistent. Some times things were fixed and sometimes they were not fixed even though I paid. Now the service and work has completely turned around. I came here twice since the switch to LIC VW and I have gotten the car back with all repairs made. If I have questions, they address it immediately. If something was overlooked they fix it. And they clean the car up for me too. If you haven’t been here since the switch I do recommend you give them a try.
Nothing but the best! My boyfriend and I began our search at Bayside Volkswagen and left with a terrible, less than attractive deal that had us feeling defeated. I then called over to Long Island City Volkswagen prior to making the trip and spoke to the GM David about the experience we had with Bayside and the deal they offered. Knowing our price range, he had me wait a few moments before coming back to me with an unbeatable deal. We ran right over and the experience upon entering was night and day, compared to Bayside. The feeling was welcoming and the staff were incredibly inviting. David had left prior to our arrival but had us meet with Tom, the manger, who then introduced us to Yosenia the saleswomen. She was wonderful. So friendly, patient and just fun to work with. She stayed beyond closing just to make sure we felt comfortable with the deal and all our questions were answered. The next day we arrived to pick up the car and just as promised we walked away knowing we had received the best service out there. Take our advice and visit Long Island City Volkswagen for a one of a kind service!
I have had such a TERRIBLE experience with this dealership after turning in my leased VW that I felt compelled to write an update to my below review. The agent cited below, Oscar Peralta, indicted that my very negligible wear and tear damage on my current lease (under $200) would be absorbed by the dealership as part of the negotiation for my new lease. Due to their error, or what I have come to believe is intentionally unethical business practices, this dealership refuses to honor this agreement. I have made multiple calls which have gone unreturned and emails which have been unanswered to the dealership to resolve this issue. $200 is not a significant amount of money, however the principle of the issue remains: I have been intentionally deceived and lied to by this dealership.I DO NOT recommend this dealership and in particular I would cite Leasing Agent Oscar Peralta and Sales Manager Tom Baldassare as staff to specifically avoid. If you are in the market for a new car lease, there are multiple other car brands and dealerships to choose from in the LIC/Astoria area. When it comes time for me to renew my lease in 2020, I will absolutely, under no circumstances, be going through this dealership and if this is the only VW dealership in my neighborhood, this will be my last Volkswagen.______________________________________________________________________Great experience at at LIC Volkswagen with Oscar Peralta -- fast, efficient, and (fair!) service. After having a brutal experience at VW of Brooklyn, it was so refreshing to meet the team over at the Queensboro location. They have great inventory and they were all great people, honest and trustworthy. They made the experience fun and took great care of my mom and me, truly. Aside from learning about Volkswagen and the great 2018 line of vehicles, the service was a huge standout here. LIC Volkswagon was my last stop in the long day of test driving and visiting a multitude of dealerships.I was allowed some time in the dealership to check out some of the models without the high pressure or intrusiveness that I experienced from the other dealerships that day. When I was ready to speak to someone, Bert Wu took was there with a warm, friendly introduction and a handshake. I was with my 14 year old nephew and he took the time to ask him his name and greet him with the same respect. (A first for the day).Bert first sat us down and asked about my car history, what I was looking for and of course budget. Before he even attempted to sell us anything, he dug a little more into what was important to me as a driver. His exploratory approach immediately separated this experience from the others. He took notes, answered my questions and then we proceeded to look at some options. Bert was knowledgeable, professional and quite frankly, a joy to work with. He made this a completely new (and dare I say luxury) experience for me and for this reason, I am writing this review.If you are in the market for a new car, check out LIC and be sure to ask for Bert. As for the vehicle I chose, I went with the 2018 VW Tiguan SE and very happy with my choice!
This review is for the service department. Top to bottom this was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had, considering I had used their service dept when it was Koeppel and it was not a great experience either.I needed to have some minor bodywork done on my car as well as a drivers side window replacement. They had my car for 2 weeks, the first week with absolutely no communication (from Bernie, my service rep) or phone calls to either me or the insurance company when they never got a fax from my insurance - the car sat untouched for almost a week, and no one tried to contact me. In addition, anytime I tried to contact my service rep I was put on long, extensive holds up to 20 minutes or was told my phone call would be returned and no one would ever call me back. I did finally speak to a manager who assured hed be switching my case to another service rep, and told me there is a lot of turnover at this location now and things are unorganized and crazy. This manager also described to me how he wasnt confident in the work their body shop was doing and often had to send cars back (wow, that makes me feel great about you having my car!) Fine, but they still kept telling me my car would be ready the next day, and it was days and days until it actually ended up being ready. When I got the car back there was a radio station I never listen to BLASTING when I turned the car on, my pepper spray keychain had been stolen/lost off my keys (another $10 down the drain), and the controls on my VW were all reset, so my phone, etc no longer connected to my car. Theres also a nick in the paint on my brand-new painted drivers side mirror. I am still trying to fix these issues now.***WHY did they need to be touching the radio or bluetooth controls when fixing the outside body of my car?**Then on top of it all, I was double-charged for a part on my car (paid for the part, and they used a different part and charged the insurance.) I ended up having to walk across the street to the dealership to speak to a higher up manager because of course no one at the service dept could help me, they just offered me my oil change for free and 50% off my next service appointment (when I have NO plans to EVER use this place again!). It took almost 2 hours to get them to refund my part they double-charged me for, and after I went to the dealership I had to walk back to the parts dept to get it refunded.Nothing was done about my missing pepper spray or the fact that my car radio was messed with. The amount of time I had to spend both in this place and at the phone dealing with these people during my work week was ridiculous, and Id never use this place again, even for free. Ive never had such a terrible customer service experience anywhere. Id rather PAY and take my business elsewhere and plan on taking the car back to the place I bought it in NJ for my next service appointment.
As.a buyer for a car. I have been chasing to check a specific car thats in stock and yet they have not shown pictures to me yet. I dont know if they are busy but I have been waiting for pictures all day and I get a promise for a call back but no call back. Why would I come in to buy a car from a far distance if I cant get a picture of the car. It would be a waste of time if I am disappointed. Not saying this dealership is bad but definitely be more dependable when it comes to people that look at your dealership from afar.
I will never bring my car back here for service. I’ve been dealing with this service center for the last 3 weeks and I recieved careless diagnostics, unprofessional car service and very rude customer experience. They had me pay money to get a minor issue fixed while not diagnosing that there was a major engine problem. When I brought the car back they gave me a quote to get it fixed and they eneded up changing their quote not 2x, not 3x but 5x times more than the oroginal price. When I talked to the customer service manager John about the issue: he didn’t listen to what I had to say, refused to answer my questions, kept typing and looking at his phone while I was talking to him and made cynical comments untill he told me that he was “terminating the conversation with me.” The overall experience I had at this place was horrible. If you don’t want to be cheated out of your money and treated like hell then don’t bring your car to this place.
Having been to several dealerships prior to Long Island City VW, the outstanding customer service and experience with Yesenia, Caroline and Kevin was short of amazing. Yesenia contacted us that morning and by the evening we were in a 2018 Tiguan. She never left our side, she was responsive, knowledgeable and fair regarding our options. Overall rating 5 out of 5 stars.Thanks LICVW, you made us one happy family.
Poor service, the dealership director is very rude. They do not stand behind their quality of service. After their service, my vehicle started having issues which they wanted to charge extra to diagnose and fix. Stay away and do NOT buy any VW cars otherwise, you will learn hard lesson like I did myself.
I recently leased a VW Golf from this dealership and worked with Shannon on the lease. She was helpful, patient and understanding with all of my questions and needs. She was really knowledgeable and committed to customer satisfaction. I didnt think I was going to leave with a car but after working with Shannon, she got me exactly what I needed! I would highly recommend her and this dealership!
Leasing from VW is the most unnecessarily expensive experience I have ever had in my life. They will slam you with charges even after they profit from a car thats turned in with very low milage. It really depends if you sign a new one or not. dont lease from this brand if you value your money. I know I regret it. ITs not like their cars are soooo different than anything else out there.

Queensboro Volkswagen was definitely the greatest experience I’ve had while searching for a new vehicle. everything was explained to me very clearly, Rafael made the purchase of my vehicle a great experience, they were very detailed about everything & they were all very polite. I walked out with a great vehicle, I had no doubts & all my questions were answered, they work with you and they try to give you a great deal, I will definitely be recommending this place to people I know.
LIC VW Service has had my car for 6 days and has not followed up on any of my calls except for one. Two days after dropping it off (Friday) I was told they hadnt looked at it and theyd have it looked at on Monday. It is now Tuesday and they are not returning any of my calls.I never received any diagnosis or time estimate. Nobody has reached out to me and feel like Im being a nuisance by contacting them. Im not allowed to talk to the technician whos doing the actual work and have to communicate through the service representative. I work in construction and I need my car to properly do my job. Ill edit this review if they return my calls and have a reason for the delays.
Service Managers car was blocking the drive up lane in the morning. As I pulled around and into the lane, the plastic parking cone had a metal VW sign attached to it that scratched the side of my car. They said theyd fix it, but didnt even attempt. Completely ripped us off for standard level of service, and dropped the price in half when I questioned it. I would never take my car here for anything.
Bought a car first time- satisfactory rate less then a star.Waited one whole day from 10 am & the deal was over at 8.40 pm. Once Managers approval, managers sign blah blah so many manager related exhausting waiting period was over a bunch of paperwork with so many made up numbers and charges! Finally went home only to come back 2 yrs later to refinance. Again long exhausting wait! However didnt agree with the expected outcome but asked to pay for paperwork fees from down payment! Be sure to get the rate first before handing over the money, once itsgone u might have to get fight for it!
VW makes you feel that you disparately need them to put you in a car, as if they are giving charity. The process of checking the credit score is long, and even then, they don’t give you enough details about what you qualify for.The manager (forgot her name) was rude over the phone and spoke in spanish when she knew I don’t speak the language. In person, she spoke with me as if she was the president!!I am giving 2 stars instead of one (or none if it was possible)...because of the sales rep (Gjon Gjomarkaj) who was nice and professional.Don’t go there unless you have to.

I love Volkswagen but service team is unprofessional. I brought my VW cc R-Line 2010 for a diagnostic and in two days they gave me 3 different opinions. First they told me, throttle body. Second day they told me clutch and in conclusion I need to change transmission 😂😂 funy thing was the mechanic had an Audi t-shirt 😂😂😂😂😂 tune up was made two weeks ago but still they suggested me a tune up. I told them to check my batery but they never did. My car was there for two days for nothing. Don’t lose your money going at vw service Long Island city. A diagnostic gives you a fact, but here they gives you thoughts. Very funny.
Best dealership ive been to, staff is extremely kind and outgoing, i walked in with the intention of renewing my lease but did not quite know which vehicle i wanted, once i saw the tiguan i fell in love and to top it all off the suv is AWD!!!! which was a plus for NYC. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. USE ANOTHER VW DEALER!! THERE ARE 4 More in the area!!You know how you get warned to read everything about your car deal because dealerships will try to sneak things in and add fees? Well, Charlie and manager Kevin negotiated with me for a Golf SEL (most expensive standard Golf) but filled out the paper work for a Golf SE. They even used whiteout on the sheet we had been using to do the calculations!!! I found out when we were going to go through financing.What a scam!Theres plenty of VW and honest sales people, just not my experience at Long Island City VW.
My service person David was great with the communication and he explained everything well, but when it came time for my vehicle to be serviced the mechanics left my car filthy, garbage and debris in the inside and my biege leather seats that were mint were dirty and greasy, Gatorade and water bottles that were consumed by the mechanics were left inside my cup holders after spending 1500 in cash, simply unacceptable!
My husband and I just leased our second Jetta at the Long Island City Volkswagen on Northern Blvd. We were greeted by Christopher Crespo who was genuinely helpful and made our purchase meet our needs, as well as our budget. I cant say enough of the staff who helped complete our transaction, but mainly Chris for making it possible.
Very dissapointed. Had to do a credit check $500 deposit just to test drive a used car. I was lied to about the title being clean. Their own carfax showed an accident. Was told deposit is put into account immediately, false. and every question i ask to salesmen gail. The response is i dont know about that pretty much anything about the car and price. ...... manager is cool.
Traded in my vehicle DECEMBER 5TH 2018 ! Today is APRIL 4TH, 2019. MY VEHICLE IS STILL NOT CLEARED, and i am getting collection calls from my bank for the payments. Now this is effecting my credit. Called the dealership to find out whats going on. Spoke to a Linda, and they said they filed for bankruptcy March 7th, and cant make any payments unless the court authorizes it. But my question is what happened between DECEMBER 2018 TIL MARCH 2019. They couldnt give me an answer. Buyer beware. Dont get stuck in this horrible situation like me.
Stay away from this service center!! I sent my brand new GTI in last week for a maintenance service. 2 days later my car stopped on the Highway due to the broken gas gauge. The gas gauge was somehow messed up when the crew replace the gas pump. It was a terrifying experience!! Called the service center the next day and the woman just said talk to the manager and then never heard back from the manager . This is the 3rd car we own and never had any problem after maintenance. BE AWARE of this trash if you dont want to get killed after their service
For 8 years already I was trying to find a good dealership, so I dont go every three years to a million different places. I am so happy that I finally found - not good, but the best!Best dealerships experience!They have excellent saleswomen Raydenisse who was a very professional, knowledgeable young lady, friendly and so kind and helpful! It is the most important when our sellers make us feel comfortable and happy, without pushing, as almost all others do.I got my new Atlas, which seemed impossible and extremely expensive everywhere else, but Raydenisse made it happen and I am incredibly thankful! Will definitely recommend her to everyone I know, and will 100% go back to her again!

We tried to sell our car here. The whole process took 3+ hrs. First, we waited for the manager to get out of the meeting for 1 hr. Then we waited for the the check for 2 hrs. They kept telling us 10 more minutes, but it turned out that the agent went into a meeting again. Endless waiting in this place.
Bought a 2019 Jetta back in 2018 from these guys. The salesperson was friendly and made it seem like I was all good to go, even convinced me to get the tire insurance.A couple of years later, with a flat tire that I got replaced from another shop, I asked VW for their help and they seemingly didnt seem to know how to get me reimbursed or who to even escalate a ticket to. Then I get in contact with the actual tire insurance partner and they point out that the tire insurance contract wasnt even properly filled out by the dealership so now they have to investigate.How can one shop be this incompetent. I mean the car also had 4 different parts that had to be replaced in 2 years due to recalls so I shouldnt even be surprised. Morale of the story, dont get a VW and especially dont get one from this dealership.
My car broke down on the highway the day after I had it serviced here. It was something with an improperly replaced gas gauge. Not only did they show no remorse for their mistake they didnt offer to help with the tow or any sort of discount. And they were hard to get a hold of once we told them what had happened. This place is a scam. The worst car service Ive ever received hands down. I give them -1500 stars because thats how many $$ this mistake cost me. At least Im not dead.
Had purchase my lancer here but the customer satisfaction was not there. They tried to cover their employee mistakes but still wasnt really enough. Their service fee are high. Rather go to Acura across the lot or honda for a better deal. Hated the transition i went through for a car here. Or better yet get an american car which i should ve. Ford OR chevy will do better.

2021-12-26Let me start by saying that this is probably the worst time to buy a car. Based on my past experience in researching and purchasing cars, Ive always been able to negotiate a price well under sticker. Not this time. I called/visited a few dealerships and all I got was a runaround on price and all these added fees etc...Then I spoke to Gus Mikedis from Queensboro.Gus made it very simple and easy. He handled himself professionally and was very knowledgeable about all things Volkswagen.... and cars in general for that matter. We got right to the negotiation process and I felt I was getting the best price through him. Gave him a deposit and a month later went to pick up the car. There we met the sales Mgr Dino and the Finance Mgr Mohammad who were both very professional and nice people to talk to. The atmosphere amongst the employees there was like they were family...very upbeat and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

2022-01-10I was referred to Queensboro Volkswagen, after a friend heard I’ve had a down payment and waiting months for a car that was supposedly on back order (for months).Upon contact, I was able to identify the same car/all options as I required, along with color. From that initial call to pick up could have been on the same day but we were well into the weekend and Progressive did not have someone in underwriting to review/approve a policy till a weekday.All the things you would envision in trusting a dealership; take action, customer experience, dependability, and honesty, looking out for the customers interest. You can expect this from Queensboro Volkswagen!

2022-07-09KK and Ray were excellent during our car buying process - they explained financing and were efficient in getting paperwork together. we’ve gone back a few times to refill or replace some things that i wish would’ve been done before we took it home. other than that, everyone is courteous, professional, and helpful!!
