Avoid them and find another company if possible. If you try to make appointments, nothing is available for atleast two weeks. If you walk in, they show their attitude. Wait time is too much even when you dont see anyone else waiting. They make you wait, they have no respect for you or your time.
I do a review when an employee goes beyond there job duties and deserve to be acknowledged. There was a Quest Diagnostic employee who took care of me today who was everything you are looking for when a person has to come get testing done . Extremely thorough going over each test with a yellow highlighter making sure to mark each one (Yes a Yellow Highlighter)!!! Then every step being spoken out loud while she was getting her things in order and last having me sign the paper online as she spelled my name out loud and had me check the labels for corrections to my name spelling . Wow ,that’s all I can say . I noticed her name tag and wrote her name down and told her I would be sending in a review for her team to see . Hopefully she knew I was impressed and very satisfied with her work . Thank you ,Renee .
I had previously given this place a one-star review based on my experiences a year ago. A doctor recently sent a lab here, and I was dreading having to come to this lab. I was very satisfied with my recent visit. The facility is significantly more organized and the nurse I interacted with was smart and professional. This is a huge change in the right direction from a year ago.
It’s really bad—Quest is abusive to their employees. There is only one person at this location and, as a result, if that person is confronted with an administrative or medical challenge, the entire location is overwhelmed immediately.
I have been using this lab for 3 years and never had a problem. However, today I encountered the rudest person ever. Even though I had an appointment she took everyone else first including people who walked in after me saying her computer was down and that she had to use her own order. What a shame!
This place isn’t open during business hours. I went on Saturday at noon as posted on Google and they were closed with a hand written sign on the door stating that. To the owner who replied to this post below, there are several reviews complaining that this branch is not opened during posted hours - please edit the hours on Google to reflect the true hours or hire staff members who can be present.
I have been getting blood drawn for 15 plus years. I have learned by experience that I require a (butterfly needle) That my right arm is the best arm to do that in. On December 12th 2018 I went to Quest in Peekskill shopping center. When I spoke Phlebotomists and explained that is what I require. She said, I will determine what you need. I said, then I will refuse service. She then capitulated to a butterfly need but in the wrong arm. while the needle was inserted she moved it around to get too vain leaving the bruise in the picture below. I had given her a copy of my Perscription from my Doctor which was good for 6 monthsyesterday I went back for my next draw I had brought the photo I took so I maybe they would listen and be more careful. When I told the new Phlebotomists the issue. She said I needed to report it to Quest since Quest had heard the complaints had received many complaints had moved the original Phlebotomists to a new location. To add insult to injury they had not put my prescription correctly into their system. So I could not get lab work done that morning. Which is fun since one test is a fasting testing.
Ridiculous! Took me in. My drs prescription didn’t come through. I called my drs office to let them know. They said it went through they have confirmation. The tech was just lazy and didn’t look. Had me sitting back in the waiting room. Some of the techs are great! But there are some you wonder how the hell did they get a job!
I have been going to this location for awhile now and Renee N. is always so sweet towards everyone . Not only is she a fabulous technician she truly cares about people . I hope Quest Diagnostics knows how truly lucky they are to have her working at this establishment.
So I had a 1:30 appt. they don’t call me in til 2:30. I was mad about that but then when I show them the prescription on my phone she says “no you gotta go home and print that out.” I was FURIOUS. But I only live a couple minutes away so I was there and back quick. Then they keep me waiting there until closing at 3:30 PM. NEVER GO TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS!!! THIS PLACE LEGIT SUCKS THEYRE SO RUDE AND SLOW AND DISORGANIZED. AND IF U NEED SOMETHING QUICK JUST PLAN ON SPENDING ALL DAY HERE!!!
Horrible customer servic . Was the first to walk in with an initial 5 min wai . Waited 35 mins and still no service availabl . No explanation for thi . Will never use quest again. There are plenty of other labs to go to
Online it says they’re open Saturday, got up early, drove here in the pouring rain to find out they’re closed! Please update your hours!!!
Bunch of lazy technicians without a grain of common sense. Showed up early for a Irvine test and because I had a later appointment had me wait an hour to be called. No common sense.
I don’t know why I keep coming back here to find the place closed? Hours on the door and website state 8am-12pm. Yet, it’s 9:05 and the place is closed! This inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will never be coming back here.
Saturday at 10. Not open. No sign, message or anything. No one answers the phone either. Great service!

2022-01-26Very pleasant experience with David and Monique! My husband was seen rather quickly and needed some blood work done. Monique only needed one shot to find his vein. We were in and out in no time and enjoyed this lovely team as they were both so congenial and pleasant! In the future, I would gladly return to this lab.

2022-04-15MIA.....Dear Sir/ Madam, I had a 2:15pm appointment today at the Beach Shopping Center in Peekskill, NY. To my surprise when I arrived at the location, the clinic was closed. However much effort was made to ensure my arrival at the proper time which included text and phone confirmation. Plus the use of an id number required for admission. Due note that with a fraction of the same effort... patients could have been given the basic consideration of being notified of the closure. Is this a reflection of the regard you have for people using your services?

2021-04-08Made an appointment for 10:30. Showed up the day of appointment and checked in. Because of Covid, I sat directly outside in my car waiting for a text message, every 10 minutes I got out of my car and checked the screen to see how close it was to my turn. An hour later I got my text message that it was my turn, I walked in the door 20 seconds later and the staff member had taken a walk in. I continued to wait until at noon I was told by the staff member they were closed and I didnt have an appointment. I protested by showing them my documentation and that I did have an appointment, they said I didnt and to come back tomorrow. I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service, communication, and organization. Makes the DMV look like a vacation. If you have other options-take them. This place is a disaster. Whats the point of making appointments if you dont honor them? Some of us dont have the time and money to get more days off and even if we did I have seen nothing that assures me you would honor the appointment. Also, hire someone with some communication skills. Terrible.

2018-10-31Second time going to get my blood drawn and both times I couldnt be any happier. The technicians were friendly professional and courteous. Both times I visited there was issues with my paperwork and they patiently work through the issues to get them resolved so that I could get my blood drawn. Facility is very clean and hygienic. I would recommend going here do anyone needing blood work drawn. It is recommended that you schedule an online appointment and show up within 5 minutes of your appointment time.

2021-01-15This place cant seem to open. Made appointments and they get cancelled. Show up on another appointment and their is a note on the door that they are opening the same day Im there. Yet, no one is there and the place is closed. Nearest Quest is 13 miles away, all local driving. It isnt a convenience.Response to Quest: How does verifying it AFTER I showed up and it was still closed on the day its supposed to be open help me? How about this location get its act together and open up already?

2019-08-15I am reading this and I disagree completely. They hired a new girl Renee to this location and moved around the other worker and she has been nothing but fantastic . She’s sweet, friendly , never in a rush, explains every step and great at drawing blood plus she opens up on time. This place is nothing like what is used to be like and I been coming to this location since they moved from across the street so I would know . Keep up the great work my friend .

2019-10-09Very rude technician today. Last week I had lab work done by someone who didnt know what she was doing. She call me later on because she screwed up the lab work after 1/12 hours of doing it. Todays technician was rude. Told me to sign in. I did and saw a 50 minute way before I get called. I went back to see her because I couldnt wait and she was very rude and impolite.

2020-11-16I absolutely love Renee and the others . I never give them a problem and they never give me one . Ive been going to them for years because I require lab work every 2 weeks . All of the phlebotomists know me and know that I am a very difficult stick . I get a butterfly needle every time . They know that Im without meds and they try and take me first thing in the morning per my appointment time .
